स्थिर रहेको शान्तिप्रक्रियामा आज एकाएक गम्भीर मोड आएको छ। पोखरामा पत्रकारहरुसँग कुरा गर्दै माअोवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डले माअोवादी जनसेनाको शिविर व्यवस्थापनसम्बन्धी निर्णय आज साँझसम्म नभए भोलिदेखि देशव्यापी आम हडतालमा उत्रने चेतावनी दिएका छन्। शिविर व्यवस्थापनको निर्णय गर्न आज साँझसम्म प्रधानमन्त्रीलाई अल्टिमेटम दिएको पनि प्रचण्डले बताएका छन्।
सरकारमा माअोवादी पनि छ। त्यसैले शिविर व्यवस्थापनसम्बन्धी उचित निर्णय गराउन नसक्नुमा सरकारमा सामेल माअोवादी पनि दोषी छन्। आफै सामेल सरकारको विरोधमा सडकमा उत्रने ‘एमाले शैलि’ नैतिक रुपमा उचित कुनै पनि हालतमा होइन। यदि आफ्ना कुरा लागू गराउन नसके सरकारबाट बाहिरिनु पर्थ्यो। किन आठ दलको संयुक्त सरकार आठ दलको नभएर कुनै एक दलको हालिमुहाली भइरहेको छ भनेर जनतालाई प्रष्ट बताउनु पर्थ्यो। तर बल्लतल्ल सरकारमा सहभागी भएको माअोवादीले त्यसो गर्ने छाँट छैन। झण्डा हल्लाएर चिल्ला कारमा गुड्ने माअोवादी मन्त्रीहरुले आवश्यक पूर्वाधार बिना दयनीय अवस्थामा शिविरमा बसिरहेका उनीहरुका जनसेनाले भोग्नुपरेका पीडा र दुःखको नैतिक जिम्मेवारी बोक्नुपर्छ।
मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठक बस्न सकेको छैन। सरकारलाई निर्देशन दिने संसदको बैठक हप्तौँदेखि अवरुद्ध छ। देशका सर्वेसर्वा श्री आठ दलको बैठकको साइत कहिले पनि जुर्ने हैन। संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन अनिश्चित छ। ठाउँठाउँमा वाइसीएलले गरिरहेका ज्यादति। लाखौँ विद्यार्थीको भविष्य अन्यौलमा पर्ने गरी विद्यालयहरु अनिश्चितकालका लागि बन्द। अनि आमहडतालको चेतावनी। यो सबले के देखाउँछ ? नेपालको शान्ति प्रक्रियामा आइरहेको खतरा।
त्यसो त प्रधानमन्त्री कोइरालालाई पक्कै थाहा छ- माअोवादीले चेतावनीको भाषा किन प्रयोग गरेका हुन् र कति हदसम्म कार्यान्वयन गर्न सक्छन्। यो अवस्थामा माअोवादी सरकारबाट बाहिरिन सक्दै सक्दैन र आम हडतालको चेतावनी एउटा धम्कीको रणनीति मात्र हो। अमेरिकी अधिकारीको हत्या गर्ने षड्यन्त्र दरबारले गरिरहेको प्रमाण तुरुन्तै सार्वजनिक गर्ने भन्दाभन्दै पनि त्यो ‘तुरुन्त’ कहिले पनि नआए जस्तै भोलिदेखि हुने भनिएको आम हडतालको भोलि, भोलिको भोलि मात्र हुने संभावना धेरै छ।
तर यही तरल अवस्थामा देशको राजनीति रहने हो भने यो दुर्घटना अब निकट भविष्यमा नै निम्तिन सक्ने निकै खतरा छ। यसप्रति भने हामी सबै गम्भीर हुनुपर्छ।

I believe communism is not good for long-time purpose.
But only the communist can save the ‘almost collapsed’ country. For example, if there would be communists in Iraq and Afganistan, the situation would not be like this. The U.S. first attacked the communist government so the Taliwan came.
Like in China, Mao saved China from merging itself with Japan. Vietnam and Combodia was independent from French because of communists, And many worst situation in Europe was settled by the power of communists, say Hitler being a case.
Exception is the U.S. It’s why, U.S. confidently thinks that there is no need of communists. They might be right but not always. In particular case, like our country, communists are the sole leading force that can bring country out of feudal claws.
What I opine is that once the king is gone, the maoists can at most rule abt 10 years only, after that either they have to completely accept capitalism or say good-bye from Nepal’s political history.
This is how I think. Casonova has the ability to put forward his views but very biased. And it seems he has ‘ego’. Please, do not scold ‘ Prachanda’ that much, though you can stay without praising. I believe he has done good things which is heavier than his bad things. It’s the reality. Please, try to assimilate.

Nepal will not be the same as so called revolution has brought hatred between communities such as Pahadi and Madhesi and BahunChhetri and other which is destroying our country.
Look in the parliament Pahadi Samshad and Madhesi Samsad. If a MP represents a party then why he needs to stand as Madhesi. Voice should go through democratic way not by a violence.
We all should voice for against an elite or Barga where not only one race exist. Who are richest people in Nepal? Majority of wealth or business and factories belongs to various people of different race? So called Bahun are not even fall in this category. Who we fighting for? We are fighting for our selves. Madhesi’s demand are extreme.
Why Janajati should stage in protest where Maobadi are in the government who came to power by the help of Janajati’s. Instead of helping them we are obstruction CA poll that might help regressive element.
Therefore, Maoist slogan of racial division brought our country in the blink of division is incomprehensible.

I would say no to all type of autocracy, whether it is old regime or new regime. People should have right to choose their faith. Maoists are threatenig people and carrying out autocracies in the name of YCL. The land captured hasn’t been returned. Now nepal is already messed up. Wc cannot let so called sukul gunda to rule Nepal in the name of New nepal. It is people vote that will decide the future of nepal.
The maoist has already joined the government.Butwhy are they fearing to go for fresh CA polls if they think they are so popular? Either maoist should leave the government or go for CA polls instead of bullshiting or blaming others.
Prachanda bullshits a lots without any proofs. Where is the letter that Dhirendra gave to prachanda? What about the plot to kill the American in the embassy? What about the weapons been swept away by the rivers? All is bullshit as we know. We don’t want another autocracy after gyanendra regime is ended.

I am also from Rolpa. I think every one might have heard the provov like ” ke magchhan kano; Aankha” (What will be the blind’s wish, ofcourse it will be eyes).
Well in the same way the Maoist told every one in the villge that if their government prevails in the country the every one in the country will have better life, every one will get good job, lots of food to eat, their own luxury house like some in Kathmandu & etc. etc. Then how can poor and innocent people like us can stop ouself being with Maoist. I am being some what educated I escaped to Kathmandu and working out here. I don’t know how will it be possible, where as it is not yet possible even in the developed country like USA, Uk, France, Switzerland.

Thanx for the revelation! You have precisely stated your own state of mind. Surprisingly, you have remained consistent on the advocacy of Gun-theory. Either you start with RNA’s gun or Peoples’ gun. But however, you don’t seem to miss out gun’s power in your writings.

I am really concerned about Nepal. Anarchy, lawlessness, cheap politics, disgusting comments, no foresight, no morality these are all happening in Nepal… May be we young people should make one new political party and give Nepal a new direction. I am tired of old, uneducated, self centered,corrupt, arrogant politicians who are good for nothing….

अब माओबादीको नि नौटंकी देखिने भो। अब चिल्लो चिल्लो सवारीसाधन मा हुईकेर बंगलामा बसेपछि त अब देशको के को पिर नि। आखिर यो माओबादी नि उहि ड्याङको मुला न हो अब मन्त्रिभएसि उहि त्यै गिरिजा बाजेको चम्चा बन्ने न हो। यदि हिम्मत छ भने चुपलागेर सरकार बाट बाहिरिनु अनि तिनवटै स कब्जा गर्ने नि अनि त्यसपछि थाहा पाउछ यो मर्न नसकेको गिरिजालाई। अब नेपालमा त राम्रो मान्छे त बाच्नै दिन्दैन मदन भण्डारी जस्तो होनहार जननेता नि यै गिरिजा, ग्याने,बिस्तारबाद भारत र साम्राज्यबाद अमेरिकाले स्वर्गबास पठाईदियो। अनि अर्को आशा लागेको भनेको प्रचण्ड थियो अब त्यो त उहि ड्याङमा पस्यो उहि गिरि र ग्याने ड्याङ क्या। अब नया युवाहरु जाग्नैपर्छ। नत्र फेरी ग्याने ले अर्को कु गरेर नेपाललाई अझै १० औ शताब्दीमा पुर्याएर राख्छ अनि नेपाली जनता झन दयनीय अवस्थामा बाच्नुपर्नेहुन्छ।

काँग्रेस एकता भएर काँग्रसको जित्ने आधार वलियो नहुन्जेलसम्म न त संविधानसभाको चुनाव हुन्छ न त अन्य महत्वपर्ुण्ा निर्ण्र्ाा। नत्र आठदलको वैठक वस्ने भनेर मिति तोकी सकेपछि एकाएक रद्द गरेर गिरीजावावु किन विराटनगर गए मुख फोर्न । मोरीयार्टर्ीी किन दर्शन पाए अनि त्यसको लगतै आफुले किनारा लगाएको किसुनजीको निवासमा काँग्रेस एकताको लागि गुहार्न किन गए गिरीजावावु । एकातिर आठदलिय एकता आफुले गर्दा कायम भएको हो भन्ने अर्कातिर आफ्नो दुनो नसोझ्याई डेग नचल्ने । प्रत्येक सभापतिहरुलाई छुटाछुटै भेट गर्न सक्ने अनि महत्वपर्ुण्ा निर्ण्र्ााा विरामी हुने । यो काम कसले गरिरहेको छ । वारम्वार सिविरको व्यवस्थापन हुन पर्छ भन्दा भन्दा किन गरीदैन आज तलव दिन थियो त त्यो पाँच महिना पहिलै सझौतामा भएपनि किन निकासा गरिएन । आज हिमाल जस्ता पत्रिका जसले वारम्वार माओवादीको विरोधको लागि भनेपनि विरोध गर्दै आयो उनीहरु कस्ता लेख छाप्दैछन् । छापामारहरु विचल्लीमा नेताहरु चिल्लाकारमा सरर भनेर भन्दैछन् यसको अर्थ के हो । निश्चीत रुपमा माओवादी नेतृत्वलाई वदनाम गराएर उनीहरुका छापामारलाई उनीहरुबाट अलग्याउने निती होइन । लक्ष्मण थारु माओवादीबाट व्रि्रोह गरेको खवर छाप्छ हिमाल तर प्रा. डा. राममान श्रेष्ठ जस्ता मानिसहरु माओवादीमा भित्रिएको खवरले किन डाह हुन्छ समाचार वन्दैन । किन हिसीला यमी र रामचन्द्र पौडेलको वारेमा क्षेत्राअधिकार चर्किएको छ । काँग्रेसको भागमा परेको भए निर्माणका सवैकामहरु निर्माण तथा यातायात मन्त्रालयबाट हुने अव काँग्रेसको भागमा परेन शान्ति पर्ुनस्थापना मन्त्रालयमा सार्ने । वुझ्न गाह्रो छैन् । माओवादीलाई सरकारमा लग्यौं, संसदमा लग्यौं भन्ने तर उनीहरुलाई स्वतन्त्र रुपमा काम गर्न नदिने गरिएको छ । केहि वोल्यो क्षेत्राअधिकारको कुरा चल्छ । केहि गयो दाताहरु भएन तिमीहरुले गर्दा यस भयो उस भयो भन्छन् । मेलाम्चीको बारेमा के नवनियुक्त मन्त्रिले अध्ययन गर्न नपाउने । सबैलाई थाह भएको कुरा हो मेलाम्चीमा भएको अनिमियता र भ्रष्टचारको कुरा अक्तियारसम्म पुगेको । जुन विदेशी कम्पनीलाई दिने भनिएको छ उसको इतिहास पनि राम्रो छैन भनिएको छ यति हुँदा हुँदै किन माओवादीलाई मात्रै मेलाम्ची खायौ भनेर भनिदै छ । अमेरीका जस्तो पुँजीवादी राष्टमा पनि पानीको स्वामित्व स्थानिय टाउनलाई हुन्छ भने हाम्रो जस्तो समाजमा के एउटा नाफाखोर कम्पनीलाई दिँदा त्यसको दुरगामी महत्वको वारेमा किन सोचीदैन । हिसीलाले पानीको स्वमीत्व सरकार वा स्थानिय निकायलाई हुनु पर्छ भनेर अड्डी लिएको कुरा जायज छ । आजको कान्तिपुरको पाठकपत्रमा छापिएको खवर थियो मेलाम्चीलाई चिलीमे आयोजना जस्तै बनाउँ । हो वनाउन नसकिने भन्ने के पो छ र । यसवारेमा हतारमा निर्ण्र्ाागरेर मात्रै हुन्छ त । याद राख्नुस साथीहरु मेलाम्ची काठमाडौमा आएपछि धाराबाट पानी होइन डलर चुहिने छ । पानी त किन्नै पिउनै पयो जसरी भएपनि । एशियाली विकास वैक जस्ता ठुला माडवाडी साहु महाजनले त्यसै हामीलाई पानी नभएकोले सहयोग गरेको हो कि पानीको विक्रि गर्न आएको आगामी दिनमा प्रष्ट हुनेछ । अहिले त उसले भनेको कम्पनीलाई व्यवस्थापन करारदिएन भने हात झिक्ने इमेल पठाउछ भोली लगानी गरेपछि पानीको मुल्य वढि भयो वा पानी गुणस्तर भएन भनेर हामीसँग वोल्ने सहास होला त ।
अर्को कुरा संसद नारावाजीमा मस्त अनि मन्त्रीपरिषदको वैठक पनि वस्न सकेको छैन । यो सव माओवादीको कारणवाट वाइसिएलको कारणबाट मात्रै हो त । वाइसिएल चन्दन समात्छ उसको न्युज एक हरपमा सकिन्छ कान्तिपुर न्युजको अन्त्यमा चन्दन वाइसिएलको सक्रियतामा समातिएको थियो भन्छ । वस तर उसको उदण्डताको खवरले भँगेरे टाउकोको अक्षरले लेखिन्छ । मैलै माओवादीको वकालत गर्न खोजेको होइन । माओवादीका छापामार उनीहरुबाट अलग्याएर वा व्रि्रह ल्याउनु उनीहरुलाई त प्रत्युपादक छ नै त्यो देशको लागि हानीकारक छ । हामीले निश्पक्ष भएर हेरौं भन्न खोजेको मात्रै हो । उमेश जी को माओवादी सरकार वाहिर आएर आन्दोलन गरोस भन्ने परम्परागत आन्दोलनको तरिका मन परेन है । कुँडा कडकड सभा गर्न नालिमा हात राख्नै पर्छ भन्ने होइन र ।

We should give Maoist an ultimatum instead. Choose a path of terror, YCL atrocities, teacher strikes, etc. or choose a path of remaining in the govt, CA election, democracy, and human rights. The two paths cannot go together.
Prachanda is a bigger flip-flopper than Girija. All along he wanted a CA election. Now, he is saying they want to declare republic first. Why don’t you let people decide what they want and why do you want to impose your belief into others? And I’m a firm believer in the republic Nepal.
Maoists are bigger threat to democracy, human rights, and sovereignity of Nepal than monarchy. I’m sorry but this is the truth even though I believe monarchy should go away.

Maoists activities are like barking dog and senseless monkeys. In the present situation Maoists are more problematic than the king. The king is apparently quiet in the palace, whereas maoists are barking everywhere disrupting the peace process. Well, Comrades were in suffocation for a long time.
Finally,they have reached a fatigue level. Comrades
are showing their true colours now. Of course, Its
very normal.lets congratulate them for their long
time devotion shown on this drama taking role of
very very democratic party.One has to understand that
how much difficulty thay faced all this time.One
should know that its always a difficult situation for
party like Maoist to pretend democratic throughout
when philosophically they are nowhere near democracy.
Finally few tips for the Camrades:
1) Don’t think of jungles and mountains for the life back in cities are much fun and convenient.
2) Don’t even dare to show your face in Terai, you are not welcome there.
3)Transform your cadres from YC league to YC labor. Who is gonna dig the tunnels and roads after ADB gave the cold shoulder?
4)Implement the family planning programs among the cadres as the breeding rates are unexpectedly higher in those famine struck cantonments.The present government ( you are part of it, remember?) is already showing inefficiency managing it.
5)Today, Nepalese can think eventhough they are from Rolpa and Rukkum. Make a note of it.

Dont worry nothing will happen. This is only to divert public attention from Melamchi project in Maoist minister is in difficult situation. They shouldn know how difficult it is remain revolutinary in government. Melamchi maobadiko ghando bhayo aba. ke garun bichara. All these 30,000 combatants should be deployed to construct the tunnel if ADB withdraws support from Melamchi project. 30,000 lage kaso nasakiyela tunnel banauna. This is my serious suggestion to them.Tunnel pani banne, public support pani paine ani vote magna pani sajilo hune. this is the best option for them. All maoist combatants should be turned into National Construction Army( NCA).If I were Prachanda, I would do it.
