हिजो चालकलाई कुटेको विरोधमा आज चालक र खलासीहरुले काठमाडौंका विभिन्न भागमा टायर जलाएर प्रदर्शन गर्दै यातायात ठप्प पारेका छन्। उनीहरुले जोरपाटीमा प्रदर्शन गर्ने क्रममा एउटा प्रहरी भ्यानमा क्षति पुर्याएका छन्। त्यस क्रममा दुई प्रहरी घाइते भएका छन्। हिजो माइक्रोबसले ठक्कर दिँदा एक यात्रु बेहोस भएपछि चालकलाई कुटिएको र शरण लिन प्रहरी चौकीमा जाँदा प्रहरीले संरक्षण नगरेको भन्दै चालक र खलासीहरु आक्रोशित भएका हुन्। सातदोबाटो, कलंकी लगायतका ठाउँहरुमा अहिले टायर जलाएर प्रदर्शन भइरहेको छ। बसहरु नचलेपछि विद्यालयहरु पनि बन्द भएका छन्। यसैबीच बुटवल र काठमाडौंमा भएको आक्रमणको विरोध गर्दै आज देशभरका स्वास्थ्य सेवा पनि ठप्प छन्। आकस्मिक सेवा बाहेक निजी र सरकारी अस्पतालका कुनै पनि सेवा आज छैन। त्यसैगरी आज प्रधानसेनापतिले प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई भेटेका छन्।
बिहान मन्त्रिपरिषदको बैठक बस्दै गर्दा प्रधानसेनापति प्यारजंग थापा, रुक्मागत कटुवाल, रक्षा सचिव, गृह सचिवसहितको टोलीले भेटेको हो। भेटमा देशको बिग्रँदो सुरक्षा अवस्था लगायतका कुरामा छलफल भएको बताइएको छ।
मन्त्रिपरिषदको बैठकले वार्ता टोलीलाई पनि पूर्णता दिएको छ। अब वार्ता प्रक्रिया आजैदेखि सुरु हुने बताइएको छ। वार्ता टोलीमा गृहमन्त्री कृष्ण सिटौला संयोजक र सदस्यमा एमालेका प्रदीप ज्ञवाली र प्रजातान्त्रिकका रमेश लेखक रहेका छन्।

Because of participation in recent Jana Andolan Part 2, Nepalis are now thinking it is easy to make destroy and damage to hospitals, public places. I think in Butwals Case and New Baneshwor case, Maoists are contributing to violence. Destroying 1,2,3….. hospitals cannot threaten other hospital to give proper service. It is the responsiblity of Health Minstry of NEPAL GOVERNMENT to moniter the services of all hospitals and punish those who fail to give it. If Government is passive, Government and Health Ministry, they should be made active. I think destroying public properties is just a problem for people who earn their lives by working. The Bottomline is HOSPITALS SHOULD NOT USED AS A PLACE JUST TO EARN BIG MONEY AND ITS SERVICES SHOULD BE ALWAYS UNDER SUPERVISION OF EXPERTS FROM HEALTH MINISTRY.

seven parties alliance has been deviating from its destination. Although they are doing their best for the welfare of the people and as a whole Nepal. In the name of revolution, the good systems and practices should be looked properly. Why I am saying these things is that recently House of Representatives has announced its proclamation. But, to announce Nepal as a Secular state is very bad and it will have long term impact and its consequences will be perceived in the future. Keeping and analyzing Nepal’s reality, the leaders are requested to overview about Secularism and make correction about it.

Umesh ji, Do you really think that the security situaiton is detereorating or is it another conspiracy. It could be equally true that Nepalese are slowly detaching from the work of Political parties. It is rather clear that parties are more towards getting posts than working for people and setting system and be bold. I personally see PM koirala to be too old and now physically weak too. Also he is certainly date expired. We young people of 40 also dont understand what our childrens generation is upto and how can a 84 year old man see and understand the feelings of young people. He is as usual surrounded by his so called close allies and so forgets anerything.

हैन यी नेताहरु पनि प्रतिगामि तत्वलाईमात्र फाईदा हुने काम गरेर वसे जस्तो छ । यत्रो एक महिना वितिसक्दा पनि किन चुप अनि हात खुटृा वाधेर वसे जस्तो छ नि राजाको अधिकार कटौति गरियो भनेर मख्ख पर्ने काम वाहेक अरु केही भएन । देशमा झन झन सुरक्षा स्थिति विग्रदो छ । सुरक्षा निकायले पनि आँखा चिम्लने र कानमा तेल हाल्ने काम गर्न थालेको छ जनताहरु पनि प्रतिगामि तत्वलाई फाईदा पुग्ने काम मात्र गर्छन सानो तिनो निहु र झगडामा तनाव सिर्जना गर्ने के यसले अहिले जनतामा प्राप्त भएको सार्वभौमसत्ता लाई विश्वास दिने काम गरेको छ त जनतापनि संयम भएर काम गर्नु पर् यो अनि सरकारले कछुवाको चालमा हैन चितुवाको दौडमा काम गर्न सक्नु पर् यो हैन भने निदाएका प्रतिगामि तत्व उठ्ने मौका मिल्छ । यी नेताहरुका साना तिना बैचारिक मतभेदलाई विसे्रर छिटो निकास आउने कार्य गर्नुपर्छ जो सत्तामा गयो उसैले आफ्नो आयु लम्व्याउने शैलि र व्यवहार गर्नु भएन । छिटोभन्दा छिटो माओवादी संग वार्ता सफल गराएर अन्तरिम सरकार गठन गरि सम्विधानसभाको चुनाव घोषणा नहुन्जेल तातेका जनता पनि सेलाउने प्रयास गर्ने छैनन् । हुन त नेतालाई के नै भएको थियो र जनता मरेर उतिहरुलाई सत्तामा पुर् याएकै हो आन्दोलनको मर्म उनिहरुलाई के थाहा उनिहरु तातेकै होइनन् जति ठोकेपनि सोझिने हैनन् । तर ततेका जनता अझै सेलाएका छैनन् । यी तात्न नसकेका चिसा नेताहरु नत सुरक्षा निकायलाई आफ्नो पकडमा पार्न नै सकेका छन् नत आफैले जुन उद्देश्य पुरा गर्नको लागि सत्तामा गएका हुन त्यो पुरा गर्न नै हतारिएका छन् । माओवादीका शिर्ष नेताहरु राजधानि छिरेको हप्ता हुन लागि सक्यो तर पनि सरकारको तर्फवाट विश्वास लाग्दो पहल हुन सकेको छैन । यहिवाट बुझिन्छ सरकारको नियत । यीनिहरुको नियत नै दरवारलाई जोगाउन सरकारमा गए जस्तो छ र माओवादी सरकारमा आयो भने राजा फालिन्छन त्यसैले वार्ता भाँडने किसिमको व्यावहार गरेर राजालाई सकि्रय तुल्याउने मनसाय गीरिजा र के।पी। को छ त्यसैमा सिटौलाले तालमेल मिलाएको होला । यही कार्यशैलीको प्रतिफल हो कुनैपनि जिम्मेवार निकाय मौन रहेर वस्नु आफ्नो कर्तव्य पुरा गर्न आनाकानी गर्नु अर्थात भनो जसले जहाँ जतिवेला जे गरे पनि भएको छ र यो अवस्था भनेको दण्डहीनताको अवधि हो अव राजालाई वा माओवादीलाई कुनै दोष दिने अवस्था छैन दोष छ यीनै नेताहरुलाई र २०६३ बैशाख ११ पछिका दिनहरुमा जहाँ जे भैरहेको हुन्छ त्यसको जिम्मेवार भनेको सरकारले लिनु पर्ने हुन्छ ।

Many people think that the Jana Andolan
‘s pro-claimation will close the story, and
country will return to normalcy. Nope.
Second cycle of riot will be there awaiting
us. Why?
There is a saddle point theory, my own analysis.
As the first cycle of riot or andolan was closed
because of the proclaim, people start to have
some expectations. Then, the immediate govt.
is not that capable to offer / bring changes
to match the people’s expectations. Then,
the dy/dx of the “offering by govt” is certainly
positive, but can not match the “dy/dx” of the
expectations of the people. The second
derivative, rate of frustration,
(dy/dx)_govt’s_offer – (dy/dx)_people’s_expectation
will become negative, and this negative rate
keeps on mounting, because people certainly think
that the previous andolan should bring immediate
changes. Naturally, it can not bring significant
changes, because of various reasons, one of them
is Govt resources were all exhausted by previous
govt. Thus, frustration mounts and cumulates,
finally, it crosses thresold values,
and all these thresold values have snow ball
effect, finally resulting into critical mass
and explodes as second round of riot, and if govt.
fails to control at this time, and its results
are not predictable: it will turn into racial,
religious, and regional clashes.
What is the solution?
Solution is that there should be a fair representation in the transition govt. so that these
leaders can clarify their people that govt
is trying their best. But, there are some political
leaders who want to exploit this situation, and
provoke the public to worsen the frustration
and finally, catastrophic explosion takes place.
Then, only solution will be left is to ask army
to take control of the streets.
I am wondering whether we are heading on this
direction, because the current govt’s working
style is very slow, and it has same old faces
and corrupt peoples. Like Bharat Mohan Adhikari
who was reported to be hiding money in satellite
water tank, in last Deoba Govt. BMA is now
trying to take active role again. That is not
acceptable in this new critical time. Samething
with Nepali Congress.
So, we should be prepared for the second round of
riot and that can be disastrous.
