First of all thanks for online journalist “Mero Sansa” for whistle blowing of crime and corruuption of Nepal.

My little expression here

Why democracy failed so many times in Nepal until today?

(1) Racism Discrimination and suppression:
Bahuns and Chettris implemented Caste Systems and divide people in upper caste and lower caste where 95% Nepali native tribes under lower cast and suppress them in many sectors like employment, education, social, cultural, religion and political participation. Native Nepali Tribal people never ever get fair treatment and democratic civil rights in employment, education and political participation. This unequal and un-fairness has been more than 60 years in Nepal.

(2) Crime and Corruption:
In the context of Nepal, Most people are involving in openly organize heavy corruption those who in Nepali government Official from lower ranks to higher, Seven Nepali political parties leaders and members, Project engineers and managers, Bank directors, Bankers and Managers, Senior rank Police officers, Senior rank army officers and Rich Business people. In Nepal, there is no strict law and order to punish these criminals and also people themselves involve in crimes and corruption those who are in charge or higher authorities to take against crimes and corruption. Even Royal family members, prime-ministers and minister are currently involving crimes and corruption.

(3) Mis-use authority power and Organize Crimes:
In Nepali Government, senior government officials do heavy briberies and ask illegal commission for authorization to work, Political parties collect illegal million rupees donation and make it disappear on their personal bank accounts, and also they organize crimes with corrupted government officials and business people. Nepali Rich business people do illegal business like black marketing, smuggling like Woods, Oil, Goods, Gold as well as drugs trafficking and girl trafficking.

(4) Politics and Bureaucracy for dirty business:
More than 95% government employees are Bahuns and Chettri people, and rest of other Native Nepali Tribes become victim of bureaucracy and racial politics of Bahuns and Chettri people. More than 93% political leaders and key members are Bahuns and Chettris unfairly get vacancy whether Maoist, Nepali congress party, Nepali prajatantra party, Nepal communist party and other Nepali political parties.

(5) Democracy, Peace, Freedom and Human Rights become tool of crime and corruption:
In obviously and reality, There are so many people screaming about democracy, peace, freedom and human rights but same people involving heavy organize crimes and corruption in private and social work, business, politics, government jobs and country development projects.

These are key problems in Nepal that openly heavily organize – racism, crimes and corruption in the foundation of Nepal which ruined Nepali Democracy, Peace, Freedom and Human Rights. These are the key reason Nepali Democracy failed so many times since 6 decades.

Conclusion:
Nepalese people must correct these key root problems before ask for new Democracy, peace, freedom and human rights. It is the most important key social, governmental and political matters to fix before any new political changes.

Finally, Make sure! You respect others democratic and civil rights.

कार्कीजी,
चाख दिनु भएकोमा धन्यवाद। पूर्ण रुपमा प्राज्ञिक विषय हो। थर र जातीसँग भन्दा पनि सँस्कृतिसँग जोडिएको कुरा हो वाहुनवाद । नेपालमा रहेका प्रत्येक सँस्कृतिमा वाहुनवाद छ तर यसको गलत र भ्रामक अपव्याख्या भने गजबले भएको छ। केही परिभाषाहरु तल हेर्नु होला;

के हो त वाहुनवाद?
वाहुनवादको सँबन्धमा विभिन्न दृष्टीकोणबाट विश्लेषण भएका छन । महेन्द्र लावती, डोर वहादुर विष्ट, गोविन्द न्यौपाने र कृष्ण भट्टचन जस्ता समाजशास्त्रीहरुले वाहुनवादको व्यापक परिभाषा दिएका छन र परिभाषामा थपघट भए पनि सबैको सार भने उही छ-कसैको भेदभाव र तीनै भेदभावका आधारमा स्थापित वर्चश्व । हेर्नुस तल उहाँहरुको परिभाषा;

महेन्द्र लावती : राज्य सँयन्त्र तथा समाज एवम प्रगतिशिल मानिएका क्षेत्रहरु जस्तै आमसँचार, विश्वविध्यालय तथा मानवअधिकार समूहहरुमा पहाडी, हिन्दु, उच्च जातिका पुरुषहरुका प्रभुत्व तथा यस्तो प्रभुत्वलाई भरथेग गर्ने निति एवम सामाजिक सँस्कारको उत्पादन, प्रयोग तथा औचित्यता पुष्टी गर्ने कुरा नै वाहुनवाद हो । राज्यले पहाडी हिन्दु धार्मिक विचारलाई अँगाल्दै हिन्दु नियम र मान्यताका आधारमा नेपाली समाजको साम्प्रदायिकरण गरेको हुनाले नै यस्तो व्यापक दवदवा सँभव भएको हो ।

डोर वहादुर विष्ट: मध्ययुगमा काठमाडौँ उपत्यकामा तथा कर्णाली प्रदेशमा छिरेका ब्राह्मणहरुले पहिलो पटक प्रचलनमा ल्याएको वर्णभेदको सिद्धान्त पछ्याउने सास्ँकृतिक स्वरुपको लक्षणलाई नै वाहुनवाद भनिन्छ र वाहुनवादको वाहुन थर बोकेकाहरु सँग कुनै सँबद्धता छैन ।

कृष्ण भट्टचन: जात/जातिवषेयक, धार्मिक, भाषिक, साँस्कृतिक तथा क्षेत्रिय विविधता भएको राष्ट्रमा एउटै जात (बाहुन-क्षेत्री), एउटै धर्म(हिन्दु), एउटै भाषा (खस-नेपाली) र एउटै भुषा(दौरा सुरुवाल तथा नेपाली टोपी)को प्रभूत्वलाई नै वाहुनवाद भनिन्छ ।

गोविन्द न्यौपाने: हिन्दु वर्णतहमा सबभन्दा उच्च तहमा बसेकाहरुलाई ब्राम्हण भनिन्छ र यसको नेपाली रुपान्तरण वाहुन हो । खस समुदायका एउटा रितिथित मान्ने वाहुनहरु धेरै जसो पुजारी, दार्शनिक तथा हिन्दु धार्मिक मान्यता र अभ्यासका शिक्षकका रुपमा छन । उनीहरु भाग्यवादी दर्शन र हिन्दु वरिष्ठताको गुणगाण गाउन्छन र छुवाछुतलाई प्रयोग गर्ने अमानविय सामाजिक सँस्कारको वचावट गर्छन । उनीहरु, खस समुदायका अन्य सदस्यहरुसँग मिलेर, सामाजिक विधान तथा राजनैतिक शक्ति नियन्त्रण गर्छन। समग्रमा यस्तो विश्वास, व्यवहार तथा अभ्यासलाई नै वाहुनवाद भनिन्छ ।

धन्यवाद, सुझावको लागी.
पहीलो कुरा मेरो विरोध वाहुनवादीहरुका विरुद्ध मात्र हो.
सबै वाहुनहरु वाहुनवादी छैनन. तसर्थ,”वाहुन” भन्न शब्द
प्रयोग नगर्दा बेश होला. हो, तपाईले भने “वाहुनवाद” लाई “वाहुन”
को पर्यायवाचि मानेर विद्वेशको अँश हाल्न खोज्नु भएको जस्तो मलाई
लागेको छ्.

सुरेश राज त माफिया हो, त्यसल दलितको छोरालाई झुन्ड्याउन सक्छ
भने अरु कसैलाई पनि आफ्ना सेनामेनाका सहायतामा जे पनि गर्न सक्छ.
भ्रष्टाचारी त हुन, टन्न पैसा छ, जे पनि गर्न सक्छन.

तपाईको नजरमा बाहुनबाद बिरुद्धको जुन उत्बेग छ त्यो त केवल साम्प्रादायिक झडप र वितृष्णा फैलाउने खेल मात्र भएन र | यहाँ सबै बाहुनले भ्रष्टाचार गरे र सबै बाहुन उच्चपदमा छन भन्ने कुनै प्रमाण हामि सामु छैन | त्यसैले कोहि ए वा दुईको दोश सम्पूर्ण बाहुन समुदायलाई नदिदा राम्रो होईन र| आखिर तपा हामि सबैले देखेकै छौ कति बाहुनहरु सरैनै पिडित र निम्नबर्गका पनि त छन नि हैन र |अहिले देशमा हरेक बर्ग,जातजातिका मानिसहरु भ्रष्टाचार जस्तो घृणित कार्यमा संलग्न छन जस्ले उच्चओहोदा प्राप्त गरेको छ | भ्रष्टाचार बिरुद्धको अभियानमा हामि सबै जुटौ तर कुनै एक समुदाय वा जातलाई मात्र तारो बनाएर हैन | यसले विद्वेश फैलाउछ | गल्ति गर्ने सबै नै सजायको भागिदार हुने संस्कारको बिकाशगर्नु अपरिहार्य छ | तेरो,मेरो,यो,उ,योवादि,उ बादि जस्ता कुनै पनि प्रकार बिभाजन नगरि कानूनको नजर सबैमा एक हुने सिद्धान्तलाई हामि नेपालिले आत्मसात गर्न नसकेकोले नै भ्रष्टाचारिहरुले सहज मौका पाएका हुन फल्न र फुल्न लाई |आउनुस हामि सबैले यस्को निरुपणको लागि हातेमालो गर्दै अघि बढौ ||||

सर्वोच्चको यस प्रकरणले नेपालमा वाहुनवादीहरु भ्रष्टाचारमा कतिको निर्लिप्त रहेछन भन्ने देखाउँछ । देश बिग्रनु, भ्रष्टाचार बढनु र देशमा हिँसाको प्रचलन बढनु सबै वाहुनवादीहरुकै कारणले भएको हो । वाहुनवादीहरु जहाँ जहाँ छन, त्यहाँ त्यहाँ केही न केही उपद्रो भएको छ । केयुमा पनि त्यहाँको साम्प्रदायिक वाहुनवादी उपकुलपति सुरेश राज शर्माले आफ्नो भ्रष्टाचारको विरोधमा आन्दोलन गर्ने बुद्धि वहादुर विश्वकर्मालाई अनेकौँ धाक-धम्कीका सहीत झुन्डीन बाध्य गरेका छन। वाहुनवादीहरु भएका प्रत्यके क्षेत्रमा भर्षटाचार दुराचार र ब्यभिचार हुनु नेपालको नियती हो । यिनै भर्ष्टाचारी वाहुनवादीहरुका कारण नेपालीहरु अकालमा मर्ने त छँदैछ राष्ट्रनै अकालमा बित्ने त होईन भन्ने शँका उत्पन्न हुन थालेको छ।

Judicial system of Nepal is of the most corrupt branch of the Government. The judges and lawyers have been ripping off the people op every level.. Above the judges are all picked with the blessing of the Palace. Influence of the Palace in the judicial system is very extensive. So it is important to clean up the judicial system to bring justice to the people.

It is not unusual.

The judge, police and secretary are the most corrupted catgory of Nepal, this is OPEN SECRET.

One can win the case only if you bribe judge and advocate of opposition. This is why it is said,
” NAJANAI LAI AIN, JANNE LAI CHAIN”
This both new and old Nepal.
