यो हुने हो कि त्यो हुने हो भन्ने आशंकाका बीच माअोवादीहरुको बहुप्रचारित काठमाडौंको खुलासभा शान्तिपूर्ण रुपमा सम्पन्न भयो। न राजाले हेलिकप्टर प्रयोग गरेर भोटोजात्रामा उपस्थित हुनुपर्यो, न माअोवादीले हतियारसहित आएर उपद्रो मच्चाउँछन् भनेर मच्चाइएको हल्ला सही साबित भयो। सभामा प्रचण्ड आउँछन् भन्ने हल्ला थियो तर देखिए प्रचण्डका बुबा मुक्तिराम दाहाल। काभ्रे, सप्तरी, धादिङ, रौतहट, चितवन आदि ठाउँहरुबाट सहभागीहरु आएका थिए। कति त पहिलो पटक काठमाडौं आएका थिए। सिंहदरबारलाई देखेर केही सहभागी सोध्दै थिए- राजा बस्ने घर भन्या यही हो ? चोकचोकमा व्यापक सुरक्षाकर्मी तैनाथ थिए, तर उनीहरुले सामान्य झडपको स्थितिसमेत बेहोर्नु परेन।
मञ्चको बायाँ छेउमा प्रचण्डले मुठ्ठी उठाउँदै गर्नुभएको एउटा विशाल फ्लेक्स प्रिन्ट पोस्टर थियो। पृष्ठभूमिमा माछापुच्छ्रे हिमालको टुप्पोमा कम्युनिस्ट झण्डा गाडिएको देखाइएको थियो। फोटोः उमेश
आज बिहान ५ बजेतिरमात्रै सुतेको थिएँ। तर १० बजे नै उठ्नु परिहाल्यो। उठेर हतार-हतार केही खाएपछि म बाहिर निस्किहालेँ। माअोवादीहरुले आमसभाका लागि पास चाहिने नियम बनाएका छन् रे। पास बिना पस्न दिइँदैन भनिएकोले म पास लिन साथी मणिले भनेको ठाउँ बागबजारतिर लागेको थिएँ। असनमा माअोवादीहरुको जुलुस भेटियो। लामो रहेछ जुलुस। चर्का नारा लगाउँदै हिँडिरहेका थिए उनीहरु। रत्नपार्कको आकाशे पुलमा पनि रातो झण्डा गाडिएका थिए। अनि त्यहाँ पनि माअोवादीका स्वयंसेवकहरु रहेछन्।
बागबजारमा अखिल क्रान्तिकारीको सम्पर्क कार्यालय छ। तर त्यहाँ पास सकिसकेको रहेछ। अनि त्यहाँ रहेका केही पत्रकारहरु सभास्थलमा नै जाने भनेर त्यतातिर लागे। म भने परेवाका अर्का साथी कृष्णले अघि नै पास लिएर आएको कुरा सुनेपछि उसको पास लिन कमलपोखरीतिर लागेँ।
पासमा माअोवादीको उपत्यका कमाण्डका इञ्चार्ज अनन्तको हस्ताक्षर रहेछ। पाससहित एउटा पत्रकार लेखिएको क्याप पनि लाउनु पर्ने रहेछ।
बाटो-बाटोमा स्वयंसेवकहरु देखिन्थे। पुतलिसडकबाट बागबजार जाने बाटोमा रातो टिसर्ट लगाएका केही माअोवादी स्वयंसेवकहरु नेपाल प्रहरीका ट्राफिकसित मिलेर ट्राफिक व्यवस्थापन गर्दै थिए।
आमसभाका कारण यातायत पूरै प्रभावित भएको थियो। सुन्धाराबाट रत्नपार्क आउने बाटो पूरै जुलुसमा भाग लिन आउनेहरुबाट भरिएको थियो। घण्टाघरदेखि भद्रकालीसम्म पनि जताततै मान्छे नै मान्छे थिए।
म विद्युत प्राधिकरणतिरबाट खुलामञ्चमा प्रवेश गरेँ। केही सहभागीहरु बाटैमा मजाले पलेँटी कसेर बसेर भाषण सुन्न तयार भइरहेका देखिन्थे। खुलामञ्चबाट तार राखी तानेको माइक बागबजार जाने गल्लीबाहिर रत्नपार्कसम्म र उता भोटाहिटी चोकसम्म राखिएको थियो।
खुलामञ्चको मूल मञ्चमा प्राथमिक उपचार केन्द्र बनाइएको थियो। सम्बोधनका लागि मञ्च भने दायाँतिर वीर अस्पतालको साइडमा छुट्टै बनाइएको थियो। खुलामञ्चको मञ्चमा भन्दा यसरी छेउमा कार्यक्रम गर्दा धेरै दर्शकले हेर्न पाउँछन् भन्ने मान्यता रहेको छ। त्यसैले पहिला पनि केही कार्यक्रम अलग मञ्च बनाएर भइसकेको छ।
खुलामञ्चभित्र छिर्न त छिरेँ तर मञ्चअगाडि पुग्न भने असंभव जस्तै नै देखियो। जताततै मान्छे थिए। केही स्वयंसेवकहरुलाई अनुरोध पनि गरेँ पास देखाउँदै। उनीहरुलाई पनि थाहा रहेनछ कताबाट अगाडि जाने हो भनी। अनि वीर अस्पताल साइडतिरको गेटबाट जान सकिन्छ कि भनेर त्यतातर्फ लागेँ।
नभन्दै हो रहेछ, त्यहाँ मञ्चसम्म जान स्वयंसेवकहरु दायाँ बायाँ बसेर बाटो बनाइएको रहेछ। पास देखाएपछि उनीहरुले मलाई जान दिए। अनि म त्यो बाटोबाट अगाडि मञ्चतिर लागेँ।
कार्यक्रम व्यवस्थित रहेछ। सञ्चारकर्मीहरुका लागि मेचको व्यवस्था गरिएको रहेछ। त्यसभन्दा पछाडि स्वयंसेवकहरुको घेरा रहेछ। त्यसपछाडि सांस्कृतिक टोलीका सदस्यहरु बसेका रहेछन्। अनि त्यसपछाडि मात्र सहभागीहरु।
पत्रकारहरुलाई रातो र सेतो दुई प्रकारका क्याप बाँडिएका थिए। हतियारधारी कोही पनि देखिएनन् त्यहाँ। स्वयंसेवकहरुले रातो रंगमा अगाडि प्रचण्डको फोटो र हसिया हथौडा भएको अनि पछाडि स्वयंसेवक लेखिएको टिसर्ट लगाएका थिए।

वीर अस्पतालको छतमा बसेर सभा हेरिरहेकाहरु पनि थुप्रै थिए। अस्पताल अगाडिको रुखमा चढेर सभा हेरिरहँदा रुखको हाङ्गा भाँच्चिएर दुर्घटना भएको थियो। शायद केही घाइते भए होलान्।
दिउँसो १ बजेर १० मिनेट जाँदा कार्यक्रम सुरु भयो। कार्यक्रमको सञ्चालन गर्नुभएको थियो माअोवादीका केन्द्रीय सदस्य देवेन्द्र पौडेल ‘सुनील’ ले।
सुरु मै उहाँले तपाईँहरुले प्रचण्ड आउनुहुन्छ भन्ने हल्ला सुन्नुभएको होला भन्दै नेपाल सरकारले प्रचण्डले सम्बोधन गर्ने वातावरण बनाअोस् भन्दै प्रचण्डले सम्बोधन गर्दा यता खुलामञ्चमा हैन, उतापट्टीको सैनिक मञ्चमा गर्ने पनि बताउनु भयो।
सभाको सभापतित्व अग्नीप्रसाद सापकोटालाई गर्न लगाइयो। उहाँले सामन्तीलाई झुकाएको मात्र हो, पूरै खत्तम पार्न बाँकी नै छ भन्नुभयो।
त्यसपछि प्रचण्ड र बाबुरामको तर्फबाट खुलामञ्चमा उपस्थित जनसमूहललाई अभिनन्दन सुनाइयो। अनि आसन ग्रहणको कार्यक्रम सुरु भयो। आसन ग्रहण गर्नेमा प्रचण्डका पिता मुक्तिराम दाहाल पनि हुनुहुन्थ्यो। हट्टाकट्टा देखिनुहुँदो रहेछ उहाँ त।
म यहाँ वक्ताहरुले के-के बोले भनेर लेख्न गइरहेको छैन। किनभने त्यो सबै तपाईँले अडियो ब्लगमा सुन्न पाउनु हुनेछ। भोलिदेखि म त्यसलाई अपलोड गर्न थाल्नेछु।
कार्यक्रम हुँदै गर्दा पनि बाहिर जुलुस आउने क्रम जारी थियो। खुलामञ्चमा नअटाएपछि मानिसहरु बाहिरै पनि बसिरहेका थिए। माअोवादीहरुले ५ लाख मानिस काठमाडौंमा उतार्ने भन्ने सुनिएको थियो। तर धेरैले आजको संख्या २ लाख जति भएको अनुमान गरे। सात दलको विजय सभाभन्दा धेरै बढी थियो आजको ‘मास’। सहभागीहरु भने काठमाडौंबाहिरबाट आएका देखिन्थे।
सभा हुँदै गर्दा परेवाका लागि समाचार टिपाउने काम म र मणि मिलेर गरिरहेका थियौं। भीड भएको ठाउँमा मोबाइल तुरुन्त नलाग्ने पनि टेन्सन नै हुने। तर पनि सैनिक मञ्चमा माअोवादीले कब्जा गरेको न्युज अनलाइनमा ब्रेक गर्न परेवा नै पहिलो रह्यो।
कान्तिपुर एफएमका साथी पवन आचार्य सँगै बसेका थियौं हामी। उनले सहभागीहरुको अन्तर्वार्ता लिएका रहेछन्। उनका अनुसार धेरै जना चितवनबाट आएका छन् रे। एक जना युवतीलाई तपाईँ कहाँबाट आउनु भएको भनेर उनले सोध्दा उनले त ठाडै ‘तपाईँलाई किन चाहियो ?’ भनी जवाफ फर्काइछन् रे भनेर पवन रमाइलो शैलिमा गफ सुनाउँदै थिए।
नेवाः मुक्ति मोर्चाका पवनमान श्रेष्ठ उर्फ प्रभाकिरणले सम्बोधन गर्दैगर्दा सैनिक मञ्चतिर माअोवादी कार्यकर्ताहरु प्रवेश गरेछन्। एकछिन होहल्ला भयो। उनीहरुले तीन वटै मञ्च कब्जा गरी नाराबाजी गर्दै झण्डासमेत गाडेको देखियो।
देवेन्द्र पौडलले बारम्बार त्यता गएकाहरुलाई संयमित भएर बस्न आग्रह गर्नुभयो। सैनिकहरुलाई पनि संयमका साथ रहन र आफ्ना कार्यकर्ताहरुलाई पनि नारा लगाएर उत्तेजना फैलाउने काम नगर्न उहाँले मञ्चबाट धेरै पटक आग्रह गर्नुभयो।
अखिल क्रान्तिकारीका अध्यक्ष लेखनाथ न्यौपानेले एकदम जोसिलो शैलिमा सम्बोधन गर्दै प्रचण्ड र सर्वहारा वर्गको हेडक्वार्टरले सैनिक मञ्च कब्जा गर्ने आदेश दिएको छैन, त्यसैले शान्त रहनुस् भनी फेरि संयम र धैर्य अपनाउन आग्रह गर्नुभयो। त्यहाँ संयम र धैर्य जस्ता शब्दको प्रयोग सय पटकजति भएको थियो होला। ‘आदेश आयो भने हामी मञ्चमात्र हैन, दरबार पनि कब्जा गर्नेछौं, त्यसैले अहिले शान्त रहनुस्। वार्ताको टेबलबाट समस्याको समाधान गर्न पार्टी यहाँ आएको छ भन्दै क्रान्तिकारीले धैर्य अपनाउनु पर्छ भनेर उहाँले भन्नुभयो।
प्रधानमन्त्रीको आदेश मान्न जनसेना तयार छ भन्दै गरेका डेपुटी कमाण्डर प्रभाकर। वक्ताले प्रयोग गर्ने ड्यासमा पनि प्रचण्डको फूलमाला लगाएको अर्को फोटो राखिएको थियो। फोटोः उमेश
त्यसपछि कयौं युध्दमोर्चाको नेतृत्व गरिसक्नुभएका माअोवादी सेनाका डेपुटी कमाण्डर जनार्दन शर्मा ‘प्रभाकर’लाई सम्बोधनका लागि बोलाइयो। उहाँले आउने बित्तिकै मञ्चबाट जनसमूहतिर फर्केर सैनिक शैलिको स्यालुट गर्नुभयो अनि ड्यासतिर जानुभयो।
चोक-चोकमा शान्ति सुरक्षा गर्न जनमुक्ति सेना तयार छ भन्दै उहाँले प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालालाई रक्षामन्त्रीको हैसियतले सेनाले तपाईँको आदेश मान्दैनन् भने जनमुक्ति सेना अब तपाईँको आदेश मान्न तयार छ भन्नुभयो। त्यसैगरी गृहमन्त्रीले प्रहरीले सुरक्षाका लागि सहयोग गरेनन् भन्दै गुनासो गरेको सुनिएको छ, त्यसो हो भने लाखौं जनमिलिसिया शान्ति कायम गर्न तयार छ भन्नुभयो।
‘म जनमुक्ति सेनाको डेपुटी कमाण्डरको हैसियतले युध्दको हैन, शान्तिको प्रस्ताव लिएर आएको छु’ उहाँले भन्नुभयो। युध्दका क्रममा भएका कमीकमजोरीका घटनाप्रति उहाँले ‘क्षमा चाहन्छु’ पनि भन्नुभयो।
त्यसपछि वार्ता टोलीका संयोजक कृष्णबहादुर महरा। आम्मामा…कति बोल्न सकेको हो ! मैले कहिले पनि सुनेको थिइनँ माअोवादीहरुको भाषण। यति लामो भाषण त मैले अहिलेसम्म सुनेको थिइनँ होला। १ घण्टा ७ मिनेट लामो थियो उहाँको भाषण। अलि अभ्यास गर्नुभयो भने महराले नेपालमा सबैभन्दा लामो भाषण गर्ने रेकर्ड राख्नसक्नु हुन्छ होला। विश्व रेकर्ड भने राख्न सक्नुहुन्न होला किनभने १५ हो कि १६ घण्टा लगातार भाषण गरेको रेकर्ड छ क्यारे क्युबाली नेता फिडेल क्यास्ट्रोको।
त्यत्रो लामो भाषण गरे पनि टिप्ने कुरा भने केही छैन भन्दै दायाँबायाँ बसेका पत्रकार साथीहरु गुनासो गर्दै थिए। सबै राजनीतिक कुरा थिए र समाचार बनाउन लायक बुँदा उनीहरुले भेट्टाइरहेका थिएनन्।
आफूहरुले आचार संहिताको पूर्ण पालन गरेको तर दोस्रो बुँदामा रहेको हतियार लिएर त्रसित गर्न नपाइने बुँदालाई सत्ता पक्षले उल्लंघन गरेको आरोप लगाउँदै महराले यसलाई आफूहरुले आशंकाले हेरेको बताउनु भयो।
अबको वार्ताको टेबुलबाट राजनीतिक रोडम्यापमा प्रवेश गर्न चाहन्छौं भनी उहाँले बताउनु भयो। सात दलको रोडम्याप जनतालाई भुलाउने, प्रतिगामी शक्ति पनि अटाउने भएकोले आफूहरुको रोडम्यापमा आउन उहाँको आग्रह थियो।

वार्ता टोलीका अर्का सदस्य दीनानाथ शर्माले आफ्नो नाममा समेत चन्दा उठाउन भिजिलाण्टेहरु लागेका हुनाले अब चन्दाका नाममा कसैले धम्क्यायो भने उजुरी गर्न वार्ता टोलीको सम्पर्क कार्यालय खोल्न लागेको बताउनु भयो।
सभालाई पम्फा भुषाल, वार्ता टोली सदस्य देव गुरुङले पनि सम्बोधन गर्नुभएको थियो। सभापतिको आसनबाट अग्नीप्रसाद सापकोटाले दरबार हत्याकाण्डको छानबिन हुनुपर्ने माग गर्नुभयो।
कार्यक्रम सकिएको अौपचारिक घोषणा भएपछि भने सबै सहभागी आफ्ना नेताहरुलाई नजिकबाट हेर्न हो कि किन हो अगाडि आएपछि ठेलमठेल भएर झण्डै किचियो। बल्लबल्ल भीडबाट निस्कन पाइयो। उनीहरु नारा लगाउँदै फर्किए। बाहिर पूरै सडक भर मान्छे नै मान्छे थिए।
माअोवादीहरुको यो कार्यक्रमको उनीहरुको एफएमले प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गरेको थियो।

I have confused mainly by two things: One, either you have very narrow thinking and biased mentality or you are inclined to support the army and police attrocities (means royalist: never mind! this a discussion). There is also a third things: a supporter of a “non-voilant movement”. I do not see any relavance to discuss the third thing.

My observation is not far from two friends Gana and Jeewanji. You support the comments made by people like Dipendra who starts praising the army and police attrocities. Probably these type of people also enjoy the killing in Doramba (during the peace talk), Aneko Tansen Madi (during the ceasefire) disappearing people from the jail, etc.
Every body may hold his opinion as long as he is satisfied. If you are really in favour of unviolence movenment like Gandhibad, then why the ideas like Dipendras are not hurting you? You could have commented equaly against the army and police attrocities, while commenting on the maoist attrocities that you feel.

A person can be understood and viewed from his opinions. Do you agree? You may say, “your comments are close to the maosit”. You are neither right nor wrong 100% wrong. I do have reservations with them. I have stringly opposed the things that hurts specially to the normal people. Not in this discussion.

Really the mass participation looks so energetic,but my analysis get brake toward the political speech by Maoiest.
They never convey to the mass about the developmental structure and plans of Nepal in Future.
Just they are talking unnecessary despute regarding political harressment,which we are listening since we born.Almost Nepalese are well conscious and they want sustainable piece,progress,development and equal opportunity each other.
Thats way do not blame each other, joint your hands for matual co-operationand sustainable development.
IT makes me grief and my assurance to those Leaders……..

तपाईका तर्क हरु सुन्दा मलाई पनि ज्यादै नै अचम्म लागेर आयो। कसैलाई कसैमा मुछ्नु को निम्ति लोगो र पास कै जरूरी पर्दैन । जहासम्म पास र लोगो को कुरा छ मैले अहिलेसम्म जहा पनि अयोजक हरु को लोगो भयेको पास नै देखेको छु । सायेद् हज्रुर को यो बिचार अलिकति पूर्बाग्रहि छ कि जस्तो लाग्यो ।
Whether you believe on violence or not……politics is always based on this. Is it better to judge everything wrong and seek every negative aspect within them whom you dont like?

No matter what other say, i still must say and have faith on Nepalese commiss that they’ll take this country to rapid development than that of we witnessed in 12 years. These old party leaders are very sluggish. in fact, i really don’t like them and their working pattern.

We are very happy to get the hot news from your Sansar and we really appriciate you. I also agreed to some of points of Maoist but not at all. The Maoist want to dismissed this contitutional because there is not freedom Neapl, it has binded with Palace agendas and Girja’s Priminister Post. This contitutional is still alive by Mr Girija Prsd Koirala because he had to be a Priminister in Nepal. I think this constitional is belong to Girja Prsd koirala’s death, if he dies then this constitional automaticly dies. So, Maoist no need to fight again to kill this constitional, they need to pray to god only for Girija’s death. The second thing is the Maoist giving threat and asking donation to public, obviously this is not positive. The Maoist leader and members want to be quick rich and enjoy highly as the King Giyane, they are not wasting those money for their Jana Mukti Army.

Thank you for the news reporting about the historical mass meeting.
There is no doubt, it has been a historical mass meeting in Kathmandu. Being such a huge meeting, it went smoothly without any voilence, this is another successful indicator.
Now it is the time for SPA government to sit and discuss the maoist political agenda to liberate jointly the country in a peaceful manner.
It looks like the maosits have come up with very strong ideas and comittments to bring social and political transformation in Nepal. There is always beneficial to follow good things no matter who brings in the country. Maoists have seen so displined and well organised, why not let them give opportunity to develop the country.
It is also a great opportunity for both cpn (m) and SPA to work jointly for peoples democratic republic of Nepal.
Many have observed that the maoist will not accept at any cost any form of monarchy. Gyane and Parase can not be respected by the hearts of nepali people. According to cpn (m), the monarchy in Nepal was finished after the 1st June 2001 when Birendra and his entire family were killed.
WORK JOINTLY TO INSTITUTIONALISE PEOPLES DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF NEPAL. THIS SHOULD BE THE DEMAND FROM ALL.
