मेरो संसारको इमेलमा वातावरण, विज्ञान तथा प्रविधि मन्त्रालयका कर्मचारीहरुको नाममा एउटा इमेल प्राप्त भएको छ। इमेलमा उक्त मन्त्रालयको रिक्त सह-सचिव पदमा निरंकुश शाही सत्ताका मतियार भई निर्वाचन आयोगमा का.मु. सचिव बन्न सफल प्रतिगमनलाई सहयोग पुर्याएका सह-सचिव सुवर्णलाल श्रेष्ठलाई सरुवा गरी पठाइएको भन्ने जानकारी पाएपछि उनीहरुले आजै एक भेलाबाट पारित भई उनलाई प्रवेश निषेध गरिएको सूचना मन्त्रालय परिसरमा टाँस गरिएको उल्लेख छ। इमेलको व्यहोरा हेर्न भित्र आउनुहोला।

निज श्रेष्ठ २०४६ सालको जनआन्दोलनकालमा भक्तपुर जिल्लाको प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी भई आन्दोलन दबाउन प्रमुख भूमिका निभाएका , शक्तिकेन्द्रको आशिर्वादमा लामो समयसम्म अध्यागमन विभागको प्रमुख भई कार्य गरेका व्यक्ति हुन् ।
निजलाई शिक्षा मन्त्रालय अन्तर्गत शिक्षक किताबखाना तथा श्रम तथा यातायात व्यवस्था मन्त्रालय र सो अर्न्तर्गतको श्रम तथा रोजगार प्रवर्द्धन विभागमा समेत प्रतिगमनको मतियार भएको आधारमा कर्मचारीहरुले हाजिर हुन नदिएको व्यहोरा सबैमा विदितै छ।
निज सह-सचिव श्रेष्ठलाई यस मन्त्रालमा समेत हाजिर हुन नदिने सम्बन्धमा यस मन्त्रालयका सम्पूर्ण कर्मचारीहरुको मिति २०६३।२।२२ गतेको भेलाबाट पारित भई प्रवेश निषेध गरिएको सूचना मन्त्रालय परिसरमा आजै टाँस गरिएको छ ।
सह-सचिव श्रेष्ठलाई उक्त सूचनाको बर्खिलाप मन्त्रालय परिसरमा प्रवेश नगर्न सम्पूर्ण कर्मचारीहरुका तर्फबाट यसै सूचनाबाट जानकारी गराउँदै लोकतन्त्रका निमित्त निजामती कर्मचारीहरुबाट भएको योगदानको बर्खिलाप हुने गरी प्रतिगमनका मतियार सह-सचिव सुवर्णलाल श्रेष्ठलाई यस मन्त्रालयमा गरिएको भनिएको सरुवा रद्द गर्न नेपाल सरकारसँग जोडदार माग गर्दछौं ।

If this government will let this happen (not allowing SL Shrestha to new post)it will create an uncontrollable anarchy in coming days. This situation should be resolved through the legal process not with the mob mentality. Just take a scenario, lets say tomorrow we have NC government, also there is a ministry or department which has NC minority, if Government want to replace some post with a pro-NC candidate and if majority of the of that department’s employees revolt on the decision then what… . This is serious.. bureaucratic body should be handled with the bureaucracy not with the Mob mentality.
Look at the current decision by SC, Knowing the autrocities by those fellas SC still gives verdict in favour of them. So If we keep fellas like SL Shrestha ( I am pretty sure there are thousands )away from the work it will become liability to the coming government or say our country.
Things are not going in a good direction.

Sometimes we like to believe that there is something like black and white boundaries about supporters of old and new system. The particular person may be pro-king, but these “karmacharis” are also not pro-people either. If you happen to pay them visit with any work that needs to be done by their department, you will know whether they are real servants of the people or nation.
All they are creating in anarchy. People has to follow some law and common sense as well. Those pro-democracry or whatever people did not actually resigned after during royal rule. They just started making noise when they realized that the change was inevitable.

When I read all these interesting and sensitive issues, there is always one question come to my mind. Character assinated leaders, culprit and selfish always will have problem display honesty, firness and courage. It applies heavily with the members of the curent ministry including members who influence the decision. It it a surprise, after paying so much in our people movement, still these leaders hang to the old constitution, corrupt legal system and maintain status quo in lot of areas which restrict to be fair and honest. Deadwoods are not good for anything, they will create lot of smokes and polutions and there will be too many question on sincerity. Reason behind this is they were part of the corrupt system themselves in the past. Why new leaders are not emerging or why do they let them to lead. Indecisive action will loose direction very soon and in no time loose the trust of people. Does not matter it is army or whoever they agaist the crime against humanity, they must be punished. More importantly government must try to remove those obstacle out of the way that impedes in implementing fair law and order including the chief justice. How is justifying himself to hang on to the post.
Actually ordinary people can do lot better justice than our ministers, judges, army and police. They can fix thing on the street if they are allowed but I don’t mean for civil war and unecessary voilence
