Some questions:
1. Activities of YCL and Maoist trade union are not complied with the Loktantrik values and system. One has to honour and respect the rights of others. The way the YCL is terrorizing the common people in the rural as well as urban areas is quite unacceptable to all .It would be wise to win the hearts and minds of the people through noble works and pleasing behaviour of theirs instead of intimidating and threatening. This way or that way extortion of money is still rampant. Can’t you control over them?
2. Mind set change is the first and foremost condition to establish the trustworthiness of the Maoists among the people in the Loktantrik structure and system It is lacking somewhere among your cadres .Are you aware of it? If yes, what measures you have adopted to correct the mistakes?
3. Your cadres are still having the hunger and greed of holding arms and using them to terrorize the people. Are you afraid of going to the people in a disarmed manner? Majority of people believe that the Maoists cannot go to the villages without arms because of its atrocious activities done in the past.
4. This is the age of economic development? Nepal is quite far behind of developmental activities .The GDP growth rate of this year is little bit more than 2%, which is shameful to all Nepalis people. What made this situation be happened so badly? What policy you have adopted to enlarge the size of the pie of economic development?
Don’t take these questions otherwise. We welcome your courage and gut to come to the mainstream of Democratic system through the peaceful process. We wish you the success for strengthening the democratic values, norms and system in a very cohesive manner. Learn more, speak less and do more-our humble request. What you speak translate in to reality.

1. What immediate/short term plan for the country does your party have to reduce poverty of people in Nepal?
2. What master plan (10) do you have for the development of New Nepal or where and which country’s level do you want to take Nepal and how?
3. Brilliant brains and well-fitted energetic citizens were drained through British army and Indian army in the past. Again same thing is happening through man power companies to drain these to Korea, Japan and Arabian countries. Do you have any plans to stop this flow and utilize them for the development of New Nepal? I strongly believe it has to be stopped.
4. Many highly educated and capable people are outside the country, do you have any thoughts or plans to return them for the development of Nepal? or how do tap their skills and knowledge?
5. I guess, your party is facing shortages of technocrat and/or intellectuals who are ultimately needed to run the country if you party wins the election. How are you going to fullfill this gap?

क) द्वन्द्वपिढीतहरुको श्री-संपत्ति किन सबै ठाउँहरुमा फर्काइएन? २०-५० उदाहरण बाहेक देश भरी यो विरुद्ध रोष छ, जे गरे पनि कानून नयाँ बनाएर सबैलाई लागू हुने गरी नबनाई व्यक्तिको चाहनालाई जिम्मा किन दिइयो? एउटा पार्टीले कानून मिचेर अर्काको श्री-संपत्ति ग्रहण गर्नु कुनै रुपले नि न्ययोचित थिएन, अब यही काम अन्य तत्वले नि गर्न थाले, उनीहरुलाई के भन्ने, क्रान्तिकारी वा अराजक तत्व?
प्रश्न ख) माओवादी, सेना र अन्य आपराधिक समूहद्वारा गरिएका हत्या, अङ्गभङ्ग, बलात्कार, प्रताढना र अपहरण जस्ता कुराहरुलाई कसरी न्यायोचित ठहर्याईएला? आमने-सामनेको युद्ध बाहेक अन्य अवस्थाका अनर्थका सनकी घटना घटाउनेलाई के सजाँय दिन सकिएला? कसरी? माओवादीमा र सेनामा उच्चतहमा र कार्यरत कसैले यस्तो गरेमा उन्मुक्ति किन दिनु पर्ला? ज्यान मार्नेलाई यसरी उन्मुक्ति दिने हो भने बच्चा तुहाउने, पकेट मार्ने, गाई काट्ने-खाने, डाँका मार्नेलाई कसूरको तुच्छता हेरेर जेलमा राख्नुको पनि त के तात्पर्य रह्यो?

२) एडिबिसितको असफल वार्ता प्रयासले तपाइलाई तपाइहरुमा रहेको कुनै कमि कमजोरीलाइ महशुस गरायो कि गराएन, गरायो भने ती के के हुन?
३) तपाइको पार्टी र एमाले बीच कहिले तुरुन्त मिल्न सकिने जस्तो, कहिले कुनैहालतमा मिल्नै नसकिने जस्तो छिनछिनमा ब्यबहार परिवर्तित हुनुको खास कारण के हो ? तपाइहरु एमाले अझै कम्युनिष्ट पार्टी नै हो भन्ने ठान्नु हुन्छ ?
४) बिगतमा तपाइहरुलाइ धेरै दु:ख दिने, तपाइका राम्रा राम्रा कार्यकर्ता र साथिहरुको हत्या गर्ने जस्ता काममा काँग्रेस खुलेरै लागेको थियो । जस्तो रामचन्द्र पौडेल, गिरिजा, देउवा इत्यादि । यिनीहरुलाइ तपाइहरुले साँच्चिकै माफ गर्नु भएको हो ? यदि हो भने, यिनिहरुको पिछलग्गु साना साना कार्यकर्ताहरु चै किन अझै तपाइहरुबाट प्रताडित हुँदैछन ?
५) तपाइका कार्यकर्ताहरु जनमत तपाइको पार्टीतिर तान्ने ब्यग्र चाहनामा अनेकौ दु:ख झेलेर फोहर उठाउने, अपराधि समाउने जस्ता कार्य गर्छन, तर भुलवश हो वा मातिएर हो वा नियतबश नै हो, केहि उरेन्ठेउला कामहरु पनि गरीहाल्छन, के यस्तो गतिबिधिले तपाइलाइ पार्टीगत रुपमा लाभ हुन्छ भन्ने ठान्नु हुन्छ ?
६) राजतन्त्र अब रक्षात्मक स्थितिमा पुगिसकेको छ । तपाइहरुले भन्ने गरेको पुरानो सत्ताको अस्तित्त्व पनि अब छैन । तैपनि तपाइहरुमा असिमित डर त्रास रहेको देखिन्छ । तपाइहरु वास्तबमा को सित त्रसित हुनुहुन्छ ?
७) रबिन्द्र श्रेष्ठजस्ता बिद्रोहि र तपाइहरुभन्दा कट्टर माओबादिको बिचारमा ब्यापक जनसमर्थन बढेर तपाइहरुप्रति नै राजनीतिक खतरा हुन सक्ने सम्भावना कतिको देख्नुहुन्छ ?

A)What would you say if rest of the 7 party in collition demands 3000 per head for ther active activist as you did for your so called PLA? Moreover, Have you thought once before placing your threatning demand that the 2nd phase varication could not start until it is made available.
B) As you said Pocket expense, How many Nepalease youth are in postition of offering 3000 pocket expense dper month.?
C) Where you at on collecting evidences on the rumoue you fleed on the royal plan of killing an American Diplomat?
D)Why you always blame for people saying ” People did so” if any thing anarchic is done by your YCL and don’t admire people for the case of Sita Ram and said YCL did it. Does this contradict somehow?
E) You are asking to ban a group lead by Mr. Yadav. Didn’t you were not baned before peace accord? How would it help to bring lasting peace adding some tags for someone.

I have following concern:
1. It is being said (by maoist) that before CA election republican state to be declare by interim parlaiment. Do you think it is a democratic norm to do that? How can future of the country can be deciede by a some people who actually does not represnt people? These parliamenterians are in fact, and you know the truth, are not choosen by people. If you say it is choosen from Janandolan 2, then you are wrong. Janandolan 2 did not gave permission to go against democratic norms or principles. Everyone has hope and belief on you Mr. Prachanda, why do you get scared with all autoractic people. Why cant you fight against them?
If you do this then you will be setting an example in the future. Thereafter, anybody, if desired, could do anything against law and order. You may have seen in the streets of Nepal. You can see local and private vehicle, people, street business men, i mean everyone hardly care about law and order. If they dont like somthinthing they put a strike. They kill someone. 1.) People of people have now realised that all politicians are same. Nepalese politicians are very capable of organising protests but when it comes to doing the real work, they have all failed to do so. People were expecting a lot from the maoists after they’d fought for 10 years but even the maoists are no different from the other parties. All of you only put blame on others. Do you think Nepali people are so arrogant in the 21st century? There has been lot of bandhs in Nepal. Every dissatisfied group organises bandh. Lets take the first step and put an end to this bandh. Can your party and your cadres promise to the people that your party will not organise protests that will hamper the daily activities of the people? Can you take the first step and put an end to this kind of silly politics? Why don’t you protest in a different way without hampering children’s education and economy of the country? Someone has to start on this. Don’t you want to be the first one to do this and get a massive public support?
2.) How much are your party’s policies match the original maoist theory? Isn’t it an outdated concept? Even china, the home of maoism, is being more liberal.
3.) Do you have full control over your cadres? It seems like senior maoist leaders have lost leadership in dealing with their cadres such as the YCL.

Maoists army and their cadres expedite to take forcefully donations when their programmes are scheduled to address by prachanda, baburam etc.etc. interestingly, they spend a lot money in making welcome gates in several places whereas they claim they are fighting for poor people. does not it reflect the same attitude of the monarchists who show outer side affection mostly when the monarch is to visit some places. India wants to abolish Nepalese monarchy to create further instability in Nepal which has already been seen in Nepal’s terai plains. You also want the same. Dont you think that the abolition of monarchy will create further anarchy instead of peace in Nepal? And you talk about autonomous federal structure with right to self determination. 1. If the people decides non-maoist government in the constitutional election, how easy will it be to you stay in the country and support the people’s verdict?
2. Also, currently the maoist cadres are given 3000/month alloance which, i believe, will continue only until the CA.
