What is the meaning of “LOTTERY”?????????
According to Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary, Lottery is “an event or affair whose outcome is or seems to be determined by chance.” So lottery is just for those people who are lucky.
Well, I hope everyone knew the rules of this program before hand. So, there is no reason to regret or retaliate for this nonsense.
Moreover, whoever made the “DV PidiT Sangh”; they are the amazing people in the world who have no confidence of living on their own. And I wish they could go USA soon because these people have no faith on their motherland, so my motherland doesn’t need them too.
I had also been to the USA but as soon as I finish my degree I came back. And let me tell you that my parents were not well positioned to rely on them. I knew that there was harsh condition going on in Nepal with political instability. I had no job in the beginning of my come back. But I had the only hope that one day the country will be good and still in same anticipation. I am not trying to explain you that I could be the idol for everyone but I am just differentiating the thinking quality.

As far I know America has never forced anyone to fill the DV lottery form. These are only for those people who are interested to fill it. So, in this case, there is no reason blaming the USA.

Try to understand then instead of making fun of them.
Why they take fee that much($400-600each person) for interview they are going fail to get Visa?
Its very shame. They should take fee that much only those person who gets visa for USA not with those people who are not going to get visa.
When they cant pass that interview most of them gets mentally sick. that is for sure. + They loose big amount of money. American Ambassy should know Nepal is very poor country and that fee is too much for them who is not going to get visa.
