सरकार र माअोवादी दुवैतर्फबाट युध्दविरामको घोषणा भइसकेपछिको माअोवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डको यो पहिलो अन्तर्वार्ता हो। अन्तर्वार्ता टेलिफोनमा प्रत्यक्ष रुपमा लिइएको हो। अन्तर्वार्ता साथी भोजराज भाटले लिनुभएको हो। यो अन्तर्वार्ताको लिखित रुप आजको नेपाल साप्ताहिकमा प्रकाशित भएको छ भने अडियो भने एक्सक्लुसिभ रुपमा मेरो संसारमा मात्र प्रसारण हुँदैछ।
अन्तर्वार्ता टेलिफोनमा लिइएको थियो र बेला-बेलामा उता (प्रचण्ड) तर्फ आवाज नसुनिने भएकोले अन्तर्वार्ताको लय बिग्रने गरी सुनिएन, फेरि भन्नुस् जस्ता आवाजहरुको डिस्टर्बेन्स भएको हुनाले ठाउँठाउँमा त्यसलाई हटाई सम्पादन गरिएको छ।
अन्तर्वार्ताका क्रममा भोजराजले प्रचण्डलाई तपाईँ काठमाडौंको खुल्लामञ्चमा आउने हल्ला छ नि भनेर सोध्दा उहाँले भन्नुभएको छ- ‘निकास निस्कने कुरा निश्चित भएमा म आउँछु।’ बाँकी
निकास निस्कने निश्चित भएन भने आउने ग्यारेण्टी हुन्न- अन्तर्वार्तामा भनेको सुनिएको छ।
अन्तर्वार्तामा प्रचण्डले संविधान सभामा जाने दिशामा बाटो खुलेको त हो, तर विश्वस्त हुने स्थिति छैन भन्नुभएको छ। जनता र नागरिकले दबाब जारी राख्नुपर्छ र त्यसो भएमा संविधान सभामा जान बाध्य भइन्छ भन्ने प्रचण्डको धारणा अन्तर्वार्तामा सुनिन्छ।
अहिलेको सरकारले सेनालाई अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सुपरिवेक्षणमा राख्नुपर्ने, जनआन्दोलनका अपराधीलाई कारबाही गर्नुपर्ने, सेनालाई जनताको नियन्त्रणमा ल्याउन सक्ने प्रक्रियाको थालनी गर्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिँदै उहाँले सेनालाई जस्ताको तस्तै राखियो भने गम्भीर षडयन्त्रको बाटो खुल्लै हुने बताउनु भएको छ।
अरु पनि धेरै कुरा छन् २० मिनेटभन्दा लामो यो अन्तर्वार्तामा । तपाईँ आफै त्यसलाई सुन्नुस् र आफ्नो धारणा आफै बनाउनुस्।

उहाँको बारेमा मैले तलका दुई ब्लगमा पनि लेखेको छु।

नेपालको अहिलेको स्थितिमा माअोवादीबिनाको सहमति खोज्ने प्रयास मुखले शान्तिको राग अलाप्ने निरर्थक अभ्यास बाहेक केही हुनेछैन। अहिलेको तरल स्थितिमा नेपाली राजनीतिको एउटा प्रमुख खेलाडी बनेको माअोवादीको पनि धारणा बुझ्न जरुरी हुन्छ नै। त्यसैको प्रयास स्वरुप यहाँ यो र अन्य अन्तर्वार्ताहरु राखिएका हुन्। यसमा कसैले ‘बौध्दिक दरिद्रता’ देखाएर आरोप लगाउने काम गर्छ भने त्यसमा मेरो भन्नु केही छैन।

First congratulations on being a first one to create a blog in Nepali language. But, it might be coincidence, i was thinking to create a blog in Nepali since last year and i was about to start in January. But, since i was busy in my courses and delay in registration in china, i could not. If i had done i’d have grabbed your title”1st Nepali bloger”(Though i didn’t know that there were no blogs in Nepali yet!!)It sounds funny, doesn’t it? Anyway, congrat again.
Well, regarding the audio interview with Prachanda, I think we should support his democratic intentions and force him to give up the gun-minded thinking.The problems can be solved by giving positive pressure to maoist rather than by simply rejecting their ideas. So, lets be affirmative and optimistic.

umesh ji . i am very much impressed by the comments delivered by indra ji on this column . according to the maoist supremo prachanda that the main objective of the recent movement was to eliminate the samanti power like king and his fellows because they were involved to the criminal activities to kill the innocent people because the king was supposed to have the different principles than the peoples and the SPA’S AGENDA but one thing i want to ask prachanda THAT for what purpose he and his fellows were involved through the kiliings and making the nepali’s to flee from thier own homeland just as they were against his principles? then what is the difference between him and the rajatantra.may be if on this golden oppurtunity they couldnt come to the barta and again make the nepali people under the threat of their janasena then i think it isn’t far the nepali people will again come on the new movement to throw this mawobadi just like the king’s regime

भारत विहारमा कार्यरत एसएसवी फोर्सले वैशाख २१ गते देखि सुस्ताको थारु टोलादेखि पूर्व उत्तरमा रहेको खेतबाट नेपाली भू-भाग अतिक्रमण गरी सडक निर्माण सुरु गरेको स्थानीय सुस्तावासी गोपाल गुरुङले बताएका छन् । भारत विहारमा रहेको एसएसवी फोर्सले विहारका जनता लगाएर नेपाली भू-भागमा कृषकहरुले लगाएको उखु र तरकारी नष्ट गरी सडक निर्माण कार्य सुरु गरेको छ । उता सडक निर्माणदेखि पूर्व उत्तरमा भारतीयहरुले नेपाली भू-भाग अतिक्रमण गरी धान लगाउने तयारी गरेको कुरा सुस्ताकी लैला मोमिनले बताएकी छन् ।

I read your comment.It is people who will finalise who has done good or bad. As I have told in the previous comment that there has been severe mistake from each side. But at the same time, he is Gyanendra who killed Birendra, only maoist take stand in that point, at that time he is Taranath who is in this parliament who makes joke at history. He is Girija who was primeminister at that time, he is now again primeminister, he always say grand design, what is grand design. If he is man, and he is honest to nation why he can’t say anything. The problem is not only maoist, the problem is the proudness of Gyanendra and Koirala family who feel themeselves as King, No one is king and every nepali is king. Another thing you said what maoist has done. I fully agree with you that maoist has killed lot of innocient people but at the same that pressure makes Nepal a New Nepal. If you assume that without that movement do you have this strength to write and speak agianst king and any other force, even maoist, So you are totally one sided.
Respect the decision of people, they will finalise who are best or worst.

In the worst atrocity against civilians in Nepal’s nine-year civil war, at least 38 people were killed and a further 72 injured when a crowded bus was torn apart by a suspected Maoist bomb yesterday.
The attack occurred at 8am in a remote area of Chitwan district, about 120 miles south of Kathmandu, as villagers travelled to market in Bharatpur.

There were more than 100 passengers, including many sitting on the roof of the bus, when the bomb exploded.
Major Sushil Dahal, an army spokesman in Kathmandu, said: “Everybody can easily see that there are civilians travelling on the bus, so I would say it is cold- blooded murder.”
A Nepalese journalist who visited the scene said the bomb, which was planted in a bucket by the roadside, threw the bus 30 to 40 feet in the air. Wires leading from the blast site showed that it had been detonated from 200 yards away.
An army major in Chitwan, who refused to give his name, said: “All the people were scattered because the bus was torn into two pieces. The people who were sitting in the middle, most of them were killed. Most of them are children and ladies, some of them are old people.”
Hospital sources said that six children were among the dead. Three off-duty soldiers in civilian clothes also died. State radio put the death toll at 53, but army officers at the scene said they had recovered 38 bodies, although there could be more.
Prabakha Ghimire, a local reporter in Chitwan, said he spoke to victims who described the attack. “They said it took place with no warning,” he said. “Almost all the injured are serious and only two people were able to talk with us. They are being operated on and receiving blood transfusions.”

you have done very good job. your effort is appriciated and will be rewarded after the democratic republic nepal. If people read the french revolution and other revolutions in europe or elsewhere, then they will understand the need of struggle for the change.
I believe that the people came to the street without caring their lives due to the 12 point MOU and the 10 years of armed struggle. this is because people would like to give their support for the change. at the same time, nepalse people should understand that the kingship is not dead, only it is passive now. they should keep high alert and work to the death of the monarch.
I am sure cpn (m) will try its best to lead the country and people. First, according to the poeple wish, peaceful means should be exercised, if it is possible to bring change in the country. But people from all sectors should pressuried the leaders and support them to liberate the country from the feudal monarch. the better they understand the real enimy of our country, the sooner the dreams will be converted into reality.

hey yaar, of course i m nepali, i didn;t compare the status of those this first, let us think the killed people till now how can u give answer about that ??? well regarding status, i already told we should have blood less revolution not like that. i know the importance of nepali people and their aspects. And regarding the status of king and people, one thing can be done tax on king’s property also or lets cut the money going to the king, as u know before the money going to the king was just 13 crores now going 60 crores. Every comment seems interesting, each side done mistake in these 15 years. I feel unhappy when I read many comments. If Prachanda has done mistake, they will be and should be punished by the people, law and society. But he is Jirija Prasad and Sher Bahadur who bombed in villege, killo sera Operation and killed people as ant. Maoist has killed people in one in one basis, but King, Nepali congress killed people in dozen basis, don’t blame each other. I am really happy that com prachand felt responsiblity of nepali people and nation. I found he is very keen to solve the problem. It is highly urgent to dismiss the royal army. we nepali people never believe that royal army serve for the nepali people. this organization likes a group of armed servent just for the royal faimily but unfortanutaly we poor people are paying tax just to protect murder gyane and parase. it is so shame to introduce myself as citizen of nepal after royal hatyakanda.

Nepalese people are looking for rational changes in the social, political and economical sectors of the country. People are looking for the determined nationalistic and dynamic political parties and leaders having democratic principles. Nepal is lacking true political leaders who can take the country out of present conflict and work as the aspirations of the Nepalese people. It’s a truth that some figures seen in Maoists seemed to be capable to drive the nation as per the will of the people but the principles that they carry on are disliked by the people. Maoist Comrades have to democratize their party principles and express their strong commitment to the multiparty democracy as soon as possible. If they go amongst the people in the upcoming CA Election with the principles of communism, what they are telling now and executing in their so called local government, it’s a bitter truth that the verdict of Nepalese people will be in favor of Nepali congress and the UML in the majority. Election if the election could be held faire and free. Therefore Maoist comrades have to fathom the truth that Nepalese people want absolute democracy that is based on democratic norms and principles not on the communism. Nepalese people by heart want the Maoist come to the mainstream of competitive democratic politics that the Maoists have to fathom in time and change themselves accordingly.
Therefore it would be better for the Nepalese people and the Maoists party that they renounce violence for ever and start the peaceful democratic process. Now some parts of the nations are seen as under Maoists but the reality is due to fear from them because if anyone went against the Maoists they have to bear the very low level anti humanitarian so called peoples’ punishment. People by heart don’t support their regression which even Maoist leaders know very well but they can’t go against them at the moment.
Maoists must give up legitimizing their armed movement. Their will for the liberty from existing social injustices and expeditions and the betterment of the nation are pure but the way that they are following can’t be acceptable in this 21st century.

Definitely, Nepali people are eagerly waiting for the peaceful and prosperous Nepal. The armed fight the maoists are going through cannot be verified in true sense, however it would be unwise just to blame them for the current situation in the country. We have to accept that the maoists rebellation has helped to show the clear picture of Nepal to the entire world. It is the axploration of the voice of Nepali people which was suppressed for so many years. A minor group of people and views were dominating the majority of people especially in the rural areas. The distribution of facilities and infrastructure was totally unscientific. Let’s hope in the new and changed context when the entire country is moving on the way towards the People’s Republic Nepal, the poor and neglected rural Nepalis will get appropriate respects and recognition.Now when the maoists are also trying to get a safe and secured escape, it is the responsibility of the entire responsible authorities, to give them a respectful space, which i feel, is the desire of entire Nepali people.
