हाम्रा राजालाई जनआन्दोलन दमनसम्बन्धी छानबिन गरिरहेको उच्च आयोगले हिजो राजाका सचिव पशुपतिभक्त महर्जनमार्फत् पठाएको सन्देश रहेछ यो। आयोगले जनआन्दोलनमा भएको दमनमा तत्कालीन मन्त्रिपरिषद्का अध्यक्ष रहेका राजालाई पनि सोधपूछ गर्नुपर्ने निश्कर्षमा पुगिसकेको रहेछ। तर, राजा राष्ट्रप्रमुख भएकाले आयोगमा बयानका लागि नबोलाउने आयोगले निर्णय गरेको छ। अब बयान कसरी लिँदा पायक पर्छ त भनी महर्जनलाई राजाको धारणा बुझ्न आयोगले अनुरोध गरेको रहेछ। आयोगले सोमबारसम्म पर्खने र राजाले वास्ता नगरे पत्र काटेर बयानका लागि बोलाउने विचार पनि गरेको बताइएको छ।
आयोगले राजासित बयानका लागि विभिन्न विकल्प सोचिसकेको रहेछ। के होला त्यो विकल्प ? अधिकांशले पत्र पठाएर सवालजवाफ गरिने अनुमान गरेका छन्। तर मेरो विचारमा त अरु विकल्प यस्ता छन्-
एसएमएसबाट,
फोनबाट,
इन्टरनेट च्याटबाट,
राजाले चाहिँ के गर्ने हुन् कुन्नि। शाहवंशको इतिहासमा नै पहिलो पल्ट नाथे नागरिकहरुको आयोगले राजा जस्तोलाई प्रश्न सोध्ने ‘दुस्साहस’ गरेको छ। यसलाई राजाले कसरी लिएका होलान्। घटनाक्रम कसरी अगाडि बढ्ला- चाखलाग्दो भएको छ।
उता संसदको राज्य व्यवस्था समितिमा भने राजालाई राष्ट्र प्रमुखको दर्जा दिने कि नदिने भन्ने विषयमा सत्तारुढ दलभित्रै विवाद देखिएको छ। काँग्रेस र काँग्रेस प्रजातान्त्रिक कुनै न कुनै रुपमा राजाको अस्तित्व भएको मान्नुपर्ने तर्क गरिरहेको छ भने एमाले र जनमोर्चा राजालाई कुनै स्थान दिन नहुने तर्क गरिरहेका छन्।
लिखत प्रमाणिकरण सम्बन्धी एउटा संशोधनमा राजाको आदेशलाई पनि कानुन मान्ने कि नमान्ने भन्ने विषयमा उनीहरु बीच विवाद भएको हो। नेपालले भियना अभिसन्धिमा हस्ताक्षर गरेका कारण विदेशी कूटनीतिक पदाधिकारीहरुले आफ्नो अोहोदाको प्रमाणपत्र राजालाई नै बुझाउनु पर्ने र कूटनीतिक पदाधिकारीहरुको प्रमाणपत्रमा राजाको हस्ताक्षर नै आवश्यक हुने पनि बताइएको थियो।

Hello Umeshji and friends,
We Nepalese have always made mistakes by overreacting on the issues without understanding the those fully. I would be supporting any decision made by a (good?) Govt. and the (genuine?) leaders if we had any?
How the hell can we support such a historical decision? Think over it friends. once we go for it, we will be the part of it.And History tells nothing but the deeds. we won’t have a second chance to correct ourselves. At least, i don’t have any kind of faith on present Nepalese leaders.
Some of the friends here have even mentioned about the tragic incident happened in the palace.But who was responsible to produce the “Pratibedan”. Why we all accepted it then? If we are not satisfied now, why can’t we question the members involved in that particular team? Are they all dead as well? Or, didn’t they have enough courage to speak out the truth to the public? After all they are the ones from one or another poilitical parties. Why should they keep shut now? or, its the fact what all are mentioned in the “PRATIVEDAN” produced. Why can’t our resposible jounalists face Devyani and bring out the truths at this moment. They can question anybody for that matter, go to Pashupati shamsher, Gorakh samsher,Girija, Madhev Nepal etc. What is stopping them? Why don’t they act on it. Is it that, the reporters in Nepal are only good enough to interview the celebrities {Amitabh,Madhuri etc)? Ok if we are not doing anything to explore the truths that means we are somehow accepting the versions of ” Durbar massacre Prativedan” . Then why do we act so hypocrite? No wonder hypocricy has become part of our culture.
And for the kind information, ORALO LAGEKO MRIGA LAI MATRA KHEDNE HO ? Insurgency problems started in Nepal long before Gyanendra came to full power.

होइन प्रश्न किन सोध्नु पर्यो मैले बुझिन । गल्ति हो भन्ने पक्का हो भने कि सक्नुपर्यो आयोग मै ठिङ्ग्राउन होइन भने पायक पर्ने के भनेर सोधि राख्नु पर्छ र? जेल नै पठाउनु पर्ने निस्कर्स निस्किने हो भने कुन जेलमा पठाउँ हजुर भनेर कसैलाई कुनै आयोगले कहिल्यै सोधेको छ संसारमा ? कि बोलाउनु आयोगमा कि होइन भने मुद्धा हाल्नु पर्ने भयो भने अदालतमा उभिन्छन् बयान दिन । नत्र जनता झुक्याउने नाटक किन गर्नु पर्यो मैले बुझिन । सेना छुन सकेन जुन सरकारले भोलि आयोगले राजालाई पक्रेर जेलमा कोच भनेर राय दियो भने जेल हाल्न सक्छ र यो सरकारले ? सबैले देखेजानेको स्पस्ट कुरा नै हो कि राजा नै प्रमुख कारक हुन उनि नै राजा, de facto प्रधानमन्त्रि, रक्षा र गृह मन्त्रि त्यो बेलाको । भोलि दाम कामलाग्ने काम गर्ने केहि होइन किन हजारौ खर्चेर आयोग बनाउनु र यो सब नौटंकि गरिराख्नु । आखिर सबै नेता कुर्सि रक्षाकोलागि दाम चढाएर दर्शन गर्न जानु नै छ भने भो यो सब नौटंकि छोडौ ।

If the commission can not take verbal face to face interniew with the King, it shows not only shows discrimination but also lack of courage, sincerity and fraud in process by the commission. So far every who attended the interview either direclty or in directly they expressed that they were compelled to obey order or the command of the chief of council of ministers. Why they had to do it, to fulfill the the ambition of the King. Who is the most responsible for what happened during the people’s movement? It is the king himself. So he should be grilled most than anybody else and listen what he has to say or how he is goiing to justify for what he did. How he responses the question in front of TV whould be interesting. It should be live telecast. All the culprits show some level of arrogance, distortion of the facial expression, and also people can judge him based on how he handles the situation. It is also opportunity for him to express directly in front of millions of people to make his point. If he handles tacktfully, may be people might rethink his position as ceremonial king. He has to beg that with the people by saying sorry. Is up to the people whether they forgive him or not. They trust his cunningness, brutal attitude and almost 99.99% lie will be interesting thing to watch. But the question is after people have given so much power to the government and the commision, they still look like a “lute kukur” that has hardly any courage but runs away and barks in the periphery. So far Girija’s ministry and commission’s activities still looks like drama only until they take hard, correct decision and give justice to the wrong doers.
Wait and see what’s in commision. If nothing comes out, “iniharulay dyangro bajayara danda kataye hunchha” because whole exercise will be wastage of time resoureces and fooling people nothing else.

राजालाइ कसरि पस्न सोधने माध्यम के बनाउने भन्ने बिशयमा राजालाइ कुनै लिखतमा, च्याटमा र फोनमा यि कुनै पनि माध्यमा नभै सिधै आयोगमा नै बोलाएर सोधिनु पर्छ किन त भने अब राजा नागरिक सरह भनेपछि अरुलाइ जसरि सोधियो तेसरीनै सोधनु पर्छ।
