दशैँसमेत सुखले मनाउन नदिई लम्बिएर अस्ति भर्खर दुई वटा प्रस्ताव पास गरेर टुंगिएको विशेष अधिवेशनको उपलब्धि के रह्यो त ? हामी जनताको आँखाले हेर्दा खासै केही रहेन। न गणतन्त्र घोषणा भयो, न समानुपातिक निर्वाचन प्रणाली नै लागू हुनेछ। विशेष अधिवेशनमा पास भएका प्रस्तावले त सहमतिको राजनीतिमा अगाडि बढिरहेको देशलाई विभाजनको राजनीतिमा पो पुर्यायो त। यसले झन् द्वन्द्व पो निम्त्यायो त भन्ने सोचिरहेका थियौँ हामी। तर हैन रहेछ, एउटा गतिलै उपलब्धि भने हासिल गरेको रहेछ यो विशेष अधिवेशनले- १९ लाख खर्च गरेर।
हजुर, यो २५ दिनसम्म तन्काइएको यो विशेष अधिवेशनमा सांसदहरुलाई भत्ता वापत १९ लाख खर्च भएको रहेछ। पख्नुस्, त्यो त भत्ताको मात्रै हिसाब हो। बिजुली, पानी, माइक, चिया, खाना आदि खर्चहरु पनि जोड्दा त आधार करोड नै खर्च भएको रहेछ गाँठे ! हेर, हेर जनताको करबाट उठाएको रकमको दुरुपयोग। त्यसै त जम्बो संसद। ३सय भन्दा बढीको संख्यामा रहेका सांसदलाई मासिक तलब र भत्ता वापत ३८ हजार रुपैयाँ जति बुझाउनु पर्ने। त्यसमाथि विशेष अधिवेशनको नौटंकी देखाएर कति महँगो शुल्क असुलेका ! एक त जम्बो संसद, त्यसमाथि जनताको मतबाट नचुनिएर थोपरिएका सांसदहरु। यो थोपराइलाई पनि हामीले सहेका थियौँ, सहमतिको राजनीतिबाट अघि बढेर संविधान सभामार्फत् आफ्नो संविधान आफै लेख्न देउ भनी। सहमति नगरी विमति र बाझाबाझ गर्ने हो भने किन चाहिएको थियो र हामीलाई यो जम्बो संसद ? अन्ततः यही अन्तरिम भनिएको संसद कै कारण संविधान सभाको निर्वाचनमा बाधा पुगेको विश्लेषण एक थरिले गर्न थालिसकेका छन्। देशमा विधायिका नभएको अवस्थामा जसरी भए पनि निर्धारित मितिमा नै संविधान सभा गराउन बाध्य हुनुपर्ने स्थिति आउन सक्थ्यो दलहरुलाई। तर अहिले अन्तरिम संसद छँदैछ, संविधान सभा नभए पनि हुन्छ वा नभए पनि केही हुन्न, हतार छैन जस्तो भावना दलहरुमा देखिन थालेको छ।
विडम्बना त यो छ कि १९ लाख तिरेर मञ्चन भएको नाटक अझै सकिएको छैन। एउटा अध्याय मात्र समाप्त भएको छ- क्लाइमेक्स अझै बाँकी नै छ।
विशेष अधिवेशनमा भएको खर्चका बारेमा आजको अन्नपूर्ण पोस्ट दैनिकमा समाचार छापिएको छ-

BUT …. Never forget they are YOUR chose, means you chose them as your representative SO they are representating min 2lakh people it is a big responsibility, isn’t it ?
19 lakhs is NOTHING, they much be in good situation to speak about COUNTRY futur, country futur is very important, not a joke, money doesn’t matter if they do truth job.
19 lakh is NOTHING compare to their responsibility
their responsibility are also yours, so let them in peace mind to chose the right way and doesn’t matter how much it will cost, ALL depend on success speaking.

Well, we are known to be rich people of poor country. Thats the fact, we can’t do anything.
I guess, this kind of information which are posted in this blog are mostly available to the Nepalese who are living abroad and can hardly contribute directly to the country’s political issues. Blogs posted here are no doubt, they are quite informative and stimulus. Some people react blogs with a valuable comments some just bull s%^t. Whatever the comment andn issue is, they are just limited to net users.
But, if these posts can be taken or spread to the innocent Nepalese who are unaware of these kind of issues, of course this will impact more or less in political affairs.
Anyway, I appreciate the effort of Umesh to bring this blog and know that he is doing best of his ability to raise the voice of Nepal.

यी भत्ता खाने हरुका लागि भनेर आज ‘मेरो संसार’ मा जनताको गालीहरू पस्किऊँ न । सायद जनताको गाली पढेर “भत्ता लिन्न” भन्ने स्वांग नै भए पनि गरेर देखाउला नि केहीले ।

It made me sad and angry to hear about such a news which is waste of time and waste of nations’ money for no use. Those worms-bloody blood suckers and mosquitos parliamentarians, rascals should be wiped out.And they should be punished, but who will punished them from PM to HM, CJ to DJ, IG to CG all are corrupts just like “Dudh ko sachi Biralo” . I am very much depressed and frustrated when I hear those rascals barking about “NEW NEPAL”. It seems to be pessimistic thinking but what should we do, who will protect nation from downfalling.
So Please young generation, we have to stand to oppose them and make a prosperous Nepal.
Writing comments from abroads to sympathize the matters is not the solution for our country.

It is totally misuse of state revenues by untouchables so called Parliament members. The interim parliament has become illegal body since it extended its tenure. The interim parliament is just for short term but Parliament members especially the Maoists are stretching the term of the interim parliament.
As long as we do not have CA election, these illegal members are going to profit from the parliament by keeping the country’s future uncertain.
We have a rich king in the poor country. The feudal monarchy institution has no place in 21 century Nepal. It has to be wiped out before all troubles will cease.

This is real nepal. Just we have chance to read about water problem in one village. and now we are reading about misusing poor countries Fund.
to compare in same timw, one hand people is facing problem of water, health, food and education for their children specially remote village.otherhand these so called political leaders misusing state fund. so, it should open our eyes.
always there is question, is democracy mean that? did we fight for autocratic regime to listen this things? did maoist killed people for that?
if you political parties , specially who is rulling our country, can think again about poor people. think again for their children. instead of going school, they have to go to search water.
where we are now. we are in 16th or 17th century .and where is world now.

Oh well,
lets devide this ninteen hundred thousand to 105 insects,it comes approx 18000 per one insects.thats much money in ninteen day.Then why should not it extend for 38 days ? and buy little bit land in kathmandu.And this hell never knoow the condition of poor nepalese.And we nepali always following this insect again and again.Just think if this money was utilized in kumal gaun.hmmmmm after two/four years our nepal wiil be heaven.
