-मधेशी जनअधिकार फोरमको भ्रातृ विद्यार्थी संगठन निम्न आरोप लगाउँदै नेपाल मधेशी विद्यार्थी फ्रन्टले फोरमसँग अलग्गिएको घोषणा गरेको छ। सामुहिक नेतृत्वको विकास गर्न नसकेको, सङ्गठनलाई स्वतन्त्र राख्न नसकेको, जातीय वर्चस्व कायम राखेको, अराजकता फैलाएको, गैरराजनीतिक चरित्र प्रदर्शन गरी संविधानसभा बिथोल्ने षडयन्त्रमा लागेको, सरकारले पटक-पटक वार्ताका लागि बोलाउँदासमेत दरबारियाको इसारामा लागि मधेशी जनताको शान्तिप्रतिको चाहनामा तुषारापात गरेको, सम्पूर्ण मधेश आन्दोलनलाई गृहमन्त्रीको राजीनामामा मात्र सीमित राखिएको , निरन्तर बन्द, लोकतान्त्रिक व्यक्तित्वहरूको सालिक तोडफोड जस्ता गैरराजनीतिक क्रियाकलाप सञ्चालन गरेको, धर्मको नाममा राजा बचाउने खेलमा लागेको।
- भारतीय प्रशासनले दोषीलाई पक्रन सहयोग गर्ने बताएको छ।
-प्रहरीले गौर काण्डमा दोषी भएको आरोपमा ६ जनालाई पक्रेको छ। पक्राउ परेकाहरुमा राम जनम दास, रघुनाथ महतो, बब्लु राउत, ओयनाथ राउत, लालबाबु पासवान र विनोद राउत रहेका छन्। उनीहरु पक्राउ परेको ठाउँमा हतियार पनि बरामद भएको बताइएको छ।
-उपसभामुख चित्रलेखा यादवले भन्नुभयो-मधेशी जनअधिकार फोरमका नेता कार्यकर्ताहरूलाई पक्राउ पूर्जी काटेर सरकारले गल्ती गर्यो। नेपाल पत्रकार महासङ्घ रूपन्देहीले शनिबार बुटवलमा आयोजना गरेको पत्रकार भेटघाट कार्यक्रममा उप-सभामुख यादवले चेतावनी दिनुभयो- सरकारले मधेशी आन्दोलनलाई दमन गर्ने नीति लिए त्यो मुलुकका लागि ठूलो दुर्भाग्य हुनेछ, मधेशी आन्दोलनलाई अपराध सावित गर्न खोजिए त्यो मुलुकका लागि ठूलो र भयानक दुर्भाग्य हुनेछ- यसले समस्याको समाधान निकाल्दैन। बरु समस्या अझै बल्झाउनेछ।

Chitralekha is right. I know madhesi has done wrong but to punish them can bring very bad consequences. If madeshi are punished then so should prachanda be. There shoulnot be differnet yardstick for two differnet people.
I dont know why this homeminister is not resigning. Is any post greater than the life of Nepalese people. If he is of true moral character he should resign. Lets bring madhesi to talk table, lets here their voice. Let us know madhesi’s true intention.

It is an extremely sad event and words cannot express the sadness and horror I feel. Anyway, I would also like to offer my deepest sympathy and condolences to everyone affected by this tragic event.
As far as I’m concerned, no matter where they originally came from or belong to any political parties. The only thing I knew is they all are Nepali.
Just expressing condolence and blaming to each other will not be the solution. Government should really bring up the fact that the story behind the event and should really be punished according to law so as not to recur this kinds of events again
Now the only way is Interim Government Formation should be done soon and according to the people’s aspiration, that government should announce Nepal as Republic country. If they do that then Gyanendra shaha’s conspiracies will broke down itself.
The party like FORAM that has no any reasonable principal except violence should completely be dismissed from the country. Therefore, LEADERS please make the peace environment to feel secure for all the Nepalese and LET them to have an opportunity to be proud for being Nepali.

Its time for the government to take right kind of decision. Any abrupt decision can lead to a disaster. There is a no clear demarcation between true Nepali Madhesi janatas and the outsiders.Any immatured decision may lead to breakage of the bond among the eight parties which is already at the verge of fraction.
If the Madhesis problem is overlooked and Madhesis are mistreated again then the consequences would be much severer and deadlier than what Maoist did in the past.The free boarder and Indian criminal interference may lead to irrevocable losses for Nepal.
Its high time that those in power use their brains and make an attempt to cover nationwide inclusion into the government irrespective of their political inclination without disheartening anybody. As long as Government fails to represent larger spectrum ( apart from 8 parties),peace would be only a distant dream. Suppression is not the solution.It may turn out to be more fatal.

Yes obviously the arrest warrant against the forum is not the solution coz u people like Chitra lekha yadav are there to make the situation more violent and serious. If all the cadre of forum who had done that hinious are arrested then who will continue to support u? Do u have answer?

3.police and army or the security persons are needed for all people.Therefore never think that they have no importance. Remember, maoists had destroyed many police posts in the country.
4. It is not the King or royalists but the Girija and incapbility of the 8 parties for delaying (or avoiding ) CA polls in time.
5. In the leadership of Girija, Nepal can never go ahead with peace.
6. Maoists must abandon the act (Jutta ko Mala ra Kalo Moso dalne kam) they are doing for Royalists. It is the time of unity among nepali.
7. All (even king and Kamal Thapa) must have right to take part in any kind of election. I think Khume, Govinde and so on are even worse than Kamal thapa.

my question to Chitra Lekha Yadav….
Should the brutal killers should be allowed to kill the people freely???? If the killing is part of the “Madhesi Aandolan”,then being a responsible Nepali citizen, I condemn that “Aandolan”. One more thing, Government should not prove to us that its a crime or not. Its a heinous crime which is unacceptable.
