- 22 देखि लिम्बुवान बन्द गरिएको छ। आयोजकः सङ्घीय लिम्बुवान राज्य परिषद्। मागः सङ्घीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र र आत्मनिर्णयसहित लिम्बुवान जातीय स्वायत्त राज्य स्थापना।अरु पनि विभिन्न स्थानमा विभिन्न समूहले बन्द गरि नै रहेका हुन्छन्। चासो लाग्छ भने नेपालबन्द डट कम नामको एउटा साइट खुलेको छ, त्यसमा गएर हेर्नसक्नुहुन्छ।
मधेशी जनअधिकार फोरम र सरकारबीच भएको चौथो चरणको वार्ता पनि बिना निश्कर्ष टुंगियो। फोरमले अरु मागका साथ अन्तरिम संसद विघटन गर्नुपर्ने पनि माग राखेको छ।
अहिले साउन महिना सकिन आँटेको छ। देशमा भइरहेका गतिविधि हेर्दा मंसिरमा कसरी संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन होला त ? शंकै लागेको छ। अहिलेसम्म कुनै पनि दलले आफ्ना उम्मेदवार घोषणा गर्न सकेका छैनन्। संविधान सभा भनेको के हो बुझाउनका लागि गाउँगाउँ जान सकेका छैनन्। उनीहरुलाई कसले रोकिरहेको छ ? अचम्म छ। यता विभिन्न समूहहरुले विभिन्न माग राखी बन्द, हडतालजस्ता विरोधका काम जारी राखेका छन्। तराईको विद्रोहको सिंगो समस्या कायमै छ।
यी सबको मागलाई अन्तरिम रुपमा पूरा गराएर मंसिरमा नै चुनाव गराउने हो भने अब वर्तमान संसदलाई विस्तार गरेर १ हजार सांसदको अर्को अन्तरिम संसद गठन गरे कसो होला ? अनि त्यही संसदमा उपेन्द्र यादवदेखि लिएर ज्वाला सिंह, जयकृष्ण गोइत जस्ता सशस्त्र आन्दोलनमा लागेका देखि लिएर जनजाति संघ, लिम्बुवान, खम्बुवान, दलित, अपांग जस्ता ‘शान्तिपूर्ण’ बन्द आन्दोलनमा लागेका जति सबैलाई समावेश गरेर समावेशी संसद निर्माण गराए कसो होला ?
त्यस्तो संसदको प्रभावकारिता के भन्नुभएको ? अहिलेको संसदको प्रभावकारिता पनि एक पटक हेर्नुस् न-
पुनर्स्थापित २०५ सदस्यको प्रतिनिधि सभालाई ३३० सदस्यीय अन्तरिम संसद बनाएर माअोवादी विद्रोहको अन्त्य गर्नुहुन्छ भने संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन हुन दिने उद्देश्यका लागि अन्य विद्रोहीहरुलाई पनि समेट्न किन नहुने ?
तर त्यसो गर्ने भन्दा पनि फेरि सिट कसलाई कति दिने भन्ने कुरा आउने होलान् फेरि। अनि संसदमा मात्र गएर पुग्दैन, सरकारमा पनि जानु पर्छ भन्ने होलान्। अनि मन्त्रालय नपुगेर फेरि कति वटा बिना विभागीय मन्त्री बनाउनु पर्ने होला। यो सब गर्दागर्दा फेरि संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन ‘सर्वसम्मति’ ले सारिने होला। अनि त्यही बीचमा फेरि अन्य विद्रोहीहरु जन्मिने होलान्। अनि फेरि……….
अहो, यो चक्र त लामो पो होला जस्तो छ त। यो चक्रलाई सर्टकटमा टुंग्याउने हो भने मंसिरमा जसरी पनि संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन हुन जरुरी छ। तर अहिलेको परिस्थिति हेर्दा……….भो म केही भन्दिन। एक नेताज्युले भन्नुभएको थियो- जसले संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन हुँदैन कि भन्ने शंका गर्छ, तिनीहरुबाटै संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन नहुनेमा खतरा छ।

तपाईका कुरालाई अवलम्बन गर्ने हो भने समस्या झन बल्झिन्छ । सँविधान सभा एकाध विरोध र बन्दले नहुने हो भने पहिले नहुनु पर्ने थियो। मधेशमा भएको त्यत्रो आन्दोलन पश्चात पनि देश चलिरहेकै छ र दिन बितेकै छ। त्यसैले, बन्द र हडतालका दवावहरु सरकारलाई समूह विशेषले दिँदै गर्छन र सरकारले पनि यस्ता अप्ठेरालाई हटाउँदै गर्छ। माओवादी सहितको अहिले अन्तरिम सँसद एकाध बन्द र हडतालले आएको होईन। यसको पछाडीको व्यापक धरातल त तपाईलाई थाहा नै हुनु पर्ने हो नि।

यो लिम्बुवान बन्दको कारण हामीले थाहा पाईहाल्यौ। मैले पहिलेको कमेन्टमा उल्लेख गरेकै हो। यदि सबैले समान अधिकार दियो र जायज माग पुरा गर्यो भने अवश्य पनि यस्तो झमेला चाही बेहोर्नुपर्दैन।
तर यदी हामीहरु येह यो मुला १,२ जना लिम्बुहरु त छन्, यिनीहरुले के नै गर्छन र?? भन्ने मानसिकता लिने हो भने यो एक ठुलो दु्र्घटना निम्तिनेछ। जस्को परिणाम अहिलेको मधेसको हिंशासरह हुनेछ र क्रमशरुपले यो एक जातजातीमा मात्रै सिमित नभएर नेपालका सारा जातजातीमा बिस्तारै परालको आगो सरह सारा देश जल्नेछ केवल यही सानु भन्दा सानु त्रुटीले गर्दा। त्यसर्थ नेपाल सरकार बेलैमा सजग हुनु अतिवाश्यक छ।
अनि हामी सारा नेपालीहरु नेपाल सरकारलाई बेलैमा सतर्कता अपनाउन चेतावनी दिनुपर्छ नभए यो देश टुक्रा टुक्रा हुन केही बेर छैन।

What a mess!!! Any one can launch a strike??? I am also thinking to launch a strike as I return to Nepal in next three months time, if you ask me reasons. This is my answer I am sick of these strikes, so I will get some few peoples and scrap tires to burn in the main road wih a banner of “STRIKE OF STRIKE” what do you think guys? If you need to take part on this, do not hesitate, it’s free of charge and you will be given a certificate of attendance at end of the show.

This is the result of lack of sincerity, forward looking approach, and responsibility of political parties. On top that, selfishness and ill will to be the stronger one. None of the parties seem to be honest to the nation and people, especially Maoists. Their atrocities even after joining to the government have not been minimized. How can CA election be held when a party which is in government engages to disrupt peace and order in the country? If they are honest they have to help the security forces to maintain peace and order in the society. They only want to create propaganda and spray rumor for ill intention. If they don’t have trust with the security force, they better quit the government and start so called revolt.
It’s as clear as day light that Maoists are not going to be the largest and the second largest party in the CA election. So they don’t want CA elections any more. It’s their tactic only. Large number of people is still with Nepali Congress and UML. The future of CA election depends upon Maoists activities. If Maoist becomes honest and responsible party, it’s not a big deal to hold CA election, otherwise it will be only a slogan.

अब महाबीर पुनजीलाई सभामुख बनाउन पर्यो अनि , वायरलेस कनेक्टिभिटि समेत भएका एक एक थान ल्यापटप दिएर सांसदलाई भिडियो कन्फ्रेनसीङको उपल्ब्धता हासिल गराए पछि सिंहदरबार सम्म पुग्ने नपर्ने , भट्टी, मदिरालय भित्र सोम तथा अन्य रस र कृडा कर्ममा व्यस्त भएका वा मसाज पार्लर एवं ढुङ्गे हान र टायरबाल जुलुसको नेतृत्व गर्दै गर्दा अथवा चन्दा आन्दोलनमा भएका सबैलाई सांसद पुस्तिकामा हाँजिर बजाउन पनि अनलाइन बाटै पाइने व्यवस्था गरिदिए राम्रो हुनेछ । अलिक धेरै पियन र पाले हरूको व्यवस्था गरी यस्ता सांसदहरूको खर्चपानीका लागि दैनिक सांसद भत्ता पनि यिनीहरू रहिरहेको ठाउँमा दैनिक जसो पुर्याइदिने गरेमा , उनिहरूको कल्याण पनि भैरहनेछ । आखिर जन प्रतिनिधि ( हुन त अहिलेका सांसद त हैनन क्यार !) ले सुख पाए पो जनतालाई पनि सुखको थोरै पित्को भए नि पुग्ला !
अनि सांसदको संख्या पनि प्रतेक तीन महिनामा संशोधन गर्दै आवश्यकता अनुसारका बिरोधी, बिद्रोही र क्रान्तिकारीहरूलाई समेत अटाउन मिल्ने गरी बढाउँदै लग्न पाइने खालको बनायो भने राम्रो हुन्छ । १००० नै भनेर तोक्न भन्दा त्यो भन्दा माथिको संख्यामा पनि परेको बेलामा जान मिल्ने खालको लचकदार संसद बनाउन राम्रो हुन्छ , ता कि भोलि कुनै वार्ताको माध्यमबाट मिल्न खोज्यो भने वा भाग मिलेन भन्दै रिसको झोँकमा भूमिगत हुन अथवा जंगल पस्न खोज्यो भने फोल्डिङ सिट भएको सिनेमा घरका सिट जस्तै तिनलाई पट्याएर राख्न मिलोस र संसदलाई खुम्च्याएर स्लिपिङ ब्याग जस्तो बनाउन पाईयोस् । अनि कोरम नपुग्ने झण्झट पनि नआओस भनेर जति उपस्थित भए त्यतिलाई नै पूर्ण सदन मान्ने गर्दा पनि समस्या हल हुन्छ ।
यसो गर्दा , सांसदहरूले कठालो समाता समात पनि नगर्ने अनि बेला कुबेला कुर्ची हानहान पनि नहुने भएकाले समेत यो संसदीय शैलि मुलुकका लागि सस्तो समेत पर्नेछ ।
देशमा संविधानसभाको चुनावको झण्झट पनि नगर्ने हो भने , ८ दल अथवा तीन चार महादलका नेता मिलेर निर्णय गरी जनताको तर्फबाट अहिलै फैसला गर्दा पनि हुन्छ । किनभने यति छोटो बाटोबाट देशको कायापलट हुन सक्ने विकल्प हुँदा हुँदै किन जनतालाई यो रडाकोमा घचेट्ने ?

At least for a week please write something good happening in Nepal. You have a great power of expressing situation. Even i love to read about the fictitous true about Nepal which makes me happy at least for a while when reading….
I am really fed up with the current situation in Nepal. Murder, strikes, flood, rape uffff….
You may remember once in Nepal Magazine there is some fictitous article about the developed Nepal. How we export our water energy to the world and how we helped other poor country in the region. If i believe correctly in that article our priminister was Manisha( though we do not like her now with her support to king) but the article was really good to read. And with all the things happening in Nepal just now those type of things will really help to think in positive direction…
So umesh jee please write something positive about the nepal and nepali people…
we need some peace..

Well what to comment, this is the pain staking reality of our nation. There are political parties representing in the government whose sister concerns are organizing “BANDH”.
People uprooted the anarchy of the royal regime but yet there is a need now again to fight for the real democracy i suppose. To fight against the anarchism of some political parties, as they are doing crimes against the humanity and seeking the political solution each time. And the other political parties are supporting them.
So the government must be strict and should decide what is crime and what is political matter and make the rule of law and order to prevail. Otherwise till whence the people of this nation will suffer and dont gasp, it will burst out one day wash away all those autocratic leaders.
There are also some groups of people out here who are in a minority in the region and want their own autonomous state like limbuwan and khumbuban and some of the political parties of the government are supporting them. What the hell! This is just the start of the turmoil and this is not going to end till those leaders who gave them slogans are not going to be engulfed by their own cadare who make them learn to fight.
