अपडेट (अपराह्न ४२०): संसदमा रहेका साथी मणिले जनाए अनुसार अहिले ४ बजेर १० मिनेट जाँदा नवनिर्वाचित सभामुख सुभाष नेम्वाङले संसदसामु शपथ ग्रहण गर्नुभएको छ। यसअघि सभामुखले राजाअगाडि शपथ ग्रहण गर्ने गर्थे। नेम्वाङ सर्वसम्मत रुपमा सभामुख निर्वाचित हुनुभएको हो। संसदमा परम्परा तोडिने क्रम कै एउटा भाग हो यो। यसअघि राजदण्ड र श्रीपेच भएको ब्याच सांसदहरुले बहिस्कार गरेका थिए। अहिले तुलसी गिरी पनि गिरफ्तार भएको हल्ला आएको छ। मुख्य सचिव लोकमानसिंह कार्की भने निलम्बित भएका छन्।
आज बिहान प्रधानसेनापतिले प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई भेटेका छन्। बिहान साढे १० बजे प्रधानसेनापति प्यारजङ थापा प्रधानमन्त्री निवास बालुवाटार छिरेका थिए र निस्केका थिए ११ बजेतिर। प्रधानसेनापति प्रधानमन्त्री निवासभित्र छिर्दा वरपर ठूलो संख्यामा सेना परिचालन गरिएको रहेछ। रायमाझी आयोगको सिफारिसबमोजिम प्रधानसेनापतिलाई पनि निलम्बन गर्न सुरक्षापरिषदलाई सिफारिस गर्ने हिजो बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषदको बैठकले निर्णय गरेको थियो। प्रधानसेनापति र प्रधानमन्त्रीबीच के कुरा भयो, त्यो चाहिँ थाहा भएन। हल्ला भने प्रधानसेनापतिले मारसँग प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई थर्कायो रे भन्ने सुनिएको छ। सुनेको कुरा हो कि हैन, के थाहा ? यो हिजो मन्त्रीहरुलाई समात्ने र पूर्जी काट्ने कार्य एकदमै नसोचिएको रुपमा भएको थियो। कसैलाई पत्तै थिएन। त्यसैले पक्राउ गर्दै लाँदाको दृश्य कसैले पनि खिच्न सकेका थिएनन्। सुनिए अनुसार पूर्जी काट्ने काम चाहिँ भरतकेशर सिंह, सच्चितशमशेर र उपाध्यक्ष तुलसी गिरीलाई पनि काटिएको छ। तर पक्राउ भने भएका छैनन् जस्तो लाग्छ। उता, माअोवादीले भने उच्चस्तरीय शिखर वार्ताको नेतृत्व प्रचण्डले गर्ने निर्णय गरेको रहेछ।
यो वार्ताले निकास निस्कनै पर्छ भन्ने आम जनताको मान्यता छ। त्यसैले वार्ता टोलीको नेतृत्व प्रचण्ड र गिरिजाले नै गरोस् भन्ने सबैले चाहेका हुन्। सरकारका तर्फबाट भने वार्ता टोली बनिसकेको छैन। प्रधानमन्त्री कोइराला कै नेतृत्वमा बने हुनेथियो।
माअोवादीले आज निकालेको वक्तव्यमा उनीहरुको केन्द्रीय समितिको बैठकको निर्णयका बारेमा जानकारी दिइएको छ। त्यसमा सात दलको सरकारसँग वार्ता गर्दा महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय गर्न शिखर वार्ता गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डले नै टोलीको नेतृत्व गर्ने भनी निर्णय भएको बताइएको छ। अस्ति नै सार्वजनिक भएको वार्ता टोली भने प्रारम्भिक वार्ता गर्नका लागि बनाइएको रहेछ। त्यसमा कृष्णबहादुर महराको नेतृत्वमा देव गुरुङ र दीनानाथ शर्मा सदस्य रहेका छन्।
टोलीको नेतृत्व गर्ने भनेपछि सार्वजनिक नै हुने त होला नि। भनेपछि दुई दशकभन्दा बढी समयपछि प्रचण्ड पहिलो पटक सार्वजनिक हुनेछन्।
माअोवादीले ठाउँठाउँमा गर्ने सार्वजनिक सभाका लागि भने केही वक्ताहरु तोकेको छ। बाबुराम भट्टराई त्यो सूचिमा देखिनुभएको छैन।
वार्ताका लागि माअोवादीले १० बूँदाको मार्गचित्र पनि तयार पारेको रहेछ-
१ युद्धविराम गर्ने
२ आचारसंहिता निश्चित गर्ने
३ वार्ता टोलीको गठन
४ आम राजबन्दीको रिहाइ
५ वार्ता आरम्भ गर्ने
६ पुरानो संसद, संविधान र सरकार विघटन र खारेज गर्ने
७ राजनैतिक दल, नागरिक समाज र विभिन्न क्षेत्रका प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तित्वहरुसमेतको प्रतिनिधित्वमा राजनैतिक सम्मेलन गरी अन्तरिम विधान र अन्तरिम सरकारको गठन गर्ने
८ नेपाली समाजका सबै वर्ग, जाति, क्षेत्र र लिंगका जनसमुदायको प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित हुने गरी निर्वाचन क्षेत्रको निर्धारण
९ भरपर्दो अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सुपरिवेक्षणसहित संविधानसभाको निर्वाचन गर्ने
१० निर्वाचनमा अभिव्यक्त जनमत अनुसार जनमुक्ति सेना र ‘शाही’ सेनासमेत समग्र राज्यको पुनर्संरचना गर्ने
संविधान सभाको निर्वाचनका बेला दुई सेनाका हतियारलाई कसरी व्यवस्थापन गर्ने भन्ने कुरा भने त्यसमा लेखिएको छैन। दुवै सेनाले आफूलाई जनता कै सेना भन्ने गर्छ। तर स्पष्ट छ- एउटा सेना एउटा पार्टीको हो भने अर्को सेना राजाको। दुवै सेनाको हतियारबाट जनमत प्रभावित हुन नदिई संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन हुनुपर्ने जस्तो लाग्छ मलाई त।

हालै नेपाली र्सवहारा वर्गको गौरवशाली राजनैतिक प्रतिनिधि ने.क.पा.(माओवादी) को केन्द्रीय समितिको विशेष बैठक अध्यक्ष क.प्रचण्डको अध्यक्षतामा सफलतापूर्वक सम्पन्न भयो । बैठकका महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयहरुको सारसंक्षेप सार्वजनिक गर्न यो प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी गरिएको छ ।
१) बैठकको प्रारम्भमा पार्टी पूर्व केन्द्रीय सदस्य तथा जनमुक्ति सेनाका डिभिजन कमाण्डर क.किमबहादुर थापा (सुनिल) लगायत जनयुद्ध र जनआन्दोलनका सम्पूर्ण शहीदहरुको सम्झना र सम्मानमा मौनधारणसहित भावपूर्ण श्रद्धाञ्जली अर्पण गरियो ।
२) बैठकमा देशको नया“ राजनैतिक परिस्थिति र पार्टीको नया“ योजनाबारे अध्यक्ष क.प्रचण्डद्वारा लिखित प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गरियो । गंभीर बहसपश्चात् केन्द्रीय समितिको एकमतद्वारा पारित प्रस्तावको सार निम्नानुसार रहेको छ ।
क) प्रस्तावले केन्द्रीय समितिको गत ऐतिहासिक चुनवाङ बैठकका राजनैतिक र फौजी निर्णयहरु मूलतः सफलतापूर्वक कार्यान्वयन गरिएको निष्कर्षनिकालेको छ । उक्त बैठकका राजनैतिक निर्णय अनुसार सात संसदवादी राजनैतिक दलहरुस“ग १२-बु“दे समझदारी कायम हुन सकेको र त्यही समझदारीका आधारमा ०६२/०६३ को ऐतिहासिक जनआन्दोलन अगाडि आएको कुरा प्रस्तावमा स्पष्ट गरिएको छ ।
ख) सडकमा प्रदर्शित जनताको अभूतपूर्व पहल, त्याग, शौर्य र वलिदान, राजतन्त्रको अन्त्य र गणतन्त्रको स्थापनामा केन्द्रित भइसकेको पृष्ठभूमीमा ‘संसद’ को पुनर्स्थापनाले जनआंकक्षालाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न नसकेको बरु त्यसले सामन्ती दरवारिया तथा वैदेशिक प्रतिकृयावादीहरुका लागि षडयन्त्रको ठाउ“ दिने गंभीर खतरा रहेको कुराप्रति प्रस्तावले र्सतर्क गराएको छ । जनताको ऐतिहासिक पहलबाट निश्चित भइसकेको आफ्नो र्सवनासबाट बच्न सामन्ती तत्वहरु केहीपछि मात्र हटेका छन् । यो स्थितिमा प्रस्तावले लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र पक्षधर राजनैतिक शक्ति नागरिक समाज, जातीय तथा सामाजिक संघ, संस्था एवम् बौद्धिक व्यक्तित्वहरुका बीचमा गणतान्त्रिक मोर्चा बनाई आन्दोलनलाई संविधानसभाको निर्वाचन नहु“दासम्म जारी राख्नु पर्ने कुरामा विशेष ध्यान केन्द्रित गरेको छ ।
ग) प्रस्तावमा, सात संसदवादी दलहरुले जनआन्दोलनको मर्म र भावना विपरीत काम गर्न सक्ने खतराप्रति सावधान गराउ“दै अविलम्व १२-बु“दे समझदारी अनुसार अगाडि बढ्न सात दलको सरकारस“ग विशेष आग्रह गरेको छ । प्रस्तावले निर्सत, निष्पक्ष र स्वतन्त्र संविधानसभाको निर्वाचन सुनिश्चित गर्न तथा जनादेश अनुसार शाही सेना, प्रहरी, नोकरशाही लगायत सामन्ती निरंकुशतन्त्रका नाइकेहरुमाथि अविलम्ब कार्यवाही थाल्न जोड दिइएको छ । यदि सात दलको सरकार, १२-ब“ुदे समझदारी र जनआन्दोलनको गणतान्त्रिक आकांक्षाका विरुद्ध गएमा देशमा अर्को जनव्रि्रोह हुने र आफ्नो पार्टी यसको नेतृत्व गर्न तयार रहने कुरा पनि प्रस्तावमा स्पष्ट गरिएको छ ।
घ) प्रस्तावले संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनमा जनताका निम्न आधारभूत समस्याहरुलाई ठीक ढंगले संवोधन गर्नु पर्ने तथा त्यसका लागि जनतालाई आन्दोलित गरिरहनु पर्ने कुरामा जोड दिएको छ । ती हुन् ः धर्म निरपेक्ष राज्य, आत्मनिर्ण्र्ााो अधिकार र जातीय, क्षेत्रीय स्वशासन, नेपाली मौलिकतासहितको संघात्मक राज्य प्रणाली, दलित र महिलाहरुका लागि विशेषाधिकार, क्रान्तिकारी भूमिसुधार, स्वतन्त्र राष्ट्रिय अर्थनीति, वैदेशिक हस्तक्षेपको विरोध, वैज्ञानिक र जनमुखी शिक्षा प्रणाली, देशभित्र रोजगारीको सुनिश्चितता आदि ।
ङ) प्रस्तावले सात दलको सरकारसंग गर्ने वार्ताका सर्न्दर्भमा पार्टी े मार्गचित्र निम्न अनुसार स्पष्ट गरेको छ-
- युद्धविराम गर्ने
- आचारसंहिता निश्चित गर्ने
- वार्ता टोलीको गठन
- आम राजबन्दीको रिहाइ
-वार्ता आरम्भ गर्ने
- पुरानो संसद, संविधान र सरकार विघटन र खारेज गर्ने

३) केन्द्रीय समितिको बैठकले सात दलको सरकारस“ग वार्ताका सर्न्दर्भमा महत्वपूर्ण निर्ण्र्ाागर्न शिखर वार्ता गर्नु पर्ने तथा त्यसप्रकारको शिखर वार्तामा अध्यक्ष क.प्रचण्डले नै वार्ता टोलीको नेतृत्व गर्ने ठेगान गरेको छ । बैठकले शिखर वार्ताको तयारीका लागि तत्काल केन्द्रीत समितिका प्रवक्ता क.कृष्णबहादुर महराको नेतृत्वमा
क.देव गुरुङ र क.दीनानाथ शर्मा रहेको तीन सदस्यीय वार्ता टोलीको गठन गरेको छ ।
४) बैठकले शान्तिपूर्ण जनसभाहरुका लागि केन्द्रीय वक्ता टोली समेत निश्चित गरेको छ । सो वक्ता टोलीमा निम्न कमरेडहरु रहनु भएको छ-

जब प्रजातन्त्र स्थापनाको लागि दोस्रो जनआन्दोलन सफल भई राजाले घुँडा टेके र पार्टिहरुले सत्ता प्राप्त गरे, त्यसले नेपाली राजनीतिमा फेरि पनि सम्झौतावादी राजनीतिलाई नै अगाडि बढाएको हो भन्ने कुरामा दुइ मत रहनु पर्ने कुरा छैन।
क्रान्तिकारी र कम्युनिष्टहरुले एकआपसमा सम्झौतावादको आरोप जति लगाएको भएता पनि अन्तोगत्वा सम्झौतावादी अनि समन्वयको राजनीतिले धेरै रक्तरञ्जित ईतिहासलाई अरु बिग्रनबाट जोगाएको छ । जे भएपनि ऊग्र क्रान्तिकारिता पनि धेरैजसो सम्झौता परस्त भई रुपान्तरित भएकै हुन । यत्ति हो,यस खालको राजनीति अगाडि बढ्न सबै राजनैतिक पक्षहरुमा विषद इमान्दारिताको खाँचो पर्छ र यो सजिलै र छिटै प्रापत नहुनसक्छ।
वर्तमानको नेपाली राजनीतिलाई नियाल्दा अझै पनि नेपाली सेनाको सम्पूर्ण नेतृत्वको वफादारी राजपरिवार कै लागि रहने हो र त्यसको टु्प्पोमा बसी रजगज गर्नेहरु देशतर्फको वफादरितालाई भन्दा एउटा राजपरिवारको सेवामा समर्पित रहीरहने हो भने ,स्थिति अझै गम्भीर बन्न सक्छ जस्तो देखिन्छ ।

Pyar Jung will not be sacked, he cannot be sacked. unless and until King G is no longer a king, there will be no action taken against him.
So, the question is – is Giriha baje ready to take on the king?
Pyar Jung, or any other CNC in the past, is and has been direclty reporting to the King. They don’t take orders from the PM, from defense minister, or anyone else other than the king, regardless of what they say or want public to think. This has been the tradition and 1990 movement did not change this.
Why do you think the police chief is sacked along with couple of others and not army chief? I believe that is because that will be taking head on against the king. That could backfire severely and send the country back into military rule in no time.
I don’t think girija is fool to risk that. So folks, dream on, no action will be taken against Payr Jung.

Dear Maoist in Nepal,
I really want to request you to stop your forceful demand donation from poor people in Nepal. You do not make them horror showing your arms and threatening words, they are also your neighbour, relative and same as you. If you want collect donations then threat and demand with those corrupted police and army chief, royal families, corrupted political leaders and black business man in Nepal. Even you are asking more donations to your Nepalese brother and sisters, who they exchanging their life with money in 3rd country. They are working in risky job and earning very small amount but they can’t pay back loan of bank and can’t support to their family. So, you must understand their critical situation and kindly help them, obviously they are not rich and do not go for enjoy in out country.

“PYAR JUNG THAPA SHOULD BE HANGED”
There is a saying that when an ant is about to die, it starts to grow wings, when a jackal is about to die, it enters city. I guess this is very true and relevant seeing the turn of events in the Nepali political highlights in this hot and transitional period.
Kamal Thapa was shouting so loud against the people’s protest against “Gyane” as he was growing his wings. Now he will decay in the jail.
Similarly, I think “KAAL” is awaiting PYAR JUNG THAPA, he is about to be doomed and just like a jackal entering city, he has entered PM’s official residence in Baluwatar.
This will have 2 major impacts:
1. All the Nepalese people except “Gyane” and his boot-lickers will consider GIRIJA PRASAD KOIRALA as the ultimate saviour for them and Nepal. GIRJAU will be able to garner tremendous amount of support from people within and outside Nepal but he has to stand his ground, he always does that.
2. PYAR JUNG THAPA will be the next target of peoples hostility and rage that is still hot. Towards the end, KAMAL THAPA lost his mind, bifurcated with Pashupati Rana, went too far too soon to kiss Gyane’s ass and he became people’s no 1 enemy. Now, PYAR JUNG is showing same tendency, he might be thinking that he has the army, (Gyane did the same) and can threaten GIRJAU, common PYAR JUNG, he is GIRJAU not MAKUNE. Can anyone imagine a person aged 84 years leading a country in such a difficult situation, can anyone give me any example.
I used to hate GIRIJA KOIRALA because of his dictatorial attitude within NC, promoting nepotism and favoritism in beaurocracy but the current situation is completely different guys, MAKUNE did not dare to be a PM, he never dares to do anything, he can just give speeches in Tundikhel, anyway, 84 year old veteran Girija Koirala will not give a damn about Pyar Jung, why should he? He has people behind him with all parties together. Why should he compromise with Pyar Jung when he has been able to convince Prachanda to come for the talks, which will provide an outlet for new Nepal.
Friends, when I heard the news that Pyar Jung went to talk to PM. I realized that now Pyar jung is afraid, he is now really afraid that he will be sacked and brought in front of justice. His act and response was the outcome of a defeated mentality, he has lost his confidence so he wants to prove that he still has the army. Pyar Jung, if you are thinking about coup ‘detat, you are inviting your own “KAAL”, the ghosts of late king Birendra and his family will come in your daughter’s wedding and you will get a painful heart attack, you will not die but you will go into coma, after 5 days, you survive but realize that you are paralyzed, confined in a wheel chair. All the money you have looted, will not be able to cure you.
Hearing that news, Gyane will get another shock, his shock will be royal so he will die with Surya cigarette in his mouth. Parase will start to cry and suddenly laugh, because of smoking too much of “BLACK”
he can not handle this shock and suffers “irreversible dementia”.
The Narayanhiti Royal Palace will be like a ghost house.
On the other side, Prachanda and Girija Loirala will shake thier hands, complementing each other, MAKUNE will clap his hands. People will light nepali candles in their houses, peoples liberation army and nepal army will embrace each other like long lost brothers.
All castes and groups in Nepal will thank Lord Pashupati Nath for saving Nepal. Nepal enters new era of hard work, honesty, respect, freedom, peace and happiness.

if chief of army staff has threaten to the prime minister, he shuldnot be in that post even one minute, the mandade is given by the public of nepal to do so to the prime minister. not only suspend should be sacked and shuld be kept in jail immediately. may be he is thinking to be musaraf but the situation in nepal is not like in musaraf’s country. almost all of nepalese people are supporting this action of government now and the maoist is always there as a base camp for nepalese people.

I can smell rat in this road map. All they want is their supremacy in the govt, which thay can’t get thru election. They get 10, lakh, 20 lakh, whatever at gunpoint, immediately from people, why do they bother peace?
Peace means their govt. for Maoist,which is not going to happen, no peace unless they are defeated.

No more Gynendra and Paras. How did Birendra’s family disappear? The motive behind killing Birendra’s family was not Dipendra’s fight against his over a girl. It’s totally nonsense fabrication of story. We know, Nepali people don’t believe Dipendra did all that. Could it have been somebody else?
No more trace of any form of monarchy in Nepal.
Monarchy in Nepal ended when Birendra and his family was massacred. Gynendra’s wild dream came true for a while.
Now it’s time for Nepali people to abolish monarchy completely. Write new constitution by constitution assembly. The new constitution must give emphasis on laws to control corruption and harsh punishment to politicians who doesn’t follow rule of law. The member of the constitution assembly must not include representative from monarchy and his followers.
Establish multiparty democracy, peaceful resolution of the conflict with maoist and integrate them into mainstream society and start developmental related work especially tourist attraction, hydroelectric, transportation, vocational training to high school and college graduates and so on. We must all work hard to make Nepal a country where people from all over the world want to visit. Let’s not forget to give extra attention to woman and girl’s education for family planning, reduce child mortality and improve health care for all.
May Nepal and Nepalese achieve peace, democracy and press freedom, develop world class 21st century thinking for preservation of nature,human population growth stabilization, protect and preserve biodiversity, make national policy on renewable source of energy such as solar, wind and hydroelectricity. Create gender equality, eliminate all forms of discrimination these are few social, political and economical changes Nepali would like to see.
Establish People’s republic of Nepal.

army chief is the one of the worst among nepalese. he thinks he will be able to control people movement and save the king gane but he lost all that. he is trying to show one of the richest man in nepal to spend more money on his daughter weadding day.

No doubt, cpn (m) has come up with a forward looking proposal. I welcome it!
The SPA government should sack the Royal army chief, Pyar Jang Thapa who not only gave warning to GP and but also killed many revolutionary leaders and supporters taking them into the forest in the night. He must be arrested and put under jail. He is the puppet of Gyane and Parase. He has lost his right to alive.
The SPA government should not make any obstacle for the peace talk in the name of atrocities by cpn (m). Then, it will be serving for the king according to the wish and suggestion of the world’s eperialist leader USA. Any concern among paries and cpn m should be discussed in a meeting and solved.
Come with clear “AChar Sanhita” from the SPA government side also.
In my opinion, the PLA has right to be mobilised in the society, they can not stay inside a house or underground as before. They may take part in the meetings and discuss the political matters. They can organise themselves in public.
This should not a concern to any one. If the dialogue is success, the PLA and RNA will be restructured according to the cpn (m)’s proposal. If it is failed then cpn (m) will not stay silent. I am sure, it will continue mass agitation against the fedual structure until the peoples republic democray is established.
Remmember all leaders !
There is no room for the monarch in any form. We can not keep white eliphant in our poor country. that money should be used for Karnai Pradesh. No ceremonial king either, Gyane will die soon, nepali people will not accept Parase as the next king. GP and MK, you both should stop to use ceremonial word. If you use again, then nepali people will down grade your position as a leader. You should understand the peoples aspiration and pay due respect to the martyrs.
Let us warn to the leaders and suggest to work with the peoples republican forces. They should play a wise move coordinating with cpn (m) from now and onwards. Good luck!

कारवाही भएमा विद्रोहको धम्की !
काठमाडौं । जनआन्दोलन दबाएको अभियोगमा कारवाहीमा पर्न लागेका शाही नेपाली सेनाका प्रधानसेनापति प्यारजंग थापाले आज विहान अपरझटमा प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालासंग भेट गरेको खबर छ । एकसाता लगाएर धुमधामसँग आफ्नी छोरीको विवाह गर्ने कार्यक्रममा व्यस्त रहेका प्रधानसेनापति थापा आज विहान प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालालाई उहाँकै निवास बालुवाटारमा भेट्न पुगेका थिए । ठाउँठाउँमा व्यापक सैनिक परिचालन गरिएको तथा प्रधानमन्त्री निवास वरपर पनि ठूलो संख्यामा सैनिक तैनाथ गरिएको थियो । अन्य बन्द र हड्तालका समयमा जस्तै नेपाल प्रहरीको हेडक्वाटर वरपर समेत सेनाका ट्याङहरु परिचालन गरिएको थियो । लाग्दथ्यो सेनाले कुनै नयाँ चाल चल्न खोज्दैछ ।
सरकारले तीन सुरक्षा निकायका प्रमुखहरुको निलम्बन गरेको र सेनाप्रमुखलाई पनि निलम्बन गर्ने प्रकि्रयामा पुगेको अवस्थामा प्रसे थापाले प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालालाई भेटन पुगेका हुन् । कानुनीरुपमा सुरक्षा परिषद्ले मात्रै प्रधानसेनापतिको बारेमा निर्णय गर्न मिल्ने भएकाले जनसरकारले आफ्नो पनि निलम्वन गर्ने प्रष्टसँग बुझेका उनी सेनाको ठूलो दलबलसहित अचानक प्रधानमन्त्री निवास वालुवाटार पुगेका थिए । हिजो सुरक्षा तीनै निकायका तीनै प्रमुखको निलम्वन सरकारले गरेको थियो भने प्रधानसेनापतिका हकमा आजभोली नै बस्ने सुरक्षापरिषद्को बैठकले निर्णय गर्दैछ ।
प्रधानसेनापती थापा प्रधानमन्त्री निवासमा दश बजेर ५० मिनेट जाँदा पुगेका थिए भने झण्डै आधा घण्टापछि अर्थात् ११ बजेर २० मिनेटमा उनी त्यहाँबाट बाहिरीएका थिए । प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालालाई प्रधानसेनापति थापाले भेट्नुको कारणका बारे नबताइए पनि जानकार स्रोतका अनुसार आफुमाथि कार्बाहीको प्रकि्रया अगाडि बढाउनाको कारणवारे वुझ्न उनले प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई भेट्न पुगेका हुन् । प्रधानसेनापति थापाले प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालासमक्ष आफूमाथि कुनै पनि किसिमको कारवाही भएमा सैनिक विद्रोह हुन सक्ने घुमाउरो धम्कीसमेत दिएको स्रोतले बतायो । तर त्यसको जवाफमा प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले जनआन्दोलनको दबाबले बनेको सरकारमाथि जनताकै प्रेसर रहेकाले यसबारेमा आफूले केही गर्न नसक्ने जवाफ दिनु भएको थाहा भएको छ । ुप्रधानमन्त्रीले उच्चस्तरिय आयोगको सिफारिसमा मात्रै सरकारले यस्ता कारवाही थाल्ने भएकाले आयोगको मनोबल उकास्न र स्वतन्त्ररुपमा काम गर्न दिनका लागि पनि उसको सिफारिस कार्यान्वयन गर्नु पर्ने नैतिक दायित्व आफ्नो सरकारसँग रहेको सेनापतिलाई स्पष्टसँग भन्नुभयोु स्रोतले बतायो । बाहिरने बेलामा जेजस्तो निर्णय गरे पनि एकसातासम्म यस्तो कुनै पनि अपि्रय निर्णय नगरिदिए हुन्थ्यो भन्दै छोरीको विवाहको कार्यक्रमबारे प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई प्रसे थापाले स्मरण गराउँदै अनुनयविनय गरेको बुझिएको छ ।
उनकी छोरीको विवाह कार्यक्रम हिजोबाट शुरु भई अर्काे विहीबार सम्पन्न हुनेछ । राजधानीका प्रायः सबै तारे होटलमा जन्ती राख्ने र खुवाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको यो करोडौंको विवाह शायद यो शताब्दीकै चर्चित विवाहमध्येमा पर्ने बताइएको छ
स्मरणीय छ प्रजातन्त्रको स्थापनापछिका आईजीपी रत्नशमशेर राणाले पनि छोरा विनय राणाको विवाह आईजीपी निवासबाट गर्नका लागि सबै तयारीपूरा गर्नुका साथै कार्डसमेत वितरण भइसकेको अवस्थामा प्रहरी नियमावली नै संशोधन गरी अवकाश दिइएका कारण सो विवाह निवासबाट गर्न नदिइपछि उनको ह्दयघातबाट मृत्यु भएको थियो । कतै छोरीको विवाहको खुसीयालीमा चिन्ता र पीरले सैनिक चिफ थापालाई पनि सताउने त होइन भन्ने धेरैले चर्चा गर्न थालेका छन् ।

Thanks for the update. I do not undestand why Girija gives into Pyar Jung’s threatening. When king Birendra was murdered, Girija was locked in the room in the army hospital by some army general and was threatened to take his life if he did not shut his mouth. Giria failed as a prime minister then, not telling the nepali people what exactly happened. He is failing now in the very start of the game , he tolerates threatening from CNC Pyar Jung. Now he is saying he is in favor of ceremonial King. I do not think SPA did a very good job making Girija the prime minister this time. Is Girija another Sher Bahadur handing powers back to Gynendra? Be careful everyone, we can not afford to make any mistake.

Why are there still people backing Gyanendra at this moment? When the whole country doesnt want Gyanendra anymore why are some people still writing comments in this blog stating that the King is the supremo of the country stating that the system will be changed and it will lead to anarchy?? Is that a sensible reason to put forward??? Even when Gyanendra was given all sort of respect he could do nothing memorable for the people and the nation. Do you think if Gyane is not respected at this stage, then we will have anarchy in the country?? You are all mistaken. I am sure, at least the people have felt that their rights are with them, look at the bright changes that occured in two weeks time which was never brought into existence even in three years of direct rule of Gyane?? Now you blind supporters of Gyane stop commenting in my post or stop giving idea that Gyane should be respected and he is the supremo. He is no more the supremo and I am hopeful no monarchs will ever be able to suck Nepal again in the future. Long live Nepal and Nepalese. Please stop collecting or forcing to give u donation from innocents nepalis people, it doesnt mean to somebody works hard and make some money and give to u. For example we working hard in foreign contry and make some money and yr people comeand say yr family in overseas u have to give one lakh, whats that. if u collecting or forcing like that u never gone success thats day light robbery please stop if u for nepali people. Who the hell is Pyarajung Thapa . He is the one to give main support to the king and bark after the democratic norms and values. He should be kicked off as other police officers . Pyar Jung Thapa should be dismissed form his current position and this is a golden chance of new system update, I mean we have to review of whole security forces reporting chain. Gyanendra shouldn’t be chief of Nepal Army anymore, the NDF (Nepalese Defense Force) should fall under parliament this must be addressed without a delay. Looks Girija is Royalist then he should be sacked, how come he is saying Gyane should remain as ceremonial king? What for? Who will feed him?
Gyane socked Nepalese blood enough, he no longer will be paid off from our hard labor’s income. We don’t need King in Nepal, this is a crystal clear to Girija including the world.
Leaders, if you don’t listen what we say and what we need, then you wouldn’t fulfill Nepalese people’s need. Do not waste the time just resign and find plough and two pairs of bull to survive your rest of the life. Otherwise you will be hanged off by Nepalese people soon.

May be I am nonsence. But, I think still king is supreme authority like president of anyother country. And as per system, sabhamukh had to take oath in front of king, place may sansad or palace. Palace is property of nepal and taking oath at nepal’s national property is not anything agaisnt nation’s pride. If the government want to change the system of taking oath then it was to be decided first that now onward sabhamukh will take oath on the sansad and not in the presence of supremo of the country. You may think it as nonsence comment, this rule/ system and without any system there will be anarchy.
