स्वदेशमा राजनीतिक अस्थिरता र अवसरको कमीलाई कारण देखाएर विदेश भासिनेहरुको पहिलो रोजाई हो- अमेरिका। उता जे-जे काम गरेर फर्किए पनि अमेरिका रिटर्नरहरुलाई सेलिब्रेटी ठान्ने यताको सामाजिक वास्तविकता बुझेका युवाहरु अझै पनि अमेरिका भनेपछि हुरुक्क हुन्छन्। तर, राम्रो पढाइका कारण अमेरिकी विश्वविद्यालयबाट छात्रवृत्ति पाएका युवाहरु अमेरिकालाई ‘ड्रिमल्यान्ड’ हैन ‘करिअरल्यान्ड’ भन्न रुचाउँछन्। युनिभर्सिटी अफ न्यू अर्लिन जान लागेका दीपङ्कर शाक्यले सुनाए- ‘गर्व नेपाली भएकोमा हो, अमेरिका त करिअरल्यान्ड मात्रै हो।’
दीपङ्करको सोच छ- पीएचडीसम्म अध्ययन गर्ने र केही डलर लिएर नेपाल फर्किने। ‘ड्याडहरुले बैंङ्क खोल्ने भन्दै हुनुहुन्छ आउन त यतै आउने हो’- ललितपुर पुल्चोकका स्थानीयबासीले भने। अमेरिका उड्नुभन्दा अगाडि एउटा जमघटमा दीपङ्करसँगै भेटिएका थिए मनीसोटा स्टेट युनिभर्सिटीका सागर र ग्रायाम्बिलिङका राजन पनि। ‘अमेरिका जाँदा र नजाँदा अरु कुरामा फरक पर्ला जस्तो लाग्दैन पढाइको क्वालिटी मात्रै अलग हो’- ललितपुरको टीकाथलीका सागरले सुनाए। ‘यताको पढाई टेक्स्टबेस हुन्छ, उता क्रिएटिभ। फरक त्यति मात्रै हो।’
महाराजगञ्जस्थित अमेरिकी दूतावास अगाडि एकछिन बस्ने हो भने भिसा पाएकोमा खुशीका आँसु र नपाएकोमा दुःखका आँसु बगाउने नेपालीहरु प्रशस्तै भेटिन्छन्। तर, यी तीन युवाहरु अमेरिकी भिसाप्रति मरिहत्तै नगरेको बताउँछन्। ‘अमेरिका पढ्न जाने भन्दैमा एकदमै गौरव गर्नुपर्ने केही छैन’- सागरले भने। राम्रो पढ्नु ठूला कुरा हो। अभिभावकको रेखदेख बाहिर पुगेपछि युवाहरुको जीवन अझ स्वतन्त्र बन्नेछ। यी तीनले बुझेका छन् त्यहाँ संघर्ष र जिम्मेवारी पनि उत्तिकै हुनेछ। ‘मस्ति त यहाँ हो। त्यहाँ अभिभावक हुँदैनन्, रेस्पन्सिब्लिटी बढ्छ’-महेन्द्रचुली गाविस, काभ्रेका राजनले भने।
अमेरिका उड्न लागेका युवाहरुको सुझाव छ- इन्टरनेटमा बसेर स्कलरसिप प्रदान गर्ने युनिभर्सिटी खोज्ने क्षमता राख्ने एवं राम्रा कन्सल्टेन्सीको सेवा लिने छात्रवृत्तिका दुई पूर्व प्रक्रिया हुन्। टोफल, स्याटका लागि त विद्यार्थी आफैँ प्रतिभावान हुनै पर्छ। तर, अधिकांश कन्सल्टेन्सीहरुले राम्रो अंक ल्याएका विद्यार्थीलाई समेत पैसा तिराउन बाध्य गराउने गरेका छन्। इन्टरनेटमा धेरै समय बिताउनेले कन्सल्टेन्सी धाइरहनु पर्दैन। ‘कन्सल्टेन्सीहरुले परम्परागत ढर्राको काम गरेर अब हुँदैन। नेपाली विद्यार्थीहरुको स्तर धेरै माथि पुगिसकेको छ। स्कलरसीपका लागि काम गर्न सक्नुपर्छ’- अगस्ट सेसनमा मात्रै १ सय ७० जना विद्यार्थीलाई अमेरिका पठाएको दीक्षा इन्टरनेशनलका शेखर आचार्य भन्छन्।- कृष्ण ढुंगाना

May be because american education is meant for america not for Nepal. So, these highly trained or educated people fail to employ their knowledge in Nepal(I mean in the Practical field) so they end up as gufadi teachers. कसैले सुनेकोछ अमेरिकाबाट फर्किएको ईन्जिनियरले नयाँमोडेलको Turbine Develop गर्यो अथवा नेपालको शहर वा गाउँ लाई फाईदाहुने कामगर्यो भनेर।

It must include Institution and Industry participation and most important thing is technology and knowledge transfer from upper generation. नत्र किताब मात्रको ज्ञानले कहिलेपनी levelup हुँदैन। किनभने everyone knows the books we studied were published some 20-30 years back.on the other hand nepalese industries always ask for 3-4 years experienced workers when you see their vaccancy announcement. Nobody
is ready to transfer knowledge.
Here in Japan the University education is not so, good except some Universities. But, still Japanese people have been successful in maintaining their first rank in products like Automobile
Electronics, Camera,etc. That is all because the retiring generation

Dear those who want to come to the U.S.
America is a land of dolors is a myth. If you come with scholarship for either masters or Ph.D.,depending on which school you will join, you will receive 1000 dollar and 1400 dollar per month as stipend, respectively. Also, they will waive your tuition fee. In this case, you may be able to save 200-300 dollar per month.
If you are on self (paying yourself) the story is deadly, hopeless and hellish. Here is why:
First, you can’t work more than 20 hours per week. Second, if you work, you got to do it in secret. Third, even if you work for 40 hours per week, what about your school study–homework, class presentation, papers writing, exams, finals.
Further, the amount you make per hour ranges from 6.30 dollar an hour to 8.00 maximum. In this case, you will end up earning 1000 dollar per month. You got to pay 4000–6000 dollar for tuition per semester. So all you make is gone. What about food and lodging.
If you come to private schools like Boston college, and Johns Hopkins, you got to pay 30,000 dollar per year which is not imaginable.
Those who have been here for the Undergraduage study, work 3 months in a year which is called the summer vacation. They work from eight a.m. in the morning to 2 a.m next day. Non stop. That way they manage to earn eight to nine thousand. With that money they survive.
It’s not easy to study in the U.S. Study hard and grab the scholarship. Please do not come in self-paying situation. This is true. I am serious.

i strongly feel that if you really want what you want then i am sure there will be no barrier of language or anything else in europe. But you should have strong desire and should be hard working that all.
never come to europe for undergradute but if you come for graduate specially for engineering field you can get better job after your graduate.

I agree with everything except the consultancy part. Why does anyone need to spend moeny to the consultancies to find a school and get admission, possibly scholarships (TA/RA’s are matter of how good one’s background is in the field and whether a prof prefers him/her)??
Any information that is required to get to a school in USA is there in internet,,So i cannot understand why we still need a middleman for what we have to do. It just shows that the person is incapable of doing it on his own(display of incompetence and lack of self confidence).

What a Joke. This is the greatest joke of ever. Nobody will return unless they are Kicked out. Everybody will say this thing before they come over here. I had not even heard or seen anybody returned from America(if they returned then they are most probably Kicked out). Education of Nepal is far more better than America. I would suggest nobody to come over here in Student Visa. Please do not come as a student unless you are a Master’s or PHD student with lots of scholarship. Finish your study over there in Nepal and come here to work on H1B visa. Thats the best. Nowadays there are lots of Nepalese company in US who can hire Nepalese who had completed there Masters in Nepal or Bachelor might work if it is 4 years.

I came 2 usa last year for my higher study .During one year of period of time I have found that USA is better for lucky and laborious people .It is not a same what we think in Nepal.It is really hard to establish yourself.These days I am with my wife and I still remember what I faced first two month.In my experience you must have followings,
1. Sufficient money for 6 months(U must buy cars in most of the cities of usa and apartment rent in advance which may go upto 1100 us$/month ) or
2. sufficient schlorship from university.
3. Strong financial family background if not you have to work as one of the worst labor.

Whats the reality of Europe specially for Nepalese
What i heard some of the consultancy in ktm they prefer the denmark for study and they say so many fake things about earning and other things even they donot know single things about denmark they are 100 percent fake they sending many students from ktm how is the condition they have here in copenhagen and other places of Denmark. they invested 10-15 lakhs they can study one year they cannot dream to earn 15 lakhs in one year they should be ready for the another years fees payment how they are pending ………….
Besides that people are very soft, peaceful but intelligent in europe specially nordic country like sweden, Denmark, finland, norway they use languages can understand each other even all the europian has their own and different languages…first time people inconvenience with the language and mostly they donot like to speake english in public area, About transportation and houses, road are clean and wide, 24 hours transportation service, train service is very strong and great in copenhagen houses are very beautiful as we never have seen in Nepal just in capital but in the villege like: Randers,Esbjerg, …….all the people.. have red chicks, worlds beautiful girls, In winter leaves changes into white, thick snow and summer ferie travel days they go to new york, baali, thailand and others, EU standard is
very high and expensive , we canot meet in 1 percent with their life style.
When you come first you feel very peaceful not like dubai people are peace and quite that’s very far away from Nepalese lifestyle hope nepali people takes 500 years to reach the European life they have some crisis with the Muslims many people don’t like Muslims in Denmark sometimes people feel discriminated with the black haired people who resides from other countries….
What we can do in coming days
As earning of Denmark is quite satisfactory but system for works very strongly here and visa extension, college study and works mostly each individual cannot carry altogether in same time.
So please there has many nepali people coming to denmark and there has already more then 2000 so it is so hard life for nepali they can’t imagine as they think in Nepal so please consider them and then try to be honour life in future.
