सेरेमोनियल किङको पक्षमा प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले राख्नुभएको अभिव्यक्तिको विरोध गर्दै आज बिहान विद्यार्थीहरुले आक्रोश पोखेका छन्। विरोध प्रदर्शन गर्नेमा एक नम्बरमा आउने आरआर क्याम्पस र अस्कल क्याम्पस आज अग्रपंक्तिमा थिए। आरआरमा बिहानै प्रधानमन्त्री र राजाविरोधी चर्का नारा लगाइए। उनीहरुले क्याम्पसअगाडिको सडकमा चक्काजाम पनि गरे।
आरआर क्याम्पसमा प्रमको पुत्लासहित नाराबाजी गर्दै विद्यार्थीहरु ।
विद्यार्थीहरुले त्यो अभिव्यक्ति जनआन्दोलनका क्रममा भएका २२ जना शहीदको अपमान भन्दै प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई तुरुन्त आफ्नो कुरा फिर्ता लिन नभए संघर्षमा उत्रने चेतावनी दिएका छन्।
उता अस्कल क्याम्पसअगाडि भने टायर जलाएर सडक अवरुध्द गरियो। साढे ९ बजेदेखि झण्डै एक घण्टा सडक अवरुध्द भयो। उनीहरुले प्रधानमन्त्रीको पुत्ला समेत जलाए।
जनआन्दोलनपछि बनेको सरकारका प्रधानमन्त्रीको पुत्ला जलेको यो पहिलो पटक हो। वैशाख १४ गते उहाँ प्रधानमन्त्री नियुक्त हुनुभएको थियो । अर्थात् ५० दिन पनि नबित्दै पुत्ला जलेछ।

अचम्म् त के भने बुझ्दै नबुझि काग् ले कान् लग्यो कसैले भन्दैमा आफ्नो कान नछामी कागको पछी हीडछन सथिहरु। अत्ति सम्बेदनसील भाशन सुनेर साथि हरु खुशिछन् र सडक मा निस्की तोड फोड गर्दैछन भोलिका कर्णधार हरु।
हजुर् बुवा भन्नु हुन्थियोकी राम्रो काम् को समर्थन गर्नसकनु पर्छ भनेर। उसो भये साथि हरु किन प्रचन्डपथ् तिर लाग्दैनन्। किन रम्रो कुराको बिरोध् गरिरहेका छन् सन्धै।
कतिपय कुराहरु बिचार गरेर मात्र गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ। म यहाँ प्र धानमन्त्रीलाई के हि भन्दीन ।यो उनि र ७ दलको मन शायहो ।उनी हरु लाई हामीहरुले जिम्मेबारी सुम्पेपछी । बक्ती बिशेषलाई दोश्दीन मिल्दैन ।

Umesh Ji,
I very much agree with Raj. Instead of turning our country to part of Indian and Girija as CM, it is better to keep our King. Atleast he holds nationalism, he worries for nation. It is not a time to fight, it is time to come together we all true Nepalies and take out the solution with the Maoist. Bring them in government and rule the country properly and lets take it up to the development ladder. let’s not destroy our nation’s property, it’s time to support and advice the government and concern authorities to take our nation to the right path so that our children won’t have to suffer in future.

**** The Kingship is Dead – Long Live the king ***
Prime Minister G.P. Koirala had been claiming that he was never a republic. Now he claimed that all seven parties have support to his idea of having ceremonial king. This will take a wrong turn in the history of Nepal and his leadership will take back to the old feudal system. The Prime Minister either did not realised the ground reality or he wanted to continue his own method of running the corrupt Government. It now looks, with his leadership; the dream of having “The Republic of NEPAL” may not be achieved.
We are now in 21st century. When we are about to succeed to bring down the feudal system, it looks like we are going to be misled by the Prime Minister.
If you look at the history of Nepal, the reign of Shah Dynasty will be described as the dark ages of Nepal. In all through out the history of NEPAL during Shah Dynasty, we only find power struggle within royal families and within their cronies and too much violence and no patriotic acts. They created the privileged class of people who were enjoying out of state coffer while the rest were living in destitute. They never did anything that would make people proud of them. They were also popular for depriving rights of indigenous people. They basically neglected languages, cultures and traditions of indigenous people of Nepal. It is indeed very sad moments in history to have shah dynasty for 237 years. I hope the end of the Shah dynasty, comes very soon.
Take cases of Pratap Singh Shah, Rana Bahadur Shah, Grivanyudha, Rajendra Bikram, Surendra Bikram,(Trilokey Bikram married two daughters of Jung Bahadur) after that they merged with Rana families and they had never contributed anything in the history but only misfortune for the country. After Rana Rules, it became Shah family offsprings of Rana family. Prithivi Bir Bikram and Tribhuvan spent their lives under the dark cloud of Rana rules. King Tribhuvan had a great opportunity to prove himself a liberal king but failed to take any action after B.S. 2007 . We are aware of the late king Mahendra who with Panchayat Raj created the privilege class around him and suppressed democracy. Birendra was a liberal king but could not withstand with the wicked queen Aishwarya who virtually ruled in proxy. We know what Gyanendra did. He virtually wanted to set up feudal system. What will happen when Paras becomes the king of Nepal ? All talented Nepalis will be wiped out by him.

I believe Girija is right. He knows that King is better than president. Anyone who becomes president in future may be more Dangerous than king Gyanendra and Prince Paras. Probably this idea has been given by Washington and Delhi. Because Indians and Americans do not still believe these leaders!!!

In 2046, Girija tried Panchas to make them happy. Now he is again trying royalists to make them happy. What is the great design of Girija and Nepali Congress ? Yes every Nepali has got democratic right to express their views, but Girija at this moment is not a ordinary Nepali like you and me. Every works he brings out of his mouth matters a lot. If Girija as a PM of Nepal advocates for Ceremonial Kingship in Nepal, revolutionary Nepali should make him compelled to resign in dignified way, if he doesn’t do that he should be thrown out of Baluwatar and Singh Darbar. He has no right to be the PM of new Nepal. If Nepali Congress as a party also supports the view of Girija, NC doesnt deserve to be a democratic party. I’m very much disappointed with the news that Morang Congress has supported the view of Girija ? Let’s wait wahat the central comittee of NC says although it is predictable.

प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’को एजेण्डामा सात दलमात्र होइन संसदमा रहेका सबै दलले सहमति जनाइसकेको खुलासा गर्नुभएको छ। बिहीबार राजधानी फिर्नुअघि कोइराला निवासमा उपस्थित सञ्चारकर्मीहरूसित संक्षिप्त कुरा गर्दै पार्टी सभापति एवम् प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले भन्नुभयो- ‘संसदमा रहेका सबै दलले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’ को एजेण्डामा १० मिनेटसम्म टेबल ठोकेर सहमति जनाइसकेका छन्।’
प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’ नेपाली कांग्रेसको आधिकारिक एजेण्डा भएको धारणा व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। उहाँले भन्नुभयो-’सेरेमोनियल किङ कांग्रेसको आधिकारिक एजेण्डा हो, कांग्रेसको एजेण्डामा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय समुदायको दह्रो समर्थन प्राप्त भएको छ।’
गणतन्त्रको ‘बोर्डर लाइन’ भनेको नै सेरेमोनियल किङ भएको बताउँदै कोइरालाले संविधान सभाको निर्णयलाई सबैले मान्नुपर्छ भन्नुभयो।संसदले राजाका अधिकारहरू कटौती गरेको प्रसङ्गलाई कोठामा थुनेको बिरालाको रूपमा चित्रण गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले थुनेको बिरालोलाई चलाएमा आफ्नो अस्तित्वको रक्षा खातिर बिरालाले खतरनाक आक्रमण गर्न सक्ने आशंका व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। राजातर्फ इंगित गर्दै कोइरालाले भन्नुभयो- ‘कोठामा थुनेको बिरालालाई चलाउनु हुँदैन, जिस्क्याउनु पनि हुँदैन, बरू उसलाई त्यही कोठामा चलखेल गर्न दिनुपर्छ।’
राजालाई एउटा बिन्दुमा पुर्याएर चलखेल गर्न दिइनु पर्ने बताउँदै प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले अहिलेको संक्रमणकालीन अवस्थामा जसरी हुन्छ राजालाई पनि खेल्ने ठाउँ दिनुपर्छ भन्नुभयो।
यसैबीच, नेपाली कांग्रेस मोरङले प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाको ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’को अवधारणालाई स्वागत गर्दै त्यसलाई पूर्ण समर्थन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
कोइराला निवासमा बिहीबार बिहान बसेको बैठकले पार्टी सभापति एवम् प्रधानमन्त्रीले गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’ कांग्रेसको आधिकारिक एजेण्डाका रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएकाले त्यसको स्वागत गर्दै पूर्ण समर्थन गरेको नेका मोरङका सचिव पिताम्बर दाहालले जानकारी दिनुभयो।

प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’को एजेण्डामा सात दलमात्र होइन संसदमा रहेका सबै दलले सहमति जनाइसकेको खुलासा गर्नुभएको छ। बिहीबार राजधानी फिर्नुअघि कोइराला निवासमा उपस्थित सञ्चारकर्मीहरूसित संक्षिप्त कुरा गर्दै पार्टी सभापति एवम् प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले भन्नुभयो- ‘संसदमा रहेका सबै दलले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’ को एजेण्डामा १० मिनेटसम्म टेबल ठोकेर सहमति जनाइसकेका छन्।’
प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’ नेपाली कांग्रेसको आधिकारिक एजेण्डा भएको धारणा व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। उहाँले भन्नुभयो-’सेरेमोनियल किङ कांग्रेसको आधिकारिक एजेण्डा हो, कांग्रेसको एजेण्डामा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय समुदायको दह्रो समर्थन प्राप्त भएको छ।’
गणतन्त्रको ‘बोर्डर लाइन’ भनेको नै सेरेमोनियल किङ भएको बताउँदै कोइरालाले संविधान सभाको निर्णयलाई सबैले मान्नुपर्छ भन्नुभयो।संसदले राजाका अधिकारहरू कटौती गरेको प्रसङ्गलाई कोठामा थुनेको बिरालाको रूपमा चित्रण गर्दै प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले थुनेको बिरालोलाई चलाएमा आफ्नो अस्तित्वको रक्षा खातिर बिरालाले खतरनाक आक्रमण गर्न सक्ने आशंका व्यक्त गर्नुभयो। राजातर्फ इंगित गर्दै कोइरालाले भन्नुभयो- ‘कोठामा थुनेको बिरालालाई चलाउनु हुँदैन, जिस्क्याउनु पनि हुँदैन, बरू उसलाई त्यही कोठामा चलखेल गर्न दिनुपर्छ।’
राजालाई एउटा बिन्दुमा पुर्याएर चलखेल गर्न दिइनु पर्ने बताउँदै प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले अहिलेको संक्रमणकालीन अवस्थामा जसरी हुन्छ राजालाई पनि खेल्ने ठाउँ दिनुपर्छ भन्नुभयो।
यसैबीच, नेपाली कांग्रेस मोरङले प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाको ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’को अवधारणालाई स्वागत गर्दै त्यसलाई पूर्ण समर्थन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ।
कोइराला निवासमा बिहीबार बिहान बसेको बैठकले पार्टी सभापति एवम् प्रधानमन्त्रीले गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले ‘सेरेमोनियल किङ’ कांग्रेसको आधिकारिक एजेण्डाका रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएकाले त्यसको स्वागत गर्दै पूर्ण समर्थन गरेको नेका मोरङका सचिव पिताम्बर दाहालले जानकारी दिनुभयो।

एउटा कुरो सोधुम है !
आलो घाउमा नुनचुक छर्कने कि मल्हम पट्टी लगाउने? यो कमेण्ट पढ्ने कसैले पनि नुनचुक छर्कने भन्दैन होला, सातजन्मको शत्रुलाइ पनि मानवीय नैतिकताले नुनचुक छर्कन दिदैन । तर दानवीय नैतिकतालाइ आत्मसात गर्ने हो भने जे गरे नि भयो ।
गिर्जाले राजाको बचाउ गरेको “फेमस कार्टुन” र उमेशको ब्लग हेर्नेबित्तिकै म चकित परेको थिए । ए बाबा!! लातको भुत बातले मान्दैन भनेको त लातले नि नमान्ने रैछ जस्तो लाग्याथ्यो । तर बिबिसिमा गिर्जा, दिनानाथको कुरो सुनेपछि र अरु पत्रपत्रिका पढेपछि मेरो सोचाइ केहि परिवर्तन भएको छ । सम्पूर्ण अधिकारहरु एकपछि अर्को गर्दै कटौति गर्दै लगिएको राजदरबारले आफ्नो अनिश्चित भविष्यको पक्का भयो भने जुनसुकै कदम चाल्न सक्छ चाहे त्यो आत्मघाति नै किन नहोस । अहिले राजदरबार घाइते भएको मात्रै होइन घाउ पनि आलो नै छ, त्यस्तो अवस्थामा प्रधानमन्त्रीको हैसियतले चर्को गणतान्त्रीक कुरो गर्दा शायद नुनचुक छर्के जस्तै नै हुन्छ । बरु राजाको अलिअलि सपोर्ट गर्दा मल्हमपट्टी जस्तै हुने हो कि भन्ने बुढोले सोचेको होला । जसले जे सुकै भने नि देश गणतन्त्रको बाटो लागीसक्यो, त्यो बाटो कसैले बदल्न सक्दैन भन्नेकुरो यी नेताहरुलाइ थाहा नभएको होला र? त्यसहिसाबले अहिले यो पुत्लासुत्ला जलाउने काममा लागेको यूवाशक्ति वास्तबमा आफ्नो शक्ति ब्यर्थमा खेर फाल्दै पो छन कि ?
थ्योरी नै छ – फलाम तातेको बेला नै हान्नु पर्छ सेलाएपछि के हो के हो, माओबादीले यो थ्योरी धेरै नै प्रयोग गर्छ । तर तातेको फलामलाइ अझ ततायो भन्ने पग्लिन्छ त्यसपछि न हान्न सकिन्छ न सम्हाल्न नै । शायद गिर्जाले यो फलाम धेरै तात्यो भनेर अलिकति सेलाउन खोजेको पो हो कि?
मेरो बिचारमा बहुसंख्यक जनता ज्ञानेलाइ भन्दा पारसेलाइ घृणा गर्छन । मेरो एउटा साथिले भन्थ्यो, जुनदिन नेपालमा पारस राजा हुन्छ म नेपालको नागरिकता त्यहिदिन त्याग्नेछु । यस्ता डाँकाजस्ता मान्छे राजा भएको देशको नागरीक हुनुभन्दा त नहुनु नै राम्रो रे । शायद पारसप्रतिको घृणा नै सबभन्दा धेरै नेपालीको साझा भावना होला । फरक फरक राजनीतिको मिलनबिन्दु यसलाइ बनाए शायद कम विवाद निस्कँदो हो ।
यसहिसाबले सोच्दा नेपाललाइ पारस राजा हुनबाट जोगाउने तरीकाले ज्ञानेलाइ बिस्तारै पाखा लगाउदा नै सबभन्दा कम क्षतिमा जनताले चाहेको परिवर्तन प्राप्त हुने हो कि? यो अलि घुमाउरो लामो बाटो हुनेछ राजतन्त्र खत्तम गर्ने, तर यसले जनतालाइ थोरै हानि गर्दै बिकासको फल चखाउदै लोकतन्त्रको संस्थागत विकास गर्दै लैजान्छ भने हानि के मा भो र? उत्तराधिकारी घोषणा गर्ने अधिकार संसदले लिइ नै सक्यो, छोरा छोरीमा समानता घोषणा गरेर जेठो सन्तान नै उत्तराधिकारी हुने भन्ने कुरो अगाडि ल्याउन पनि कुन आइतबार पर्खनु पर्यो र? त्यसपछि त गजबै हुने छ, किनकि त्यसले श्रुतिकी छोरीलाइ अथवा पारसकै जेठी छोरीलाइ उत्तराधिकारी बनाउने जस्ता कुराहरु सम्भबहुनेछ ।
अर्को कुरो छोराको अभावमा पिरोलिएको जापानको राजदरबारले पनि नेपालको सिको गर्ने सम्भावना हुन्छ । छोरीलाइ उत्तराधिकारी बनाउने कि नबनाउने भनेर जापानीहरु साह्रै दोधारमा परेका छन रे भन्ने सुनेको छु है मैले।
ओहो, कुरो कहाँबाट कहाँ पुगेछ । गणतन्त्र चाहिन्छ भन्ने मान्छे म राजतन्त्रको पो वकालत गरेजस्तो भएछ । राजदरबार नेपालको लागि सेतो हात्ति हो, हामी पाल्न सक्दैनौ भन्ने कुरो छ एकातिर । तर राजा आफ्नो सिमामा बस्ने हो भने पाल्न त्यति गाह्रो नहोला । किनकि (१) राजदरबारको सम्पति ९०% राष्ट्रीयकरण गरेर बाँकि रहेको सम्पतिको ब्याज नै पनि तिनेरुले खाएर सक्दैनन होला । (२) खानलाउनै मुश्किल परे देशभित्रका मठमन्दिरमा उठ्ने दानदक्षिणा (पशुपति, बौद्ध, जानकिमन्दिर आदि) को १०% मात्रै छुट्याए नि कुस्तै हुन्छ नि हो । (३) दरबार वरिपरिको बोर्डरलाइनमा पसलहरु खोल्न दिने हो भने त्यसबाट उठ्ने भाडामात्रै नि टन्नै हुन्छ । त्यसरी हेर्दा यदि साँच्चिकै सेरेमोनियल बन्न स्वीकारे यो नाथे सेतो हात्ति पाल्न असम्भव छैन जस्तो लाग्छ, मुख्य कुरो जनताले मान्छ कि मान्दैन ।
अस्ति आन्दोलनको बेला त “ज्ञाने चोर देश छोड” भनेर खुबै नारा लाइयो, तर अहिले अस्तिजस्तो आक्रोश छैन । माफ गर्नु हुन्न भनेरै पनि के गर्ने, आखिर नेपाली नै परीयो, निर्दयी बन्छु भन्दा नि बन्न नसकिने रैछ , हेत्तेरिका ॥

You have been bringing relavant issues in the discussions. I am glad to read your message and the comments afterwards.
I support and pay due respect to all the feelings and the progressive ideas expressed here. They all are good wishes towards the brighter and liberated Nepal in near future. I aggree the idea presented by BK from UK and Aadesh about GP Koirala and his blow or inclination towards the Indian and Nepali feudalistic class.
If “Kale” says I am “Kale”, he has right to say and it is not a big surprise for me. However, people should be able to separate those who are respecting the views and opinion of the people and thise who are going towards the regressive ideas and try to establish the feudal system again.
Further the opinions like from Sailendra Hamal, Sagar Pradhan, and Ramu etc are support worthy.
In contrast, I have been commenting on the regressive ideas expressed by Krishna Poudel and similar. I mostly observe his opinions are inclined towards the protection of the feudal monarchy. Likewise, few more like Dilli and Amin support his regressive idea.
Friends, you may hold your opinion, but do not support or give your opinions which directly or indirectly support the monarchy, which has in fact been dead or ended after the royal massacre in 2001.
Moreover, monarchy has always played negative roles in the Nepali politics. No need to say, its image has heavily down graded specially in the last half decade. People are eager to get rid of it and make it as a history in Nepal, so that our future generation do not need to raise arms and fight again against such brutal and unpopolar institution.
We should think for new Nepal and build it from the new dimension. All the property of the feudal lords occupied and kept inside and outside the country should be nationalsied and used to build roads in the most underdeveloped regions like Karnali Zone and similar others.

Dear ALL:
Every people have their right to express their view. So is the GIRIJ’s right. Girija by culture (a head of the feudal party for a long time) can not change his view). But the most disaapointing thing is that he brought this issue after visiting INDIA. This means, people who are die heartly looking a country of Republic should work voicing infavour of republic during CA. Also there is need to speak up against such voices like GIRIJA’s in a peaceful manner.
Another disaapointing things is that about 75% of the people are infavoure of repblic nepal but GIRIJA ignore this fact and speak infavour of ceremonial king without consulting even his central comittee members. This clearly a tendency of GIRIJA showing his ZAMINDARI culture. Hence, if NC do not cross this view, I am sure that NC party will be vanished.
I am for sure that this is not the age of 84 years old GIRIJA rather it is the age of new, and present generation. Hence, Girija should think about present and new generation rather than his old vision. I hope new/present generation of NC will react to the GIRIJA’s view on ceremonial king strongly and start replacing these old leader from the central comittee of NC. This is the right way, and right time for the honest cadares of NC.

There should not be much deal made out of what Koirala said. It is democracy and everyone has right to say his feeling. It is people who decide what they want. Also if everyone agrees on same thing then we will never need to do any election. So democracy – leaders put forward their view, people decide. And I hope next election people do not agree with Koirala on monarchy’s issue, thus turn Nepal into republic.

This is the expected comment from Girija. The Nepali Congress, biggest party of Nepal is like Girija’s property. He never discuss such important issues in party. He says with journalists and the party central committee has to discuss and pass later. So I dont think this is the agenda of NC but only Girija’s. So all the NC cadres and the best wishers of NC should give a lot pressure to the party leaders to be clear about such important issue. If NC goes like this, as Girija is going …………..soon, NC will go with him. All the NC leaders, now its your time to make NC a democratic party that can realise the depth of any problem and solve it in favor of people. If not some other will do that and NC will be in the book of history. The time is very powerful, it doesnt spare anybody if they try to go opposite direction.

Giraja what he said is likely to be reasonable in a sense that he is part of government authority. he needs to say in support of king because we need to go far even after constitutional assemble and army is still under the kings hand, However they change their name to Nepal army. this is practical but nepali peoples are always away from king. letes keep this spirit umeshji and forward our all consensus to make our country without indirect royal regime.

I don’t think it matters what he says, if he goes to the constitution assembly election with the agenda to have Figurehead monarch, he will lose – as simple as that. In my opinion, what PM has expressed is not a light thing and not only his own view, but it is in favour of Nepal and Nepalese people as a whole. Analyzing pros and cons behind this expression, we should examine closely and think again and again very seriously before doing any unpredictable incidents. We should not only go behind the momentary popular things and hume, instead we must be serious about our nation and future too. We should think of an Institution not an individual figure. Individual can be bad and can make blunder, but an institution can never be so. Therefore, in the name of individual’s hate, we should not destroy the Institution of our Nepalese Integrety. I am fully agree with the comment of Mr. Krishna Paudel. We should have patience and think before responding at once towards any expression. I hope, my symbolic and indictive opinion all Nepalese people know very well. Let us be sensitive towards our History too. Let us not invite any unpredicatable situation at present which might be the seed for repenting in the days to come for us as well as offsprings…….Let us think appreciatively, act appreciatively, and reap the fruit appreciatively……….

Our country has no alternative. We are gonna vote them again and again. No chance for young generations. Once the young generations will be 84, then they will get chance to come up with politics..till then come down to the street, have a lot of Laathi, jails, and so on, then how many times you got these stuffs that determines whether you are fit at 84 or not.
What can we do in this situation? How can we Nepalese people replace these old-fashioned leaders? Are they all be vanished at once? I think they deserve it.

I think Girja parsad koirala has given his expression in a holistic approach. But in agressive mood no public should be appeared in the road against him this liquidistic condition. The time has come to undergo in very serious flexibile environment. So we should give moral pressure to government to enact according to the consent of Nepalese people. Moreover government should give emphasis on the sentiments of general people who were involved in the movement. The blood of martyer should be given high respect accordingly.At that time it would be proved as done in favour of public otherwise next anarchistic situation may be emerged.

Prime minister can’t say we should overthrow monarchy. He should be judicious. I think he is doing just fine. He is a democrat, and he has right to say what he thinks without fearing a few punks in KTM’s colleges. When will these guys start studying?
