This in fact your main political demand – an elected assembly to draw up a new constitution. If that elected assembly drew up a constitution that kept Nepal as a kingdom, with a king, would you be happy?
We have said that there should be a democratic republic in Nepal. Our struggle is for a democratic republic.
But we have said that people should be harmed to the minimum extent possible. And if the problem is solved in a peaceful and democratic way, we are ready for it, and that’s why we have called for a constituent assembly.
We believe that with the election of a constituent assembly, a democratic republic will be formed in Nepal. And this will solve the problems of Nepalis and lead the country into a more progressive path.
And since we have said that we’d go for a peaceful election of the constituent assembly, we’re ready to follow whatever the verdict of the people is.
We have stated this over and over again. We’ll accept the people’s verdict. Whatever decision the people should give, we will be ready to accept this.
Does that mean you would theoretically be able to accept a people’s verdict of keeping the monarchy?
Yes, theoretically it is like that. But we believe that people would not give that kind of verdict in the current situation. That is our faith and belief and whatever you can say, we are ready to follow the people’s verdict.
That would mean that ideologically if the people want that, we will follow that.
But we believe that the people’s version will be for a democratic republic.

Dear political leaders
You do not have the right to decide on the future of Nepali. Let the people decide for themselves.
Let the Nepali people decide the fate of,
• Monarchy in Nepal
• Situation regarding the Maoist
• Fate of the so called democratic leaders
Let’s held election to decide all this, let the people power say something not the gun power.
Currently all political leaders are acting on behalf of someone else,
• Mr. prime minister for the king
• Mr. DPM Sherchen for the king of the king (Shree 100 Prachanda)
• COAS Thapa for the king
Is there anyone for the people?
• King wants autocratic rule
• Maoists want to establish a Totalitarianism state
• So called democratic parties cannot establish anything, they simply are just puppets in the bigger play.

जब सम्म सम्पूर्ण नेपाली जनताले समान अधिकार पाउंदैन, नेपाली समाजबाट चाकडी र चाप्लुसीको अन्त्य हुंदैन, तं, तिमी, जि, हजुर,जदौ, नमस्ते, बक्स्योस जस्ता असमानता जनाउने शब्दहरु नेपाली शब्द कोषबाट हराउंदैनन तब सम्म चाकडी चाप्लुसी गरेर आफ्नो दुनो सोझ्झ्याउने हरुको जमात र आफ्नो पार्टी र नेताले जे भने गरे पनि सोर्है आना ठिक भनेर भन्नेहरुको जमातको उन्मुलन हुंदैन तब सम्म नेपाली समाज कहिल्यै अगाडि बढन नसक्ने हुनाले कुनै पार्टि बिशेषले नभई जनतामाझ वाट स्व:स्फूर्त रुपमा प्रस्तुत हुने जनआन्दोलननै जनाअन्दोलनको भाग ३ हो।यो आन्दोलनको शुरुआत नेपाली जनसमाजमा भै सकेको छ र यसको नेतृत्व जो कोहि स्वच्छ छबिका नेपालीले जहिं कहिं गर्न सक्ने छ। यो मात्र एउटा नेपालको स्वच्छ आन्दोलन हुनेछ जुन कहिल्यै कुनै पार्टिलाई आंखा चिम्लेर समर्थन जनाउने छैन। यो आन्दोलनले राम्रो कार्या गर्ने जो सुकैको पनि समर्थन् गर्नेछ भने नराम्रो काम गर्ने सबैलाई कारवाही गर्नेछ।
काईते नेताहरुले देश र जनताको लागि पूर्ण प्रजातन्त्र दिन नसक्ने देखेपछि सचेत नागरिकहरु अचेत नेताहरुलाई तहलाउन अब सडकमा उत्रियका छन्। यो आन्दोलन शान्तिपूर्ण हुनेछ र आन्दोलनको लघु कालिन र दिर्घ कालिन उद्देश्यहरु छन्। अहिलेलाई यो आन्दोलनले हाल राखेको मागहरु मात्र पूरा गर्न सम्पूर्ण न्याय प्रेमी सचेत नागरिक हरुसित समर्थन जनाईदिनुहुन सादर अनुरोध गर्दछ। त्यसपछि यो आन्दोलनले नेपाल र नेपालीको हीतको लागि गर्नु पर्ने सम्पूर्ण क्षेत्रहरु सामाजिक, आर्थिक र राजनितिक सुधार कार्यक्रम हरु राख्नेछ।

अचेत नेता हरुलाई उठाउन सचेत नागरिकहरुले थालेको जनआन्दोलन भाग ३ मा अलि अलि विकृति देखिन थालेको कुरा सर्ब साधारण नागरिकहरुले महसुस गरेको हुनु पर्दछ। करोडौं जनतालाई स्पेस नदियर फ्रस्टेट गरायर डेस्परेट बनायका लुच्चा राजालाई अझै स्पेस दिनु पर्छ नत्र फ्रस्टेट भयर डेस्परेट हुन्छ भनेर चिच्च्याउंदै हिडने धोकेबाज गिरे र त्यसका पुच्छर सापालाई अब छिट्टैनै ज्ञाने संग संगै भारत वा अमेरिका भन्ने देश तिर लखटनु परेको छ। अबको जनआन्दोलन भाग ३ ले सर्वप्रथम यसै कुरालाई महत्व दिनेछ र यस्को उपलब्धीको लागि संघर्ष गर्नेछ। यस संघर्षमा केहि लुच्चा फटाहाहरुको घुस पैठहुन लागेको हुंदा सम्पूर्ण नेपाली नागरिकहरुले बेलैमा सोच्नु पर्ने र यस्ता नौटंकीहरुलाइ समयमानै खबरदारी गर्नु पर्ने बेला भयको छ। यस्का साथै नागरिक समाजका अगुवाहरुले यस्लाई समयमानै सच्च्याउने कोशिश नगरेको खण्डमा जनआन्दोलन भाग ३ ले अगुवाहरुको चयनमा पनि निर्णायक भुमिका खेल्न सक्छ भन्ने कुरा तिर पनि सोच्नु पर्दछ। जनआन्दोलनको भाग १ ले प्रजातन्त्र हासिल गरे पनि फटाहा नेताहरुको कारण देश र जनताले दु:ख भोग्नु परेको कारण जनआन्दोलन भाग २ को सुरुआत भयको तर अन्त्यमा फेरि त्यहि फटाहाहरुको जमात सापाले सत्ता हत्यायपछि होस न त अब सच्चिई पो हाल्छकि भनेर १०० दिन कुर्दा पनि फेरि उहि ठग महाराजलाई ठाउं दियर उन्को सैनिककोबल बुतामा जनताको रगतमा होली खेल्ने संकेतहरु देखायपछि नेपाली जनता फेरी एक पटक जनआन्दोलन भाग ३ लियर मैदानमा उत्रियका छन। अबको यो जनआन्दोलन भाग ३ भने जनतालाई राहत पाउने किसिमको ब्यबस्था स्थापना नभयसम्म कायम रहनेछ र यस्ले नकचरो र बन्चरो प्रकृतिका नेताहरुलाई, नागरिक समाजको खोल ओढेर नाटक मात्र गर्ने नौटंकीहरुलाई भने बांकी राख्ने छैन। जनाअन्दोलन भाग ३ देश र जनताको लागि काम गर्ने जो सुकैलाई हृदय देखिनै समर्थन गर्दछ।

Dear Umesh ji,
It is always nice to look at your blog but sometimes I got headache. You never fail, not a single day to make the issue of the King, and people also enjoys commenting. I think he is silent but in the other hand the Maoist are taking money from local shops in Putalisadak, Newroad and other place in the name of donation but with the big pressure and asking big amount. Most of the business men are suffering because of no business but they have to give the donation, minimum Rs 8,000/- (eight thousand) even from small business. But you never write about this. If you don’t trust me you can ask with your some friend if they have shops or small business. This is the big problem for local people, how can you just neglect it. Frankly telling you there is no problem with the King but with the Maoist at the moment. If the Maoist will continue their movement like this, then we won’t have to wait for long that they will loose the respect and support from the public and may have to disappear. Please think, you have carried the big responsibility so you have to take the initiative to stop this crime.
