अपडेटः लड्ने र लडाउने काममा माहिर खुमबहादुर खड्काले संविधान सभाको निर्वाचनमा लड्ने कि नलड्ने हो भनेर आफै निधो गर्न सकेका रहेनछन्। आज दिनभरमा उनको बोली पटक पटक फेरियो। राजा जोगाउने अभियानमा लागेका खड्काले संविधान सभाको निर्वाचन नै चैत २८ बाट सार्ने कोशिश गरेका थिए। तर त्यसमा असफल भएपछि उनले आफ्नै दाङ क्षेत्र नम्बर एकको निर्वाचन भए पनि सार्ने प्रयास गर्दै ‘म भाग लिन्न क्यारे’ भनी घुर्की देखाए। त्यसमा पनि कसैले बाल नदिएपछि बाध्य भएर उनी फेरि निर्वाचनमा भाग लिने भन्न थालेका छन्। भोलि फेरि अर्को जिब्रोले के बोल्ने हो ?
अपडेटः दाङ हत्याकाण्डपछि चर्किएको तनावका बीच दाङ १ का काँग्रेस उम्मेदवार खुमबहादुर खड्काले आफ्ना कार्यकर्ताको सुरक्षा नभएको भन्दै चुनावमा भाग नलिने घोषणा गरेका छन्। जिल्ला निर्वाचन कार्यालयले भने कुनै उम्मेदवारले भाग नलिँदैमा चुनाव नसारिने बताएको छ।

दाङको लमहीमा हिजो भएको घटनामा मर्नेको संख्या सात पुगेको छ। अहिलेसम्म ६ जनाको सनाखत भइसकेको छ भने एक जनाको सनाखत हुन बाँकी छ। संविधान सभाअगाडि भएको यो घटनाले आपसी अविश्वास बढाउने अपशगुन देखिएको छ।
यसैबीच, आजै एक पत्रकार सम्मेलनको आयोजना गरी सञ्चारमन्त्री कृष्णबहादुर महराले आफ्नो सुरक्षार्थ खटिएका सशस्त्र प्रहरीलाई फिर्ता गरेको बताएका छन्।
पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा उनले सशस्त्र प्रहरीको स्थापना नै माअोवादीलाई तह लगाउन खुमबहादुर खड्का गृहमन्त्री भएको बेला गरिएको र त्यति बेलैदेखि आफूहरुलाई यसमा विश्वास नभएको अनि हिजो माअोवादी कार्यकर्ता चढेको गाडीमा सशस्त्र प्रहरीले नै अन्धाधुन्ध गोली चलाएर हत्या गरेकोले यसको पुष्टि भएको बताएका छन्।
काँग्रेसभित्रका राजावादी भनेर चिनिने खुमबहादुर खड्का कै निर्देशनमा यस्तो घटना गराइएको आरोप उनले लगाएका छन्।
माअोवादी मरेको मर्यै
उता सुर्खेतमा आज पनि प्रहरीको गोलीले एक माअोवादीको मृत्यु भएको छ। सुर्खेतमा एमाले उम्मेदवारको हत्या भएपछि उत्पन्न तनावका क्रममा प्रहरीको चौकी आक्रमण गर्न खोज्नेमाथि गोली चलाइएको प्रहरीले बताएको छ।
हिजो भएको हत्याको विरोधमा मेहलकुना बजारमा भएको विरोध प्रदर्शनको क्रममा प्रहरीको गोली लागी मेहलकुना ३ निवासी गोपाल नेपालीको घटनास्थलमै मृत्यु भएको हो। मृतक नेपाली आफ्नो कार्यकर्ता भएको नेकपा (माओवादी)ले बताएको छ।
त्यस्तै सोही घटनाको विरोधमा छिन्चुमा भएको विरोध प्रदर्शनमा नेकपा (एमाले)का दुई कार्यकर्ता घाइते भएका छन् । उनीहरूलाई उपचारका लागि नेपालगन्ज मेडिकल कलेजमा लगिएको छ ।
विरोधको क्रममा सुर्खेतको विभिन्नस्थानमा प्रहरीको तीन र दुइ एम्बुलेन्ससमेत गरी एकदर्जन गाडी तोडफोड भएको छ ।
मृतक एमाले उम्मेदवार ऋषिप्रसाद शर्मा आफैलै प्रतिक्रियावादीहरुले आफू वा माअोवादी उम्मेदवारको हत्या गर्ने षड्यन्त्र हुनसक्ने बताउँदै आएका थिए।
चुनावको घोषणा भइसकेपछि मर्ने माअोवादीको संख्या चुनावको मुखसम्म आइपुग्दा निकै बढ्न पुगेको छ। माअोवादीका तर्फबाट कुट्ने, पिट्ने धम्क्याउने जस्ता कुराहरु भए पनि मार्ने नै घटना भने अहिलेसम्म भएको छैन।
आशा गरौँ, यस्ता घटनाले शान्ति प्रक्रियामा असर पार्ने छैन।

I don’t think police and APF have so easily forgotton killing of several thousands of their comrades death by Maoist. Politicians like GP Koirala and Sher Bdr. Deuba has forgotton that they were the one who declared Maoist as terriorist but I dont think police, APF and Army personnel has forgotten their friends and comrades death. So, these incidents are not unexpected.

Khum Bahadur Khadga former Home Minister roaming with selected police guards whom he hired when he was Minster killed seven people and many injured. No one in his entourage was hurt. This means it was one sides shooting. This is bad. Old Corrupted Guard who have amassed millions of dollars not rupees should be allowed to rum with such strong protection by the police. It appears the Congress in using the police to protect themselves and not other parties. Police should protect all the candidates not just the Congress who have agreed to maintain the king if they win the election. If there will be any turmoil tomorrow the congress will have to be blamed.
