माअोवादीद्वारा नयाँ आन्दोलनको घोषणा
सत्ता साझेदार माअोवादीले संविधान सभाको सुनिश्चितताका लागि २२ वटा पूर्वशर्त राख्दै तत्काल ती पूरा नभए आन्दोलन सरकार, सदन र सडकका तीनवटै मोर्चाबाट संघर्ष गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। हुबहु एउटै व्यहोराको म्याटरमा नाम मात्र माअोवादी अध्यक्ष प्रचण्ड र संयुक्त क्रान्तिकारी जनपरिषद्का संयोजक बाबुराम भट्टराईको राखेर दुई वटा प्रेस विज्ञप्तिमा यस्तो घोषणा गरिएको हो।
विज्ञप्तिमा भनिएको छ- राजतन्त्र र प्रतिगामी तत्वहरू पहिले झैं क्रियाशील रही संविधानसभा निर्वाचन् भाँड्न दिनहुँ सशस्त्र गुटहरू च्याउ झैं उम्रिरहेको स्थितिमा राजतन्त्र कायमै राखेर देशमा संविधानसभा निर्वाचन हुन्छ भन्नु जस्तो महाझुठ, पाखण्ड र वेइमानी अर्को केही हुनै सक्दैन। संविधानसभा निर्वाचनको निम्ति यतिवेला प्रमुख वाधकतत्व भनेकै राजतन्त्र हो । त्यसैले राजतन्त्रको समूल अन्त्य गरेर अन्तरिम व्यवस्थापिकावाटै गणतन्त्रको घोषणा गरेर मात्रै देशमा संविधानसभा निर्वाचनको पूर्वाधार निर्माण गर्न सकिन्छ।
विज्ञप्तिमा देशमा आन्दोलनरत मधेसी, जाति-जनजाति, दलित, महिला आदि सवैका प्रतिनिधि, नागरिक समाज र राजनीतिक दलहरूको वृहद् गोलमेच सम्मेलन गरेर साझा सहमति निर्माण गर्नु संविधानसभा निर्वाचनको सुनिश्चितताको निम्ति अर्को महत्वपूण पूवाधार हो भन्दै त्यसो नगरी दिनदिनै च्याउ झैं उम्रिने संगठनहरूसंग छुट्टाछुट्टै पहल गरेर समय र शक्ति वर्वाद् गर्नु सारतत्वमा संविधानसभा निर्वाचनलाई धरापमा पार्नु नै हो भनिएको छ।
संविधान सभाका लागि राखिएका पूर्वशर्त पूरा गराउन आन्दोलनको पहिलो चरणको घोषणा पनि गरिएको छ। आन्दोलनका कार्यक्रममा भदौ महिनाभर प्रचार-प्रसार, आन्तरिक तयारी र जनपरिचालन अनि असोज १ गतेदेखि चरणवद्ध रुपमा देशव्यापी जनसभा, जनकारवाही र राजनैतिक हड्तालका कार्यक्रमहरू रहेको बताइएको छ।
दिउँसो टेलिभिजनहरुमा समाचार हेर्दा जनकारबाही भन्ने शब्द सुनेपछि पुरानै वक्तव्य पढेछन् कि के हो भनेर हामीले ठट्टा गरेका थियौँ। तर हैन, वक्तव्यमा नै त्यस्तो उल्लेख गरिएको रहेछ। जनयुद्ध कालमा जनकारबाही भनेको शब्दले जनताको कारबाहीको अर्थ बुझाउने भए पनि व्यवहारमा भने माअोवादीहरुले कुट्ने, पिट्ने, बम पड्काउनेदेखि मार्नेसम्मका कुरा हुने गरेको सबैले थाहा पाएकै हो। अब सरकारसँग शान्ति सम्झौता गरेर सशस्त्र युद्धको अन्त्यको घोषणा गरिसकेर शान्तिपूर्ण मूलधारमा आइसकेको र सत्ता साझेदार समेत बनिसकेको माअोवादीको जनकारबाही भने कस्तो हुन्छ ? प्रतीक्षा कै विषय बनेको छ। बिर्सिएर पुरानै बानी लागेर त्यो शब्दको प्रयोग गरेको त पक्कै हैन होला।
त्यसैगरी वक्तव्यमा प्रयोग भएको अर्को एउटा शब्दको अर्थ पनि मैले बुझिनँ, तपाईँले बुझ्नुभयो ? वक्तव्यमा ‘राजनैतिक हड्तालको कार्यक्रम’ भनिएको छ। आम हड्ताल भनेर बजार, कलकारखाना बन्द गर्ने, शैक्षिक हडताल भनेर शिक्षण संस्था बन्द गर्ने कुरा त देखेको, सुनेको र भोगेकै हो। यो नयाँ राजनैतिक हडताल भनेको चाहिँ कस्तो हुने रहेछ ? राजनीति नै नगर्ने गरी हडताल गर्ने त पक्कै हैन होला। कि राजनीतिक पार्टीहरुको कार्यालय बाहिर हड्ताल गर्न जाने हो ? यो थाहा पाउन पनि अब असोज महिनासम्म कुर्नु पर्ने भयो।
संविधान सभाका लागि उम्मेदवार घोषणा गर्ने, पार्टीको घोषणापत्र तयार पार्ने, प्रचार प्रसार गर्ने, मतदातालाई सुसूचित गराउने, भोट माग्ने कुरा निर्वाचन हुन १०० दिनभन्दा कम समय बाँकी छँदासम्म नभई उल्टो आन्दोलनको घोषणा हुन्छ भने कसरी चुनाव होला हौ, मैले त छेउटुप्पो केही पनि भेउ पाउन सकिनँ।

वक्तव्यमा माअोवादीले संविधानसभा निर्वाचनको सुनिश्चितताका लागि राखेका आवश्यक पूर्वाधारहरू
१. राजतन्त्र र राजावादी तत्वहरूले देशका विभिन्न भागमा विध्वंस, अशान्ति मच्चाएर संविधानसभा निर्वाचन हुन नदिने षड्यन्त्रमूलक कार्य गरिरहेकाले तत्कालै अन्तरिम व्यवस्थापिकाबाट राजतन्त्रको अन्त्य गरेर गणतन्त्र स्थापनाको घोषणा गरिनुपर्छ । त्यसभन्दा पहिले नेपाली कांग्रेस लगायत अहिलेसम्म गणतन्त्रवारे औपचारिक निर्णय गरिनसकेका सात दलभित्रका दलहरूले राजतन्त्रवारे आफ्नो स्थिति तुरून्त सार्वजनिक गर्नुपर्दछ ।
२. वृहद् शान्ति-सम्झौतामा उल्लेख भए वमोजिम स्व.राजा वीरेन्द्र र उनको परिवारको सम्पत्ति तथा राजाको हैसियतले राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रले प्राप्त गरेको सम्पूर्ण सम्पत्ति राष्ट्रियकरण गर्ने कार्यकारी कदम तुरून्त चाल्नु पर्दछ र त्यसको तदारूकताका साथ कार्यान्वयन गर्नुपर्दछ ।
३. अहिलेसम्म नारायणहिटी दरवारभित्र रहेको नेपाली सेना पूर्ण रुपले र तुरून्तै त्यहा“वाट हटाउनु पर्दछ र ज्ञानेन्द्र र उनको परिवारलाई सामान्य प्रकृतिको छुट्टै सुरक्षा व्यवस्था गरिनुपर्दछ ।
४. रायमाझी आयोगको प्रतिवेदनले दोषी ठहर्याएकाहरू सवैलाई आवश्यकता अनुसार पश्चदर्शी कानून वनाएर भए पनि तुरून्तै कडाइपूर्वक कार्वाही गरिनुपर्दछ ।
५. अन्तरिम संविधान वमोजिम सुरक्षा परिषद् तुरून्त गठन गरेर नेपाली सेनाको लोकतान्त्रीकरण गरिनुपर्दछ । नेपाली सेना र जनमुक्ति सेना वीचको समायोजनको कार्यलाई ‘विशेष समिति’ मार्फ् तीव्रता दिनुपर्दछ ।
६. संविधानसभा निर्वाचनमा सबै वर्ग, जाति, क्षेत्र, मधेशी, महिला, दलित, अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय आदिको समानुपातिक प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित गर्न तत्कालै एक वृहद् गोलमेच सम्मेलन आयोजना गरिनुपर्दछ ।
७. अन्तरिम सरकारको संचालन सहमतीय सिद्धान्तका आधारमा र साझा न्यूनतम कार्यक्रम अनुसार गर्नु पर्नेमा हालसम्म त्यसको पालना नभै पुरानै एकदलीय वा वहुमतीय सिद्धान्त अनुसार भैरहेकाले त्यसको तत्कालै अन्त्य गरी सहमतीय सिद्धान्त र साझा न्यूनतम कार्यक्रम अनुरूप गर्न ठोस पहल गर्नर्ुपर्दछ ।
८. संविधानसभा निर्वाचनलाई सहज र सरल तुल्याउन तलसम्म आम जनसमुदायको सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गर्न तथा विकासनिर्माणका कार्यहरूलाई तीव्रता दिन सहमतिका आधारमा तुरून्तै स्थानीय निकायहरूको गठन गरिनुपर्दछ ।
९. सहमतिका आधारमा विभिन्न देशहरूका निम्ति राजदूतहरू, विश्वविद्यालयका पदाधिकारीहरू, मानव अधिकार आयोग र अख्तियार दुरूपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगका प्रमुख आयुक्त र आयुक्तहरू, उच्चस्तरीय अनुगमन समिति आदिको गठन र नियुक्ति गरिनुपर्दछ ।
१०. गौर हत्याकाण्ड लगायत वृहद् शान्ति-सम्झौता पछि भएका सवै हत्याकाण्डका दोषीहरू माथि कडा कार्वाही गरिनुपर्दछ र मृतकका परिवारलाई समुचित राहत प्रदान गरिनुपर्दछ ।
११. जनयुद्धको दौरान विभिन्न मुद्दामा फसाएर नेपाल तथा भारतको जेलमा रहेका राजनीतिक वन्दीहरू सवैलाई तुरुन्त एकसाथ रिहा गरिनुपर्दछ र माओवादी नेता तथा कार्यकर्ताहरू माथि लगाइएको सवै मुद्दाहरू एकसाथ खारेज गरिनुपर्छ ।
१२. जनयुद्धको क्रममा जीवन वलिदान गर्ने सम्पर्ूण्ा शहीदका परिवारलाई तत्कालीन राहत सहयोग स्वरूप कम्तीमा जनही रु. एक लाखका दरले उपलव्ध गराउनुपर्दछ । साथै जनयुद्ध र जनआन्दोलनको दौरानमा घाइते भएकाहरूको सम्पर्ूण्ा उपचार व्यवस्था सरकारले गर्नर्ुपर्दछ ।
१३. जनयुद्धको दौरान वेपत्ता पारिएकाहरूवारे छानवीन गरी सत्य-तथ्य पत्ता लगाउन र दोषीहरूमाथि कार्वाहीको सिफारिस गर्न एक उच्चस्तरीय छानवीन आयोग तुरून्त गठन गरिनुपर्दछ ।
१४. शिविरमा रहेका जनमुक्ति सेनाको व्यवस्थापनमा गम्भीर हेलचक्रयाइ“ र कमीकमजोरी रहेकाले त्यसको तत्काल अन्त्य गरी शिविरको व्यवस्थापन प्रभावकारी बनाउन सरकारी स्तरबाटै विशेष पहल गर्नुपर्दछ ।
१५. जनमुक्ति सेनाका सदस्यहरूलाई मासिक रु. तीन हजारका दरले भत्ता उपलब्ध गराउने अन्तरिम मन्त्रीमण्डलको निर्णय भैसक्दा पनि त्यसको कार्यान्वयन अझैसम्म नभएकाले त्यसलाई तुरून्तै कार्वान्वयन गर्नुपर्दछ ।
१६. वृहद् शान्ति-सम्झौता र अन्तरिम संविधानमा शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, रोजगारी र खाद्य सम्प्रभुतालाई सवै जनताको मौलिक अधिकारको रुपमा स्वीकारिसकिएको स्थितिमा त्यसको व्यवहारिक कार्यान्वयनको निम्ति तत्कालै कानूनी र कार्यकारी कदम अघि वढाउनु पर्दछ ।
१७. ”सामन्ती भू-स्वामित्वको अन्त्य गर्दै वैज्ञानिक भूमिसुधार कार्यक्रम लागू गर्ने” वृहद् शान्ति-सम्झौताको प्रावधानलाई कार्यान्वयन गर्न तत्कालै एक उच्चस्तरीय भूमिसुधार आयोग गठन गरिनुपर्छ ।
१८. ”सरकारी लाभको पदमा रहेर भ्रष्टाचार गरी अकुत सम्पत्ति आर्जन गर्नेहरू उपर कडा कार्वाही गरी दण्डित गर्ने” भन्ने वृहद् शान्ति-समझौताको प्रावधानलाई व्यवहारमा उतार्न विद्यमान संवैधानिक तथा सरकारी निकायहरू असक्षम र अपर्ूण्ा देखिएकोले भ्रष्टाचारीहरूलाई कार्वाही गर्न विशेष निकाय गठन गरी कार्वाही अघि वढाउनु पर्दछ ।
१९. जातीय/राष्ट्रिय र क्षेत्रीय आत्मनिर्णयको अधिकार र स्वायत्त शासन सहितको संघात्मक ढा“चामा राज्यको अग्रगामी पुनर्संरचना गर्ने कार्यादेश सहित समावेशी प्रकृतिको उच्चस्तरीय राज्य पुनःसंरचना आयोग गठन गरिनुपर्छ ।
२०. देशभित्र विभिन्न विदेशी प्रतिक्रियावादी शक्तिहरूको अवाञ्छित चलखेल, अन्तरध्वंसात्मक गतिविधि र आन्तरिक मामिलामा हस्तक्षेपलाई कडाइ पर्ूवक रोकिनुपर्छ≤ संविधानसभा निर्वाचन नभएसम्म विदेशीसंग जलश्रोतको वा“डफा“ड लगायतका दर्ीघकालीन राष्ट्रिय महत्वका सन्धी-सम्झौता वा समझदारी गरिनुहुन्न र राष्ट्रिय स्वाधीनता, र्सार्वभौमिकता र भौगोलिक अखण्डताको पूर्ण रक्षा गरिनुपर्छ ।
२१. आन्दोलनरत किसान, मजदूर, विद्यार्थी, कर्मचारी, दलित, महिला, जाति-जनजाति-मधेसी, उद्योगी-व्यापारी, संचारकर्मी लगायत विभिन्न जनवर्ग र आम जनसमुदायका जायज मागहरू पूरा गरी सवैलाई संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनमा सहभागी बन्ने वातावरण निर्माण गरिनुपर्छ ।
२२. ने.क.पा.(माओवादी) र नेपाल सरकार वीच सम्पन्न वृहद् शान्ति-सम्झौतालाई अविलम्व पूर्ण रुपले कार्यान्वयन गरिनुपर्छ ।
संघर्षको कार्यक्रम
उपरोक्त आवश्यक पूर्वाधार निर्माणको कार्य तुरून्तै पूरा नगरिए सरकार, सदन र सडकका तीनवटै मोर्चावाट संघर्ष अघि बढाएर देशव्यापी नयाँ जनआन्दोलनको उभार सिर्जना गर्न ने.कपा. (माओवादी)ले निम्न वमोजिम प्रारम्भिक संघर्षको कार्यक्रम घोषणा गरेको छः
भदौ महिनाभर- प्रचार-प्रसार, आन्तरिक तयारी र जनपरिचालन
असोज १ गते देखि- चरणवद्ध रुपमा देशव्यापी जनसभा, जनकार्वाही र राजनैतिक हड्तालका कार्यक्रमहरू

राजेनद्र लाइ गालि गर्ने मानिसहरु , के देश को हालत बिगार्नमा सबै भन्दा धेरै हात कस्को छ ? जे जे भयो माओबादी हरु ले नै गरेको हुन्. राजाले बिगार्नु अघि कल्ले बिगर्यो? राजाले त कति नै भयो र बिगरेको? माओबदी ले सोझो अन्पढ जन्ता लै नै किन हाथ लियेर मर्न लगायो. अहिले मओबादि हरुको समस्या भनेको भोत नपौनु मत्र नभइ आफ्नो कार्यकरता लै केहि गरेर देखौनु पनि हो. जनआन्दोलन पछि कुन पाटि ले के गरेको छ र? जे गर्यो मधिसे पार्टि ले नै गर्यो. तिनिहर्ु पनि माओबादिहरु बअटइ छुटिएकआ त हुन नि. टिनिहरुलै मार्न सिकौने पनि माओबादि नै हुन्. तराइ आन्दोलन पनि मओबादिले मान्छे मारेर नै सुरु भयेको हो. तिनिहरुले आज सम्म कुनै constructive काम गरेको छेनन .आफ्नै मान्छे सर्कार म हुद पनि केहि गर्न सकेनन र सधै धम्कि मत्र दिराखे. अब चुनाब भ्यो भने सोच्नुहोस माओबदि हरु काहा हराउनेछन्, उनिहरुको अस्तित्व नै खतरमा छ. सबै पार्टि लै आफ्नो मात्र मत्लब छ. क़सैले त्याग गर्न चाहदैनन्. गिरिजा पनि आफ्नै हथ्मा अडिएको छ. माकुने त भुक्ने कुकुर भैहल्यो. मेरो भनाइ के हो भने जति राजा दोशि छन्, जति रायमाझि आयोग्ले दोशि देखएको मन्छेहरु दोसि छन्, त्यो भन्दा धेरै बढि प्रचन्ड दोशि छन्.
तिनिहरुले त धेरै जनता को सोचाइ नै फेरिदियेको छन्. मिहेनत गर्नु भन्दा मान्छे मारेर चाडै उन्न्ति गरिन्छ भनेर, र त्यो सत्य पनि भै रखेको छ नेपालमा. उपेन्द्र ले तेहि गरेर success भए. प्रचन्ड पनि तेहि गरेर सतामा पुगे. त्यसैले सथिहो solution निकाल्न धेरै गारो छ. जे भये पनि राजाले त्यसै सत्ता छोडने छएन्. बरु सम्बिधान सभाबाट निकलिये भने त्यो मान्न बाध्य हुनेछन्. तर येसरि ज़ब्रर्जस्ति निकल्न खोजेभने आरु मान्छे मर्नेछ्न्. Army सधै राजाको नै loyal छ. उनिहरु पनि माओबादि को जब्र्र्जस्ति मान्न राजि हुने छेनन्. सम्बिडधान सभा उनिहरुले पनि मन्ने छ्न्. त्यसेले यो अर्को माओबादिको destructive path हो. दुख् हामिले पाउने छो प्रचनड हरुलै त के छ र उनिहरु भोलि पनि धम्काइ रहनेछन्. ग़िरिजाहरु भोलि पनि गफ हकिरहनेछ्न र माकुनेहरु भुकिरहनेछन्.

माओबदी को माग अत्यन्त जायज छ .
यदी यी सात पार्टीको विस्वास हुन्दो हो त यो माग ग़लत समयमा आयो भन्ना सकिन्थ्यो
तर विभिन्न वहाना वनाई यिनिहरुले राजा रख्दैनन भन्ने के guarantee छ ?
अहिले सम्मा नेपाल जून अग्रगमन माँ आयको छ त्यों सबै माओबदिले गर्दा नई हो
तसर्थ यस् पटक पनि माओबदी नताती देशले निकास पौन्दैना.
माओबदी नहुने वित्तिकई यो देशमा सुर्यबहादुर थापा प्रधानमंत्री हुन्छन् अनि देउवा र माधव नेपालले आ-आफ्नो तर्फाबात तीन- चार मंत्री पठौने छन. अनि सेरेमोनिअल ( सम्बैधानिक चांही असंभव नै होला ) किंग राख्नने छन .
यो पक्का हो
त्यसैले माओबदी को माग ठिक समयमा ठिक तबरले अयको जस्तो लाग्छ , हामी सबै ले त्यसको छलफ्ल बाट समाधान खोजौं . ( जबकी ऊनिहारू आन्दोलन मा नाजाउन , यस्मै देशको कल्याण छ

all the demands proposed by maoist are genuine, for that i support u. u have raised my issues, hence i will support u for this. but if u go back to ur voilence struggle, i will not support it.
my question to current governement-why hasn’t the moist army been paid yet? by not paying them, u have only been escalating their frustation. please do so ASAP. that will save ur credibility.
fair representation in the election is only a fair call in 21st century. there should not be any delay. and autocrates should not be threatened by this. this is the demand of modernday nepal. so think carefully. people are not blind or naive anymore. they actually can see, think and analyse. they should not be treated as such.
for Mr. primeminister, you have been elected to push agendas of general public but not the opposite. it’s a good idea to be with general nepalese people at this hour for urself and for the kangress as well. so please think about it. a “died out ideology” of b.p. cannot be implemented in current nepal. get a grip.
nepal should be above all else, including kangress. if it needs be, kangress should be ready to sacrifice itself for better and brighter nepal. howz that!!!

I think people of Nepal is now became coward. If they say “Bir Nepali” Then they must have to shame on themselves. You all people just afraid with one Prachanda! Either you all are fool or you are just a escapist. I am not strong supporter of Royal palace. But i can say if all people become corrupt then only one place is still alive that is a power named as palace. Palace compels to protect you for existence of own royal entity. They must have to protect all Nepalese. What do you think about these leaders? How can they protect you from other invader or with other country where as he cannot protect you with a terrorist. Prachanda should be executed because after him i don’t know how many Prachanda will be born. If you people think to remove royal entity from your country then it must be a blunder. And you open the door for wolf that can eat you and your offspring. I think you already open this door by inviting Maoist and this corrupted old politician.
If you think the demand of Maoists is right then tomorrow I will start one terrorist activity by demanding 2200 points. You guys don’t know how easy to organize a terrorist group in present day and present situation of our country. Weapons and not big deals for organizing because there are lots of fertile lands in Nepal where we can yield lots of “Ganza”, we can purchase the weapon with the Ganza. Here only the big deal is organizing people. And present condition of Nepal we can entice the people with money.

कहिले काहि परिस्थिति र अबस्थानुसार् केहि कुराहरु खराबै भयपनि मान्य हुन्छ र आबस्यकता देखिन जन्छ।
माओबादिले एकायक जन कारबाहि गर्छु भन्नु गलत हो तर पनि कताकता आबस्याकता छ कि देशलाई जस्तो भान हुन्छ। जनकारबाहि भनेर जनतालाई करबाहि होइनकि जनतामाथि अनैतिकता गर्ने र जनताको इच्छा अनुसार र जनतालाई धोका दिने हरुलाई जनताको तर्फ बाट कारबाहि हो भनेर बुझ्नु जरुरि छ र हुनुपनि तेस्तै हुनुपर्छ।

You must have given ur comment in this blog when you were fully drunk. Everyone should know in Germany, beer is very cheap. He has been benefited from this and made a foolish comment. How can you even think of hanging Prachanda will solve the problem. Prachanda is not a problem. Problem sounds came from your parents who gave you life. These kind of comments only can made by mad person. I should believe that you must be on the way to full mad clearing up the toilets and lifting the heavy good in Germany. Dare to come in Nepal and do something good for Nepal. Don’t make foolish comment again since if you have something good for urself and realised life is complicated and things can’t be possible to change day to night you would not have gone mad like you did.

Dear Umeshjee
I am one of the regular reader of your blog. It has been serving us by providing better news, views and opinions regarding different matters. You always try to talked about different issues that ranges from higher education systems as in S.Korea to the political movements in Nepal.
That is really benefiting people and nepalese well wisher. Sometimes, few comments were so intelligently written in your blog, that provides opportunity to open up our heart and mind too.
But, since few times, this esteemed blog has been unknowingly affected by VIRUS of bitter writing, improper word selection, unnecessary blaming etc. Especially, it can be seen and read in comments.
Like in above comments, some are very below and the word used are not healthy and digestive. For example, ” …………should be hanged”, and in response of that comment also…..the same level of words were selected by other commentors.
It is really sad to see such words in this blog, since this blog have played extra ordinary roles in public awareness, social harmony and unity. As far as I know as the regular reader, this blog always encourages the peace, harmony, unity, democratic principles etc.
So, I would like to request you to moderate such comments that doesnot fit with these basic philosophy. That would be great contribution to the society as you are always making it.
Since I am not good in writing, however I hope that you will understand my feelings. I believe firmly that you will not take it as the preaching by unknown.

You might have thought I am communist so speaking in favor of maoists. Let’s make it clear: I am not communist.
But then whom do I support in Nepal. I will support UML if they can do according to their policy. They have the best policy in Nepal. But it’s very true they just speak..never do it.
Then, I will support young leaders of NC like Gagan, and others but it’s clear they are not willing to lead. They can not come out of thir Girija net.
Then, I’d support Civil leaders. But They will not continue to lead because they have other professions and they have told they have no interest being political leaders.
After all, I’d support ‘Army Rule’ if they want to make peace. But we saw that they also want to kill maoists (nepali people, anyway) and only the senior army officials enjoy and the rest suffer.
Now, no way. There is maoists. They have their own army, police (YCL?), party structure and very clear ideology (though I don’t agree theri ideology, i hope they will somehow rule like Chinese communist because they are telling they will not go to the old-style communism.) But it is where I very doubt them.
I hope that they lead to the country to the stablitiy and social equality. For a few years, we can forget about the total freedom because it’s difficult to get both freedom and social prosperity in case of nepal where 50% are uneducated.

The Historical Peace deal failed to take a decisive action to abolish the monarchy institution.
Prachanda could not comprehend that the Janandolan II has given mandate to aoblish the monarchy institution and it was his big mistake that did not demand the abolition of the monarchy institute therein.
How long is he going to make people to suffer in the country with his new peoples movement?
We have a rich king in the poor country. The monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. It has to be abolished before all troubles will cease.

Just when things were moving ahead in a certain direction (though very slowly), a set of excuses to quit and enter the jungle again. when will they grow up and understand that they don’t have all the baarai takka! Given their demands are valid, can’t they come up with a more persuasive and creative way to deal with it rather than going back to the same old system of violence?
Violence only results in more violence (as we have seen in Tarai). There were days when the government (esp communist) were not accountable for ‘cleaning up’ (executing) the roots of all those who opposed them or against their ideology. ‘Clean up’ program did bring some sort of temporary stability in a few countries, but would it still be the case? Can MBs still do the same without being overwhelmingly opposed? Think beyond ideology – add some human (natural) factor to it!!!

Before I used to wonder why nobody is talking about the so large army giving security to Gyanendra who has no position in present Nepal.
