हामीबीचका दूरी घटिरहेका छन् भन्ने सरकार र माअोवादीहरुले आज केही ऐतिहासिक सम्झौता गर्लान् भन्ने आशा निराशामा परिणत भएको छ। हिजोअस्तिका वार्ताहरुभन्दा यो वार्तामा एउटै मात्र प्रगति भयो- त्यो हो- अर्को वार्ता कहिले हुने भन्ने घोषणा भएन। यसअघि निश्चित मितिका लागि वार्ता स्थगित हुन्थे। तर यसपटक अनिश्चित कालका लागि। अरु त अरु आज त पत्रकार सम्मेलन पनि नगर्ने भएछन्।
यही शिखर वार्ता वा बैठक त बस्ला कि नबस्ला भनेर कत्रो द्विविधा थियो। दशैं अगाडि बस्ने भन्दाभन्दै दशैं पछि बल्ल-बल्ल बस्न पुग्यो। तर अहँ, केही भएन। खाली सहमति हुँदैछ, सहमतिको चरणमा पुगेका छौं र सौहाद्रपूर्ण वातावरणमा वार्ता भएको छ भन्ने मात्रै सुनियो।
आजै पनि त्यस्तै सुनियो। उपप्रधानमन्त्री अमिक शेरचनले पार्टीहरुबीच थप गृहकार्य गर्नुपर्ने भएकोले वार्ता स्थगित भएको बताउनु भएको छ। त्यसैगरी नेपाली काँग्रेसका अर्जुननरसिंह केसीले आपसी सहमतिबाट तय गरिने अर्को बैठकमा सबै कुरा मिल्ने बताउनु भयो। अनि माअोवादीका नेता देव गुरुङ भने सत्तारुढ पक्षको ढुलमुलपना र अस्थिरता अनि यथास्थितिवाद नै यसो हुनुको कारण रहेको बताउँदै त्यसको दोष विदेशी र दरबारिया षडयन्त्रकारीला लगाए।
अब के वार्ता पुनः दशैंअगाडि कै स्थितिमा नै पुग्ने हो त ? वार्ता भइरहँदा कमसेकम उनीहरुलाई जनताको दबाब हुन्थ्यो। तर अब मिति नै नतोकी स्थगित भएपछि वार्ताबाट अब नेपाली जनताले आशा गर्ने ठाउँ नै कहाँ रह्यो र ! यी नेताहरुले किन नेपाली जनताको इच्छा र भावनाको कदर नगरेका हुन् ?

GIRIJA is the leader of dacoutis!! who will followup the path way of Gyanendra.he will never respect for the outgoing blood sweat & tear of martyr & their family!!

It is crystal clear that what type of KHICHADI Girija was cooking at Baluwatar that day? On the name of peace, CPNM of course will not be ready to surrender. And it really surprising to me, some people still belive Nepali Congress to bring radical changes in the country forgetting their past, since before jumping to any conclusion, they have the tendency to see on others (such as Narayanhiti, south and Moriarty’s handsome monkey-face). The history gets chances to repeat time and then since human being do not learn from the past mistakes. UNFORTUNATELY. I am sure KP Oli, RS Mahat, Deuba & Co. must be having cocktail parties and cheering for Girija’s health these days since they became able to bring peace talk at this turn.

Can not believe these useless thugs are allowed to rule our country. We all hope these useles, means will be punished by the god or Nepalese people oneday. How can they keep playing their dirty game again and again. Sorry I had to speak all these out desperation and there are many have the same feelings like me. We could rely on these swindlers again. These thugs are never going to improve them.

Girija was installed as PM by various antaraik and bidehsi powers. He is just a mukauta.
Anyway, the blame goes to all of us too for agreeing to have Girija as the PM. Not once but 5 5 times that scandal-ridden nincompoop was made as PM.
Aeee! I am feeling ashamed of myself. Lets blame ourselves more than blaming that Girija and his kind.
IF we have any guts we should ask for his ouster immediately.

Its not so easy to erase congress from nepali politics.all the leaders are well aware of it and that is one of the main reason that all agreed to make GP a PM. we all know congress is not working as its supposed to be. but no other actors are willing to take the responsibility of success or ………!! its shame for all of us.
if madhav kumar nepal was a leader, he wud never suggested GP as PM. but he is scared to face the success as well as ………………!!
i dont think we sud blame anyone right now. everyone is evaluating their capability. transition phase takes time. rome was not built in a day!! we must think that and will have to act that.
now as we all know the main issues, we sud discuss it properly and sud move ahead.
pls dont get upset. failure is the first step of success. lets be optimistic.

शान्तिको चाहना गरेर बसिरहेका नेपालीहरुको मुटुमा चसक्क पर्ने खालको समाचार पढिसकेपछि सरसर्ती कमेन्टहरु हेर्न मन लाग्यो। गिरिजा बुढो , गिरिजाले गर्दा यस्तो भएको हो, मोरो त मर्नु नि जस्ता कमेन्टहरुको बाहुल्यता रहेको भान भयो। गाली गर्न त मलाई नि मन लागेको छ, मुखमा गिरिजा विरुद्ध बोल्ने सय थोक कुराहरु आएका छन्, तर के गिरिजालाई मात्र दोष दिएर अरु सबैलाई पन्छिन दिने ?
वार्तामा कस्ता कुरा भएका हुन, ती कुराहरु चाँहि बिरालोले बच्चो लुकाएको भन्दापनि दर्हो गरेर लुकाउने, अनि बाहिर निस्केर बढो अर्थपूर्ण रुपमा “होमवर्क नपुगेको” जस्ता भावहरु व्यक्त गर्ने । के होमवर्क नपुगेको हो, कस्तो समझदारि कायम हुन नसकेको हो, त्यो नि खुलाइदिएको भए हुन्थ्यो। कसलाई कुन मन्त्रालय चाहिएको हो र कसले दिन नमानेको हो भनिदिएको भए त जनताले नि होमवर्क गर्न मद्दत गरिदिन्थे होलान्।
ताली बज्ने दुई हातले हो । गिरीजाले अडंगो लगाउँछन् , नेपाली काँग्रेसले निहुँ खोजेर वार्ता भंग गर्ने कोशिस गर्दै छ भने , अरु सात दलहरु के हेरेर बसेका ? खुलेआम काँग्रेसले बदमासी गर्दैछ भनेर भन्न किन नसकेका ? एउटा दल र दलको नेतालाई दोष लगाएर आफुलाई साँचिलो बनाउने खेल कसले खेलिरहेको छ, त्यो बुझ्न धेरै गार्हो छैन । सबै नेताहरु चोर हुन् सबैलाई फाल्नु पर्छ भनेर कतातिर बाट घ्यू थपिंदै छ ? घरि गिरिजा, घरि ओली, घरि काँग्रस, घरि एमाले , प्रजातन्त्रिक पार्टीहरु र नेताहरुलाई नाकाम देखाउने कोशिस कतातिर बाट भइरहेको छ, एकचोटी सबैले सोच्ने हो कि ?
साँचिलो पल्टिन धेरै सजिलो छ । मान्छे जम्मा पारेर बालुवाटार होस् कि खुमलटार, जल्लेपनि घेराउन सक्छ। हिरो नै बन्ने हो भने, वार्तालाई पारदर्शिक बनाउनु, जनताले आफैंले को कत्तिको पानीमा छ भनेर छुट्याउने छन्। अरुलाई मात्र सँधै दोष दिएर आफ्नो चरित्र सुध्रिन्छ भन्ने भ्रम सबैले त्यागे हुन्छ।

This time rather than these old (seven parties) and new (the maoist) netas we should (the people) lead it and should take over these moral less and oppertunistic lads of this country. All the blame goes to Girija. Once he said he would like to see peace and unity of the party. I think he is very much unluckly he is not going to get either. What he thinks he was elected by nepali people if he does not act according to the wish of the people then he has no right to occupy the post for a second or so. What I believe we need another huge revolution which should bearing of strength that could wipe all corrupeted leaders and king too.
We had democracy for more than a decade. what they did during their tenure just involved in corruption and look after themself. Rules were not followed and system was totally individual orientated. To become inspector if you can give bribes of 500,000.00 you could easily become inspector although you don’t need to be capable enough for the post. Most of the GM’s were chosen from their known ones not the capable ones never get chance. How can we expect the positive outcome from such corrupted leaders. Look at sher bd. in his tenure chiranjibi wagle was referred for punishment for his involvement in corruption but he was walking freely. Therefore, my friends and Nepali brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers we need another revolution which we must need to make a huge so that we will not have to face the same situation in future.
Please, come all Nepalese on the road to give pressure two sides to get peace in our country. We are peace people we want to live in peace.
Jai nepal and corrupted Girija should be repelled from his post as soon as we can. I wish god will listen our voice and give good exit for the crisis.

It is sad that today’s talk also could not come to the conclusion. But, we should be optimistic that one day in a near future they will come to a concrete conclusion. It is better to take loner time and do rigorous homework now to avoid the possible disagreement in the future. A decade long political problem can not be solved just like that. There are several issues advicated by several political parties which can not be solved so easily. There should be an environment of confidence building among parties. So, let us be hopeful that they will sit down again and do serious homework before they sit for another round of talks. They should try to find a common ground rather than being rigid on their own idealogy. Let us all create pressure on the parties to expedite the process and come to the final conclusion as soon as possible. Let peace prevail in Nepal soonest the better.

Very Bad News. But still i am not much surprised. Maoist is such a party that it will not give up until it acquires total autonomy. Maoists want to wipe out all other political parties and rule in total autocracy. One can easily speculate by the ways they bargain.
There are some problems at the fundamentals itself.
For examples;
– Retaining arms and participating in peace talks.
– Engaging in bloodshed and trying to blame national army only in the name of king’s autocracy.
– Envolving young children in the wars and showing deep concern about the future of the nation.

it happened as i expected.
Anyway, today i have confidence that
i am good at knowing the depth of situation rather than murmuring on the scandals…
if you ask me what might happen next:
they might try to have talks again but will never succeed, then maoists and some others will try to demonstrate and capture highways and main government buildings, they will not succeed either. At the same time some royalists of seven parties and the royals will try to control the situation but will not succeed either. Some of the maoists leaders will be camptured, some will die and so will happen in royal side. At last, the country will be republic and a government mostly by representative of maoist and seven parties and citizen leaders will form. The government will be lead by some unknown (till today) non-political persons and the country will focus on economic issues rather than this political embargo.
let’s see upto what extent will my pridiction comes true!

Congress is a party dominated by those people who have benefited from the Rana’s and Shah Dynasty. Caste system has played a big role in the political history of Nepal. As dreamt and wished by Prithavi Narayn Shah, the upper caste have managed to lead the political leadership role in the Nepal. End of Monarchy and the proportionate representation in the Government will affect those people that have benefited from that regime. So without the use force they will not give up the power that they have enjoyed for so long. RSS of India will not be happy to let the King go whom they revere him as the Chakravartin Raja of all Hindus. In the name of Hinduism they want to repress and consolidate the position of the King. Maoist is the only force opting for the end of Monarchy and the Equal Representation in the Government so the people will have to make sure that they are not bogged down by the Girija and his gang who wants to maintain the political leadership in the hands of the upper caste.

It is unfortunate to hear that peace talk has been postponed for uncertain period. Let’s admit one thing; we all knew it was going to happen because negotiation can be reached once there are common agendas or common grounds. Either or not top brass of all parties, including Maoists were witnessing ‘See-saw’ game attitude throughout the dialogue period. There could be the following reasons behind this situation:
1. Extreme and aggressive decisions: Nepal has been experiencing one awkard situation for a long time. If King takes over the power, he goes to the end corner punishing political leaders and so do the political parties. There has to be harmonized atmosphere. Why can’t king and political parties go hand in hand when the matter is about national interest. All the decisions made by political parties are voided when king gets opportunity to rule and political parties do the same. It mostly happens in our country only. Please don’t make extreme decisions. Agendas have to prioritized and done one at a time.
2. SPA and Maoists felt that they scaled the Everest after April movement but they failed to realize that it was just the beginning of changes. ‘New wine in old wineskin’ is the right phrase for SPA at least. Same people who were partly responsible for Maoists movement are still trying to resolve the issues. I am sure King was highly involved to mobilize Army to suppress Maoists movement but political parties involved in the government are not responsible in this regard. It is important to realize the prioritize the agendas and do as per the requirements. A hungry person cannot eat everything at once just because he is hungry rather he should be having patience to wait and eat properly.
3. It will be biggest historic fault for SPA to listen to everything that Maoists say this time. Intention has to be clear before you agree with them. Let’s admit the fact that there is a danger of ‘Coup from the King and Maoists’. Ultimately we, the citizen are to suffer due to this. Political parties have made this mistakes for several times in the past after the 1990′s revolution.
4. Ultimately, Nepalese should learn to love the country and then only their personal interest. Our political leaders are keen to fulfill their desires than doing something for the country. I am not trying to generalize the leaders but mostly we have found the same in many. Let’s change our attitude first and things will fall in live sooner or later.

I was shocked to hear about the news today! I think all 8 parties (particularly NC) are vitually not for the people who have been suffering over the past 4-5 decades. Why 6 (exclusing Girija Congress NC) + 1 (prachand’s party) can not sit sitogether and make ‘national declarion’ within few hours if they are really want to do something for the country? Why this ‘drama’?. It is well known that Girija Congress has still ILLEGAL-network with Gyanandra. Look at his time and progress made in the last 15 years, almost nothing. I think this is the right time to do something boucotting Girija.

Now what is next? An army coup? I am sick and tired of all this. I don’t really care even if army takes over just like in Thailand as long as peace returns. People fought against king’s autocracy. This is all we get as a result. How long can we wait for peace to return? And even if Maoists come in govt, what guarantee there is that they are going to be different from the king?
