अन्तरिम सरकारका लागि आठ दलबीच भइरहेको बार्गेनिङमा पदको भागवण्डा यसरी मिलाइँदैछ रे। सरकार चाहिँ भोलि शनिबार बन्ने हो कि कहिले हो, निश्चित छैन। भोलि पनि संसद बोलाइएको छ। भोलि पनि बन्न सक्छ। तर भोलि पहिले आठ दलको बैठकले सहमतिलाई अन्तिम रुप दिनु पर्नेछ। भागवण्डा अनुसार उपप्रधानमन्त्री कसैले पनि पाउने छैन रे। यो प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाको अडान थियो भन्ने मिडियामा पहिले नै आएको कुरा हो। त्यसो त तीन जना उपप्रधानमन्त्री राख्ने कुरा पनि आएको थियो-काँग्रेस, एमाले र माअोवादीको। सभामुख एमालेलाई दिँदा माअोवादीलाई वरिष्ठ उपप्रधानमन्त्री पद दिने भन्ने सहमति भएको भनिए पनि अहिले भने काँग्रेस र एमाले दुवैले वरिष्ठ उपप्रमको दावी गरेको थियो। त्यसमा कुरा नमिलेपछि उपप्रम नै कसैलाई नराख्ने भएको रे।

माअोवादीले भने सञ्चार पाउनुलाई नै ठूलो उपलब्धिका रुपमा लिएको जस्तो लाग्यो। सरकारमा माअोवादीको नेतृत्व कृष्णबहादुर महराले गर्ने भनेपछि महरा नै सञ्चारमन्त्री हुने भएका छन्। भनेपछि एकताका माअोवादीका प्रवक्ता अब नेपाल सरकारका प्रवक्ता पनि हुने भए। सरकारको प्रवक्ता सञ्चारमन्त्रीलाई तोक्ने चलन छ क्यारे। माअोवादीको भागमा परेका अरु मन्त्रालयहरु पनि रोचक नै छन्। विकास, निर्माण, योजनासम्बन्धी मन्त्रालयहरु माअोवादीलाई परेको छ।

There is no argument to say a ‘hero’ word for Girija. This is outstanding to bring all political party including Maoist into the govt. Having said that there is certain flaw of his characteristics such as tendency towards family and past corruption issue in his name.
For most of commentators, it will be hard to accept that there is no one in the nation to replace him. Tha is that fact, how he managed to bring todays sitution from a absolute monarchy power. He has the ‘gut’ to go head to head with the King, all of other used to nodded their head when they used to meet king or pallace personnel. You can see from the result of all party’s meeting, Girija stands in his ground where he said at first place.
It will be bitter to say that non- of communitst leader used to confront to king strightly, only after leaving Naraynhit Palace or in ‘Khula Manch’. Having prising above, I hate Girija when he attempts to place shushil after him who is uncapable, not eligible and not suitable for any kind of political activities. He does not have working ethic toward nation neither national/internation personality.
Finally, welldone Girija! you have done fantastic job for the nation but unfortunately not very sure after you.
There is no one to replace your personality, there used to be one ‘ Prachanda’ but now everybody know him he is ‘barking mad’ and lack of knowledge/ dealing national/intl issue and portfolio too. He should not say he can turn Nepal into ‘Switzerland’, let;s see what they can make it , either Switzerland or ‘Rolpa Land’.

Well there is not hope from congress.
They got majority when there was no political dispute like maoist in Nepal. Most of the leaders in Nepali congress is sick, hungry for power. They again got majority later on but what they did for the nation????

I can see that what girija is up to. I believe he is still bowing himself to Palace. By having army and police under him he can protect Gyanendra, waste millions of ruppees between him and gyanendra. Most ministry he enjoyed are the one he can manupulate the power game and give rest of the dirty work to others. To my surprise everybody else agreed on it. We all knew these fataha were fighting heavily for the bones like hungry dogs but somehow girija and his chamchas got the bigger bones. Possibly for ordinary people, if they settle down for infighting and start doing some work than lying and talking nonsense. Perhaps for ordinary people if all these fataha, criminals and rebels were not existed would have been lot better but that is only the ideal situation, it is only my dream. So if nepalese people want the leader they want they should all kick all these corrupt bastards out and through fair election they should bring new blood who has no history of corruption, crime and murder. Other wise ordinary nepalese will be rulled by fataha all the times.

Finally,there’s been consensus for long awaited historical interim government. I must say that there are some qualified,dedicated and patriotic leaders in Nepali Congress like Krishna Sitaula who should retain HOME Ministry, Ram Sharan Mahat who should retain Finance Ministry. Nepal Congress Should bring a prominent figure from Civil Society to handle the newly formed Peace and Rehabilitation portfolio.
I would like to suggest Maoist not to misuse important ministerial portfolios they’ve been able to grab like Information & Communication as well as Local Development. It’s doubtful that these portfolios may be used and like in the past, Maoist would be governing the local bodies and using Media to gain the fame.
UML, NC democratic and other parties should coordinate each other no matter the ministerial berth they have been able to Grab. It’s not the ministerial porfolio that matters but it’s individual vision, commitment and dedication to save Nepal from foreign element and help develop it into a really Prosperous and Rich Country.
And finally, I have request to all parties please don’t increase the size of cabinet more than 25 for the sake of each one’s happiness. Instead, consider the 2.5 crore Nepalese plea for a peaceful Nepal.

If the allocation of portfolios as mentioned above is true, politically maoist have gained a lot. In my perception the CPN UML and NC (Democratic) have lost their political dignity. In compare to these NC (D) has not its own political identity because it is faction of NC they are just about to merge with their mother party. UML have also lost a lot in this portfolio so far I think. Congress cannot do anything whether they have home or defense ministry. If we even seen the all the minitries with NC and NCD even they are not much strong. Maoist have gained a lot. The Communication and Local Development Ministries are really most important after home and finance. At this juncture the communist parties are going to be stronger and stronger. If the system cannot work properly then may be extreme communism will start in the country. Maoist have their own Jana Sarkar now they are going to hold Local Development Ministry as well. How can it work? Do they dissolve their Jana Sarkar? Now the people have to face may hassle is carry out their tasks in Local Government I mean VDC, DDC, municipalities etc. The influence of their Jana Sarkar will be much more intensive in coming days I think which will be a nightmere for the good governance. They will start rampant implementation of programs for the cheap popularity with the support of their various associative organizations the fresh example is demolition of houses along rabivan kalimati road.
Hence the coming days for the Nepal will not be that much of easy. But now it may be quite early to make a comment on that. The comments are made on the basis of party’s past activities. I will be happy to entertain the constructive comments in my opinion.

We listened good news. why have America had headache for including NCP-Maobadi interim government? We don’t understand.We have to join NCP-M in the interim government because of peaceful Nepal. This is one of the prominent example of dirty politics. Girija is an example of in-capable leader of dirty politicians. I have an impression that he has in his whole life and will be unable to improve his image what he has left in Nepelese minds. Everyone knows the truth however all are helpless they can’t do anything. We nepalese actually live in a dark age, who in saying we have given every rights as being a citizen, however in reality we have never ever granted for freedom of speech and other rights. People have been strugling for daily life requirements to fulfill. In capital leaders use expensive vechiles, is it fair? or leaders from their actives who can voice they are fully or partially satisfied? We don’t have justice. Hardly people even have in their mind given a space to think for the day they can use their rights properly and let them use by government.
We saw massacre last week. How can one even imagine to murder a human, forget about nepal and nepali, another human inhumanly. Leader who is leading such a notorious group how can people believe that he (upendra yadav) has been work for people not for himself famous. Girija is also like that. He never have thought and work for people. Its misfortune of our country and people. If I recall his tenured, we never have had good goverence and rests. Still he does not hesitate to spread his hand for award (good goverence and so). He is shameless person.
Hope things will come in favour of Nepali people not the politicians.

Is that at all important to fight about?? Hey aren’t they talking about the interim govt.?? It seems they will stay in these post for forever, if not what is the logic behind arguing about the ministries?? If it is only for interim period why they are wasting such a long time for distribution??
OR, they might have some other ideas, which we janata don’t know, there is no stipulation for an interim period , it can be as long as they wish . So the fight for powerful ministries justifies as the election is no way near to be seen. And if and when we have elections these collection of corrupt and criminals are going to vanish for sure , so enjoy the luxury given by the poor nepali who is working hard on his paddy field even when all of you were enjoying the lavish dinner of the wedding party of Devyani!!

Whatever the power sharing arrangements, the most important policy decision in favor of peace and security is to bring the Maoists in to the interim government as quickly as possible. The cost of past delay has been in-calculable to all the Nepalis. Accountability and responsibility would further encourage the Maoists and the SPA in unison towards the socio-economic development of the country.

These are all corrupt leaders play card of game. They are looking for position which would give them more cash while doing corruption. If Girija is not a corrupt leader and if he is looking for benefit for nepal and nepalese, new government would have formed long time ago.
Never trust a party which has corrupt leaders. Never trust Girija lead government who is very incapable of taking care of any which would benefit nepalese people.

b) Women,
c) Development ministeris, and
d) Communication
Now we can really enjoy:
– listening progressive songs in Radio Nepal and FM stations, watching peoples’ war footage on TV,
– using cellular phone in each and every remote village of Nepal, and
–generating employment for jobless people to construct all those destroyed infrastructures during the 12 years of peoples war.
