    माअ‍ोवादीको नाममा खाअ‍ोवादीको मोज

    यसलाई ठूलो पारेर हेर्ने भए यहाँ क्लिक गर्नुस्।

    माअ‍ोवादी समस्या सुरु भएपछि अहिले विशेष गरी युरोपेली देशहरुमा खा‍अ‍ोवादीहरुको जगजगी भएको छ। उनीहरु आफूलाई माअ‍ोवादी भनेर सरकारबाट बच्न र माअ‍ोवादी भनी सरकारबाट बच्न शरण लिनु परेको भन्दै शरणार्थी बनिरहेका छन्। जर्मनी, बेल्जियम, नर्वे जस्ता देशहरुमा शरणार्थीका नाममा बस्नेहरु शरणार्थीका नाममा नेपालको बेइज्जत गरी बस्नेहरु छन्। वास्तविक रुपमा माअ‍ोवादीबाट पीडितहरु र सरकारबाट पीडित माअ‍ोवादीहरु त दयनीय विस्थापित जीवन नेपालभित्रै र भारतमा बिताइरहेका हुन्छन्। विदेशमा शरणार्थी भनी प्रमाणित गर्नका लागि उनीहरुले जस्तो कागजपत्र पेश गरिरहेका हुन्छन्, त्यसले उनीहरुलाई त झुक्याउन सकिन्छ तर हामीलाई भने प्रष्टै थाहा हुन्छ। यदाकदा विदेशी एजेन्टहरुले नेपाली कागजातको अनुवाद कार्यका लागि मलाई सम्पर्क गर्ने हुनाले कहिलेकाहीँ यस्तो कागजातको पनि अनुवाद गरेको अनुभव छ मसँग, जसमा लेखिएको कुरा पढ्यो भने हाँसो उठ्छ। माथिको एउटा पत्रिकाको कटिङ त्यसैको नमूना हो।

    यहाँ मैले कुनै व्यक्ति विशेषलाई भन्दा पनि प्रवृत्ति देखाउन खोजेको हुनाले ती व्यक्तिको नाम र तस्वीरलाई अस्पष्ट बनाइदिएको छु।

    महानगरमा प्रकाशित जस्तो देखाउन खोजिएको यो समाचार नक्कली हो भन्ने त्यसै अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ। सबैभन्दा पहिले त कुनै एक व्यक्तिलाई ज्यान मार्न भनी दिइएको धम्की यसरी काठमाडौंको एउटा सन्ध्याकालीन पत्रिकामा मुख्य समाचार बनाई प्रकाशित हुँदै हुँदैन। त्यसमाथि पनि त्यसमा रहेको समाचार पढ्दा पूरै नक्कली हो भन्ने अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ। समाचारमा राखिएको नेपाली मितिलाई अंग्रेजीमा रुपान्तरण गरिएको पनि हाँसो उठ्दो छ। कुनै पत्रिकाले पनि त्यसरी छाप्दैनन्।

    अनि अर्को एउटा कुरा नक्कल गर्नेले बुझेको रहेनछ। पत्रिकामा मिति २०५४ माघ १६ लेखिएको रहेछ र मूल्य रु ३ लेखिएको छ। त्यतिबेला सन्ध्याकालीन पत्रिकाको मूल्य ३ रुपैया हैन २ रुपैया पर्ने गर्थ्यो।

    ती व्यक्तिले शायद त्यहाँका सरकारी अधिकारीलाई देखाउन जुन एउटा पत्र पेश गरेको थियो, त्यो झन् हाँसउठ्दो थियो। त्यसमा लेखिएका कुरा पूरै काल्पनिक थिए भन्ने त्यसै अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ।

    केही वर्षअघि म काठमाडौंको एउटा पत्रिकामा काम गर्दा एक जना भलादमीले न्युज छाप्न कति पैसा पर्छ भन्दै आएको थियो। मैले सोझो तालले न्युज छाप्न पैसा लाग्दैन, विज्ञापन छाप्न मात्र पैसा लाग्ने हो भनेर भन्दा उसले हैन, हामीले भनेको कुरा छाप्नु पर्छ, जति पैसा चाहिए पनि दिन्छौं भन्दै थियो। मैले त्यसो त हुँदैन भनेर भन्दा फन्केर हिँडेका थिए। पछि पो बुझियो, उसले त्यस्तै समाचार पो छाप्न चाहेको रहेछ।

    मेरा अर्का एक ग्राफिक डिजाइनर मित्रले एउटा पुरानो पत्रिकाको ले आउट डिजाइनमा एउटा न्युजमात्र निकालेर त्यस्तै एउटा प्रायोजित नक्कली समाचार राखिदिए वापत ३ हजार रुपैयाँ पायो रे भन्ने सुनाएको थियो। त्यसो गर्न लगाउने मान्छे चाहिँ हाल नेपाल पत्रकार महासंघको काठमाडौं शाखाका जिम्मेवार पदाधिकारी छन्, बिचराको नाम चाहिँ उल्लेख नगरुँ होला।

    शरणार्थीका नाममा नेपालको नाम बदनाम गर्दै हिँड्ने यस्ता खाअ‍ोवादीहरुप्रति तपाईँको धारणा के छ ? तल कमेन्टमा लेख्न नभुल्नु होला।

    हरेक कुराका दुई पाटो हुन्छन्। एउटा पाटो यो भए पनि अर्को पाटोको रुपमा मलाई भने व्यक्तिगत रुपमा फाइदै भएको छ। किनभने विदेशबाट केही भए पनि डकुमेन्टसहरु अनुवाद गर्ने काम पाउने गर्छु :)

      Umesh Jee !

      Nice to see your article about the false refugee (Khaobadi) in European Countries.

      During the 10 years civil war many of the Nepalese have already suffered. I know the fact as you have mentioned, the victims are still in Nepal and the false before are getting benifit of those. Not only in the Name of Maoist,many Nepalese have already got the residence permit because of false asylum as a Bhutanese Refugee. I have seen many agents in Nepal who can arrange Bhutanese documents for some good money. I am not a refugee, I am a student. This is not really a good thing but after all who is getting benifit.That is Nepalese.Thats not Indian so we should not be so much worried about this thing.

      Umesh Jee and other friend, Why Nepalese still cant see the progress of other Nepalese? Be happy with what one Nepalese is doing.

      Please keep in mind umesh jee, who made the people to claim refugee in the other country? Its the Government itself and Maoist. From America to Canada, UK to Ireland, Schengen Countries,you can see more Illegeal then the legal one.

      तपाईको शरणार्थीको विषयमा लेख र त्यसमा आएको प्रतिक्रिया पढियो ।
      राम्रो लेखको लागि म तपाईलाई धन्यवाद व्यक्त गर्दछु । साँचै नै दश बर्ष सशस्त्र द्वन्द्वले धेरैमा मानिले दुःख पाएका छन् । मानिसको त्यस्तै दुःख भजाएर खान पल्लकेकाहरु यहाँ पनि नभएको हैन । यस लेखले माअ‍ोवादी र सेनाबाट पीडित भएकाहरुभन्दा पनि सुखले धेरै पैसा कमाउन पल्केकाहरुलाइ नाङ्गे छार पारेको छ । उनीहरुको देखावटी समस्याले साँचै समस्यामा परेकाहरुलाई अ‍ोझेलमा पारेको छ ।
      माअ‍ोवादी र सेनाबाट दुःख पाउने धेरै जसो त ती गाँउका निमुखा सोझा मानिसहरु छन् जसले यूरोप अमेरिका त के नेपालमै भएका संस्थाहरुसम्म पुग्न सकेका छैनन् ।
      नेपालका मानवअधिकारवादी संस्थाहरुले पनि उनीहरुको सबै समस्यालाई समेट्न सकेको छैन । राजधानीका जुलुसहरुमा पुलीसले लाठी हानेको बेला ठूलो स्वरले कराउने मानवअधिकारवादीहरुले सेना र माअ‍ोवादीले गरेको ज्यादतीको बारेमा उचित रुपमा कुरा उठाउन सकेका छैनन् । राजधानीका सडकमा निलो ज्याकेट लगाएर बग्रेल्ती देखिनेहरुको मोफसलका नागरिकले कहाँबाट अनुहार देख्न पाउनु । तर मैले जुलुसमा प्रहरीले लाठी प्रहार गर्दा बेल्नु हुदैन भनेको हैन है ।

      Nepalese freelance reporter Umesh Shrestha threatened for life after his article on false Nepalese refugee applicants to Europe.

      Freelance reporter and blogger Umesh Shretha has been threatened for life after posting an article on false refugee applicants on his blog (www.merosansar.com.np). His article talked about how some Nepali nationals are pretending to be misbehaved and tortured by Maoists and the Royal Nepalese army and apply for asylum overseas.

      He has received several emails criticizing his article and some twenty of them personally abusing and threatening him. Among them, one of the IP recorded to be from Germany has been threatening to kill him. According to Umesh, using ip-to-geo location database, the country of origin, city, the ISP used and even precise longitude and latitude has been calculated. However he claims that he hasn’t reported abuse or privacy reports to the ISP or the German police. Mr. Umesh plans to do so if necessary. The person using that IP has been found to comment several times using different names. The IP and the exact location have been censored for privacy reasons.

      I talked with graduate student at Harvard School of Public Science, Mr. Narayan Adhikari about the issue; according to Mr. Adhikari, Nepalese spend up to 2 million rupees to gain visas to European countries. Some of them even sell their entire property just for the shake of getting to Europe and making money. Due to this reason, their lives depend on their refugee status, and so of their families. However, Mr. Adhikari does not like the idea of threatening somebody. He claimed that no person would leave his country if he was not in trouble, and so the person’s refugee application can be legally justified.

      Something Mr. Adhikari and Professor of Journalism, Michal Allison of Walden University both agree upon is that, blogger Shrestha needs to keep in mind, his visitors and readers and post something digestible to them.

      Professor Allison does not see any problem with Shrestha’s post however he did suggest the newspaper image be removed from the article. Professor Allison does not see any point in suspecting that a personal blog would affect one’s refugee application. First of all, professor argued, it’s in Nepalese and second it’s a personal blog, not an official media. He further talked about free speech; after making sure that Umesh’s article did not personally affect anybody, he thinks Mr. Umesh has the right to express himself and that a person disagreeing may simply ignore or write another article about the issue rather than personally accusing or threatening.

      A local ISP said that they take threat reports seriously and inform the local authority about them if necessary; they explained that all ISPs are required by law, to inform any case of death treat reporting to the police.

      The German immigration office denied to disclose specific information but did assure that they would not decide or change their decision simply because of some article. Asked about if they had any false refuge cases before, they admitted that there have been such applications, and that the immigration is aware of the situation in Nepal. Refugee application is reviewed based on his documents, the petition and the response from the government of Nepal, explained the immigration office. Although the person’s background is checked, they assured that they would not decide the case simply based on blogs, myspace or other public and unreliable information sources.

      Although internet has made life easier, privacy, photoshoped images, unreal news and plagiarism has been an important issue raised by the world wide web. We are yet to see a logical solution to these important issues.

      Its not just in nepal… happens everywhere… ppl make the best use of the current situation in their country to get refugee status in rich countries…. and it did not start in nepal with the maoists…..

      I live in the US… and i have met a lot of Maoist refugeess… some of them are already US citizens…some of them.. still trying…

      …..but before the maoists…. nepalese used to claim refugee status for being Christians….Nepal, being the only hindu nation… they used to say that christians have a hard time living in nepal.. and shit like that…..

      …. if i had to apply for refugee now, i would say that… im one of the political party leaders.. and the king is giving me a hard time living in my country….. so u know…. ppl make use of the best reason…….. so its not a new news…. happens not only in nepal.. but everywhere…. well, infact… i have met a christian refugee from nepal… in a HINDU TEMPLE……with his family……….. and i know of this christian guy from pakistan….. who goes to a masjid (mosk)…. so… well… it happens..!!! everywhere….. relax!!

      Comming to your comment. Why are you loosing your temper against this blogger. sometime you request in polite way and next moment not even 5 words far, you threaten him as if your are going to wipe out immmidiately. You are funny man but seems to be deep trouble.But who has invited those trouble dude! yourself!.

      Binay has serious allegation against you that you have taken the money for keeping the secret and later you threaten to reveal. Though it may or may not be true however, there is serious confusion among readers like me in this allegation and fact.

      Could you please let us know if there was any sort of monetery transaction involve to hide or revealed this burning issue.

      Binay, if you have proof that Umesh has asked money to keep the secret for the monetery benifit, it comes under the catergory of blackmail which most of the reader like me do not trust this allegation as he has been proven to be pro-democracy and vocal to republic. In fact I have been following his blog from the very first day when he launched his blog.

      And moreover, you are using so foul language which provokes any guy who has self respect to retaliate for the false accusation and thats what this blogger was doing. Please note that this blogger would have created the false name and would have used more fould langauge than you and would have retaliated to you which he has not done so far.

      But this pseudo refugge issue is big in USA as well. you wont believe, there are people who are most criminal and cunning in Nepal who does not even know what is maoist issue in Nepal and ongoing conflict, they are filing in refugee potraying maoist and RNA such a brutal criminal and human rights violator that any listener will be start hating to them.

      More over, there is every document they can make from here to Nepal. Can not believe the way these crooks are doing for personel benefit.But believe me, not as of today, someone is going to pucblish good article about this topics in near future as this is becoming real big agenda.

      Anyway! anywhere all neplese brother and sister should lead descent life but not the life of lie.

      Umesh! ball is on your court to shed some lights on the accusation Binya has made on you though it might not be true.

      Umesh. If you are true professional, keep working without loosing heart. I have clrealy seen the progress you have made in last one year and despite lots ups and down in life. Even though you may not have enough resources now but the effort you have put to inform the neplese diaspore about the conflict in Nepal is highly applausible. Even the number one media house like Kantipur was sometime behind to let the people know about currnet news.

      Binaya, you too will agree with me on the statement I made on the above paragraph and dont disagree with me that you have not enjoyed his article and blog till he has published this pseudo refuggee articles.And you too would have dontated some amount in the begining to run this blogger.

      I am hundred percent sure that “Nepali” is a dalal of all this nautanki…. and he is making this drama with everyone….. these all binaya and all these people are his friends. he is the first one who start taking personally about this articles and try to add the name of genuine people.

      हिजोआज नेटमा बस्न त्यति मौका पाइएको छैन । त्यसैले खावोवादी सम्बन्धि उमेशजीको धमाकेदार ब्लग एकदिन ढिला पढ्न पाइयो । यो विषयमा मसंग पनि कम जानकारी नभएको हैन । तर द्धन्द्धले पिल्सिएका नेपालीलाइ विदेशमा बस्दा किन आलोचनाको पात्र बनाउने भनेर म चुप लागेर बसेको थिए ।
      तर, खाओवादीको अचाक्लि बढ्दै गएपछि भने यसमा केही लेख्नै पर्‍यो भनेर विचार गर्दै थिए उमेश जीले विषय नै ब्रेक गरिदिनुभयो । यो ब्लग त्यसैको फलोअपको रुपमा उपयोग गरेहुन्छ ।

      I like some of your (Anti-Psuedo-Refugee) comment but, i after all i found you seems to be a “Real chamcha of Panchayat”,dont you think umesh as a gaddar and namak haram?first he take huge amount of money on the name to keep somebodys secracy(pahila usle paisa leyar doc banaune ani tati bela kasailai bhandina bhanne aheile aayar yesto why?) but now he want to tell the truth!?for what?why now?why not on the spot?why????f**k you too…..

      Its not actually the treaten instead its a kind suggestion.Yes always the true will be bitter for human kind but here true stands for “manuplatin the truth”, and if two people(specially umesh) want to ruin somebodys future or want to play with them then definately he should be aware that what he need to repay with time!.I just want to convey the message to them who are controlling this website please dont make your personal issue publisied…….please …..if not then everybody got something from god to protect himself,so i too can use it if time time comes.So guys dont quarrel form the net but have table talk for the solution.

      The greatest mistakes Nepalese do is that they dont think logically to anything. They target the result from any way or source rather than to achieve perfectly. We must not forget that the truth is always truth. There is one ancient proverb in Nepali,Zhutho bolyo ki polyo. Not to lie and to follow the way of truth brings the greatest achievement in life. Thus, neither we are hurt by people nor we will have to hurt people.

      “UMESHA ji is right” bhanne pathak le kurai nabhuji, malai samet nakkali maobaddi pidit banaunu bhayo. ma US or Europe hain asia ma nai chun. ani kunai kamdar bhayer nabhai mero aafnai business cha. maile mathi ko comments ma khali aafno dharana matra rakheko hun.

      You can not threat him for trying to raise the genuine issue. Moreover those guys who are not genuine maoist or RNA victim and asking for refugee status exagerating the brutality and torture in fact criminal. They have paid millions to sneak to foriegn land and trying to harm the reputation of whole nation for the peronel benefit. If you justify your deed by propogating false propoganda against maoist and RNA fishing in merky watner,then you are not slave of these Acutocratic Royal slave and chamcha ri

      How about letting the maoist and RNA to know the list of the people who has made false story about the brutality to them by defaming both maoist and RNA. They are not genuine victim of conflict rather they are opertuninst.

      I am amazed by reading the post of bharat ji.Its in the law of those countries that’s why u guys got the refugee status but is it based on facts?? thats the matter Umesh Ji is trying to say here.How can you say to foreigners that u have been beaten by maoists or thereatened by RNA when u have not.When thousands of people go to those countries as refugees they will automatically feel Nepalies are starving in their own country.ARE WE STARVING?       Bravo, Umesh, Hats off for your excellent piece of news to uncover NEPALESE SIN in Europe. You must not discourage yourself for all criticism of jackle minded criminals and their sympethizer. Crime of a handful nepalese is responsible to put all other nepalese in trouble. Nepalese can bring money back home being a smuggler, prostitute, criminal and doing all sort of illegal activities. No need to tell, illegal works are always rewarding in monetary revenue, but it is never wise to encourage fellow nepalese to doing illegal practices for money or whatsoever other excuse.

      On the other hand, none of illegal refugee seekers should claim about their remitance contribution to Nepal. They do not send any money, their limited income is spent for their legal fights and saved for future plans to run away into different place in case of failure.

      I warn to all those ill-minded criminals, who express their anger against Umesh this time. If anything happens to Umesh, you will be prosecuted at first hand and you will be in trouble.       Thanks for raising this prominent issue though it is sensitive one.One can not hide the truth for the long time.

      I agree with Anand bista’s comment upto certain extent that 70 % of the participant in pro democracy rally in foriegn are those refugee but they all have their own selfish motive to fulfil but not for patriotism or democracy.There are few people who are concern about nepal and nepali else most of them are crooked and corrupt leader near and dear who wants something in favour of this in future. So dont get excited, next time when you post those daispora rally picture in your blog. If you investigate the pics and background, most of them would have defame maoist who are fighting for republic Nepal or would have defame Royal slave RNA to make their refugee pending case more bonafide( One way they are doing good to smack down the Monarchy) but there are equal amount of Royal support refugee as well.

      There are tons of Nepali in USA who are filing refuge status and there is gang operating from Nepal to USA.
      They are defaming maoist or either gov for thier own selfish gain keeping the country’s reputation and nationality at stake,They create so many false story against torture, kidnapping, burtal treatment etc by maosit and gov which in fact are all fake.

      You guys are worried why USA is so much concern about Nepali politics. There are thousands of Nepalese refugee visa are still in Pending state and filing is increasing in exponential ratio.These are some element who does not want Moist problem to get resolved as their status will be disolved or sent back to Nepal if there is no maoist problem.

      Umesh, dont get back from those threat given by those refugee who are illegal and criminal by the law of the respective country. Here most of the guys who are asking you to stop revealing more are in the same status. However dont pin point personely. Make common agenda and issue.

      When you write such sensitive issue, there is thin line between your prefessionalism and misconception about blackmailing.

      Truth prevails. Today Umeshji said it, tomorrow someone else will say it. Eventually everybody will know about it. So don’t blame the messenger for the news. He only highlighted the attitude people have used to misuse the system. Our emphasis should not be on how to hide such illegal activities. We close our eyes when people do such things and later blame our own people, our own system, and our culture for all the irregularities that happen around us and in our government.       Sometimes things are better not told for the benefit of Nepali Dajubhai… so please don’t do this even if this might be very legal thing to do in journalism. I know many nepali know this. and there are actual sufferes of maoist as well as the king of Nepal.

      I think all the Nepali are suffering in one extent or the other from both the sides. It is just the question of which extent. the mistake they made is that they exaggereted their side to make their application strong using false means. But remember that all the people do that. It is the matter of judging institution to seperate the fake exaggeration with the real one. Please remove this page from your blog so that less nepalese will suffer from this.

      I bet, if you force those nepalease to return back to Nepal then you will get the biggest thrash of your life.

      Major thing you need to understand is Nepalese are suffering from both sides. It is just the question of the extent. so the basis of your reasoning is wrong…

      I hope you will heed my advice.

      I want to make very clear that neither i am refugee nor a job holder in abraod. I am wrtting the comment just as ur reader.
      Being a regular reader, i have noticed that your blog is very popular among the nepalese in America and urope, It can be known from the comments posted.
      Anyone, including You as are journalist, can understand that the most of the (not some of the) Nepalese in foreign country are living either as refugee or illigally. Although there are so many reason behind it, that is true.And they are taking the same way to make the stay longer over there. That is why it is difficult to get visa for nepalese.
      As most of your reader/audience are refugge/illigal,and your blog is being popular among them, why did you post that blog ? It was your professionalism or negligency ? whatever is the reason it doesnt affect me personally, but i want to know the reason because i am your reader. That’s all.

      This is not a new thing to be commented on or to be talked about. Europe, as far as i’ve heard from my friends and some family members over there, has been a good spot for some people (I must say the number is increasing everyday, though) to misuse Maoist movements. In the US, you must know Umeshji, some well known Nepali journalists have settled with some false documents that they’ve been tortured by Maoists. Under what circumstances can an environment journalist be tortured by Maoists while he has never been in contact with them? As i already said, some things are better untold.

      मेरो व्यक्तिगत विचारमा यहालाई एउटा अनुरोध गर्न चाहान्छु त्यो k भने , राष्ट्रियता , प्रजातन्त्र इत्यादिको विषयमा जति सुकै चिन्ता गरे पनि त्यो भनेको उसले विदेशको कुनै पनि भागमा वास्तवमा दुख नपाए पनि उसले विदेशमा दुख गर्ने वातावरण श्रृजना गर्नका लागि त्यसो गरेको हुन सक्दछ । कतिपय विकसित देशहरुमा हामी जस्तो विपन्न देशवाट गएका युवाहरुले कामको अनुमति पाउन कठिन हुन्छ । विद्याथीका रुपमा नै कोही विदेश छिरेको भए पनि उसले आफ्नो देशवाट खर्च धानेर पढ्न सक्ने अवस्था रहदैन ।
      तपाई भने जस्तो जर्मनी ,वेल्जियम, नर्वे जस्ता देशहरुको नामकरण गर्नू भएको रहेछ , त्यति मात्र होइन यद्यपी अमेरिका, वेलायत जस्ता अति सम्पन्न देशहरुमा समेत नेपालीहरुले त्यहाको कामको अनुमतिका लागि यी प्रकृयाहरु पार गरेको हुन्छ । तव मात्र उसले काम गर्न पाउछ अनि कमाउने नेपाल पठाउने भन्ने कुरा पछि को कुरा हो । अझ जापान, कोरीया जस्ता देशहरुमा त अझ नेपालीहरु अवैध रुपमा लुकेर १८ घण्टा सम्म जोतिएर कमाउछन । आखिर जे जसो गरे पनि कालान्तरमा नेपालीको राष्ट्रिय आयमा यसले वृद्धि गराउदछ । हालको अर्थतन्त्रको आधा भन्दा वढि यस्तै रेमिटेन्सले धानेको कुरा यहालाई अवगत नै होला ।
      निश्चय रुपमा नै युवाहरु पलायन भए भन्ने सवालमा सवाल जवाफ गर्न सकिएला तर देशको वेइज्ययत गरेर वसे भन्ने सवालमा सहमत हुन सकिन्न । एउटा गुरुङ्ग समुदायको एक जना भाईले वुद्धि पुराएन भनेर उसको त्यस समाचार पछाडिको लगानिलाई हामीले विर्सनुहुदैन । हुन सक्दछ त्यो भाइ अमेरिका, नर्वे , वेलायत, वेल्जियर्,जर्मन जस्ता देशहरुमा लाखौ रुपैया दलाललाई खर्चेर वा विद्यार्थीका रुपमा छिरेको होला । उसले २ रुपैया देखि ३ रुपैया सयकडा व्याजमा रिन काडेर कमाउने नियतले विदेशीएको पनि हुन सक्दछ , हामीले यसरी उसको प्रयासलाई यसरी देश विदेश सम्म र्सार्वजनिक नगर्दा नै राम्रो हुने थियो जस्तो मलाई लाग्दछ ।
      हामीले क्षणिक रसस्वादन गर्दा कसैको भविष्यमाथी त खेलवाड गरिरहेका छैनौ त्यता पनि ध्यान दिनु आवस्यक हुन्छ । अर्कोकुरा , तपाईले गर्ने लोकतन्त्रको लागि त्यसरी वस्ने नेपालीहरुले विदेशमा वसेर निकै ठूलो भूमिका खेलिरहेका पनि छन जस्तो वेलायतमा , वेल्जियमा, जर्मनमा अनि अमेरिका, स्विडेन लगायतका देशमा देशको लोकतन्त्रका लागि तपाई जत्तिकै लागिरहेका छन यो कुरा मान्नुस त्यहा त्यसरी कार्यक्रम गर्नेहरु ७० प्रतिशत तपाईले कुरा चलाएका वा कुराको प्रसंग चलाए जस्तै हैसियत राख्नेहरु हुने गर्दछन । तपाईलाई जस्तै तिनीहरुलाई पनि देशको चिन्ता हुने गर्दछ साथी । अर्कोकुरा , तपाईलाई थाहा नै होला, नेपालको शिक्षा नीति विदेशमा विक्दैन के गरुन ड्रि्री भएर पनि साथीहरु गोरु जोतिएको जस्तो १८ घण्टा जोतिएर २ पैसा वचाएर नेपालमा नै पठाएका छन क्यारे कि होइन – आदर्शले पेट परिवार अनि समाज चल्दैन जमान त्यो रहेन के गरुन त विचराहरुले । त्यसकारण अन्तयमा म के भन्न चाहान्छु भने कृपया यस्ता कुराले निजको भविष्यमाथी नै वज्रपात हुन सक्दछ । यसैका कारण निजको भविष्य अन्धकारमय हुन सक्दछ र उ लाखौमा डुव्न सक्दछ प्राविधिकरुपमा त्यसैले यो समाचारलाई हामीले यो वल्गमा नै नराख्दा राम्रो हुन सक्दछ की भन्ने मेरो अनुरोध छ । देशमा वरु हामीले दलालका भरमा, वा लहै लहैमा लागेर विदेशीने खोज्नेहरुलाई विदेशमा पैसामात्र होइन दुख पनि छ । ऋणधन गरेर यस्तो कठिन क्षणहरु वेहर्नु पर्दछ भनेर पहिले नै सचेत हुन पहल गर्ने पो हो की -तर उमेश जी तपाईको ३४ प्रतिशत दर्शक अमेरिकामा वस्ने नेपाली छन , लगभग ७० प्रतिशत तपाईका वेभसाइट विदेशवाट खोलिने गरिन्छ र जुन कुरा तपाई प्रस्तुत गर्नु भयो त्यसले तपाई भन्न खोजेका कुराको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै गर्दैन ।
      अनि तपाईले त्यसरी नाम र फोटोमा केरमेट गरे पनि त्यहा त्योपत्रिकाको मिति दिनुभएको छ त्यसरी झनै समस्या पर्न सक्दछ निजका लागि , तपाईले रसस्वादन गर्दा त्यो भाइको भविष्य माथी नै खेलवाड हुने गर्दछ । हिम्मत छ लेख्नुस आर्टिकल ९ नेपाललाई लगाउन सकिन्छ भनेर हिड्ने मानव अधिकारवादीहरुको खानतलासि गरेर समाचार लेख्नुस । जुन अर्जुन कार्कीकोवारे मा आएको छ । त्यति मात्र होइन ५५ अर्व यताउता गर्ने दरवारका वारेमा लेख्नुस , अनुसन्धान गर्नुस अनि लेख्नुस विचरा विदेशमा भाडा माझ्न पहल गर्ने भाइलाई विषय वनाएर अनाहकमा तपाईको समय वर्वादी नगर्नू हृँेल्ँँ । नेपालको पत्रिका र पत्रकार धेरै चोर डाका हुन अनि पीत पत्रकारीतामा वाचेका हुन्छ नगरुन पनि कसरी तलव त पाइदैन त्यो तपाईले भनेको होइन , पाउनु भयो त स्पेसटाइपको तपाईको हिसाव किताव , यस्तै हो साथी राष्टियताका चर्का कुरा । विदेशमा मोज कसैलाई छैन ।।।।।।।।।सवैको हालत पातलो छ साथी ।।।।।

      काठमाडौं । माघ १९ पछि नेपालमा सबैभन्दा बढी डलर खाने को होला – तपाईंको आ-आफ्नै अनुमान हुनसक्छ । तर, लोकतन्त्रको नाम बेच्दै कुनै एउटा व्यक्ति त्यो पात्र हो भनेर सुन्दा तपाईंलाई अनौठो लाग्न सक्ला । माघ १९ पछि देशभर लोकतन्त्रको नाममा आयोजित नागरिक सभाहरुमा प्रमुख अतिथि, विशेष अतिथि तथा अतिथि भएर देखा पर्ने व्यक्ति नै ती अनौठा पात्र हुन् भन्दा तपाईंलाई अझ अचम्म लाग्नसक्छ । देशमा लोकतन्त्रको आडम्बर देखाउ“दै नेपालीहरुको कुरुप काया विदेशीसामु छरपष्ट पारेर अकूत सम्पत्ति कमाउने ती अनौठा पात्र हुन्- अर्जुन कार्की ।
      गैरसरकारी संस्था महासंघका अध्यक्ष तथा नेपाल ग्रामीण पुनर्निर्माण -आरआरएन) नामक गैरसरकारी संस्थाको प्रमुखसमेत रहेका कार्की राजनीतिज्ञ, अर्थशास्त्री वा द्वन्द विशेष केही पनि होइनन् । तर, उनले विगत एक दशकदेखि यस्ता अनेक नामबाट डलरको खेती गरिरहेका छन् । कहिले राजनीतिको ध्वा“स देखाउ“दै, कहिले नेपालको द्वन्द भजाउ“दै त कहिले गिर्दो अर्थतन्त्रको नाङ्गो तस्वीर विदेशीलाई पस्केर उनले सम्पत्ति कमाइरहेका छन् । माघ १९ को निरंकुश कदमले अन्य गैरसरकारी संस्थाहरु टाट पल्टेका छन्, तर डा. कार्कीका लागि देशको विषम अवस्था नै डलर कमाउने बहाना बनिरहेको छ ।
      डा. कार्की प्रमुख रहेको आरआरएनको मुख्य आर्थिक स्रोत डीएफआईडी -बेलायत) हो । विदेशीलाई आफ्नो आन्द्राभु“डी देखाएर सहानुभूति प्राप्त गर्न खप्पिस कार्कीले सो संस्थाका द्वन्द सल्लाहकार मार्क सेगलकी पत्नीलाई आरआरएनको परामर्शदाता बनाइदिएका छन् । कूटनीतिक नियमअनुसार सेगलकी पत्नीको आरआरएनमा परामर्शदाताको भूमिका अबैध र गैरकानूनी मानिन्छ । डीएफआईडीकै आशर्ीवादका कारण सो संस्थाको अरबौंको बजेट आरआरएनले मात्र पाउने गरेको छ । स्रोतका अनुसार, अन्य संस्थाले डीएफआईडीको बजेट सु“घ्न पनि पाउ“दैनन् । डीएफआईडीलाई मोहनीमन्त्रले बा“ध्न सफल डा. कार्की अधिकांश समय विदेशमै बिताउ“छन् । त्यहा“ उनको एउटै काम हुन्छ- विदेशीसामु डा“को छाडेर रुनु र सक्दो सहानुभूति बटुल्नु । नेपालीहरुको आपसी झगडालाई अन्तर्रर्ााट्रयकरण गर्दै उनी विदेशीहरुलाई फकाउन अहिले पनि व्यस्त छन् । कार्कीको भूमिकालाई अचम्मको मान्छन् उनका सहकर्मीहरु । उनी नेपालमा छउञ्जेल लोकतन्त्रको जय गाउ“छन्, राजाको विरोध गर्छन्, स्वाभिमानको डिङ हा“क्छन्, तर जब विदेश पस्यो, तब उनको भूमिका चाटुकारमा परिणत हुन्छ ।
      आइरिस मन्त्रीसामु पनि रोइकर्राई गर्न भ्याइसकेका कार्की अहिले ब्रसेल्स र हेल्सिन्कीमा नेपालीहरुको कुरुप काया पर््रदर्शन गर्दै हि“डिरहेको स्रोतहरु बताउ“छन् । विदेशका मन्त्रीसम्मको पहु“च बनाउन डा. कार्कीलाई डीएफआईडीका द्वन्द सल्लाहकार मार्क सेगलले नै सहयोग गरेका हुन् । सेगलसित कार्कीको परिचय ब्रिटिश प्रोफेसर डेबिड सेडानले गराइदिएका थिए । सेडान तिनै व्यक्ति हुन्, जसले कार्कीलाई पढ्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइदिएका थिए । लोकतन्त्र, शान्ति र द्वन्द समाधानको भजन गाएर धनाढ्य बनेका कार्की एमालेको सामाजिक सेवा विभागका सदस्य पनि हुन् । लमजुङको सुन्दरबजारस्थित कृषि क्याम्पसमा पढ्दा उनलाई केशवलाल श्रेष्ठर डीबी कार्कीहरुले राजनीतिको कखरा सिकाएका थिए । रामपुर कृषि क्याम्पसमा अध्ययन गर्दागर्दै उनी तत्कालीन मालेनिकट अनेरास्ववियुको केन्द्रीय सदस्यसमेत भए ।
      संखुवासभाको तुम्लिङटारका पर्ूवप्रधानपञ्चका छोरा कार्कीले अखिलमा रह“दा ठिटी च्यापेपछि निकै विवादित बनेका थिए । पार्टर्ीी आन्तरिक विषयमा अनावश्यक चासो राखेर सोधीखोजी गर्न थालेपछि उनलाई कारबाही गरिएको थियो । कारबाहीको क्रममा उनलाई अखिलको केन्द्रीय कमिटीबाट त हटाइएन, तर उनको कार्यक्षेत्र तोकिएका चितवन र मकवानपुरमध्ये मकवानपुर प्रवेशमा उनलाई रोक लगाइएको थियो । आफ्नै कार्य क्षेत्रबाट कार्की लखेटि“दा सो क्षेत्रमा मुकुन्द न्यौपाने, देवी ज्ञवाली, काशीराज अधिकारीहरु भूमिगत रुपमा कार्यरत थिए ।
      शंकास्पद गतिविधिका कारण एमालेबाट नजानि“दो पाराले मिल्काइएका कार्कीले बहुदल आएपछि एनजीओको नाममा मस्ती गरिरहेका कार्कीले काठमाडौंकी ठकुरीकी छोरीलाई उडाएपछि विदेशीस“ग उनको सम्बन्ध अझ मजबुत बनेको थियो । एमाले विवादको बेला पार्टर्ीीmुटाउन कालो ओभरकोट लगाएर नेपालगञ्ज पुगेका कार्की अहिले भने संभावित गिरफ्तारीको डरले विदेशमै शयर गरिरहेको स्रोतहरु दाबी गर्छन् । देशमै बसेर लोकतन्त्रको नारा उराल्दा सरकारी फन्दामा परिइने कुरा बुझेका कार्की लोकतन्त्रकै नाम बेचेर अहिले विदेशीहरुलाई फकाउन व्यस्त छन् । यता, लोकतन्त्रको कुरा चलिरहेकै छ, उता कार्कीको लोकतन्त्रको नाममा डलरको खेती पनि फस्टाइरहेको छ ।

      धन्यवाद कृष्णप्रसाद रेग्मीको सम्वन्धमा यति धेरै चासो लिइदिनु भएकोमा म यहा प्रति आभारी छु । तर मित्र यहाले आफुलाई नेपाली भन्ने सम्म हिम्मत गर्नु भएछ तर कृष्णप्रसाद रेग्मीको वेभ ठेगना दिनु भएछ । किन ? तपाईको कुनै परिचय छैन । कतै यस्तो धन्दामा महोदय नै लागिरहनु भएको छैन ।
