आज फेरि परम्परा तोडिएको छ। संसदमा राजाको मुखबाट पढिने सरकारको वार्षिक नीति तथा कार्यक्रम यस पटक उपप्रधानमन्त्री केपी अोलीले प्रस्तुत गर्नुभएको छ। त्यसो त प्रधानमन्त्रीले प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यक्रम थियो, तर उहाँ अस्वस्थ भएका कारण उपप्रम अोलीलाई त्यो जिम्मेवारी सुम्पिएको थियो। नीति तथा कार्यक्रमको अडियो सुन्न भित्र आउनुस्।

पोखरेलको कुरालाई प्रतिवाद गर्दै एमालेका सांसद रघुजी पन्तले नीति तथा कार्यक्रम नस्विकार्नेले सरकारमा बसिरहन उचित नहुने बताउनु भएको थियो।

I also hope for the good. However, in view of the character and proven inability of these thugs (politicians) nothing good may happen, firstly because they do not even have clues on how to reform the country. Only wishful propoganda will not deliver. We need detail yet concrete steps suitable and acceptable to Nepal and Nepales. How come our leaders who are India’s Bhate can fix the things in Nepal. They have even not been able to gain our confidence.
What Oli said in Govt.’s policy and program paper is nothing but a surfacial general wish that every Nepali have. What exactly needs to be done to help attain the aspiration Nepalese people is completely
different matter. Our so call political leaders are not true politicians but thugs and “Ghusyahas”.

I sincerely hope it will be different while in the implementation otherwise it is the reiteration of the many of the same or similar vague promises as every year. What has been changed so far is the “MOUTH” that is reciting it, which for me does not make much sense. I am sincerely looking forward to implementation of these promises….

why to do those budgeting things since interim government is going to be formed? it seems they are fooling nepali people.
