यस क्रममा माअोवादीहरुले उपत्यकाका मुख्य दुई डन चक्रे मिलन र दीपक मनाङ्गेका थुप्रै मानिसहरुलाई कब्जामा लिएका छन्। त्यसै गरी अन्य संगठित अपराध गर्ने समूहलाई पनि उनीहरुले कब्जामा लिएका छन्। उनीहरुलाई ललितपुरका विभिन्न गाउँमा कैदमा राखी सोधपूछ र छानबिनको कार्य अगाडि बढाइरहेको बताइएको छ।
माअोवादीहरुले युवराज संरक्षक रहेको मुस्कान सेना नेपालका सदस्य गुण्डाहरुलाई पनि कब्जामा लिएको बताइएको छ। माअोवादीहरुले संगठित अपराध गर्नेहरुलाई कब्जामा लिने क्रम जारी भएको र उनीहरुलाई केही दिनमा नै पत्रकार सम्मेलन गरी सार्वजनिक गर्ने तयारी गरिरहेको पनि बताएको छ।

Nobody has the right to do anything to public or for public unless they are within the Government. The country is run by a Government (worse in our country) but still it is the law. Maoist are not in the Government yet so they must be integrated first then do all those. I know I appreciate their effort but there must be a rule of thumb for that too. Otherwise anybody can take over the country any time they want by forming a group.

Hope this is not a political revenge as Mikan is aligned with UML and getting well coneected with Pradip and Madhav Nepal.And there was an incident once happaned in Bagbazaar long back where Dr. Baburam was almost got scuffled and bet by Milan Chakkre. Dr. had to run away to shave his life.
However the actions taken by the Maoist is good enough as the past government has been highly ineffective to fix these miscreants.These gangsters dons are having amazingly living very luxurious life at the heart of the nation. These buggers are looting aroun, inolving in extortions, manhandling etc. But on the other hand, the maoist cadres are no less in similar activities. So my humble advice is that maoist take control over such vandalisms along with their own infamous activities in the name of democracy.There are hundreds of similar Gurungs and Mananges under their own roof.

This is the article with most number of comments that means people liked it whatever thier comment is. In fact it is. We are facing these sorts of don who have political ans state protection. One fellow said that the don should be killed. NO. There should not be extra judicial killing otherwise it will be more anarchy. But they should be publicised, and accept thier wrong doing in public and vow not to repeat the same. With that let the Nepal police do further because that will be proof of thier crime.

जब सम्म नेपालमा बिहारी राजनीति चली रहन्छ यस्ता गुण्डा पैदा भैरहन्छन । अहिले माओवादीहरु पनि कति ठाउँहरुमा खुल्लारुपमा दादागिरी गर्दैछन । उनिहरुले आफुलाई पनि बदल्नु पर्यो ।

*** Taking Laws in Maoists hands? ***
It may look good for short term but taking laws in their own hands may be the precedent for disaster. Is it just the tactical movements of Maoists ? As long as they do not touch the innocent people of Kathmandu valley, there will not be any reaction from the people. Mind it, Maoists are not law enforcers.
We have to be cautious and keep watch on every move of Maoists. Maoists had inflicted so many human rights violations since they started their war. When we check all those crimes, we need to book Prachand and Babu Ram to International Court of Justice at The Hague for their crimes against humanity. 13000 people were killed and millions of Nepalis suffered from Maoist hands. There are still thousands and thousands of Nepalis people internally displaced because of Maoists threats. What about their human rights ? If we ignore them, we are accepting the rule of gun – “The power comes from the barrel of the Gun”.
If we ignore all these crimes, it would be tantamount to endorsing their philosophy of terror, violence and assassination is the right method to achieve the end result – Democratic Republic of Nepal. If so, any political party in future has right to resort to violent movement to achieve their end results.
The biggest trouble is still centred on the monarchy institution. It is because of this feudal corrupt monarchy system gave birth to Maoists armed revolution. The only solution is to wipe out the monarchy institution before we can expect any bright future for the country.
We have a rich king in the poor country. The monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. It has to be wiped out before all troubles will cease. The people must have right to decide the fate of the monarchy by the referendum and it should be conducted side by side with the election of Constituent Assembly.

I think this is something very positive. Crimes are on the rise in KTM valley for some time now. Police haven’t been able to do anything. If Maoists are really taking the culprits into control, then they are indeed doing something good for the society. But they must also stop their own extortions and kidnappings if they really want to make a positive impact.
