माथिको फोटो दाङमा आज माअोवादीले गरेको आगजनीका कारण खरानी भएका जिल्ला भूमि सुधार कार्यालयका कागजातको हो। अघि केटिभी (अरु कतै देखिनँ यो समाचार) मा समाचार सुनेको थिएँ- वाईसीएलका कार्यकर्ताले संखुवासभामा एउटा सामान्य विवादमा एक वृद्धको हत्या गरेछन्। यो एउटा डरलाग्दो संकेत हो। यसले नेपालको शान्ति प्रक्रिया साँच्चिकै खतरामा रहेको देखाएको छ। यदि यस्तै कार्य जारी रहने हो भने अब कुनै दिन शान्ति सम्झौता पनि यसरी नै जलेर खरानी भएको हामीले सुन्नु पर्नेछ।
केही दिनदेखिको घटनाक्रम चिन्ताजनक रुपमा अगाडि बढिरहेको छ। त्यत्रो आन्दोलन गरी पुनर्स्थापना गरिएको र अन्तरिम व्यवस्थापिकाका रुपमा परिणत गरिएको संसदको बैठक बस्न सकेको छैन। बैठक बस्यो भने अवरुद्ध पार्ने भनिएकाले बस्दै नबसी स्थगित गर्नु परिरहेको छ। संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन मुखको नारा मात्र रहन पुगेको छ। कहिले हुने, कुनै अत्तोपत्तो छैन। एक वर्ष भयो आन्दोलनले दलहरुलाई सत्तामा पुर्याएको। तर उनीहरुले केही खास गर्न सकेका छैनन्।
सरकारमा सहभागी भएर माअोवादीले केही परिवर्तन देखाउन सकेका छैनन्। परिवर्तनको त कुरै छाडौँ, सरकारमा माअोवादी पनि छ भन्ने आभाषसम्म दिन सकेका छैनन्। उल्टो हालैका केही दिनमा माअोवादीसम्वद्ध जनवर्गीय संगठनका कार्यकर्ताहरुको व्यवहारको सर्वत्र आलोचना भइरहेको छ।
सोमबार गुलरियामा वाईसीएलका कार्यकर्ताहरुले सरकारी कार्यालयहरुमा तोडफोड गरे। आज फेरि दाङमा त्यस्तै भयो। माअोवादी निकटका जनवर्गीय संगठनहरुले विरोध र्याली निकाली फर्कँदै गर्दा भूमि सुधार कार्यालयमा आगजनी गरेका रहेछन्। त्यसपछि प्रहरी र प्रदर्शनकारीबीच भिडन्त पनि भएछ। ढुंगामुढा र लाठिचार्जमा दर्जनभन्दा बढी घाइते भएछन्। आगजनीका कारण कागजपत्रहरु कामै नलाग्ने गरी नष्ट भएछन्। केही दृश्यहरु स्लाइड शोमा हेर्नुस्-
गौरमा त्यस्तोसित आफ्ना कार्यकर्ताहरुको नृशंस हत्या हुँदा पनि बदलाको कारबाही नगरी संयमित भएर प्रशंसा कमाएको माअोवादीको यस्तो व्यवहारले उनीहरुलाई नै नराम्रो पार्ने निश्चित छ।यसबाट सामन्ती राजसंस्थाले फेरि टाउको उठाउने मौका मात्रै पाउने छ। सचेत होउ माअोवादीहरु ! नियन्त्रण गर आफ्ना कार्यकर्तालाई माअोवादी नेतृत्व !
आजै ललितपुरमा वाईसीएल र प्रहरीले ललितपुरको इमाडोलमा १० टन अवैध रक्तचन्दन बरामद गरेछ रे। तर यी वाईसीएलको यस्तो कार्यले संखुवासभामा वाईसीएल कै कार्यकर्ताहरुले गरेको हत्याको अगाडि केही माने कसरी राख्छ ? त्यसैले अन्तर्वार्ताहरुमा माअोवादी नेतृत्वले राम्रो कामको चर्चा भएन, नराम्रो कुराको मात्र हाइलाइट भयो भनेर चित्त दुखाउनुको कुनै तुक छैन। नराम्रो काम नै हुन नदिने तर्फ पो सचेत हुनुपर्छ ।
अहो, बल्ल वैशाख हो अहिले। बाँकी ११ महिनामा हामीले के-के मात्र सुन्नु पर्ने हो ! यो वर्ष साँच्चिकै नेपालमा उथलपुथल हुने संकेत एक महिनामा नै देखिसकिएको छ।

I wonder what else people are expectimng from a criminal outfit like YCL. The maoists has established YCL to resume the work they have been doing before “janandolan II” in the jungles. It is slow but steady progress by them as they have already started killing the innocent civillians. Extortions,destruction,intimidation,blockage,threat,gundaism they have already monopolised so it was largely expected that they would resort to the old tactics to terrorize people. And with large number of undisclosed weaponery (more than 30000 combatants,3200 weapons)people wouldnot dare to retaliate,unless they are as criminal as them eg. MRPF. When there was a huge outcry over killings of YCL cadres, will there be any voices against them for these killing and destruction??
Where on earth would you see that a governing party orders it’s cadres to kill an unarmed orinery elderly man??Where on earth would there be a government orders it’s own cadres to burn down it’s own offices? Where on earth a governing party agrees to establish a police force and orders it’s cadres to detroy it at the same time? If maoists have any morality,I have serious doubt though,should leave the government immediately. They cannot have a police force and a group of criminal outfit at the same time.
And those who still day dreaming that maoists are still comitted towards peace and stability of the country, wake up, they were,are and will always be working for their vicious ideology for communist dictatorship. They never ever even thought of the plight of the poor people let alone about the country.They are not worthy of any trust and sympathy form people as they donot have any for the people as well. Otherwise is it that difficult just to abide by law atleast when they are in the government themselves?? Is it not the fact they remain as elusive as before even after joining the “government”? Is it not a fact that YCL remain above the law because their “bosses” are seating comfortably in Singadurbar?
And look at the irresponsiveness of socalled lawmakers of the former terrorist organization,they deny any allegation that YCL cadres are involved in any destruction and illegal activities as false and a tool to defame(how much fame they have bytheway??) them.When the whole world is witnessing the the atrocities by them and even all the media and eveidences are as open as sky they still refuse to accept the fact, how on earth they expect people would even think of supporting them when they even lack a general sense of responsibility?? How on earth they even think of winning an election(if that has to happen any time)when they don’t even have a negligible credibility?? Of course, would be naive of us to think they won’t, if they remain in the government on one hand and carry on having a criminal outfit on the other though!! And what a big mockery of the election that would be for people who used to watch dramas of Bihar elections!!
YCL must stop it’s atrocities and the culprits must be brought to justice before even people form the hilly regions start sympathising the MRPF!!

…. यो एक वर्षमा सर्वसाधारण नागरिकले भोगेका दुःख अकल्पनीय छन् । एउटा सानो समूहले राजमार्ग अवरुद्ध गर्न सक्छ । कैयन दिनसम्म राजमार्गमा अलपत्र परेका नागरिकका मनमा लोकतन्त्रप्रतिको कुन विश्वास जाग्ला ? व्यक्तिको जीउधनको सुरक्षा छैन । भनेको बेलामा पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ पाइँदैन । सुरक्षाकर्मीभन्दा अपराधी बलिया भएका छन् । प्रहरी चौकी स्थापना गर्न सत्तारूढ दलकै कार्यकर्ताले अवरोध गर्छन् । नागरिकलाई यति धेरै निरीह तुल्याएर सत्ता सञ्चालन गर्नेहरूका भातृ संगठनले सत्ता गुमाएकाहरूका सालिक भत्काएर कुन ठूलो बहादुरी गरिरहेका छन् ? सालिक समयका अभिव्यक्ति हुन् । यो कला पनि हो । के हाम्रा लोकतन्त्रवादी आफ्ना सन्तानलाई इतिहासको पाठ पढाउन चाहँदैनन् ? आफ्नो देशको कला भावी पिँढीलाई देखाउन चाहँदैनन् ?

शान्ति प्रक्रिया अघि बढेपछि सबै समस्या समाधान होलान्, आफूलाई पनि दलहरूले सुधारेर अघि बढ्लान् भन्ने आशामा यतिबेला तुषारापात भएको छ । दलहरूबीचको आपसी विश्वास भत्किएको छ । एकले अर्कालाई दोष लगाएर आफ्ना कमजोरी लुकाउने प्रवृत्ति सार्वसाधारणले देखिरहेका छन् । देशका विभिन्न भू-भागमा दलहरूले आफ्नो लोकपि्रयताको परीक्षा गरे भने थाहा हुन्छ, तिनीहरूको छवि कति धूमिल हुँदै गएको छ ।

The above mentioned incident is not surprising for me at all.Such kind of activities are not unprecedented acts.Democratic parties have made a blunder mistake made by trusting the fossilized Maoism.
Its a grand design of Comrades to reinstate king back to power. Gaur tragic incident was nothing but a defeat for the hardcore Maoists.Imagine a sitation, YCLs fully equipped in Gaur incident, the story would have been different.No Maoist is interested in democracy. They are just faking to reach the summit.
Its the parties and publics who wish the peace in Nepal but the ultimate goal of Maoism has hardly anything with peace.Their ultimate goal is Utoia , an impossible dream.

She might have said that remaining will go to my account just reduce your share. After all this is power and every one goes there will be fascinated by power and money. so who cares about people as they have fullfiled their wish. When they need extra they willl come to people and anounce for the so called next revolution and will get absolute power. Otherwise what they are doing in parliament doing nothing?
so comreds please do not make any joke or any drama in parliament if you want to do some thing then start from your ministry. Thats it. make an example. Do not behave like dog and cat at least in parliament.

My dear readers and YCL friends:
I do not think it is the stupidity of YCL friends. Please, do not accuse any of them who are killing innocent children, women, and honorable elderly men. Poor YCL friends are innocent and ignorant. They have been programmed by Prachanda, Babu Ram, and other central leaders. The central Maoist leaders are never ever fighting for the poor people. I have done plenty of international cultural studies, intercultural studies, theories, and philosophies, and my study, not me, reflects that the government, ruling elites, or Bahun-Chhetri elites remain always strong when its people are fragmented because the fragmented are easily conquered. Therefore, the greater the fragmentation is, the king is more secure, the leaders are more secure, because there are too many rapings, plunderings, and killings going on among poor communities, and we take it as revenge. I assure you that the Kingship and Bahun-Chhetri elites (not poor and average Bahun-Chhetri friends) remain ideologically unified concentrating on political power, economic power, and military control. This is the secret point of the central leaders (Bahun-Chetri leader, maybe other opportunitists, too) try to widen the gap between the minorities, poor people, indigenous people, and untouchable so that we never get united and never can attach the authority and power.
At this moment, Girija, Ma. Ku, Ne., Prachanda, and Gyanendra are happy because we are extremely divided and cannot demolish the established norms and values. Right today, I guarantee that Prachanda and other leader never overthrow the king. There will be slight changes, but I call it only hegemonic shifts. The ruling elites and upper middle class people are the enemies of the poor Bahun-Chhetris, indigenous people, women, minorities, and untouchables. If we want to really change the nation, really change the politics, really want to see the modern Nepal, we (poor Bahun-Chhetris, indigenous people, women, minorities, and untouchables) have to stop bothering and killing each other. We have to get united. Most importantly, we have already lost our dearest friends, sons, sisters, parents, and so on in the people’s war; those deads are mostly the people I mention above. Therefore, if you listen me, if you believe me, if you want to change our Nepal, please, we have to get united and ask the center leaders and king to give us opportunity to change Nepal; and if they reject it, there are plenty of jails for them. If they still conspire us from there, we have to think because we have already lost more than 14,000 dearest ones and we may not repent to lose these hyenas.
If we do not do it, I guarantee that Gyanedra remains King and Parash become our supreme king; and this is the dream of our Maoist leaders. These stupid Maoist leaders want to fragmentation among poor Nepali people.
