चर्को जनदबाब र सडकमा उग्र प्रदर्शनपछि तीन महिनामा तेस्रो पटक इन्धनमा गरिएको मूल्यवृद्धि फिर्ता त भयो, तर यसले सहरमा कस्तो असर छाड्यो त। यो देखाउनका लागि आज म निस्केको छु टेकुदेखि त्रिपुरेश्वरसम्मको यात्रामा।
अहिले म विष्णुमति पुलनजिकै छु। र तपाईँ यहाँको हालत देख्न सक्नुहुन्छ। सडकका सबै डिभाइडरहरु ढालिएका छन्। हलुका छैनन् यी डिभाइडरहरु। तर कहाँबाट शक्ति आउँदो रहेछ भीडलाई कुन्नि ?
अनि यो फोहरलाई हेर्नुस्। कहाँको रिस कहाँ ल्याएर पोखेका ?
सँगैको होर्डिङ बोर्डमा कागबेनी र नेपालको पहिलो बहुतलीय भवन होराइजन्सको विज्ञापन। अब काठमाडौँका भवनहरु पनि युरोपेली स्तरमा पुग्ने भए यो होर्डिङ बोर्ड हेर्दा तर वास्तविकता यहाँ मुनि हेर्नुस्
यो कुनै डम्पिङ साइटको दृश्य हैन। यो त मूल सडक हो। गणेशमान सिंह पथ। टेकुबाट त्रिपुरेश्वर जाने बाटो। किन यहाँ फोहर फ्याँकिएको त ? खै कुन्नि !
हेर्नुस् फोहर फ्याँकिदैछ। अनि फोहरमा प्लास्टिक टिप्नेहरु रमाइरहेका छन्।
अब यो बेहालको दृश्यको फोटो यो विदेशीले खिचेर कस्तो व्याख्या गर्ने होलान् ?
अब यी विद्यार्थीहरुलाई एकछिन ध्यान दिएर हेर्नुस्। यिनीहरु चुपचाप हिँडिरहेका थिए। मेरो क्यामेरा देख्ने बित्तिकै उनीहरु कसरी चिच्याइचिच्याइ नारा लगाउन थाल्छन् भिडियोमा हेर्नुस्
बाटो पूरै अवरुद्ध हुने गरी राखिएका डिभाइडरहरु। अनि फोहर।
एकछिन त्यहाँ बस्दा दुर्गन्धले सहिनसक्नु भो मलाई। आन्दोलनकारीहरुले कसरी सहेका होलान् ?

हेर्दाहेर्दै एउटा एम्बुलेन्स आइपुग्यो। यो एम्बुलेन्सलाई गन्तव्यमा जान कति गार्हो भयो हेर्नुस्। छड्के गरी चलाउँदा चलाउँदा हैरान।
देखिएको कालो चाहिँ पूरै टायरको धुँवा र धुलोको हो। यो यति घातक हुन्छ कि यसले सीधै फोक्सोमा असर पार्छ। यसले क्यान्सर समेत निम्त्याउन सक्छ। त्यसैले त पश्चिमी देशमा फोहर जलाउने भट्टीमा समेत टायर जलाउन अनुमति छैन भन्ने कुरा यिनीहरुले कहिले बुझ्ने ?
एक पटक ध्यान दिएर हेर्नुस् यिनीहरुलाई। यिनीहरु त मजाले पछाडि फर्किएर के गर्दैछन् जस्तो लाग्छ तपाईँलाई ? यिनीहरु माघको जाडोमा आगो तापिरहेका हुन्।
यो होर्डिङ बोर्डमा लेखिएको छ जिउ जिन्दगी रमेर।
आफ्नै स्वास्थ्यमा हानी पुर्याएर के यसरी हो त रमाउने ?

यो अमेरिका र सिंगापुर को कुरा गर्ने साथी हरु ले बुझेर नै यो परिस्थिति को बिस्लेषण गरिरहनु भएको होला/ त्यों तरीका ले बिस्लेषण नगर्नुस/ पहिलेको को सरकार हरु ले पहिले देखि नै नेपाली जनता लाइ अनुदान दिदै आइरहेको किशान को राशायानिक म़ल को अनुदान हटाइयो; फेरी अहिले मुलुक ले धान्न नसक्ने भयो भनेर पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ मा दिदै आइरहेको अनुदान पनी मूल्य समायोजन भन्दै हटाउन लागिरहेको छ/
सब भन्दा पहिला त हामिले यो बुझ्नु पर्ने हुन्छ की अरु कुनै पनी बस्तु मा नदिएको अनुदान पहिला पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ मा किन दिइयो? त्यसको पछाडी राम्रो कारण छ; तर आज किन दिन सकियको छैन यसको पछाडी भयानक डरलाग्दो निस्ससिदो कारण छ/
अत्याबस्यक बस्तु पेट्रोलियम अंतरास्त्रिय बाजार अनुसार मूल्य बढ़नु पर्ने वा घटने हुन्छ/ जून बस्तु को मूल्य अंतरास्त्रिय बाजार अनुसार बढ़ने वा घटने हुन्छ त्यस्तो बस्तु यदि अत्याबस्यक बस्तु हो; र त्यस्तो बस्तु को ब्रिद्दी बाट अरु कुराहरु मा प्रत्क्ष्य मूल्य ब्रिद्दी मा प्रभाब पर्छ भने सरकारले त्यस्तो बस्तु मा अनुदान दिनु पर्ने हुन्छ/ अनी अर्को कारण अंतरास्त्रिय मूल्य अनुसार समायोजन हुनु पर्ने बस्तु मा कमजोर क्रय शक्ति हुने जनताको सरकारले त्यस्तो बस्तु मा अनुदान दिनु आबस्यक हुन्छ/ अमेरिका को जनता होस वा सिंगापुर को जनता होस क्रय शक्ति को तुलना गर्ने हो भने नेपाल मा पेट्रोलियम पधार्थ १ रुपिया मा बेच्यो भने पनी महंगो हुन जान्छ/ एक पटक हिसाब गर्नुस केही तल माथी परला? अनी अमेरिका को कुरा गरेर आन्दोलनकारी लाइ धिक्कार्न मिल्छ?अनी आन्दोलन कारी को जूता चप्पल र फाटेको कपडा हेरेर बिस्लेषण गरेर हुन्छ?
सस्तो कुरा गर्ने हो भने म पनी भनिदिन्छु बिदेशी कपडा लगाउन छोड़; सक्दैनौ भने मोटर साइकल नचढे हुन्छ; कार नचढे हुन्छ; मुलुक को लागी त्यत्ति पनी गर्न सक्दैनौ? १० रुपिया कम पर्ने चप्पल लगाऊ २ लीटर पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ को ब्रिद्दी भएको मूल्य तिर्न पुग्छ/ १००० को जींस छोड़ ९०० को लगाऊ! मुलुक को लागी मान्छे हरु बलिदान हुन्छन्; तिमि हरु २ रुपिया बढ़ी तिर्न सक्दैनौ? धिक्कार छ तिमि नेपाली लाइ भनेर आफैलाई धिकार्न मैले पनी जानेको छू? त्यों पनी एउटा उपाय हो साथी हरु/ तर जींस नलगाउने; मोटरसाईकल नहुने; साइकल पुरानो चड़ने हरुले पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ को मूल्य तिरेर नांगै हिड़ने?
पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ को मूल्य ले हरेक कुरा मा प्रभाब पर्छ; उदाहरण हेर्नुस अमेरिकी साथी हरु; आज एउटा परिबार ले महीना मा ३० लीटर पेट्रोलियम पधार्थ प्रयोग गर्छ; मानिलिनुस आज को मूल्य ६० रुपिया छ; एक महीना म १८०० तिर्छ; भोली ५ रुपिया बध्यो भने १५० मात्र बढ़ी तिर्छ भन्ने तपाई हरुको सोझो द्रिस्ती ले काम चल्दैन; १८०० +१५० गरेर १९५० हुन्छ; अनी भोली काठमांडू मा गाड़ी भाडा बद्छ; प्रतेक दिन कालेज जाने बिद्यार्थी ले दैनिक ३ रुपिया बढ़ी तिर्नु पर्छ; ढुवानी को भाऊ बढ़ने हुना ले नून देखि सुन;तरकारी को भाऊ देखि लिएर सीमेंट बालुवा को समेत मूल्य बढ़ने हुन्छ/ हो त्यही भएर लोकतांत्रिक सरकार ले त्यस्तो बस्तु को मूल्य मा अनुदान दिने हो/ लोकतांत्रिक भनेको ७ दल को शासन भन्ने मात्र हैंन जनताको हित हुने काम र यस्तई कुराको ख्याल गर्ने हरुको शासन हो लोकतंत्र/
हिजो किन सरकार हरु ले अनुदान दियो भन्ने कुरा को कारन त्यही हो माथी भनिसके/ अब किन आज अनुदान खोसिदै छ ;दिन नसकेको हो भन्ने कुरा पनी गरु/ आज राजा पालन गाह्रो भएको जनता लाइ ६०० जनाको सांसद को भरी बोकाउदै छ्न हाम्रा लोकतंत्र का अगुवा हरुले; पेट्रोलियम पदार्ट को मूल्य ब्रिद्दी को बिरोध गर्ने हरु ले त्यों ६०० जना को जम्बो सांसद बनाउने कुरा को किन बिरोध गर्न नसकेका?के नेपाल लाइ ६०० जना कै आबस्यकता खड्केको हो? थोरै बिधायक भएर नै मुलुक को निति निर्माण मा कमजोरी आएको हो? तर त्यों कुराको संगथानिक बिरोध किन हुन सकेंन? किन की त्यों ६०० जना भित्र बिद्यार्थी संगठन का नया नेतृत्व हरुले पनी आशा गर्ने प्रसस्त ठाऊ छ/ नागरिक समाज का बुद्दिजीबी हरु पनी जिब्रो लाल्कार्दै छन/ अनी यस्तो हालत छ देसको; कसरी सरकारले जन्तालाई अनुदान दिने? हेर्नुस अब तल देखि माथी सम्म का नेता हरु को मनोकान्क्षा यस्तो छ कुर्ची बाहेक अरु उनिहरू नदेखने /
धेरै लामो होला हिसाब किताब गर्दा; पछि हिसाब गरौला; यो मुलुक लाइ ३०० जना भन्दा काम बिधायक मात्र भये नपुग्ला? अनी अरु बढ़ी ३०० जना को मासिक हिसाब किताब कोही साथी ले गर्नुस त ल? कमेन्ट मा नै!!!!!!!!
अनी हेर्नुस जनता लाई पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ मा अनुदान दिन पुग्छ की पुग्दैन…….
तर आज घटायो सम्बिधान सभाको चुनाब को कारण हेर्नुस त्यों भोली त जहाँ बढ़ी बढाउछ /
सती ले सरापेको मुलुक”" कसैको भलो हुने वाला चाहि छैन है!!! बुझे हुन्छ/ नेपाल र नेपाली को भलो हुने छाटकाट मेरो नजर ले देखन नसके को हो की……./
काम न काज का रबर स्टाम्प हैसियत का बिधायक हरु आफुले १० लाख अफ्नो इक्षा अनुसार खर्च गर्न नपाये बिधेयक नै पास नगर्ने धमकी सरकारलाई दियर निर्णय गराई सो को ४८ घंटा मा नै रकम बुझी सक्छन/मुलुक भ्रष्टचार को नेट्वोर्क भित्र जकडियको अबस्था छ; सरकार र प्रशासन मा दंड हीनता को अबस्था अति डर लाग्दो छ/ मुलुक संचालन गर्न आम्दानी का श्रोत हरु को अबस्था ठुस गन्हाउने छ/ हो यो कारण ले गर्दा मूल्य बढाउनु परेको हो साशक प्रशासक हरु को गद्दारी; अकर्मण्यता को सजाय जनता लाई दिने कुरा को समर्थन गर्न मिल्छ; सुहाउछ?
केही साथी हरुले त्यों कुरा तीर आखा बंद गरी अमेरिका र सिंगापुर को कुरा गरेको देख्दा त्यों कुरा अली सस्तो लाग्यो/टायर बाल्ने मुला हरु चप्पल लगाएर राजधानी लाइ खरानी बनाएको देखेर साथी हरु ले उनिहरुको टाउको को मूल्य कम देख्नु भएको होला/ दुःख लगेको मलाई पनी छ आन्दोलन को तौर तरीका देखेर/ तथापि मूल्य ब्रिद्दी को समर्थन गर्न गाह्रो भएको छ;/
यदि मुलुक को अर्थ तंत्र ले घुडा टेकन लागेको हो त्यों शर्त मा मूल्य ब्रिद्दी स्वीकार गर्नु नै पर्छ/ त्यों भन्दा पहिला मुलुक लाइ घुडा टेकाउने हरु लाई के गर्ने त्यों आईडिया मेरो सुद्दी मा भने आएको छैन !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What would happen if people did the same thing in developed countries too.
The gas (petrolium) price never remains constant in America; it fluctuates everyday, and not only that, the price varies from one petrol pump to another. I if the price is $3.00 dollars today, it might rise to $3.00 tomorrow or it might sink down to $2.50. and if the price is $3.00 in one little town, the price might be 2.50 in another town. But I have never seen such havoc. Because the governments in all developed countries are STRONG. The governments rule on their people and maintain the basic law and order.
In our country, the government is ruled by the parties, and the parties are ruled by the gun-toting guerillas who can pose any demand because they have literally made the people their hostage. And the gun toting guerillas are controlled by India. The Maoists are nothing but the pawns in the hands of India.
Anyone with a gun can get any demand fulfilled.
It is total lawlessness.
If the government went in the hands of the same Maoists, they would probably shoot the people right on the spot and lay the street with dead bodies. But the present government cannot do anything.
The police cannot act, the army cannot move an inch and the leaders can not think without the approval of the gun-toting guerillas.
The country is going to be another Sikkim in the hands of India. The Maoists will try to seize the power, supported by India and then India will throw the Maoists and take it over.
these anomailies are just the rehearsals.

अझै कुरो नबुझ्नेहरु थुप्रै छन यहाँ त … कुरै नबुझी तेलको भाउ बढाउन नपाईने सोच राख्नेहरुलाई एउटा सुझाब: अफुलाई सरकारमा राखेर हेर्नुस् त एक दिन, कसरी चलाऊनु हुन्छ देश घाटै घाटामा! आयल निगममा हुँदै आएको corruption एक ठाउँमा छ, तर त्यो भन्दैमा संसार भरी बढीरहेको तेलको भाउ नेपाल सरकारले कताबाट subsidy दिने? एकातिर corruption छ, अर्को तिर झन्डै २० बर्ष लामो माओवादी आन्दोलनले ल्याएको दुर्गाती – अनी ऋणमा दुबेको सरकार! के, तेल खानि नेपाल सरकारको बाउको हो र? कि गिरिजाको पारिवारिक सम्पत्ति?
सुकुल्गुण्डा, आलु खाएर पेडाको धाक … आदी इत्यादी – यही मात्र भन्न सक्छु यि बिरोध गर्ने विद्यार्थीहरुको बारेमा। पेट्रोल किन्ने पैसा छैन त किन किन्नु मोटरसाइकल? Public transportation को भाउ बढेमा बिरोध गरे ठिकै हुन्छ, inflation अनुसार तलब बढाउन माग पनि जायज नै हुन्छ। तर बिरोध गर्ने पनि तरिका हुन्छ नि, समय हुन्छ नि!
नेपाल सरकारको पनि दोश नभएको होइन। कुनै पनि परिवर्तन ल्याउनु अघी केही professional debate हुनु पर्छ, परिवर्तन को notice press conference को मार्फत दिनु पर्छ, बिरोध शुरु भईसकेपछी होइन! अली professionalism चहियो नि! पान चपाएर देश चल्दैन!

हाम्रो देश नेपालको राजधानी काठमाण्डौको तस्बिर देखेर आज धेरै खुशी लाग्यो। यस्तै भईरह्योभने हाम्रो देश पनि युरोप जस्तो हुन धेरै दिन पर्खिन पर्दैन होला। म त याहाँ मेरो संसारमा यो तस्बिरहरु हेरिरहेको थिएँ, मेरो एक जना फिलिपिनो साथी आएर (This is Nepal) भनेर सोध्यो अनि मत नेपाल हो भन्न पनि लाज लाग्यो अनि (I Don’t know,I just Seeing this Picture) भनेर उसलाई भनिदिएं। अहिले मेरो एक जना साथीलाई त मैले यसरी झुट बोले तर सबै सँग यसरी झुट बोलेर सकिदैन। कुनैपनि कुराको विरोध गर्नत पाईन्छ, तर साँप पनि मरोस् लठ्ठी पनि नभाँचियोस् भन्ने तरिकाले विरोध गर्नुपर्छ। विरोधले सरकारले गरेको मुल्यब्रिदी फिर्ता गरेर फाईदा त भयो तर त्यो भन्दा बढि नोक्सान भएकोछ।

The long term solution of the petrol problem is to dissolve NOC. It is importing petrol from Indian Oil and selling to us. We are paying a large amount of money to Indian Oil each month; they do not give us any discount or subsidy.
NOC is giving some subsidy to public on some items but the subsidy is our own money. If it was not for fuel subsidy the money could have been used for other development works. So, the subsidy is only political tool and does not actually help people in the long run or help economy in anyway.
Why are we keeping a White Elephent like NOC and letting them involve in corruption? Why should general public bear the burden of NOC’s staff’s huge salary each month?
If we let Indian oil to sell the petrol directly to the pumps, the price benefit and the service we receive far outweigh the subsidy we are getting from NOC. Let our petrol pumps buy fuel direct from Indian Oil. The mediator like NOC is the complication and root of the problem. The marketing theory also tells that shorter the distribution channel, cheaper the price.

What a destiny of Nepal and Nepalese. Why is it destined to rule by in turns by murderers, smuglers, thugs, criminals and rebels and even the poeple those who are ruled are of destructive nature. Which country in the world has moved forward out of destruction. Neat, cleaniness, loving, respect for property and each other consideration and helping each other is heavenly living and politics, management and general public attitude that represents Nepal is really worse than hell. Common people get out this hell and do something useful. Possibly it applies more to so called party leader if there is reason for their existence. Otherwise we have to say why this sort of people came to this world to become burden for everyday. Wouldnot this would have been far better without such maroons.

If people would like to see New Nepal, first violation or conflict method should far from society. It is not only see new Nepal we should see also healthy Nepali people. Because of conflict and destroy most of national budget would go to maintain the damage structure of the country. In this way every thing’s price is going higher to higher. My attention is concerned burning the tyre it could create the cancer and other kind of diseases. it also influencing the people as well as security forces and so on. If people are folliwng the moral duty it will be best weapons to see New Nepal. We should solve the any kind of problem in negotiation table and present government needs such kind of advisors who are not in involve in politics but involve in societal needs of the country.We hope present government could solve the problems one by one without hesitation or bias. Thank you.

पुनश्चः कृपया भ्रममा नपर्नुहोला है। यो फोटो चाहिँ आन्दोलनको बेलाको हो। लोडसेडिङ लगायतका अन्य विविध कारणले यी फोटोहरु तत्काल राख्न नसकिएको हो। अहिले काठमाडौँको स्थिति यस्तो छैन। फोहरहरु उठाइसकिएको छ। डिभाइडरहरु यथास्थितिमा राखिसकिएको छ। तर टायर जलिसकेपछिको कालो धुलोको प्रभाव चाहिँ अझै पनि हटेको छैन। अस्ति नै टायर दनदनी बलेका ठाउँहरुमा अझै पनि गन्ध आइरहेको छ। वरपरका पसलहरु र घरहरुमा त्यो कालो धुलोले निक्कै हैरान पारिरहेको छ। फुटपाथ अझै पनि कालैकालो देखिएको छ। महानगरपालिकाले पानीले पखाल्न थालेको थियो सडक। हिजो टायरको धुलोमा पानी परेर बाटो चिप्लो भएर कति मोटरसाइकल र साइकल ढलेका देखिन्थे। तर अझै पनि कालो हटेको छैन।

I am sorry to say, it’s definitely done by non-resident population of Kathmandu. Those who live there will never harm their own home. Sounds bit communal but that’s the truth, probably Umesh must have found that, not even a single Kathmanduit would be there to Vandalize the streets, not even a single resident would burn tyre. Because they love Kathmandu, they live in Kathmandu. Those who are behind these shameless act are people who recently came or came with their Party Leaders from Jungle.
And all the concequences must be borne by the local residensts, the suffocation from dangerous fumes of burning tyre, the inconvenience caused by these hooligans, the fear of any untoward incidents in their own vicinity.So , local people must unite and forcefully stop these Jungalees from destroying our streets,our locality,our environment and our Kathmandu and YES, our NEPAL!!
