श्री सीताराम प्रसाइँ ज्यू,
नेकपा माओवादीको भ्रातृ संगठन योङ्ग कम्युनिष्ट लिगले अपहरण गरी खुलामञ्चमा सार्वजनिक गर्दै प्रहरीको जिम्मा लगाएपछि तपाईँलाई भेट्न सकिएन । त्यसैले यी केही शब्दको सहाराले तपाईँसँग भेट गर्न रहर लागेको छ ।
करिब दुई हप्ताको छानबिनपछि तपाईँ प्रहरी कष्टडीबाट सरकारी वकिलको कार्यालयको जिम्मा लाग्दै हुनुहुँदोरहेछ । तपाईँसहित ५० जनालाई सरकारी वकीलको कार्यालय काठमाडौंले बैंक ठगी प्रकरणमा मुद्दा चलाउने खबर आएको छ ।
घरेलु तथा साना उद्योग विकास बैंक डुबाएर तपाईँका भीमकाय शरीर हात्ती जस्तै मोटाउँदा नेपालको केन्द्रीय बैंक नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको पनि संलग्नता देखिएको सरकारी वकीलको कार्यालयले खुलासा गरेको छ ।
यो खबर ज्यादै सुखद खबर भएको छ हामीलाई । किनकि कम्तिमा तपाइँले लहरो तान्दा पहरो गर्जिन्छ भने जस्तै राष्ट्र बैकले सेतो भवनभित्र बसेर कालो कर्म गर्ने गरेको तथ्य खुलस्त पार्ने मार्ग प्रशस्त गरिदिनु भएको छ । हामी कामना गर्छौँ कि तपाइँले राम्रो कामको सिलान्यास गरिदिनु भएको छ ।
घरेलु तथा साना विकास बैंक डुबाउँदाको मजा र हनुमानढोका प्रहरी प्रभागको कष्टडीमा रहँदाको पीडा त हामीले के कल्पना गर्नु, तपाईँलाई नै थाहा होला । धन्न यस पटक क्रान्तिकारी वामपन्थीदेखि समाजवादी प्रजातन्त्रवादी नेताहरु तपाइँलाई छुटाउन हनुमानढोकामा लाइन लागेको देख्न परेन । तपाईँले ऋण सापटीदेखि चन्दा सहयोग गरेका त्यस्ता तमाम नेताहरुसँग तपाईँको मन दुखेको होला । त्यो पनि हामी अनुभव गर्न सक्दैनौं । कम्तिमा मोदनाथ प्रश्रितजस्ता धुरन्धर वामपन्थी लेखक तथा पूर्व शिक्षामन्त्रीदेखि माधवकुमार नेपालसम्मका नेताहरुसँग तपाइँको चित्त दुखेको होला । तर माफ गर्नुस्, हामीले तपाइँको बचाउमा उहाँहरु गइदिनुहोला भनेर दिनरात भाकल गरेका थियौँ । तर हाम्रा नेताहरुले हाम्रो कामना नसुनिदिएकोले हामी पनि स्तब्ध छौँ । हाम्रा नेताहरुमा तपाईँहरु जस्तालाई जोगाउने बानी छुटेछ कि क्या हो भनेर हामी त तीनछक्क परेका छौँ ।
अब जिल्ला अदालत काठमाडौँले तपाइँलाई दोषी करार गर्ला भन्ने हामीलाई डर छ । त्यसै भयो भने पनि चिन्ता धेरै नलिनु होला । हामी तपाइँलाई विशेष अदालतमा जान आग्रह गछौँ । किनभने भ्रष्टाचारीहरुलाई सदाचारीको प्रमाणपत्र दिने छुट्टै न्यायिक निकाय जस्तै विशेष अदालत बन्दै गरेका खबरहरुबाट तपाइँ पनि बेखबर पक्कै हुनुहुन्न होला । पूर्वमन्त्री जयप्रकाश गुप्ता, खुमबहादुर खड्का, पूर्व प्रहरी प्रमुख मोतिलाल बोहोराहरुकै पदचाप पछ्याए तपाइँलाई पर्याप्त भइहाल्नेछ ।
भगवान राम र सतिसावित्री सीताका पौराणिक कथाहरु हामी जस्ता नेपालीका लागि पुराना हुँदै जान थालेका थिए । अहिले तपाइँ एउटै व्यक्ति सीता र रामको दोहोरो भूमिका खेल्ने महान सीताराम हुनुभएको छ । एक्काइसौँ शताब्दीका नेपालीका लागि तपाइँ त त्यसै पनि महान हुनुहुन्छ । नयाँ जुगको नयाँ सीताराम पाएकोमा हामी त मख्ख छौँ ।
अब सीताराम प्रकरण मथुरा प्रकरण बनोस् । घरेलु तथा साना विकास बैंकदेखि राष्ट्र बैंकसम्म तपाइँ जस्तै अरु पात्रहरु आइदिए हामी झन् गदगद हुनेछौँ । हाम्रो साधुवाद नेपाल प्रहरीलाई पनि छ । कम्तिमा योङ कम्युनिस्ट लिगले चपाइदिए नेपाल प्रहरीले निल्ने रहेछ ।
तर तपाइँलाई वाइसीएलले समात्दा तपाइँले हाम्रा वयोवृद्ध प्रधानमन्त्री गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाको दिमागको बत्ती जलाइदिनुभएको थियो । धन्न हाम्रा प्रधानमन्त्रीको वृद्ध शरीरले मुखको तीतो पोखेरै चुपचाप बसिदिनुभयो ।
प्रधानमन्त्री कोइराला र माओवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्डको झण्डै झण्डै डिभोर्स हुन आँट्याथ्यो । धन्न पशुपतिनाथको कृपाले त्यो दुर्घटना पनि टरेको छ । हामी आठ दलीय गठबन्धन सरकार र खासगरी नेपाली काँग्रेस र माओवादीको सहकार्य निरन्तर होस् भन्ने चाहनेहरु यसैकारण हर्षविभोर छौँ ।
हामीले अब तपाइँहरुसहित ती ५० मतियारहरुलाई कानुनी दण्डको फैसला सुन्न पाए भोकाले खिर खाएको अनुभूति गर्ने थियौँ । दुःखका अरु धेरै कुरा के गर्नु । समयको पाबन्दीलाई ख्याल राख्दै यसपटक विदा माग्न चाहन्छौँ । तपाइँको सुस्वास्थ्य र दीर्घायुको मंगलमय कामना गर्दछौँ ।
उही तपाइँको अलौकिक चतुर्याइँका रमिते नेपाली जनतामध्ये एक
सूर्य खड्का, काठमाडौँ ।

I appreciate to “Young Communist League Team” about what they are doing to minimize crimes, corruption and contributing toward country.
This is good example that all Nepalese people must have in their heart and mind.
We have to hunt and punish National criminals and corrupted people who are un-touchable by Law. If we have to kill national criminals, we better to kill them without second think or heisted. Because this seems the only way to do or eliminate national crimes and corruption in Nepal.
Nepali Supreme Court system, Law and Order are under the big boss of national criminals and corrupted crooks.

“WE ARE THRETENED”
Umesh ji it happened in front of me. We appreciate that YCL caught and handover Mr. prasai to Police.
Yesterday a group of YCL came to our office to sell the tickets and they were forcing us to purchase tickets for Rs. 5000/- and denied as we don’t have any business since long and we can not afford to pay so much amount of money. WE have been seeing regularly in interview taken to Maoist high ranking members and they have been denying that they and their YCL member never pressure any one to donate big amount. But they did to us as earlier. They thretened to us saying that any moment our vehicle can be smashed or our office can be damaged. They showed us the YCL member card and thretened us. So what’s going on in the country. Can’t we innocient people have rights to live peaceful life? How can we expect the rule of law when whole power goes to their(Maoist) hand. What will happen if Maoist will fully come in to government after unfair election. How can we believe that they will create the nvironment for the peaceful election. How can we believe that we will have rule of law after they get full power after bringing them in full government????????? I did not see any sighn that they will let the innocent people live peaceful life. We are very scared. Do you have any solution for this. You should ask Comred Prachanda that how innocent people trust them that they will creat the environment for every one to live peaceful life. They should not limit within words only, they are good at words but never act when it comes in to the heads of their worker.
May god save this Nation.

Work perfermance of YCL specially on arresting long time wanted alleged as bank defaulter Mr Prasai is praiseworthy. It is ideal job to keep law and order in working effectively in our soceity. If law and order maintaining institution on government side is ineffective, it is natural YCL type orgnisation to emerge and involve taking action.
I think we must have new law in force practically allowing general citizens arresting the criminals in the spot of crime taking in the bazare or in the way. In developped countries it is allowed by law. At least I saw in Japan such case happening. In side train, someone put hand on ladies upon her sensitive parts one who is standing by his side in the moving train. His shameful action made lady traveller feel shame and made her face very red. At that spot another traveler was watching the aforesaid action, his wisdom caused him to catch the man putting hand on lady traveller. I was also eyewitness for this incident in that train. He called attention of other travellers in the train and at last police appeared in the spot. The culprit was handcuffed and taken away to the police station for further investigation. In Japan putting hand in ladies considered as heavy crime. Fine is fixed 50O,000 japaese yen.
In our country if police force is inefficient we general people are to become semi police to arrest criminals in order to make our soceity safety and well protected and make people awakened with the value of law and order. We need law and order working as first priority.

I have heard that Goverment lawyers play weak role in this kind of case. So Sitaram Prasain will be winner in near future. He will be another khum bahadur, chiranjibi etc.
In my opinion, If there is any organisation to check this kind of mis-manipulator of law. if there is any one please watch this case.
If we can punish Sitaram, it will be a great work in the begining of new Nepal.

This hardworking is highly appreciated. However, we been familiar with these type of writing from like comunist writer so called modhanath. He became minister but failed to realised what he was saying when he was in jail. Now a days he does not mind to disclose and does not feel shame on defending its right thing to do taking bribes. We saw his real face. Therefore, we people like to appreciate these fashionable writing thinking if those will have impact our political system and the behaviours of our so called democratic political leaders.
Nepali corrupted mentality first needs to wipe out.
