अपडेट डिसेम्बर १६: आज पनि संसदले सशोधन पास गरेन। आज संसदमा संशोधन प्रस्ताव पेश मात्र भयो। यस विषयमा छलफल बुधबार हुने भएको छ।
अपडेटः अपराह्न 7:30अन्ततः दलहरु आज पनि सहमतिमा पुग्न सकेनन्। आज दलहरु मात्र एउटा निर्णयमा पुगे। यसका लागि बनाइएको कार्यदलको बैठकले चैत मसान्तसम्म संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन गर्ने निर्णय एउटा मात्र गरेको छ। मिति भने मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठकले तोक्नेछ। सात दलका टाउके नेताहरुले निर्णय गर्ला र पास गरौँला भनेर कुरेर बसेको रबर स्टायम्प विधायिका संसदको बैठक भने अचानक भोलि १ बजेसम्मका लागि स्थगित भएको छ। स्मरण रहोस्, संविधान संशोधन नगरिकन बैठक स्थगित भएको हो। (संविधान संशोधन प्रस्ताव भने दर्ता गरेको छ सरकारले) अब आज राति १२ बजेपछि प्राविधिक रुपमा संविधान संकट उत्पन्न भएको छ। भोलि गरिने संविधान संशोधन असंवैधानिक हुन जानेछ। अन्तिम समयसम्म पनि सात दलबीच सहमति जुट्न नसकेपछि आखिर उनीहरुले संविधानलाई कागजको खोस्टा साबित गरे।
यसले दलका नेताहरुको पुरानो बानीलाई पनि सम्झाइदिएको छ। नेताहरु रत्नपार्कमा कुर्लन्थे संविधान सभा, संविधान सभा, संविधान सभा भनेर। जेठसम्म संविधान सभा नभए के-के न होला जस्तो गर्थे। अन्ततः जेठमा नहुने भयो। अनि भनियो मंसिर ६ गते गर्ने। त्यतिबेला पनि भनियो मंसिर छ अन्तिम मौका। मंसिर ६ मा निर्वाचन नभए अनर्थ हुन्छ। मंसिर ६ पनि आयो, निर्वाचन पनि भएन। अनि केही अनर्थ पनि भएन।
मंसिर मसान्तसम्म संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन गर्ने भनी संविधानमा लेखिएको हुनाले आज मंसिर मसान्तसम्म जसरी भए पनि संविधान संशोधन हुनुपर्छ नभए के के न हुन्छ झैँ गरियो। यत्रो दिनसम्म भाषणबाजी गरे। अन्तिम समयमा आएर हतार हतार म्याराथन बैठकहरु गरिए। तर मंसिर मसान्त पनि आज सकियो, संविधान संशोधन पनि भएन। केही अनर्थ पनि भएन। बरु एउटा बहाना मिल्यो, अब कुनै समय सीमा छैन। काँग्रेसलाई भएभरका महत्त्वपूर्ण मन्त्रालय अोगटेर बस्ने चाहना, माअोवादीलाई फेरि सरकारमा फर्कन चाहिने बहाना, एमालेको सरकार परिवर्तन गर्ने कामना सबै सबै खेलका लागि अब लामै समय मिल्यो। हिन्दी सिरियलको कथाभन्दा पनि लम्बिँदो छ, तन्काइएको छ यो राजनीतिक कथा। हेरौँ र मनोरञ्जन लिउँ। आजलाई छोटो कमर्सियल ब्रेक

अपडेटः अपराह्न ४ ३ बजे नै बस्ने भनिएको मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठक अहिलेसम्म बस्न सकेको छैन। सात दलका शीर्ष नेताहरुको बैठक बसेपछि मन्त्रिपरिषदको बैठकले संविधान संशोधनको प्रस्ताव पास गरी संसदमा पठाउनु पर्ने र त्यहाँबाट अनुमोदन गर्नुपर्ने हो। संविधान संशोधन मात्र हुन्छ कि शक्तिशाली मन्त्रालय बाँडफाँडको विषयमा भइरहेको बार्गेनिङले पनि निकास पाउँछ, त्यो भने हेर्न बाँकी छ।
अपडेटः दिउँसो २:४० संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन चैत ५ गते अर्थात् मार्च १८ मा गर्न सिफारिस गर्ने सहमति भइसकेको एमाले महासचिव माधवकुमार नेपालले बताएका रहेछन्। सात दलको आधिकारिक घोषणा हुन भने बाँकी छ। यसलाई संसदले अनुमोदन गरी संविधान संशोधन गरेपछि मात्रै यो मिति आधिकारिक हुनेछ। तर यो मितिमा पनि निर्वाचन हुन्छ कि हुँदैन भनेर चाहिँ भगवानलाई नै सोध्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।

राजनीतिक गतिरोध अन्त्य गर्नका लागि दलहरुबीच अब धेरै समय बाँकी छैन। हिजोदेखि नै दलहरुले सहमति गर्ने प्रचार गरिरहेका थिए। तर हिजो त शीर्ष नेताहरुको बैठकै बसेनछ। संविधानमा गणतन्त्र लेख्ने र त्यसको कार्यान्वयन संविधान सभाको पहिलो बैठकले गर्ने अनि राष्ट्रपतिको काम हाललाई प्रधानमन्त्रीले गर्ने जस्ता कुरामा सहमति भइसकेपछि पनि काँग्रेसले गृह, रक्षा र अर्थमध्ये एउटा मात्र राखी बाँकी माअोवादी र एमालेलाई दिनुपर्ने प्रस्तावमा भने सहमति हुन नसकेको बुझिएको छ। आज बिहान बसेको शीर्ष नेताहरुको बैठकले सहमतिका लागि मस्यौदा तयार गर्न एउटा कार्यदल बनाएको छ। यही कार्यदलले गणतन्त्र, समानुपातिकको प्रतिशत लगायत अन्य सहमतिको मस्यौदा तयार गर्नेछ र तीन बजे बस्ने शीर्ष नेताको बैठकमा प्रस्तुत गर्नेछ। त्यो पारित भएपछि विधायिका संसदमा लगेर त्यसलाई पास गरिनेछ। आखिर संसद जतिसुकै शक्तिशाली भनिए पनि त्यसको काम सात दलका नेताहरुले गरेको निर्णयलाई अनुमोदन गर्ने मात्र न हो ! तर आज सहमति कसरी होला, कति बजेसम्म होला- त्यो भने हेर्न बाँकी नै छ। आजै किन सहमति हुन जरुरी छ त ? किनभने आज सहमति भएन भने मुलुकमा संवैधानिक संकट आउने निश्चित छ।
किन त ?
किन भने आज मंसिर २९ गते हो। अर्थात् आज मंसिर महिनाको अन्तिम दिन हो। भोलिदेखि पुस लाग्छ। पुस लाग्यो कि संविधान कागजको खोस्टा बन्छ। त्यसमा भएका कुनै कुरा मान्न जरुरी देखिँदैन। कारण के हो भने नेपालको अन्तरिम संविधान २०६३ को धारा ३३ मा यस्तो लेखिएको छ-
नेपाली जनतामा अन्तरनिहित सार्वभौमसत्ताको व्यवहारिक प्रत्याभूति गर्ने विषयलाई आत्मसात गर्दै संवत् २०६४ साल मंसिर महिनाभित्र स्वतन्त्र र निष्पक्ष रुपमा संविधान सभाका सदस्यको निर्वाचन सम्पन्न गर्न राज्यले सम्पूर्ण ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्ने
यो २०६४ साल मंसिर महिनाभित्र भन्ने शब्द पनि दोस्रो संशोधनद्वारा संशोधन गरिएको हो। अब आज मंसिर महिनाभित्र यसलाई संशोधन गर्न जरुरी छ। नभए यो धारा निस्क्रिय हुनेछ। राज्य आफ्नो दायित्वबाट च्यूत भएको मानिनेछ। संवैधानिक रुपमा उसलाई सरकारमा बस्न नैतिक आधार हुनेछैन। देश गम्भीर संवैधानिक संकटमा फँस्ने छ।
हेरौँ, अब दलहरुले कस्तो सहमति गर्ने हुन्। संसदको बैठक अहिले चार बजेका लागि डाकिएको छ। निर्धारित समयमा नभई ढिला हुनु त नेपालको नियति नै हो। दक्षिण कोरियाको संसदमा देखिएको यस्तो दृश्य चाहिँ नदेखियोस्।

Actually maoists do not want election and they will bring newer and newer demands even if agreed what they say.
History is a lession and nowhere in the world communists with extremist ideology do not fight pluristic elections whatever and how much they say that they do it.
Hopeing against hope of maoists fighting election is just wishful hope for Nepal and Nepali unless they are compelled to do so. For that matter UML and NC should develop common agenda and give some seats to Maoists for them not to hav humilating defeat.
I do nto believe that maoist will go for election unless they can win absolute majoirty as said by Dr Baburam Bhattarai recently” the election is not election where maoists will lose”. they know how to get power by force and bullet and not by ballot.

I think, the king, Pusp Kamal Dahal, Girija Prasad and Madhav Kumar Nepal do not want the election. As they have nothing to loose now, they want the status quo to continue.
If you ask me, Idont think the mojor political actors even want a republican in the country.
The Nepali Congress leadership has now and then floated the idia of ceremonial and baby king. The Maoist brought a superficial motion on republic declaration as if they only wanted publicity. Now they have started to advocate unity with the royalist nationalist.

It seems that the disagreement mainly between the NC and Maoist is so terminal that the deadlock will be prolonged untill the possibility of polls within 2064 becomes empossible. Koirala suggested a delaying tactic himself a national conference of the parties. Why @ The only reason can be to allow the elections to lapse again.

The constitution seems like a mere ducument of seven- patry agreement. Even in the preamble, it is been said it is for seven parties. Any thing can been done with the agreement of the seven parties. The leaders should not vacilate repeatedly.

As long as NC is in power no nepalese can sleep in peace and never find their dreams come true, because they are real monkies, neither make own house nor leave others safe, and it is proved from last 57 years.
The most disciplined and tolerant party members belong to the Communist Parties of Nepal, but its leaders are the most foolest in the world, They tell their members to unite but they never unite, they fight for minimum agenda and loose maximum of people’s dream. So neither communists nor Congress want peace, progress, stability, development in any sectors and above all a real SMILE in the peace of nepalese faces. So definitely some new parties have to emerge with new ideas outcasting these so called big parties as we outcasted monarchism, then only we nepalese can see a better nepal.
And all intellectuals, conscious citizens should understand that 17% tarai gives 83% revenue to the nation, so Terai problem should be solved first, otherwise no political parties alliances work, since it has not worked from the last 2 years.
Lack of farsightedness of big parties and ignoring the minimum demands of the people, now time has come to end their drama to make the people fool. And a Nepali can save the country’s name and fame, if he/she is alive. I only can make my country stronger and prosperous if myself, my community, my society is strong, so now a nepali should not expect anything from the country but think of giving only.
Here I appeal all nepalese to become strong enough to defend for their community and society from unauthorised foreign disturbances and fully boycott the big parties, since they have not fulfilled a single hope of our martyrs who died for us seeing lots of dream for nepal and nepalese in their last breathe of their lives.

Our leaders are blind, dumb, amputee!
Our leaders are imcapable to handle the situation. They are doing nothing, they have no vision. They donot want to take our country ahead. They are very good in bargaining. They should be sent to market to buy foods, fashions and other things since they are very good in bargaining.
They are not more than blind, dumbs and amputee who cannot go head and take others ahead.
But, I am wrong to say them “Dumb” they are good orator but………….the meaning is the same….”we are near to consensus, near to republican etc..etc.” but totally meaningless like they are dumb who is trying to talk with gesture but the perceiver is taking them as the gesture of good “Clown”
