आज बुद्ध जयन्ति। बुद्धको शान्तिको पाठ सबैले सिकुन्। मुखमा मात्र हैन, व्यवहारमा पनि उतारुन्। यही कामना आजको दिनको। बुद्धले मूर्ति पूजा नगर्नु भनेका थिए रे, तर सबैभन्दा बढी मूर्ति बुद्ध कै छ अहिले। शान्तिको पाठ पनि त्यस्तो नहोस्। विश्वमा शान्ति छाअोस्….! बुद्ध जयन्तिको दिन स्वयम्भुको दर्शन गराउन आज म तपाईँहरुलाई स्वयम्भुको यात्रा गराउँदैछु। जाने हैन त ई-यात्राका लागि ?

The maoist party is secretly negotiating with UML to unify the communist parties and form just one new party called Nepal Communist Party with original ideology of Pushpa Lal Shrestha. Will Nepali people accept this new party?
There is no doubt that the Maoists have popular agendas and if they can keep the democratic values, it will definitely be accepted by the people.
The leaked news shows that the Maoist party is totally reforming itself and after unifying with UML the new party will have new democratic agendas and new democratic ideology. The main aim of this new party will be to abolish the feudal monarchy institution by declaring ‘The Republic of Nepal’.
If it unifies and becomes a democratic party, US designation of the Maoists as a terrorist organisation will become obsolete. It is going to backfire the US policy and it strongly indicates that it can not comprehend how politics revolves in Nepal.
We have a rich king in the poor country. The monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. It has to be abolished before all troubles will cease.

ठूला – ठूला युद्धले त्रस्त सारा
खोला नाला रक्तले लाल – लाल
मर्थे मान्छे ब्यर्थको काट – मार
बुझ्नै गाह्रो युद्धको कार – वार ॥

बोकी खुँडा हातमा वीर भन्थे
काटी दिन्थे शीरमा छेद बन्थे
मर्थे मान्छे ब्यर्थ बित्थै कसूर
मानव्ता त्यो भाग्दथ्यो दूर – दूर

शोला बन्दै बर्सने यत्र – तत्र
घृणा मात्रै नेत्रका काप भित्र
कंगाली ती दरिद्रीले डसेका
नैराश्यै ती दीन – दु:खी बसेका ॥

हाँसो फक्रे पल्लवी झुल्न थाले
घृणा भाग्यो, मूढता सुक्न थाले

सारा – सारा युद्ध ती दूर भागे
निन्द्रा त्यागी मानसी साथ लागे
नौला राम्रा व्योमले सप्तरंगी-
ईन्द्रेणीको सृजना गर्न लागे ॥

नाशी चोला बुद्धले यो धरामा
त्यागे धर्ती मोक्ष बाटो समाते
देवै ठूला शान्ति पर्यायवाची
सारा – सारा लोकले बुद्ध भाके॥

तुवाँलोले कालको यो धरामा
ढाक्यो सारा बुद्ध सन्देश आज,
धर्ती फेरी रुग्ण छिन् रुग्ण हेर
दोहोरिंदा युद्धका कार – वार ॥

घृणा फेरी फैलियो अन्न – धन्न
बिझ्यो काँडा, प्राणमा सन्न- सन्न
धर्ती रुन्छिन्, लाजले सुँक्क – सुँक्क
आऊ, आऊ! बुद्ध! हाँसी मुसुक्क ॥
