राजनीतिको कुरा गर्दा किन-किन दिक्क लाग्ने भएको छ मलाई। अहिलेको राजनीतिका कुरामा वार्ता, हतियारको कुरामात्रै आउँछ। वार्तामा यो कुरा मिलेन, उ कुरा मिलेन भन्छन्। सहमति जुटाउने प्रयास भइरहेको छ भन्छन्। सहमति जुट्ने कहिले हो, कसैलाई थाहा छैन। नराम्रा-नराम्रा कुरा सुनेर दिक्क लागिरहेको बेलामा राम्रो कुरा सुन्न पाए हुन्थ्यो भन्ने लाग्छ।
देशका लागि राम्रो कुरा भनेको वार्तामा सहमति होस् र दीगो शान्ति छाअोस् भन्ने नै हो। आज प्रकाशित’हिमाल’ मा सहमतिपछि देश कसरी अघि बढ्छ भन्ने शीर्षकमा केही बूँदा दिइएका रहेछन्। हेर्दा राम्रै लाग्यो। त्यसैले यो राम्रो कुरालाई ‘हिमाल’ बाट साभार गरेको छु-
-सहमति भएलगत्तै शान्ति युध्दविराम र मानवअधिकार गरी तीन वटा सम्झौतामा हस्ताक्षर हुनेछ।
-माअोवादी जनसेना बस्न क्याम्पहरुको चयन हुनेछ, जतिसक्दो छिटो उनीहरु क्याम्पहरुमा बस्न थाल्नेछन्। अहिलेसम्म ७ वटा क्याम्प राख्ने भनिए पनि पछिल्लो समयमा थप दुई उपक्याम्प राख्ने सहमति भएको छ। यो प्रक्रिया पूरा हुन १०-१५ दिन लाग्ने अनुमान छ।
-त्यसपछि संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघले यसको अनुगमन थाल्नेछ। राष्ट्रसंघले क्याम्पमा बसेको सेना र तिनको हतियार प्रमाणीकरण र दर्ता गर्नेछ। त्यसपछि सहमति बमोजिम हतियार ‘लक’ गर्ने काम हुन्छ। यो सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया दुई हप्ताको समयावधिमा पूरा हुने अनुमान छ।
-हतियार र सेना संयुक्त राष्ट्रसंघको अनुगमनमा बसे लगत्तै वर्तमान संसदले अन्तरिम संविधान जारी गर्नेछ र यससँगै यो संसद विघटन हुनेछ। त्यसैदिन नै अन्तरिम संसद गठन भएको घोषणा गरिनेछ। र, लगत्तै अघिल्लो संसदले जारी गरेको अन्तरिम संविधानलाई माअोवादीसहितको अन्तरिम संसदले अनुमोदन गर्नेछ।
- देशलाई संसद र संविधानविहीन अवस्थामा राख्न नहुने भएकोले अन्तरिम संविधान जारी, संसद विघटन र अन्तरिम संविधान अनुमोदन गर्ने काम एकै दिन हुनेछ (वाफ रे, कति धेरै काम एकैचोटी हुने ! त्यो दिन त म कति व्यस्त हुने होला- अपडेट गर्नमा)
त्यससँगै माअोवादीको नामबाट बनेका विभिन्न जनसत्ताहरु, जनअदालतहरु भंग हुनेछन्। हतियार बोकेर हिँड्ने, प्रदर्शन गर्ने, अपहरण गर्ने, जबर्जस्ती चन्दा संकलनलगायतका कामलाई आपराधिक मानिने घोषणा हुनेछ।
-अन्तरिम संसद बनेपछि त्यसअघि नै भइसकेको सहमति बमोजित अन्तरिम सरकार गठन हुनेछ।
-१० वर्षे हत्या-हिंसाको प्रकरणले समाजमा जन्माएको प्रतिशोधको भावनाबाट भोलिका दिनमा कुनै अराजकता ननिम्तियोस् भन्नाका लागि शान्ति सचिवालयको मातहतमा रहने गरी प्रत्येक जिल्लामा सर्वदलीय शान्ति परिषदको निर्माण हुनेछ।
- त्यसपछि अन्तरिम सरकारले विस्थापित, द्वन्द्वपीडितको पुनःस्थापना, राज्यको पुनर्संरचना जस्ता कुराहरुलाई विभिन्न उच्चस्तरीय समितिहरुमार्फत् सम्पन्न गर्दै संविधान सभाको निर्वाचनसम्म पुगिनेछ। (हिमाल खबरपत्रिका, १६-३० कात्तिक, २०६३ किरण नेपालको आवरण टिप्पणीको ‘कसरी अघि बढ्छ देश ?’मा रहेका बूँदाहरु)

i’ve been optimistic despite lots of negative comment in this and other sites. i remain so.
i know there won’t be spectacular peace (for many reasons) but still it will generate hope and also to some extent confidence in the public which is enough in itself to propel the country forward. economy will be revitalized.
but still the biggest problem would be to cater to the needs of lower strata, to bring changes in their lives. its not an easy task. its the question of social transformation. lets see how much we could do.

All this sounds great but let’s see the implementation aspect of this.
The countrymen are in dire need of peace and if the Nepali political stakeholders remain truly committed to this resolution, there should be no doubt why Nepal can not march along the path of development.
If only Nepali political leaders act honestly to root out corruption in politics and administration, half of Nepal’s ills and woes will have bee taken care of paving a way to rollicking ride ahead. Though, let us keep our finger crossed because ‘ a true beginning has to be acted out in practice to yield any result’

on good and positive things can i add this fact. it is very easy to make nepal developed nation.
many of the worlds developed countries are worrying because their water level is going down. spain, australia, and many others are really worried. whilst in nepal, (it is not a lecture, just a recap to feel good about nepal)
we have 600 big and small river
can produce 83,000 mgwatt of electricity,
95% tourists with dollar (i dont want many ic) want to go back to nepal,
nepal has 7 of top 10 mountain peaks,
3 climate in one nation,
3 geographical banout in one nation, (himal pahad and tarai) and many many more.
i hope the leaders realise this and use our resources for the development of the country. (i hope they wont sell more)
