    एसएलसीः कतै हर्ष कतै विस्मात्

    एसएलसीमा यो वर्ष पास हुनेको संख्या ४६ प्रतिशत चानचुन मात्र हो। अर्थात् २ लाखभन्दा बढी सहभागी परीक्षामा १ लाखभन्दा बढी त फेल भएका छन्। त्यो पनि १०० पूर्णाङ्कको परीक्षामा ३२ अंक ल्याए पास हुने व्यवस्था थियो जुन आधा भन्दा पनि निकै कम हो र दुई विषयसम्म ५ अंक ग्रेस दिइएको थियो। अर्थात् ५ अंक नपुगेर दुई विषयमा फेल भएकै भए पनि पास गराइएपछि बल्ल पास हुनेहरुको संख्या ४६ प्रतिशत पुगेको हो। तर पनि आधाभन्दा पनि बढी त फेल नै छन्। र, अरु वर्ष जस्तो यो वर्ष पनि फेल भएपछि नराम्रा समाचारहरु आउने क्रम जारी छ।

    एसएलसी परीक्षामा फेल भएको थाहा पाउनासाथ राजविराज-७ लिल्जा टोलकी १८ वर्षकी सुनिता चौधरीले बिहीबार तरकारीबालीमा र्छकन राखिएको ‘मालाथिन’ नामक विषादी सेवन गरी आत्महत्या गरेकी छिन्।

    लोकेन्द्र चौधरीकी छोरी सुनिता गत वर्षको परीक्षामा पनि अनुत्तीर्ण भएपछि यस वर्ष एम्जेम्टेडतर्फ परीक्षामा सामेल भएकी थिइन्। एक्जेम्टेड तर्फ पास हुनेको प्रतिशत त १५ मात्रै थियो।

    बिहान ७ बजे विषादी सेवन गरेकी सुनितालाई परिवारजनले उपचार्रार्थ सगरमाथा अञ्चल अस्पतालमा भर्ना गराएकोमा उनको उपचार हुँदाहुँदै मृत्यु भएको बताइएको छ ।

    त्यसैगरी फेल भएको सुनेपछि मकवानपुरको हाँडीखोला गाविस-६ की १७ वर्षकी शशिकला खकुरालले पनि बिहीबार आत्महत्या गरेकी छिन् ।

    छात्रा खकुरालले विषादी सेवन गरी आत्महत्या गरेकी हुन् ।

    उता छोरो फेल भएको खबर कसैले सुनाइदिँदा एक पिताले विष खाई आत्महत्या गरेछन्।

    भुटनदेवी उच्च माविमा अध्ययनरत छोरा नवीन तिमिल्सिना परीक्षामा फेल भएको सुनेपछि हेटौँडा नगरपालिका वडा नं. ५ गर्दोईका नारायण तिमिल्सिनाले आत्महत्या गरेका हुन् ।

    तर छोरा नवीन भने प्रथम श्रेणीमा पास भएका थिए।

    किन होला यसरी एसएलसीलाई जीवनसित नै जोडेर हेर्ने गरिएको ? फेल भएका १ लाखभन्दा बढी विद्यार्थीलाई अब कसरी सम्हाल्नु पर्ला ? सरकारको कुरा छाडिदिउँ, तपाईँ-हाम्रो पहलबाट के गर्न सकिएला ? विद्वान पाठकहरुबाट केही सल्लाह मिल्थ्यो कि ?

      First of all, my congratulations goes to all those who passed out the Iron Gate. I wish all the best for their further studies!

      Secondly, I would like to say something to those who could not get through. Passing SLC is indeed one of the most important stage of one’s career, however, just failing once or twice do not have to deter you from attempting it again. You should, instead, review your performance and results and make plan to overcome your weaknesses. This will help you to excel in the subjects of your weaknesses apart from passing exam. Be its SLC or any other test of life, one tends to succeed if one is ready to pay for it. There is nothing in this life one does not achieve if he/she determines to achieve it and puts the effort necessary to achieve it.

      Hence, for those who failed, take it as challenge to gear to next level… level of improved performance with improved subject knowledge, better skills and abilities. Wish you ALL the BEST.

      1st. of all I feel sad to hear the news of losing life due to SLC result. I request all of you who fail in SLC not to loose hope, Life is much more than this.
      Ofcourse fail is sad news but it is not comparatible with life. You are allyoung and now on is the begining. GHODA CHADNE NAI LADCHHA. you know this proverb well. To become fail is not your wise and not only you are the responsible one. Our society , our government policy , our school teachers , allare equally responsible. Private school those who takes 10 – 100 times more fee from parents and teach there students on the base of SUGA RATAI have no authority to comment this issue. You are also responsible for this case.

      Government officer who sleep on the bed of foreign VIKH and making the policy is main responsible for such suidcide. we need the real different systems in education. All schools who can not pass their students more than 50 % should be punished in government schools too , why they took salary if even 50 % students can not able to get even pass marks, who can we say they are teacher what they tought to the students? There are many trainings for teachers but why there is still such result? District Education Office who has great role to monitor the school but why they can not control such schools?

      Please my dear Brother and Sisters you are the 10 % responsible of your result more than 90 % is the so called officer and goverment(good govrnance? ) . Please find some alternative way to utilise this period and try your best to become ready for next exam. Again I request you to see good dream ahead.

      Thanks for right topic. Most of us don’t know the causes of failure. Actually they are failed by system not by themselves. Exam system is guided by certain philosophy. There is a comprehensive exam in every level e.g primary, lower secondary and secondary( S.L.C.). In every exam certain gruops of people are stopped to move forward an to continue their education. There is philosophy behind it. Nation needs labour, unskilled worker and manpower of different strata. It means the nation blocks/ fails them doing drama of exam. It is a tradition and philosphy of exams like SLC.
      Actually, cognitive aspect is not only education. So the SLC exam does not measure other skills of student. There are multiple intelligence in people. It means some are good in knowlege/memory some are in music, some are in mathematics, some are in articrafts. So SLC does not measure different intillengence. In real life if you are top in music but not passed SLC, you make good money and your life becomes happy. As you know most of Nepali actoress/heroine are under SLC but they are well known and they have happy life. So SLC is nothing.
      We are thinking only who are failed in SLC. Do you know 38 percent are failed in class 1 and most of them never come school due to failure. How can they fail if they are regular in school and learn. It is a drama. Exam, test and pass and fail in grade 1.what they have to know? 1 to 100, Ka , KHA, GA /A,B,C,D –that’s it. Why they cannot learn in a whole year. There is something wrong. teachers are appointed by government not by locally. So they are not resposible to parents and kids but to administration.
      I cannot analyze in this blog about SLC and it’s philosophy. I know it from very close. There is MAFIYA in education. You know there was a big research how to fail in SLC in 1 million dollar. Finally I would like to give you one example. You know there is annual exam system in every year. from class one to Master’s but in SLC 60 percent questions are asked from grade nine. How can you remeber everything from two years earlier text book. You know why they are asking questions in SLC from two yeras only in SLC not in any level? Ask this question to your education minister; there is no logic behind it just they want to make fail more students in SLC, that’s it.

      i am not surprised to see the number of failed students ..It is so obvious..Look at the system of our education.. Student from one so called school which has nothing to offer to its student in remote village and one hi-fi english medium school in Kathmandu both are appearing for same exams and anwering out from the same question paper..now can u compare this? This is not equality for both kind of students and totally unfair ..We need to change the whole system from the grassroot level.

      Hey failed students, you still have majority compared to pass percentage. So, don’t worry, you are not failed, there is error in educationa and evaluation system.

      i had failed slc 2 times but after that i never look back in my carrer
      now i m senior doctor in usa with qualification of MBBS,MD,PHD

      it is fact that SLC is graeat stage of life, but it is not good to compare with life. life is once,but SLC is undying so we can attend many time. Therefore i suggest to all student as well as parent, donnot try to susied by comparing the lofe with SLC. It is only small part of our life, but not whole life so every body should concious in this matter. ok this much

      सबै भन्दा मुख्य कुरा त हाम्रो शिक्षा नै प्रमाण पत्र भेला पार्ने किसिमको मात्र छ। शिक्षा जीवन उपयोगि हुनु पर्छ। के हामि भन्न सक्छौँ कि SLC पास गरेका ब्यक्ति फेल भएका भन्दा उत्तम र योग्य हुन् ? म नेपालमा ३ बर्ष +२ पढाएर हाल अमेरिकामा फिजिक्समा Ph.D. गरिरहेको छु, जहाँ मैले जिम्म्बेवार भन्दा अत्यन्तै गएर जिम्मेवार बिध्यार्थीहरुको ठुलो जमात, जो SLC पास गरेका थिए, लाई सम्हालेर बसेको थिएँ, काठमान्डुको नाम चलेको +२ कलेजमा। अहिले पनि हाम्रो गाउँ घरमा अलिअलि पढेलेखे पछि सानोतिनो काम गर्न हुँदैन भन्ने मान्यता कायम छ। जब म BSc., MSc. पढिरहेको बेलामा कहिले कहिँ घर जाँदा (मेरो घर मोरङ्ग जिल्लको लेटाङ्ग भन्ने ठाउँमा हो )खेत बारिमा जोत्ने खन्ने काम गरिरहेको हुन्थेँ, मेरा छिमेकि हरु छक्क पर्थे र १, २ जनाले त सिधै यस्तो खेतिपातिको काम गर्न मन लाग्छ र भनेर भन्थे पनि। अनि म छक्क पर्थेँ र मन मनै सोच्थेँ, हाम्रो मानसिकता कस्तो हो? के पढे लेखे पछि ठुल्याईँ मात्र गर्नु अरु नपढेकालाई हेप्नु, मै ठुलो हुँ भन्नु मात्र हो त? मेरा १,२ जना साथीहरु प्राय फुर्सदमा पनि घर जान मान्दैनथे, किन रे भन्दा त्यहाँ आफ्ना लेबलका मान्छे नै कम हुन्छ रे अनि समय कटाउन गार्हो हुन्छ रे। अरे बाबा गाउँमा गएर पनि पढाइ लेखाईको भन्दा अरु कुरा गर्ने बिसय नै हुँदैन त? तर मलाई त अलि फुर्सद भयो कि घरमा गएर खेत बारि ओल्लो घर पल्लो घर गर्न सारै आनन्द लाग्थ्यो। जब सम्म यी नराम्रा मान्यता हरु हाम्रो समाजमा कायम रहिरहन्छन् तबसम्म डिग्री प्राप्त गर्ने होड चलिरहन्छ र त्यसमा असफल हुँदा सुनिने नराम्रा कृयाकलापहरु देखिरहन्छन् ।
      प्रसङ्ग बदलौँ, अब यी SLC फेल हुने हरुलाई उपयोग गर्ने कुरामा एउटा कुरा के भुल्नु हुँदैन भने हामीकहाँ शिक्षालाई सिधै रोजगार सङ्ग जोडेर हेरिन्छ। ओहो BA, MA पास गरेर पनि कमाई छैन भनेर गिज्याउने गरिन्छ। मेरै बुवा म सङ्ग भन्नुहुन्थ्यो, मेरो १ जना साथि जो म सङ्ग १० कक्षा सम्म पढेको थियो, उ त्यसपछि भारतिय सेनामा गयो र पैसा कमाउन थाल्यो, अनि उसको बुवाले मेरो बुवा सङ्ग भन्नु हुन्थ्यो रे, तेरो छोरोले पढेर के भो र मेरो छोरोले अहिले देखि नै BA पास गर्नेले भन्दा धेरै कमाउँछ भनेर । कुरो त एककिसिम ठिकै पनि हो, कसो ? त्यसै कारण यी SLC फेल हुनेलाई पनि हामीले केहि रोजगार मुलक तालीम हरु उपलब्ध गराउन सक्यौँ भने SLC पास हुनेले भन्दा यिनिहरुले नै धेरै गर्न सक्छन्। अरु जतिसुकै कुरा गरेपनि नेपालको सन्दर्भमा कृषी नै सबैभन्दा राम्रो रोजगारको स्रोत हो र यदि कृषीमा ब्यबसायिकरण गर्न सके देश आर्थिक रुपमा अघि बढ्न धेरै समय लाग्ला जस्तो लाग्दैन। तेसैले ठाउँ अनुसार राम्रो उत्पादन हुने बाली हरुको छनौट गरेर तेहि अनुसार उन्नत तरीकाले खेति गर्ने तौर तरीका मात्र दिन सके त्यो भन्द ठुलो उपयोगी शिक्षा त सायद अरु के नै होला र? त्यस बाहेक प्राबिधिक तालीम हरु पनि थोरै खर्चमा उपलब्ध गराउन सकिन्छ, जो स्वदेश तथा बिदेशमा धेरै नै उपयोगी सिध्ध हुनसक्छ।

      ब्यक्तिगत रुपमा भन्नु पर्दा, म अहिले अमेरिकाको सुबिधा सम्पन्न ठाउँमा बसेर पढिरहेको छु, कलेजले पैसा दिएको छ, तेस्तो केहि टेन्सन पनि छैन तरपनि मलाई नेपाल नै फर्केर देशको लागि केहि योगदान गर्ने रहर मनभरि छ र सायद PhD. सकेपछि बढिमा १-२ बर्ष भित्र म नेपाल फर्किसक्छु र म आफु बिज्ञानको बिद्यार्थी भएपनि नेपालको कृशी प्रणालीको ब्यबसायिकीकरणमा जोड दिँदै त्यसमा नै केहि योगदान गर्न प्रयास गरिरहने छु । हुनसक्छ म कुनै दिन फेरि मेरो लेटाङ्गको त्यहि खेतमा यता उता गर्दै खेतिपाति सम्हालिरहेको अथवा भाई बुवा हरुलाई त्यसमा सहयोग गरिरहेको हुँ । फुल टाइम नभए पनि पार्ट टाइम बिजनेसको रुपमा ।

    • i think the most important thing would be that we try to make people sure that the world is not going to end if you fail S.L.C. Positive attitudes are always the key terms for suceess so everybody should get second chance. One of the reasons that people commit suicide is due to the pressure of society and family so first of all the whole mentality of peer pressuring the students should stop. It’s their study we are only suppose to encourage them but not criticize. People might think that these students aren’t too serious in their studies and life but nobody can feel their pain except for themselves. I totally agree with Dr.Gopal Paudyal’s view. The whole education system of Nepal is corrupt so that should be the first and foremost thing to be concerned about.
      And just give them a chance. Don’t blame them. They already feel too guilty so just encourage them to do better the next time.
      One who tries might lose it but you have keep trying again so that you can achieve it. “Failure is also a path to success.”

      होईन, यो प्याबसनको उमेश श्रेष्ठजीलाई निजी विध्यालयको सफलताको त सारै घमण्ड रहेछ, तर आधी भन्दा बढी असफलहरु प्रती चाहँी सहानूभूती पनि रहेनछ। उमेश श्रेष्ठ जस्ताले डोर्याँउदा नै आजको यो विकराक स्थिती आएको हो। निजी विध्यालयको सफलतामा रमाउनेहरु मुतको न्यानोमा छन अहिले। सार्वजनीक विध्यालयका असफल विध्यार्थीहरुमाथि ब्यङ्गय हो यो निजि विध्यालयका सफलतामा नाच्ने कुरा। राष्ट्रको आधा विध्यार्थी सँख्या अनुतिर्ण हुँदा पनि आफ्नो डँका पिटन नछोडने हरुले भन्नु पर्यो सीधै हामीलाई शिक्षामा ब्यापारीकरण सँग मात्र मतलब छ र यस्को सामाजीक पक्षसँग छैन भनेर। यस्ता परजीविहरुका स्कुललाई तुरुन्त सार्वजनिककरण गर्नु पर्यो र मुगु, हुम्ला, डोेल्पा जस्ता ग्रामीण भेगका विध्यार्थीहरुलाई यस्ता स्कुलमा छात्रवृती र आरक्षणको ब्यवस्थाको लागी नेपाल सरकारले कदम चाल्नु पर्छ। तब मान्छौँ, यीनिहरुका सफलताला साँचो सफलताको रुपमा।

      The quality of education and academic excellence in Nepalhave been just reduced to mere terminologies to lure parents to choose just so and so schools for their children.It is no surprise if such a sub standatrd type education does not get recognised in the wider and more reputable world of academics. But I don’t mean here that all the students that come out of Nepalese system of education are of poor class or useless. It is just the system that gets reflected everywhere.
      If we take away the proportion of parivate schools all across Nepal in this year’s S.L.C result and look into it the contribution made by the government high school , the data will exhibit just another appalling truth. Government schools and colleges ,for both teachers and students, are for politics. They are required in every agitation by the student wings of respective political parties. Nobody worries there for the causes of academic excellence and maintenance of quality of education. Getting a teacher’s job is the just a walkover.
      On the other hand , the private education has just been a minting factory for the neo rich in Nepal. Even the really rich ‘marwaris’ have started investing their stakes in this yet unhindered business where one will have ‘laddus’ in both hands by becoming a ‘educationist’ social worker as well as a big businessmen reaping a good harvest every year, every month and every day.
      When the whole mechanism of the nation is as dysfunctional , one can never expect anything better let alone the improvement in education. When the whole nation has been reduced to a filthy gutter , only pests and parasites can thrive there, not human beings.

      I hate SLC system. This system is responsible for lower percentage of literacy rate in Nepal. We should eradicate this system and make university entrance more competitive. This can help make our education system valid and competitive.

      डा गोपालजीले भन्न खोजेका कुरा टाइप गर्ने मेसो नमिलाई गर्नाले तोते बोली बोलेको मान्छेले गिज्याएर बोलेझैँ भयो ।
      कुरा के बने देशको समग्रता नै भताभुङ्ग भएको वर्तमानमा , एउटा शिक्षा क्षेत्रमा यसो गर्नु पर्यो भनेर के गर्नु । जुनसुकै कुरालाई समुचित व्यवस्थापन गरी माथिल्लो स्तर सम्म उकास्न साधन र स्रोतको प्रचुरता हुनुपर्छ । त्यो साधन त स्रोत भित्र शिक्षाका सन्दर्भमा, उचित इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर देखि मानवीय स्रोत र दक्ष काम गर्ने जनशक्ति सबै पर्छन । ती काममा लागेकाहरुलाई प्रेरणाप्रद ढंगको सुविधाहरु र सबै खाले अवसरहरुको उपल्ब्धताको सुनिश्चितता त चाहियो नै । कहाँबाट जुट्छ यो मगन्ते देशमा यतिका कुरा ? यहाँ त भिख मागेर ल्याएको दाताको पैसामा भ्रष्टाचार गर्दै समाजमा रवाफ देखाउने कर्मचारी, र राजनीतिवाज बन्नु नै सार्वजनिक पदधारीहरुको एकसूत्रीय उद्धेश्य हुने गर्छ ।
      नेपालको सरकारी शिक्षा र कर्मचारीतन्त्र त दूर्गन्धे राजनीतिको दूषित ढल हो अनि प्राइभेट शिक्षा सबैभन्दा मालामाल भइने व्यापार हो । यहाँ कुनै कुरा नियम र मापदण्डमा चलेको हुन्न बरु ऊही ज्ञानेन्द्र शाहीले भन्ने गरे झैँ ” पशुपतीले नै कल्याण गरी चलाएका हुन” कि झैँ लाग्छ ।

      अनि त्यत्रो डाक्टर उपाधी भिरेको बुज्रुक नेपाली भएर तपाईँको नेपालको शिक्षा क्षेत्रमा के योगदान हो नि ? कि यो नेपालीलाई ऊतै लाने घरेलु उद्यम मात्र
      हो ?

      पहिलो कुरा त S.L.C लाइ फलामको ढोका भन्ने कुरालाइ अब बन्द गर्नुपर्छ । S.L.C लाइ जती महत्तवो दिइने गरेको छ त्यो ठीक छैन । परिछ्या भनेको सबै एकै नास् को हो भन्ने कुरा बुझाउनु पर्छ । जहाँ पनि चाहे स्कुल होस् वा कलेज पास् भएन भने फेरी पढ्नुपर्छ भने किन S.L.C भनेर कराउने वा डरउने हैन ? तर यो कुरा बुझाउन तेती सजिलो छैन । अर्को कुरा यदि S.L.C फेल नै भयो भने पनि सबै सकियो भनेर तर्साउने वा तर्सिने गर्नुको सट्टा अरु कुनै बैकल्पिक अध्ययन वा कामका बाटोहरु बनाउनु ठीक होला ।

      First, we should bring a thought that SLC is not a iron gate, it is a part of life in which it will be better to pass otherwise, try next time.

      Second, our government should bring a training in all over the Nepal from where those who wants to get training in electrical, mechanical, handloom, and others can get training. It makes another options for earning money.

      Third, government should make a policy that if someone makes issues or teases the studnets who fails in SLC should be sent to jail for 3 years.

      Last, every years, before annoucing the SLC results, all media should publish different stories which makes all students confidence that either he/she fails, it is no matter. Do not give more popularity/importance for SLC exam. This role can be played by only Media (newspaper, TV, Radio, FM, District Education office, Exam center, Politicians in local level)

      sad news,this all because of our tradition to give high priority to slc exam. they thought that life is endeded if failed in that exat
      for a child who fail ,it is astate of big stress he goes into astate of acute depression which is characterised by
      hopelessness helplessness n worthlessness
      when these thought r ongoing on body human mind tries to console itself
      the capacity of consoling varies person to person n also effected by external enviroment
      if one has strong persanality he able to console himself then he never commit sucide
      if he has strong family support or pair group support then also the misshap can be prevented
      so for prevention following can be done

      the rumor that slc is iron gate. if failed then ruined ,should be stopped
      there should be ample of oppertunity for slc failer other than joining politics army or work as alabour
      this should be well understood that going through slc exam is not any big achievement in the path of success in life
      there should be good support to child by family

      I think this issue is a bit different from the political one. But I guess, our Anti Maoist Mr KRISHNA PUDEL will invest writing again same type of false propoganda agaianst Maoist in this coulmn too. You can see sooner or later. It is his real black face.
      These capitalist thought has forced education only in the hand of those who have capacity to afford and this has worsen the situation in the last 12-years. Can any one give a plan in order to make sure that a student from JUMLA or somewhere like that can stand a distinction garde?

      First of all i would like to congratulate all the students who have passed and secondly i wish lots of success for next year, for the students who didnot manage to pass this SLC.
      SLC is a very important stage of nepali students.But still this is not end of the era. There is no reason to commit suicide. I can immagine students who have failed in this exam,what are they going through. But bottom line is work more hard next year and try to do even better.
      i blame political situation, maoist and this big trouble who never helped student to continue their study. and also biggest fault is their parents also who give so much pressure to their childern.
      my own experience also, i manage to pass SLC in 2nd divison , but my real challange came when i went to india Pune for my further study. That is where i learned a lot and thought about my future. i was not so good in my studies, but i felt responsible and worked hard i manage to pass with good marks.
      finally i came to london and now i have got scholarship in The Netherlands.I will complete my course very soon.
      so dont get upset SLC is not the end of life.There is plenty more hurdle to come. Stand on your feet, try to give confidence to your parents and then show what you are capable of. Good luck. hakim raj giri The Netherlands

      It should be taken as a lesson and prepared for coming exam. I remember, one of my friends failed in SLC first time. But next time, he passed with 1st division. Now, he is enjoying life as govt. official with Ph.D. degree from European country. Classic example is president Lincoln who failed 7 times in presitential election and at last won the election. He is the best president of USA.

      Its really been shocking news for us since decades about the suicide commited due to the failure in exams.i cant understand why youngesters commit suicide just coz they fail in exams.
      one reason might be that they had dreamed of their bright future with their career and when they fail they think that their career will be destroyed.another reason might be due to fear of parents,friends n society.

      The main problem with our culture is that people who get failed are viewed with negative perspective.they are being treated in a different way and scolded in their home.they are bound to feel shame upon thenselves by their parents n the society.
      we should change such culture.failing doesnt mean that yourlife is being ruined.u have a lot of opportunities furhter in the future.
      what i think is that parents should not shout to their son or daughter when thay fail.instead they should encourage them to do better next time.

      also what i feel is that we need some major changes in our education system.people who do not pass first time and or second or third divisioners should not be discriminated.thay should be entitled to equal opportunity.for eg in our current system second or third divisioner people are not allowed to appear in entrance exams for science faculty.this is really demotivating factor for students who want to become a doctor or scientist.thay might have got low marks due to several circumstances such as family problems,might have been ill during exams or other causes.they should be given chance.their knowledge should be tested in entrance exams.

      Also what students should understand is that failing doesnt mean that u have lost everything.u have further beautiful opportunities in ur life.say yourself u;ll do good next time n that time u;ll be proud upon yourself.

      Definitely the result of SLC examination 2062 is no more encouring.There are many factors affecting the result.Mainly the government should take the responsibity of such poor result.Everybody know how wrost is the prevailing educational situation in Nepal for last few years.Moreover, the difference on the things like physical subsidies and educational environment between government and private schools is terrible. In such a situation how the result of a school of Kathmandu and that of Mustang or Humla can be compared?
      On the other hand the cases of comitting suicide after failure in the examination are being often heard quite commonly in the last few years.In this practice not only the examinees but also their parents are seen to be involved. This is the matter of great regret.Though there may be many reasons after such a trgedic mishappining, in my opinion the high ambition of the pupils and sometimes that of their parents is the foremost .I would like to advise to those concerned to expect not more than your actual ability and give up comparing with others who have done well .Instead, make a commitment for your goal in life.Take the things positively and think positively.
      Still in some cases the pupils may get unsuccess due to negligence of the somebody else.It is really a misfortune.The officials who are responsible for such misbehave should be penalised.On the other hand the examinees should dare to bear the grief and increase the will-power for definite success that will follow after hard work.And lastly,dont compare your precious life with mere an exam-success which you can achieve later not your life!

      भनिन्छ असफलता नै सफलताको जननी हो । त्यसैले पहिलो कुरा त सम्बन्धित व्यक्ति आफैंमा सजग हुनु पर्नेमा त्यो हुन नसक्दा यस्तो हुन भयो । अर्को तर्फ व्यक्तिको लगानि माथि जायज या नाजायज कसरी खेर गयो वा जान्छ भन्ने पनि रह्यो । यो समय र लगानिमा पनि आधारित बन्न गयो भने प्रतिष्ठामा पनि गासिन गयो ।

      मेरो विचारमा अरुको वा सरकारको दोष देखाउनु भन्दा सम्बन्धितहरुले फेल हुनुलाई हल्का तर चुनौति ठानि दिने हो भने समस्या त्यति न आउला । कसैको असफलतालाई उदाहरणार्थ प्रस्तुत गर्नु साटो कसैको मानसिकतामा आघात पर्ने गरि कसैले नबोलिदिए पनि धेरै हदसम्म समस्या हट्ला जस्तो लाग्छ । आफन्तजनले पनि उसको असफलतामस ढाडस् दिइ अर्को पटकलाई सजग बन्न मार्ग प्रसस्त गरिदिनु उपयुक्त होला भन्ने लाग्छ । सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिले पनि असफल भएपछि खेर जाने समयलाई आय आर्जन, तालिम र अध्ययन जस्तोमा लागे राम्रो होला नकि हुल हुज्जत । त्यो हुनसकेमा असफलतालाई अति नै र मृत्युसँगै गासिहाल्नु पनि बुद्दिमानि मेरो बिचारमा चाहीँ ठहरेन ।
