न्युजब्लेजमा प्रकाशित लेख माअोवादीविरुद्धको प्रोपोगाण्डामात्रै
मेरो नाम लक्ष्मण भट्टराई हो र म हाल न्युयोर्क, अमेरिकाको म्यानहाटनस्थित Credit Suisse बैंकमा काम गर्छु। यहाँ म सफ्टवेयर इञ्जिनीयरका रुपमा कार्यरत छु। म माइसंसार ब्लगको नियमित पाठक हुँ। न्युजब्लेज डट कममा प्रकाशित हाल्सी बासद्वारा लिखित माअोवादीहरुले भारतबाट स्विट्जरल्यान्डमा पैसा स्थानान्तरण गरेको भन्ने लेखका बारेमा केही कुरा प्रष्ट पार्न चाहन्छु।
Credit Suisse विश्व कै सबैभन्दा ठूलो बैंकमध्ये एक हो र यसका शाखा कार्यालयहरु एसियाली देश सिंगापुर, जापान र भारत लगायत विश्वभर रहेका छन्। यो बैंकले हरेक कर्मचारी र कन्सलटेन्टलाई कर्पोरेट प्रयोगका लागि व्यक्तिगत फोन र इमेल प्रदान गरेको हुन्छ। हरेक कर्मचारी/ कन्सलटेन्टले विश्वभरका कुनै पनि अन्य कर्मचारीसँग सम्पर्क गर्न/कुराकानी गर्न सक्छन्।
हामीसित वेब बेस्ड ग्लोबल स्टाफ डिरेक्ट्री हुने गर्छ। यसबाट हामी विश्वभरका कुनै पनि कर्मचारी/ कन्सलटेन्टहरुको बारेमा जानकारी पाउन सक्छौँ। आज मैले अफिसमा बसेर हाल्सी बासको नाम ग्लोबल स्टाफ डिरेक्ट्रीमा खोजेँ, किनभने उनको लेख ब्लगमा पढेर म उनका बारेमा निकै उत्सुक बनेको थिएँ। तर मैले हाल्सी बास नामका कुनै पनि कर्मचारीलाई त्यहाँ भेट्टाइनँ। यसले के प्रमाणित गर्छ भने हाल्सी बास एउटा नक्कली नाम हो र त्यस लेखमा लेखिएका कुरा माअोवादी नेताहरुविरुद्धको प्रोपोगाण्डा बाहेक केही होइन।

माथि केही त्रिकालदर्शी ज्योतिषहरू र नवराजनीतिका पाण्डाहरूले मेरो नाम हल्सी वास बनाएर ठोकूवा नै गरिदिएछन । यस्तो नाम त मैले पनि यहीँ पढेर पहिलो पटक सुनेको हुँ , हुन त यो कुरा कसलाई स्पष्ट पार्नु ?
यिनीहरूका बारेमा मेरो भन्नु यत्ति छ कि लोकतन्त्रको मर्मलाई सर्वोच्च सम्मान गर्दै विचार अभिव्यक्तिको प्रयोगमा हालसम्म कुनै छद्मनामको सहारा लिनु उचित ठानिएको छैन । तर , माओवादीका नाममा भएका हुने ज्यादतिको बारेमा बिरोधपूर्ण अभिव्यक्ति दिइएको भने हो । असल काम गरको पाए प्रशंसाका गीत पनि गाइदिन हुन्थ्यो, तर अपशोस आफ्नै अन्ध समर्थकले बाहेक कसैले त्यस्तो भेटेको जस्तो पनि लाग्दैन । तर यो बिरोध पनि केवल माओवादीका लागि मात्र गरिएको भने हैन , यो बिरोधमा सबै परेका छन तर पनि वर्तमान नेपाली राजनीतिमा माओवादीको सर्वसत्तावादी व्यवहारको सम्म आलोचना गरिएकै हो ।
माथका भुण्टे नामका टुकुचे विद्वानसंग एकपटक यतै कतै लामो बहस भाको थियो र उनले त्यो दिनको बदला लिनलाई यस्तो कुतर्कको सहाराले ममाथि प्रहार गरेका हुन जस्तो लाग्छ। खैर केही छैन , भूण्टे महासयको टुकुने दिमागमा जे फित्तुर फुर्यो तिनले तेही ओकले , यसमा धेरै कुरा नगरौँ । उनको पछि लाग्नेहरूलाई पनि मेरो सहानुभुति छ कि तिम्रो घैँटोको मलभरि लोकतन्त्रको लहराले झ्यांगिने मौका पाओस् ।
स्वीस खातामा पैसा थुपार्न स्वीट्जरल्याण्ड पुग्नै पर्ने खाँचो पनि छैन । हल्सी वास र लक्ष्मण भट्टराईका विचारले नै कुनै कुराको पुष्टि वा अपुष्टि केही पनि गर्दैन । तर साँचो कुरा के हो भने कसैले केही कुरा ऊठायो त्यसमाथि केही कमेण्ट दिइयो कुरा सकियो ।
मलाई त यही कुरामा ताजुब लाग्छ कि किन अलिकति पनि असहमत हुन खोज्ने विचारहरुळआई हिजोका ज्ञानेन्द्रवादी मण्डलेहरू र आजका माओवादी या माओवादी निकटका मित्रहरू पटक्क फुटेको आँखाले पनि देख्न सहन्नन ? यी दुई अतिवादी चिन्तन वीचको यो प्रचण्ड मिलन कसरी र कुन नाताले सम्भव भएको हो?
अत: एउटा सल्लाह लोकतन्त्र कुनै एकल विचारको विर्ता हैन र यो शैलिमा कुरा नगरौँ। स्वस्थ तर्क र चिन्तनले बहस गर्न र नव नेपालको कोरा राजनीतिक नारा भन्दा माथि उठेर गरिने चिन्तनका लागि बहस गरौँ । मन नपरेकालाई ‘ तँ फलानो होस वा ढिस्काना होस्” भनेर धारे हात लगाएर केही कुराको पुष्टि हुँदैन, नवमहारजहरू !

Vikram, you have given your own introduction that you are YCL otherwise how you can threat people against his freedom of expression. I have enough reason and explanation why two Maoist leadrers will go to such trial in future. Don’t take it easily, remember, what happen to Serbian Leader, Iraqi Leader, Marcos, Pol Pot, Leader of seinn Bath, they all are named theirselves a leader of the people but what exactly happen to their future politices nothing more than ending their life in a prison and executed in the chamber. The criminal record of two Nepalese leaders are much bigger than theirs. You may threat and kill more people agian to subside tthe case but international community is watching their activities. No doubt one day Prachanda and Baburam will be the same ending their career in front of the people in a court indiciting them as the DICTATOR and be given a verdict the abuse of killing inocent people inhumanly.
Therfore, you cannot subside ones view by hook and crook. This is not only my view it a view of the billion of people around the world who are watching the activities of Maoist very closely. As you must know that you can kill the physical life but you can not clean the stain of the blood that has already been tainted. People from nepal, who have lost their loved one, lost house and property and self exiled will easily forgive the Maoist. One day not very far will come to pay the price of their ill doing to the people like the same way people chanting “DOWNWITH SADAAM” when he was forced to out of power. Similarly very soon Nepalese people will chant “DOWNWITH PRCHANDA AND BABURAM” bring them into the justice against humanity and genocide.
I wish Prachanda to go back to Junggle again and disappear in the forest like the same way that Pol POT did in Cambodia. Otherwise he won’t be given forgive by the Nepalese people.

All day I was trying to find out the exact matter. But failed. I found the contact number of the person who actually work for the privacy protection of that bank. And i did contact him and talked about the whole story. But the person denied to get any kind of information. Finally he agreed to provide the information if there is a software engineer by name Laxman Bhattarai after I had sent the link of this site and translatted the matter written by him. He will email me tomorrow. As per that person if he has the access to get the employees’ list then he should have access to see the account holders list too. And he sholud not share the information in public, he will be suspended if the real employee.
But anyway we should wait till tomorrow. And I have contacted several Nepalese in New York to find out about the person, not get the confirmation yet.

It might be true that Maoist Brassess deposit their money into Swiss Bank in order to keep the money away from Nepal so that Money can be utilized to educate their children and relatives in developed countries. Otherwise, how is it possible to educate a children of “SERBAHARA” either in UK or USA. If they don’t have a list we can provide the list of their children studying in USA and UK. Maoists have already understood that they don’t have future in Nepal as Politician because people have already weigh their capability and strength in Nepalese politics. Prachanda and Baburam will end up their political career like the way Ram Raja Prasad Singh disappeared from the Nepal politices once he came out from the underground politics.They have already known that one one moment people will bring into the justice asking them what was the results of the killing of innocent people and that will be the time Prachanda and Baburam will be ended up in an Internatiional court of Justice (Probably establishing a court called the International tribunal Court of Nepal)aganist the crime committed by them kiliing thousands of Nepalese people.
