गत वर्ष मह जोडीले पेरिसमा आयोजना गरेको एउटा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रममा भनेको एउटा भनाइको याद आयो- यूरोप नेपालीहरुले गर्दा भरिएको छ अनि हामीले नेपालमा सांस्कृतिक साँझ आयोजना गरेर कसलाई देखाउने? हिजो एनआरएनको वार्षिक अवसरमा पेरिसमा आयोजना भएको कार्यक्रममा कति सजिलैसँग दोहोरी गाउने टोली जम्मा भए। त्यसमा नेपालीहरुको सङ्ख्या पनि निकै भएछ।
विदेशमा नेपालीहरुले दोहोरी गाएको खबर प्रायः आफैमा नौलो हो। तर हिजो यहाँ नेपालीहरुले बडो रमाइलोसँग गाएर गाउँघरमा जम्ने दोहोरीको रस चखाए।
सँधै एकै खाले कार्यक्रम नहोस् भनेर यसपटक एनआरएनले दोहोरी, बाल तथा पाकाहरुको साहित्य, देउसी तथा भैलोको कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरेको थियो। यी मध्ये सहित्यिक कार्यक्रम र दोहोरीप्रति धेरैको आकर्षण देखियो। सृजन महर्जनले कार्टून तथा चित्रकला प्रदर्शनी निकै प्रभावकारि बन्यो। उता, आमोद सापकोटाको केरा र गोलभेडाको कथाले सबैलाई हँसायो।
पुरुष पक्षबाट विष्णु रिजाल र उज्ज्वल अर्याल तथा महिला पक्षबाट विमलाको टोलीले गाउन थालेपछि स्रोताहरु मन्चको नजिक-नजिक सर्न थाले। महिला टोलीले
“मेरो माया मार्यौ कि छ चोखै,
खा’का छौ कि हिँड्दैछौ भोकभोकै;
दैलामुनि च्याउ,
भन्देउन निष्ठुरी तिमी कहाँ छौ”
भनेर के भनेका मात्रै थिए केटा पक्षबाट तुरुन्तै जवाफ आइहाल्यो-
“बाध्यताले भए नि टाढा,
हुन्न सानु फूल जस्तो मन टाढा”
दोहोरी जम्दै जाँदा स्रोताहरु पनि सा र सु सुसेली हाल्दै उफ्रँदै गए। उता आनीता शाक्यको “डाली डाली फूल फूल्यो” भन्ने गीतको नाचले त वान्स मोर वान्स मोर नै पायो। त्यसैगरी अनुराधा पौडेल, कार्यवाहक राजदूत निरन्जनमान सिं बस्नेत, नेपाली दूतावासका कर्मचारी सागर फुँयाल, शैलेन्द्र महर्जन, कर्मा महर्जन, एनआरएन फ्रान्स शाखाका अध्यक्ष अशोक न्यौपाने, साहित्यकार हरिहर अर्याल, कलाकार शुरेश लामा, शिव रिमाल लगायतका नेपालीहरुले कविता सुनाएका थिए।
हरिहर अर्यालले समग्ररुपमा एनआरएन का गतिविधि र अशोक न्यौपानेले एनआरएन फ्रान्स शाखाको गतिविधिका बारेमा प्रकाश पार्नुभएको थियो।
पेरिसस्थित नेपाली दूतावासका कार्यवाहक राजदूत निरन्जनमान सिं बस्नेतले पूर्व राजदूत प्रज्ज्वल्ल शम्शेर राणाका कालमा नेपालीहरुसङ्गको सम्बन्ध राम्रो हुन नसकेको, राणाको आडमा रहेका कोहीले प्रजातन्त्रवादीहरुलाई धम्काएको भए पनि प्रजातन्त्रकालमा त्यस्तो नहुने बताउँदा ताली बजाएका थिए। बस्नेतले शाही शासनकालमा प्रजातन्त्रवादी कर्मचारीहरु मूकदर्शक भएर बस्न बाध्य भएकोले अब नेपाली दूतावास सँधै यहाँका नेपालीहरुको हितमा कार्य गर्न तत्पर रहेको, कुनै पनि नेपालीहरुलाई समस्या परेको भए सिधै दूतावास आउन पनि उहाँले सबै नेपालीहरुलाई आग्रह गर्नुभयो।
उता, दूतावासका अर्का कर्मचारी सागर फुँयालले विदेशमा रहेका नेपालीहरुका बाबु, आमा, दाजुभाइ, साथीहरु भन्नु नै दूतावास र यहाँका नेपालीहरु भएकाले मिलेर बस्नुपर्ने र नेपालीहरुको कुनै पनि कार्यक्रम र समस्यालाई दूतावासले सकेको सहयोग गर्न तत्पर रहेको बताउनु भयो।
अन्त्यमा नेपालीहरुले लक्ष्मीपूजाको उपलक्ष्यमा केही बेर देउसी र भैलो गाएका थिए।

heheh….finally another sheep started to bleet ….. let me tell you my story …. I am an engineer who used to work for the government … just an average honest Nepalese. I left nepal, fed up with the political interference and dishonour of hardworking individuals … that is why I have complete hatred for Nepal. Tried to contribute by being what I am but later on got eliminated. Right now I work as a dishwasher in a restaurant abroad.
Life is more happier because no one interfers, and I don’t have to worry about others as long as I do my job, though it hurts every moment for not being able to do what I was meant for, and what I spend half of my life, studying and hoping to do something that certainly helps my homeland. i am very much happy when i recieved so many comments of my view.yes i know who are are the NRN and what they want to be in nepal.Now i m in abroad for study so i have no intention to get citizenship .i am studying here for enrich my knowledge but not for the intention to get foreign citizen.
in the case of dual citizen.it government provide them the citizen then that would be the worst decision in the history of nepal.Why they need dual citizen for the investment if they have the intention of doing business in nepal like other foreign company?is it necessary to get citizen of nepal?i know those who are resides in foreign country have so many difficulties there but that doesn´t mean they are right in their view of getting citizen.i don´t think going abroad and get marriage with foreign and earned meoney is by the cause of present maiost conflict.Do you know how many people are resides in nepal.if they all are staying here despite of the conflict then how you calim yourself you are forced to go abroad bythe cause of conflict.
NRN can invest their money inn nepal and get earn money too but they are not´the citizen of nepal and the government shouldnot provide them the equall facilities to them because they can easily withdraw their business if the sitution is wore.Most of they who claimed themselves as NRN they are decievers.

This is the where we all are confused. we dont know what we can do. NRN is a forum for neplease abroad but what you also sud know is, it is not owned by upendra mahato. he is part of it but he is not the NRN. please be clear and think intellectually. its not like girija and congress party which revolves around girija.
and let me tell u one more thing. if you open a business what u will do? whom u will sell ur goods first? ur friends n relatives? then wht is the problem if NRN tries to invest money in nepal? we have lot of examples of countries getting developed with the help of its non residents. so whts problem if nepal also tries the same? \
frens be practical n think wisely. its not the stone age that u hv restrictions. restrictions restricts the development. i m not saying restriction is not needed but not in all case. just to curse others is good but before that pls try to think positively n optimisticly.
and we being in nepal must know that right now our country is running only on remmittance, nothing else.

In my view, identity of Nepalese whether one got American Green Card is related with the development of Nepal. People living aboard are also more concerned about the popitical situation of the country. So, i think providing dual citizenship country is not going to lose any things, furhter it will increase the intimacy with the country and provide to use skills in the development of the country.

Nepalis are always nepalis and they always remain nepalis. staying in overseas doesn’t mean they betray their country.
If the nepalis were not living in overseas and earning the money Nepal’s economy would already have collapsed during these 10 years of insergency which is not claimed by the nepalis living in overseas it is claimed by Nepal government itself.

thank you for your information about the programme but i never believe that the NRN will support the nepalese develpment because if they forget nepal in the ´name of money and getting other´s citizen then how we aspect them from more.
Nowadays they demand dual citizenship form nepal beccause they are tired to stay in another country.We shoud not forget that they have passed their active life in foreign and want to stay their burden life here in nepal.in this cause they are some sort of betrayer of nepal and their borth place.
If they have real love of their country then why they took foreign citizen.they just want to do bussiness here because they know that nepali citizen are innocent and they think htey can easily cheat us and earn more money.
