(अपडेट अपराह्न ५२२): अहिले प्रधानमन्त्रीले सम्बोधन गर्दैछन्। प्रधानमन्त्री चुनावको महत्त्वका बारेमा बोलिरहेका छन्। सहमतिका बूँदालाई मन्त्रिपरिषदले तत्काल पास गर्ने र लागू हुने प्रधानमन्त्रीले जानकारी दिए। संविधान सभामा सबैले भाग लिनुपर्ने प्रमको आग्रह थियो। पत्रकार सम्मेलन सकिएको छ।
(अपडेट अपराह्न ५): अहिले बालुवाटारमा सहमतिका बारेमा जानकारी दिन पत्रकार सम्मेलन भइरहेको छ र उपेन्द्र यादव हिन्दीमा बोल्दैछन्। यसअघि महन्थ ठाकुरले सहमतिका बारेमा जानकारी दिँदै आन्दोलन फिर्ता लिएको घोषणा गरे।
(अपडेट १२१५): सरकार र आन्दोलन गरिरहेका मधेसी नेताहरुबीच बल्ल कुरा मिलेको छ। आज दुई पक्षबीच ८ बूँदे सहमति भएको छ। सहमति पत्रमा अहिले केही समयपछि हस्ताक्षर हुने कार्यक्रम रहेको छ। आठ बूँदे सहमति पत्रमा सरकारका तर्फबाट प्रमले र मोर्चाका तर्फबाट मोर्चामा आवद्ध तीन संगठनका प्रमुख महन्थ ठाकुर, राजेन्द्र महतो र उपेन्द्र यादवले हस्ताक्षर गर्दैछन्।
सहमतिपछि प्रमले सम्बोधन गर्ने नगर्ने निश्चित भएको छैन। भनिन्छ मधेसी नेताहरुले माअोवादीसँग शान्ति सहमति भए जस्तो ठूलो कार्यक्रम गरी हस्ताक्षर कार्यक्रम गर्न चाहिरहेका छन्।
जे होस्, अहिलेका लागि खुसीको खबर, आन्दोलन रोकिएको छ र सहमति भएको छ।
सहमतिका बूँदा (Unofficial) Update: आधिकारिक सहमतिका बूँदा हेर्न यहाँ क्लिक गर्नुस्
सरकार र संयुक्त मधेसी मोर्चावीच निम्नानुसारको सहमति भएको छ । यस सहमतिलाई संवैधानिक, कानुनी र राजनीतिक तवरबाट कार्यान्वयन गराउने जिम्मेवारी नेपाल सरकारको हुनेछ ।
1 मधेसको शान्तिपूर्ण आन्दोलनका क्रममा मारिएकाहरुलाई शहीद घोषणा गर्ने, हालसम्म राहत नपाएका, अङ्गभङ्ग भएकाहरुलाई उचित राहत राज्यले उपलब्ध गराउने छ । यसैक्रममा जारी आन्दोलनमा घाइते भएकाको उपचारसम्बन्धी खर्चको व्यवस्था, मारिएकालाई शहीद घोषणा गरी आश्रित परिवारलाई रु. दश लाखका दरले राहत उपलब्ध गराउने तथा गिरफ्तार व्यक्तिहरुलाई यथाशीघ्र रिहा गरिनेछ ।
2. मधेसी जनताको स्वायत्त मधेस प्रदेशको चाहना साथै अन्य क्षेत्रका जनताको स्वायत्त प्रदेशसहितको संघीय संरचनाको आकांक्षालाई स्वीकार गरी नेपाली संघीय लोकतान्त्रिक गणतन्त्र राज्य हुनेछ । संघीय संरचनामा केन्द्र र प्रदेशका वीच स्पष्ट रुपमा शक्तिको बाँडफाँड सूचिको आधारमा गरिने छ । प्रदेशहरु प्रादेशिक सूची अनुसार पूर्णरुपले स्वायत्त र अधिकारसम्पन्न हुनेछन् । नेपालको सार्वभौमिकता, एकता र अखण्डतालाई अखण्डतालाई अक्षुण्ण राख्दै केन्द्र र प्रदेशका सूचीहरुको पूर्ण विवरण र अधिकारको बाँडफाँड संविधानसभाबाट निर्धारण गरिनेछ ।
3.संविधानसभा सदस्य निर्वाचन ऐन २०६४ को दफा ७ को उपदफा १४४ मा रहेको २0 प्रतिशतको वर्तमान कानुनी व्यवस्थालाइ ३0 प्रतिशतमा वृद्धि गरिनेछ ।
४ सुरक्षा अंगलगायत राज्यका सबै निकायहरुमा मधेसी, आदिवासी, जनजाति, महिला, दलित, पिछडिएको क्षेत्र, अल्पसंख्यक समुदायको समानुपातिक प्रतिनिधित्व गर्न गरी सरकारले आगामी नियुक्ति र बढुवाहरु गर्नेछ ।
५. नेपाली सेनालाई राष्ट्रिय र समावेसी बनाउन मधेसी लगायत अन्य समुदायको प्रवेशलाई सुनिश्चित गरिनेछ ।
६. यो सहमतिसँगै नेपाल सरकार तथा संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेसी राष्ट्रिय मोर्चा तराईमा आन्दोलनरत सबै समूहहरुलाई वार्तामा आउन आग्रह गर्दै वार्ताबाट सबै समस्या समाधान गर्न आग्रह गर्दछ । यसका साथै आगामी चैत्र 28 गतेको संविधानसभा निर्वाचन शान्तिपूर्ण, हिंसामुक्त, निश्पक्ष्ा स्वच्छ र भयमुक्त वातावरणमा सम्पन्न गर्न सबैलाई अपिल गर्दछौं । यसको लागि तत्कालै अनुकूल वातावरण बनाउन आवश्यक कदम चालिने छ ।
७. सरकार र मधेसी जनअधिकार फोरमवीच भएको २२ बुँदे पूर्व सम्झौता अनुरुप बन्दी राखिएकाहरुको यथाशिघ्र , फोरम लगायत अन्य मधेसी नेता कार्यकर्ताहरुमाथि लगाइएका मुद्दाहरु अविलम्ब फिर्ता गर्ने तथा बाँकी सम्झौताका बूँदाहरु अविलम्ब कार्यान्वयन गरिने छ ।
८. संयुक्त लोकतान्त्रिक मधेसी मोर्चाको आह्वानमा जारी रहेका आन्दोलनका सबै कार्यक्रमहरु तत्काल प्रभावदेखि फिर्ता लिइएको छ ।

Finally this things come to an end.But one thing is that this all maag had been already fullfilled before 1 year.So all the nation people should be carefull who is playing in our country.

After long discussion, now we can assume that there will be election on April 10. I wish all the best for incoming election. The election must be held on scheduled date at any cost. If only peace prevails in Nepal then everything would be ok by itself. Nepalese people are able to do anything good, and they don’t need any leader if there is peace in Country. Now, I have doubt about this news about the agreement between government and agitating madheshi parties because no other news organization has reported about the agreement. It would be nice to wait until the agreement is finalized before breaking the news.

Dear Umeshji,
Thanks for the good news. But, until the agreement is not signed I have still doubt. Because these madheshi leaders are always putting some new demands. As we know that they did not have a point in their earlier demand about group appointment of madheshi people in Nepal Army, now they have this new demand in their list. Who knows they will put another new demand and break the negotiation.

Finally, it has been proved the madeshi andolan didn;t get any more thing from this agreement. The main demands of ONE MADESH backed by indian imperilist was dragged by govenment which was the real game behind the scene. The federal setup was already assigned in interim consitution with the provision of modality, sharing power etc will be decided by constituional assemby.
Can you so called indian ledear of madeshi soil answer the people ” WHY IS YOUR ANDOLAN AND WHAT YOU ACHIEVE BESIDE SOME MORE KILLINGS”.

The Kathmandu had its fault for centralizing everything within itself, which tagged the Madhesi people as foreigners.
After seeing all this disaster, its hard to say that only fighting for rights was the prime objective of Madhesi politicians but the recent agreement is encouraging.
Rather than waiting for how our politicians agree or disagree, its time that the citizens of Nepal know their physical and social territory and try to bind everything within it together with political and social reformation.

Yes it is good news. Without compromise our nation cannot go ahead. PM is only person who could take this country on right track. It means New Generartion should learn the lesson from 86 years old PM work patterns and so on. In any way nobody could do(decide) such disintegration of this country. but we should do dicentrilization of power in region wise.Second work of Girija Babu will be to continue the cultural king concept. We do not need powerfull monarchy we need space of monarchy in this country which monarchy could always cultural concept (cultural monarchy).
