जागिर पाउने आशामा सय रुपैयाँको टिकट काटी लाइन बसिरहेकाहरु र हुलदङ्गा भएपछि लखेटिरहेका प्रहरीहरु।
शनिबारको घटनाले दिएको मुख्य पाठ नै यही थियो। इन्टरनेशनल जब फेयर नाम दिइएको यो मेलामा मेलास्थलमा नै हजारौँलाई विदेशमा जागिर दिने भनी प्रचार गरिएको थियो। त्यसैले बेरोजगारहरुको ठूलो भीड त्यहाँ उर्लिएको थियो। तर सय रुपैयाँको टिकट काटेर भित्र पसेकाहरुलाई विदेशको नाममा भारतमा र जागिरको नाममा पहिले ५० हजार रुपैयाँको ट्रेनिङ लिनुपर्ने कुरा सुनाएपछि युवाहरुको भीड आक्रोशित भएको रहेछ। त्यसपछि तोडफोड सुरु भयो। प्रहरी र युवा भिडन्तमा लागे भने आयोजक बेपत्ता भए। बेपत्ता भएका आयोजकहरुले तीन दिनका लागि भनी आयोजना गरेको मेला तीन घण्टा पनि नपुग्दै स्थगित गर्नुपर्यो।
तर युवाहरु के कम र। टिकटको पैसा फिर्ता दिनुपर्ने माग राख्दै प्रदर्शन गरिरहे। दिनभर जसो नै प्रहरी र प्रदर्शनकारीका कारण नयाँ बानेश्वर क्षेत्र तनावग्रस्त बन्यो। सय-सय रुपैयाँको टिकट काटेर गएकाहरुलाई जागिर हैन, ५० हजार रुपैयाँको ट्रेनिङ लिनुपर्छ भने पछि उनीहरु आक्रोशित हुनु स्वभाविक पनि थियो। पहिले नै यसरी बुझाएर प्रचार गरिएको भए भीड कम हुन्थ्यो होला।
आक्रोशित भीडले कार्यक्रमको मिडिया पार्टनर कान्तिपुर पब्लिकेशन्सको कार्यालयमा समेत ढुंगामुढा गरे।
कुनै पनि कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गर्नुअघि त्यसको प्रचार सही र बुझिने किसिमले हुनुपर्छ। त्यसमा पनि बेरोजगारीको समस्या रहेको नेपाल जस्तो देशमा जागिर दिने कार्यक्रम रहेको भए त्यसको प्रक्रियाको बारेमा अग्रिम जानकारी दिएको भए यो समस्या आउने थिएन। हचुवा तालमा कार्यक्रम स्थल मै अन्तर्वार्ता लिने र नियुक्ति दिने प्रचार भएको कारण र त्यसरी मान्छेहरुले बुझेका कारण नै आजको घटना भएको हो।
कोहीकोही त युरोप अमेरिकामा जागिर खान पाउने भन्ठानेर आएका रहेछन्। यी महानुभाव सुट टाइमा सजिएर अमेरिकाको आईबीएम कम्पनीमा जागिर खाने आशाले आएका रहेछन्।
अनि यी अर्का व्यक्तिलाई चाहिँ जागिर हैन, ट्रेनिङ लिनु पर्छ २० हजार रुपैयाँको भनेर भनेपछि उनी आक्रोशित भएछन्। यो ठगी हो, उनको ठहर थियो।
आयोजक न्यु होराइजन्सले टिकटवापत् लिएको रकम फिर्ता दिने बताएको छ। रकम फिर्ता गर्ने क्रममा फेरि झडप नहोस्, जागिर जस्तो संवेदनशील विषयमा कसैले हेलचक्रयाँइ नगरोस्- आजको घटनाबाट यही शिक्षा लिए हुन्थ्यो सबैले।

New Horizon is one of the biggest cheater. the institute always cheat Nepalese on the term of IT training which is actually none of the works. Oracle certification, MCSE, CISCo etc they just tend to gain money from nepalese. Lets throw the institute for no more such work which will give other institute also the lesson.

the organizer people “job fair” learnt from europe and america about the job fair. but the added up one thing i.e. receive application fee but in europe and usa, the job fair don’t charge even a penny. just they collect resume and if the person fit, they call the candidates and give the training after they are appointed. So, this system is misued in nepal. So, they are really cheater need to be punished.

New horizon is useless institute no one should take training there. i have had chance of interviewing several person trained from that institute they are of no work only having certificate. What do these people think.Actually from now onwards if i see anyone having certificate from that institute they will be rejected before interview i will throw their c.v in dustbin. And any one studying there take your money back really the certificate are useless rather stay at home and study.

Organizers should be punished in the first place, but it is not only organizers who has to be blamed. How can a man (its seems to me he is well educated,on that formal dress) like him, believe that anyone can give him job in America only from one job fair interview from Nepal.
My friends, in America also some time it takes more than 2 month to get a decent job. Here we are talking about job not a piece of cake.

Nepalma yesta example thuprai chhan… few years back there was a college (promoted by self declared IT veteran of Nepal) that made false promise of job guarantee after college study completion, and that college is no more in existence today becasue of its collapse just after one year. Rather the students admitted in that college has till third year of their study, first year initial college named transcript, second year (that college collapsed and students are transferred to another college) second college named transcript, and third year (that second year named college was also collapsed and they had to be transferred to the third college) transcript with third college name…
Nepalese are really ‘Naive’ and they believe everything. Actually, our country is run by like this site bloggers(I mean, most of the bloggers here are expert on everything, they do make wonderful comments on each and every issue!!!).
And one more, You can guess, High level commission on IT(HLCIT) was promoting that Horizon(the promoter is so powerful to lure almost any govt agencies official to get their things done on their way) means what type of people sitting on that stupid-run HLCIT……

As far as I remember, this is not a first time New Horizon did it. About two years back, they advertised to employee for about 150 Software Engineers for different companies of India. When people went for interview on their office in Jawalakhel; they did the same. They told that you can get the job but you need to take any of the certification course from New Horizon and cheapest of the certification course was worth 45,000 during that time.
Two of my IT Engineer friends also attended the interview. They asked whether job is confirmed if they took the certification course. New Horizon told that its confirmed on reputed software houses of India like Infosys and Wipro. One of them took the course, but, after completion of the course, they changed their words and told the scheme was valid for last six months only and expired now though the course duration was 9 months. And, there were no provision of expiration after six months on agreement as well.
He also told me, there are more about 50 other people who paid in average of 50,000 to get training from them during that scheme but none of them got the job.
Before this scheme as well, they had announced another scheme for CISCO training, same policy. Advertise for job and market their training courses.
So, this New Horizon should be punished.

This scene is heartbreaking. All the youth has no any expectation from the country. The country is not concern with this regard, the government and the leading political parties are concern about their part and no of ministers in the government.
This is the bad-luck of being a Nepali. We never had a role model political leader who can create a trustworthy environment within the country even though s/he can not fulfil all the desire of the public. The Seven party alliance became a looting group of public fund.
The youth of other countries are motivated toward new research and development, innovation and other extra type of work but we Neplease are always suffering from the minimum requirement of life.
The Organizer seems to be a cheater and put all the youth in dilemma. He should be punished so that other cheater will not dare to repeat such fraud on the days to come.
