प्रधानमन्त्री र प्रचण्डको अकस्मात् बिना कुनै पूर्व योजना भेट भयो रे आइतबार। तर, मलाई कुनै खास लागेन यो समाचार। हुनुपर्ने त शिखर वार्ता हो, थन्किएर रहेका मुद्दाहरु सुल्झाउनु पर्ने हो, अन्तरिम संविधान र संविधान सभाको तिथि घोषणा गर्नुपर्ने हो। तैपनि लुकामारी खेल्दै धारे हात लाएर एकअर्कालाई सराप्ने शैलिमा आरोप-प्रत्यारोप गरिरहनेहरुले भेटे, राम्रै होला। यो समाचार भन्दा पनि मलाई त अर्कै एउटा अचम्मको समाचारमा आँखा गयो आज। भएछ के भने कैलालीतिरकी एक बालिकाको निधारबाट धमाधम सिसा निस्कन थालेछ।
सरकारी समाचार एजेन्सी राससको समाचार हेर्दै थिएँ। कैलालीको टीकापुरस्थित ट्रिनिटी माध्यमिक विद्यायलमा अध्यनरत छात्रा सरिता बिष्टको निधारबाट त्यसरी सिसा निस्कने क्रम जारी रहेको रहेछ।
सिसा पनि कम हो र, अहिलेसम्म त २०० वटा जति निस्किसकेछ। उनको निधारबाट गत एक सातादेखि दैनिक तीनदेखि पाँच वटासम्म करिब अढाई इन्च लम्बाइ र डेढ इन्च चौडाइ आकारका सिसा निस्कने गरेको रहेछ।
सिसा निस्कँदा कस्तो खालको, कसरी निस्कने गरेको छ, त्यसरी निस्कँदा बालिकालाई घाउ, पीडा हुन्छ कि हुँदैन, कति बेला त्यसरी सिसा निस्कन्छ भन्ने बारेमा भने केही लेखिएको छैन समाचारमा। बरु लेखिएको छ- हालसम्म त्यसको रहस्य पत्ता लाग्न सकेको छैन ।
सिसा लगातार कसरी निस्किरहेका छन् भन्ने विषयमा स्थानीयस्तरमा विभिन्न अनुसन्धान गरिएको रहेछ तापनि हालसम्म यकिन हुनसकेको रहेनछ।
बालिकालाई रगत परीक्षणदेखि नेपालगन्ज र भारतको लखनऊमा समेत लगेर ‘सिटीस्क्यान’ गरिएको तर कुनै खराबी नभेटिएको रहेछ।
विद्यालयले बालिकाको अभिभावकको आर्थिक अवस्था नाजुक भएकाले बालिकाको थप परीक्षण गर्न असमर्थ रहेको जनाउँदै सो समस्या समाधानार्थ सहयोगका लागि संसदसमक्ष अपिल गरेको छ।
आजभोलि सार्वभौम संसद भएकोले होला, यस्ता अपील पनि संसदसमक्ष गर्ने गरिएको, नभए त सरकारसमक्ष गरिन्थ्यो। शाही शासनकालमा भए दरबारमा बिन्तिपत्र हालिन्थ्यो।
खैर, यो अर्कै कुरा भयो, तपाईँहरुलाई थाहा होला, यस्तो अचम्म कसरी भयो ? कसरी ती बालिकाको निधारबाट सिसा निस्कियो होला ? म त अचम्मै परेँ समाचार सुन्दा।

The news about Prachanda and Girija is also good.They have come in to a understandning for high level dialouge before Dashain.But they are forgetting people agenda on peace they make agreement in the Baluwatar and forget all Nepali citizen.If they go like they also will be the position of king very soon it doesnot take so long.

It will be interesting to know what they actually talked and agreed. There are lots of confussion and doubts in we all ordinary people’s mind the honesty, sincerity and commitment of the government and the maoist about the peace process, dates of CA, interim government etc. Where all these issues stand both Prachanda and Girija has to give common answer to all these important issues. They must have to work it out. Ohterwise legitimacy of both side is questionable thing. The more we talk about transparency the more obscure things are getting and the more trust people are losing on the government and the maoist. We all hope there is something they can work for the sake of the nation and people if they have commitment of leaders.
We have waited patiecely for too long already hope no consiparacy in the background to deceive the people. If that is the case this time people will not definitely forgive them.
