नेताहरुका चुनावी भाषण, दुर्घटना जस्ता कुरा कति गर्ने ? एकै किसिमका समाचार हुन्छन् आजभोलि त पत्रपत्रिकामा पनि। बरु विज्ञापन रोचक हुन्छन्। सोमबारको ‘कान्तिपुर’ हेर्दै गर्दा दुई वटा रोचक विज्ञापन देखेँ, जुन तपाईँसमक्ष बाँड्दैछु। यो विज्ञापनको विषयमा टिप्पणी गर्ने काम तपाईँहरु कै। मैले नबुझेका कुरा बुझाइदिने जिम्मा पनि तपाईँ कै।
पहिलो विज्ञापनले भन्छ- साइप्रस अध्ययन गर्न जानका लागि भिसा चाहिँदैन, खर्च पनि लाग्दैन। नो भिसा नो एक्सपेन्सबाट सोझो रुपमा बुझिने कुरो त्यही हो।
ग्रिक सिप्रियट्स र टर्किस सिप्रियट्स गरी साइप्रस सिंगै दुई टुक्रामा विभाजित भएको अवस्थामा आफ्नै देशभित्र जान आउन त भिसा लिनुपर्ने हो कि के हो, के हो, नेपालीलाई भिसा चाहिँदैन भनेर पो भन्छन् बा।
हेर्नुस् विज्ञापन-
तलपट्टी फेरि हाइ भिसा सक्सेस रेट पनि भनेको रहेछ। नो भिसा भनिसकेपछि फेरि किन सक्सेस रेट चाहिएको होला ? यो नादानले केही बुझ्न सकेन। कतै नो भिसा, नो एक्सपेन्स, यस भिसा, ढाडै सेकिने एक्सपेन्स त भन्न खोज्या हैन ?
अब अर्को विज्ञापन हेरौँ, यो झन् रोचक छ। यो विज्ञापन पढेर मैले बुझेको कुरा-
डेनमार्क र जर्मनीमा त्यहीँको परिवारसँग बस्न, काम गर्न र पढ्न सुविधा पाइने रहेछ। त्यसका लागि त्यो परिवारले नै भाषा सिक्न लाग्ने पैसा तिर्ने रहेछ, बस्न खान पनि निःशुल्क हुने रहेछ, स्वास्थ्य बीमा, यातायात खर्च पनि उनीहरुले नै बेहोर्ने रहेछन्, २६० देखि ३३८ युरो अर्थात् २५ हजारदेखि ३३ हजार नेपाली रुपैयाँ पकेट मनी पनि दिने रहेछ, नेपाल फर्कने टिकट पनि उनीहरुले नै जुटाइदिने रहेछन्, थप अध्ययनका लागि सहायता पनि गर्ने रहेछन्, उनीहरु घुम्न जाँदा पनि लिएर जाने रहेछन्, थप बोनस, गाडी आदि सुविधा पनि दिने रहेछन्।
अनि त्यसो गर्न के योग्यता हुनुपर्ने रहेछ त?
युवती, त्यो पनि १८ देखि २९ वर्षभित्रको हुनुपर्ने रे,
विवाह गरेको हुन नहुने अर्थात् कुमारी हुनुपर्ने रे, (विहे भइसकेकी भए के बिग्रन्छ रे, त्यो त उनीहरु नै जानुन्)

I would like to draw your attention over articles published by katipur daily on 4 march, we are group of nepalese people had commeted over the advertisement as others; we saw your comments only on our comment but not uttering even a bit word aginst such fake advertisement which/who could lure the jobless youth and collect the easy money do not mind shame on you becoz supported indirectly this type agents/brokers ( involve in human trafficking) .Mr sagar you told us “frusted people from europ…” we are not frusted people but we realize its burning reality in Europe not easy to get job and make money. the advertisement is for Au-Pair. It is quite common in western world. Actually, I heard there are few Nepali au-pair in Denmark. It is like living with a family here and most of the au-pair look for the family children. In case of exploitation, I don’t think it happens, at least in Scandinavia. The issue about exploitation comes due to the previous experience of Gulf. I think this could be a good opportunity for Nepali ladys to see a western society very closely. But those institutes should not charge heavy money.

I have written almost all the comment above i have not much say the first advertisement
But regarding the second ad there may be some dalal to do this type of job but what i want to explain is please dnt take it negatively it is world wide porgramme where any one can go under 29 of age boy or girl. The visa is called Resident visa which is similar to work permit and the programme is called Au pair means one can help the family with some household work not more than 8 hours a day, have a brek in weekend one can do some part time jobs in weekend, go out with the host family, join any language courses if other than english, learn about the lifestyle and culture there, you can live and eat with family etc. but the other facilities in advertisement is prvided depending upon the host family and candidate. and Germany, France Austria and Uk are the famouse for thes programme as they called as similar to cultural exchange and the money you geting is they give as pocket money.
But it is not like PIMP there may be some but u ask the agent or apply directly if u know any family they can send a offer letter to you.
And please dnt say it Prostitute as it is not an normaly embassy will not issue a visa if the host family is single person they must be married an they need to show the income sources as they need to provide all the accomdation and food. ANd the visa is for six month an you can extend for another six month if u want more to stay. You can also change the family if they try to cheaqt u or u can go to court as well it is not mouslim country where is no justise for the girl they need three to four person witnes to get justise in rape cases. So please dnt think that it is europe.
If any one want to go for this programm u are welcome to ask me i m happy to help u ppl as i have spent a year in Europe for the same program. dnt ask the country as i dnt want to disclose here.

On one side, they print the news about thousands of nepalies beeing cheated in the name of foregin education and thousands beeing breated and raped in the name of foregin jobs.
On the other side, They print advertisement of such a manpower companies and educational instute.
don’t they have moral and ethical responsiblity to verify the advertisment they publish in their news paper.

So far I understood, its actually the advertisement for prostitutes who want to earn money at any cost. The advertiser can not say the thing clearly due to legal constraints. So they twisted the matter in this form and tried to attract such mass.

Now I want to comment on deven’s comment.from his comment i feel like he is frustrated from europe. One thing I want to make it clear. In germany there is no such rules for foreigners, and there is no such racism as told by deven. Do u know anything deeply about germany or europe. I think you are staying in eurpoe illegally thats why u found its difficult to live in europe. In the case of Germany, if u get work after your studied in your own field then after two years time you will get Germany’s permanent residency. They havent made any such rules for asian. And about the security, as far as i experience, Germany have the most secured life. I think deven and other guys who he include their name in his comment my be living in europe hiding from police and they dont know the fact about europe. if you want to know more about germany I am happy to let you know as far as i know.

second adv is true and is for Au pair work as mention by sagar mohan, germany.
But in the advertised, the advertiser did not mention the type of work one need to do, neither clearly written post. So though there is some reality about the program, the advertiser(manpower beuro) tried to hide/mislead the person by not giving clear nature of program.

i think the ad is right to some extent…because the family sponsor the girls for taking care of childrens in the house..this is popular job for the philipinos here in europe….so rather than criticizing maybe we should encourage them…please do not just criticize others just by looking att the ads please do some research and try to find out the truth inside it as it is said DO NOT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER… it is possible that nepali dalals could try to hussle more money from the candidates but the truth is these kinds of jobs are available here it would be really great if there would be some fair organization for this purpose……and please do not be so hypocritic and think negative when they give the job offers to unmarried young girls…….do no talways think negative it is in europe and any kinds of wrong doing to girls are not tolerated here…so mr umesh and mysansar crew please do some research before publishing such article…who knows maybe just by the effect of mysansar maybe the candidates wil not go to apply so do not always think what u think is right….

There was someone in the forum, who posted the telephone number and name of the organizer.
Is this what we mean by democracy? The ad may be fraud, but without doing much research and strong evidence, its not good to blame someone publicly.
It is better if instead of just posting and commenting on something, we first get some good evidence like testimonials of those who suffered.

The best way to find what they mean through advertisement is to enquire from the concerned advertisers. I find no problem with the first advertisement. They mean to say that if visas are not issued to the students, they don’t have to loose any money as far some other countries like USA, UK, Australia etc. when someone applies for student visa, he or she need to loose big money. What they are offering is ok for me. As I do not have any idea about the second advertisement, I can not comment on that.
It is always better to get confirmed with the concern people (advertiser) before we publish to the people.

I want to comment on the second ad. about going to Germany. Yeah, as far as I know that ad. is true. Yo kasto khal ko ho bhaneni, baby sitter ho..teslai Germany ma Au-Pair Visa ma aayeko bhanera bhancha…actually testo visa ma aaune le ghar ma bachha matra herne kam ho tyo pani din ko limited time matra..may be for 8 hrs or something like that..ani jun ghar ma kam garna gayeko tehi ghar ma basne, khane ani tini haru jata ghumna janchan tetai sangai janeho..tara tyo visa bhaneko matra 1 year ko huncha ani tyo one year ko time ma bahira katai pani kam garna payidaina. language gharmaliklenai padai dincha. tara 1 year sakiyepachi further padnako lagi aafaile try garna parcha tara tini haru le pani help garna sakchan college khojnako lagi tara tyo garna tini haru lai jaruri chaina…bidako pani bebasta huncha.weekend ma bida huncha..general ma bhanda ramrai huncha..

I have been living in Cyprus since 7 years. And i know how hard it is to survive here with a status of a student.
First of all, no one should go through the agents inorder to study abroad, instead one should process by himself or herself as the world on internet has made the world as if a small room.
Every colleges and Universities do response promptly on any queries.
Regarding Cyprus, Non of the Asians can enter without a VISA. Do not beleive in what do the agents say. Those on Visitor visa could 99% be deported from the airport. Even some student visas only after thoroughly checked will be let in from the airport.
You should consider yourself lucky if you find any job here. Students are not allowed to work and if caught working, have to face deportation. And the employer will be heavily fined or even jailed. So under this circumstances, most of the students return back to Nepal or stop studying and stay illigally.
Eventhough, some luckiest ones, have survived and are doing good. Afterall it depends on one’s luck and smartness isn’t it?

Can Nepal Government or Police department try to investigate over the second advertisement? It clearly gives sense of human traffiking.
I am sure if police investigate into this matter they will come to be an illegal woman traffiker.
If anyone in Home Ministry read this news should be sensible enough to investigate that institute to uncover their true illegal ‘pimping’ business

These are the great advertisements. They show how blatantly we are fooling people. Well, our government is helpless. It needs to pay 1 million if anyone dies. And give job to the families and education to the kids. Government is nothing beside tax rip off to connection less people in the country. But the so called “responsible” media house of Nepal – Kantipur Private limited publishes such advertisement without any remorse. Does Kantipur have any responsibility for carrying such ads in its pages? At current scenario I question Kantipur not just government and those thugs who are fooling the illeterate Nepali people who don’t think. Well, Nepali were never taught to think. Those who do were just gifted because of the circumstances.

But I bet second add is a bit dodgy. And the fact thay they are asking for unmarried girls between 18-29 years age makes it pretty clear what they are upto. These type of add should have never been published by reputed publishing house in the first place.

about the first one it doeant mean that you dont need visa to go there. it means, no visa no charges. that means, you dont have to pay any money to that agent if you dont get visa. so it is just marketing strategy.
but the 2nd one is really pimp. he has to be arrested im not kidding.

this is the examples of only two institutes…if you see the daily newspapers there are lots and lots of such adds. The government should take some actions against such rubbish ads which may misguide the readers.
While i was reading the kantipur paper in website i came across few of the ads of the schools and colleges of kathmandu which stated that the lecturers are of international standard from UK, US and Australia….what does international standard means and even it was written that the college had got the international affiliations…Does this mean that if a college has got the international affiliation then the degree certificate would be given by those international universities or do the students can study in those international universities in minimised cost??? As far as I know none of above is the perspective of being a student of a college which is affilated to international universities.
I think all these stuffs are the business policies only to attract the students….i have seen some colleges which are built in two storyed houses and call themselves as the college of international standard…so the government or the concerned body should think about it and there should be a kind of limiations on the advertisement publication
