नेपालको इतिहासमा पहिलो पल्ट संसदमा राजपरिवारको आचरणका बारेमा बहस गर्दै आलोचना भएको छ। सोमबार संसदको बैठकमा माअोवादी विधायकहरुले युवराज पारसको चर्को आलोचना गरे। गणतन्त्रवादी नेताहरुको हत्या गर्न दरबारले ६० करोड रुपैयाँ निकासा गरेको र सेनालाई उकास्दै हिँडेको प्रमाणका रुपमा पनि एउटा सीडी पनि संसदमा प्रस्तुत गरिएको छ। के छ त त्यो सीडीमा।
प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार त्यो सीडीमा माअोवादी नेताहरुको हत्या र बदनाम गर्न राजावादीहरुले बनाएको योजना रहेको छ। माअोवादी प्रवक्ता कृष्णबहादुर महराले आज गर्नुभएको पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा दिइएको जानकारी अनुसार सिडीमा माओवादीका विरुद्ध आजसम्म पत्रपत्रिकामा प्रकाशित समाचारहरूको सङ्कलन रहेको छ। सेनालाई माओवादीका विरुद्ध फेरि लड्नलाई उकास्नका लागि यस्तो सिडी पारसको नेतृत्वको टोलीले बाँडिरहेको रे महराको दावी अनुसार। त्यो सीडीलाई गोप्य रुपमा सेनाको पाँचै पृतनामा बाँडिएको रहेछ। माअोवादीहरुलाई त्यो सीडी भने सेना कै स्रोतबाट तीन दिन अघिमात्र प्राप्त भएको रे। प्रचण्डको अमेरिकी अधिकारीहरुको हत्या गर्ने षड्यन्त्र भइरहेको भन्ने कुराको प्रमाण खोज्ने क्रममा यसको खुलासा भएको र यो सूचना दिनेले माअोवादी नेताहरुलाई सतर्क हुन भनेको छ रे।
महराका अनुसार युवराज पारसको नेतृत्वमा अहिले एउटा समूह शान्ति प्रक्रिया भाँड्न र संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन हुन नदिन सक्रिय रहेको छ। सबै दलका गणतन्त्रवादी नेताहरुलाई कारबाही गर्न दरबारले गुण्डाहरुको विशेष दस्ता नै तयार पारेर राखेको रहेछ।
सीडीमा यो छ उ छ भनिए पनि खासमा के छ भनेर थाहा नभए पनि गम्भीर कुरा नै रहेको जस्तो छ। नत्र सभामुखलाई बुझाइएको त्यो सीडीका बारेमा उहाँले गृहमन्त्रीलाई जानकारी गराउनु हुन्न थियो होला।
संसदमा पनि यो सीडीको प्रसङ्ग आज खुबै उठ्यो। माअोवादीका सचेतक जनार्दन शर्मा प्रभाकरले संसदमा यस्तो दावी गर्नुभयो- दरबारले वसन्तजंगबहादुर सिंहको अध्यक्षतामा १६ सदस्यीय समिति बनाएको छ। यो समूहलाई माओवादी नेतृत्व लगायत गणतन्त्रवादी नेताहरुको हत्याको मुख्य जिम्मा दिइएको छ। त्यसका लागि ‘सुपारी’ स्वरुप पहिलो किस्तामा ३० लाख रकम निकासा गरेको छ। पारसले राजधानी कै एउटा पाँचतारे होटलमा भेला गरी यस्तो षड्यन्त्रको तानाबुना बुनेको रे।
प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालाले यो सब कुरा थाहा भएर काठमाडौँ फर्कनुअघि राजा र युवराजलाई गद्दी त्याग्न भन्नुभएको हो कि थाहा नभएरै त ? पत्रकारसितको भेटघाटमा महराले बताए अनुसार रक्षामन्त्री समेत रहेका प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई सीडीका बारेमा थाहा छैन।
अब भोलि मंगलबार आठ दलको बैठक बस्दैछ। भोलि पक्कै यो विषयमा पनि कुरा उठनेछ। हेरौँ, अब यति धेरै कुरा आइसकेपछि कसरी दरबारलाई कारबाही गर्ने प्रक्रिया चालिने हो ? यस पटक प्रधानमन्त्री कोइराला स्वयंले गणतन्त्रका पक्षमा कुरा राख्नुभएको र राजालाई कुनै स्पेस दिनु पर्दैन भन्नुभएकोले केही हुने हो कि ?

If the maoists and parties are convinced that Parase stupid is going all this openly, what the hell they are doing. They are in the Government. Why can not punish and change the army regime and bring Parashe and his criminal father to the tundikhel in front of ornidnary people and let them do the justice. ** Deciding the fate of the monarchy – How? **
The Maoists agenda to decide the fate of Monarchy institution after the election of CA is awkard when the Janandolan II clearly gave the political leaders the mandate to abolish the monarchy institution. Even after the election of CA, on what basis they will abolish the monarchy institution. The peace summit could not declare the Republic of Nepal but they have adopted the referendum to decide the fate of the monarchy.
Now, believe it or not the king and the royal family will neither relinquish their royal status nor the king will abdicate his throne so easily. The monarchists have all means (money, weapons) and trusted loyal army (RA) and they will definitely strike back and they must be calculating a drastic action to save monarchy. It looks the end game is coming violently.
The corrupt monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. The history of Nepal will describe the reign of Shah Dynasty as the dark age of Nepal. During last 238 years, Shahs mixed with Ranas never thought of developing the country but they created the system where it served their interests only. The feudal system which created the privileged class of people who are enjoying out of state coffer while the rest are living in destitute, must be abolished for better future for Nepal.
We have a rich king in the poor country. The monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. It has to be abolished before all troubles will cease.

I think there is still a proxy war between Maoist and Royal palace. There is no standpoint with prime minister where he must have been responsible for people. Why doesn’t he disclose Rayamajhi’s report? Why can’t Prachanda control his grass root level cadres? It looks that the country is run by cadres and a few Gundas not by leaders.It simply happens a small issues to a big clash and create a situation to clamp a curfew either in Lahan, Janakpur, or Inaruwa or Khajura.
