प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले राजालाई पनि स्पेस दिनुपर्ने नभए फ्रस्टेसन आएर डेस्परेट हुने कुरा के गरेका थिए, यो स्पेसको कुरा अब ठूलै केस बन्न पुगेको छ। एमाले र माअोवादीले प्रधानमन्त्रीको यो भनाईको विरोध गरेको छ। एमाले केन्द्रीय कमिटीको बैठकले प्रधानमन्त्रीको भनाई प्रति गम्भीर असहमति प्रकट गरेको छ। पार्टीले लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्रलाई तात्कालीन कार्यदिशा बनाइसक्दा पनि दरबार उत्तराधिकारी ऐन ल्याइएको विरोधमा बैठकले प्रस्ताव पास गरेको छ। एमालेले यसरी आफै भएको सरकारको चर्को विरोध र सरकारमा जानेहरुसित स्पष्टिकरण लिन थालेपछि पहिलो दर्जाका उपप्रधानमन्त्री काजु कान्छा अोली बिरामी पर्नुभएको छ। अस्वस्थताका कारण उहाँ सोमबारको मन्त्रिपरिषदको बैठकमा समेत उपस्थित हुनसक्नु भएन। बैठकमा आजसम्म राष्ट्रसंघलाई साझा पत्र पठाउन म्याद दिइएको भए पनि त्यसबारेमा कुनै छलफल नै नभई सचिवहरुको नियुक्तिका बारेमा पो निर्णय गरिएछ।
उता, माअोवादीले पनि प्रधानमन्त्रीको उक्त भनाईको चर्को विरोध गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्रीले जसको कार्यक्रममा त्यस्तो धारणा राख्नुभएको थियो, उनीहरुकै अर्थात् उद्योगी व्यवसायीहरुकै कार्यक्रममा गएर यो पटकको शान्तिवार्तामा पहिलो पटक सार्वजनिक समारोहमा बोल्दै माअोवादी नेता बाबुराम भट्टराईले स्पेसको कुरा बेस नभएको बताउनु भयो।

राष्ट्रसंघलाई साझा पत्र पठाउन नसक्नुमा पनि उहाँले प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई नै दोष दिनुभयो। उहाँले भन्नुभयो- १२ घण्टा वार्तापछि पत्रको मस्यौदा तयार पारेर हाम्रा अध्यक्षले हस्ताक्षरसमेत गरी प्रधानमन्त्रीकहाँ पठाउँदा उहाँ सुतिसक्नुभयो भन्ने जवाफ आयो। बिरामी मान्छेलाई किन उठाउने भनेर भोलिसम्म पर्खियौं। तर रात रह्यो अग्राख पलायो। भोलिपल्ट गिरिजाबाबुले हस्ताक्षर गर्नै मान्नुभएन।
गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइराला आन्दोलनका बलमा प्रधानमन्त्री बन्नुभएको १०० दिन पूरा भएको दिन यसरी आफ्नै सहयात्रीहरुबाट उहाँले आलोचना खेप्नु परेको हो। एमाले पछिल्ला दिनमा सरकारको कार्यशैलिप्रति आक्रामक बनेको छ भने माअोवादीले त आज शान्तिवार्ता भाँड्न प्रधानमन्त्री नै उद्दत रहेको आरोपसम्म लगाए। अनि उपप्रधानमन्त्री अमिक शेरचनले पनि सरकारको कार्यशैलि यस्तै रहने हो भने राजीनामा दिनेसमेत धम्की दिए।

Girija has been taking lots of blame these days. He recommends a special space for the king now.Why should not he? After all he is remotely controlled as usual. Friends, Believe it or not, the fall of monarchy was primarily because of the pressures from outside. At that very moment 19 or more people had to lose their lives. But think of the internal pressures all the time when more than 14000 of Nepalese lost their lives.There were hardly any pressure from outside then, instead NepaL got lots of backings then.Did anything shake the power and position of king then?
Of course, a huge turmoil was created during the agitation period but had there been the no objection from outside, hundreds of so called curfew breakers would have been shot dead.And curfew breakers would have just broken the state law, nothing much.
So the point is. lets not be confused , its the mob ( leaderless one) brought the monarchy to and end.
The outsidesrs have the strong influence on us, they are always there to outsmart us starting with Bhutto’s case and Hrithik roshan’s episode whatever. Now its again the Girija acting as the disseminator and propagating the voice of America and India and others. Perhaps they think, thats the only solution in Nepal with such complex composition.

how could a family who have more love and affection for India possibly do any good for Nepal. the koirala’s have always sailed two boats. the moment
they feel threatened, they’ll just sail away across the border.
it’s imperative that we Nepalese seriously think about kicking the koirala’s across to India before they do any more damage.

Umeshji,
The clouds of uncertainty are still hovering over Nepal. The foreign germs are stuck in the hearts of the greedy leaders like Girija and KP Oli. They are trying to surrender our sovereignity over to the foreign powers and make Gyanendra almighty again so that they can earn bags of dollars and live in peace. BUT that is a fake dream, they will soon be wiped out like hell from the people’s real rage! We cannot keep on trusting them after repeated deception. No matter whether it is the Maoists or any other sincere leader should emerge from People’s real power and settle the problem of Nepal for ever. All the people wish to see a repubic Nepal and independent and sovereign country to march into progress with the united effort of the Nepalese. If These Girija and others are playing a trick on us, they will not be spared at all. They should be hanged or shot in public.
Nepal does not belong to One Girija or Gyanendra nor can it be ruled by Moriyarti or any foreign vermilion.
Lets rise and revolt against all tyranny and conspiracy. Long live republic Nepal!!!
Neutral peole like us have full support to the maoists’ voice ( if they want to do what they have been saying now). If they are also are playing with our sentiments, they will also get the results. lets wait and see what turns in a few days. I wish Girija will correct his remarks, attitudes and devote for reconciliation and eternal peace. Otherwise he should be shot dead outright! Lets not forget the sacrifice of our brothers and sisiters in the people’s movement.

Girija is not a leader but his family members since Matrika koirala era, are the salave of palace and foreign power centre.Nepali congress party can collapse in the future bcz of girija mandali.Where are you, Ramchandra, Narahari and gagan ? Where is your slogan of democratic republic ? Leave the Girija with Gyanendra bcz Girija is also the member of palace massacre, if he wasn’t, why didn’t he tell the truth to the nepali people regarding the palace massacre ? *** The Monarchy must be abolished ***
The corrupt monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. The history of Nepal will describe the reign of Shah Dynasty as the dark ages of Nepal. If we analyse the history of Nepal, we only find that the power struggle within royal families and within their cronies and too much violence. Kings of Shah dynasty never did any patriotic acts and they never thought of developing the country. They established the feudal system. They created the privileged class of people who were enjoying out of state coffer while the rest were living in destitute.
The trouble now is still centred around the monarchy system. The only solution is to wipe out the monarchy institution before we can expect the bright future for the country.

Everbody should know that most corrupted leader is Girija Prasad Koirala. He is corrupted not only in terms of money matter. He is the only one who is politically corrupted as well. The worst politician I have even seen in the 20th and 21 century is Girija Prasad.
Let us commit by all the citizens to call him Girija Prasad rather than Giriza Babu. He is not worth to call him Giriza Babu with due respect. He is simply Girija Prasad.
He never understood the people’s sentiment, and try to supress always. He is not all in all to represent the feeling of the whole Nepalese.
How can he take the people’s aspirations by himself. He is not democratic, his party, his fellow collegues, and more over his principles.
He claims himself from the democratic family, but from his past deeds, he is the dark part of Nepalese political history, and missed to be the legend always.
How can he announce giving space to the king?
Is Girija all in all in Nepalese politics. Should not be any role of Nepalese politicians, nepalese political parties.
