काठमाडौँका ताहाचल निवासी दुई किशोर १४ वर्षका आशिष मानन्धर र १५ वर्षका रितेश रौनियार नोभेम्बर १५ तारिखदेखि हराइरहेका थिए। एक जनाको भर्खर ब्रतबन्ध सकिएको थियो। साथमा केही हजार पैसा थिए। आफन्तजनले सोचेका थिए, त्यही पैसा लिएर कतै घुम्न गएका होलान्। घरमा फर्केर आउँदा दुई तीन झापड लगाउने विचार थियो मानन्धरकी आमाको।
अस्तिको दिन टेलिभिजन च्यानलहरुले थानकोटमा दुई किशोरको शव भेटिएको ब्रेकिङ न्युज दिन थाले। आफन्तहरु त्यहाँ पुगेर हेर्दा त यस्तो देखे। ती विभत्स शव तिनै हराइरहेका किशोरहरुको रहेछ। कसले, कुन प्रयोजनले उनीहरुको हत्या गर्यो सुइँकोसम्म पाउन सकिएको छैन अहिलेसम्म। तर आठै बजे बजार सुनसान हुने गरी पसलहरु बन्द गराएर शान्ति सुरक्षा देशमा सुध्रँदै गरेको दावी गरिरहेको सरकार अनि गृह प्रशासनप्रतिको आक्रोश सर्वसाधारणले सडकमा पोखे। हिंसात्मक प्रदर्शन भए हिजो कलंकी, कालिमाटी, बल्खु र त्यस आसपासका क्षेत्रमा। झडप भयो प्रहरीसित। फोडिए कयौँको गाडी। एम्बुलेन्ससमेत बचेनन्। विगत १३ दिनमा भएको यो चौथो बन्द हो काठमाडौँमा।
कठै, यी किशोरहरुलाई कुन पापीले हत्या गरेछ नि !
नागरिक संघर्ष समितिको आह्वानमा काठमाडौँका केही क्षेत्र प्रभावित हुने गरी हिजो र आज पनि बन्द भएको हो। आज त प्याब्सन र एनप्याब्सनले घटनाको विरोधमा स्कूल नै बन्द गरेका छन्। हिजो केही क्षेत्रमा मात्र बन्द थियो आज त पूरै काठमाडौँमा बन्दको प्रभाव परेको छ।
कलेजका एसाइन्मेन्टहरुको तयारीका लागि केही व्यस्त रहेको बेला देश र विदेशमा अशान्ति र असुरक्षाका निकै घटना भइरहेका छन्। छिमेकी देश भारतको आर्थिक नगरी मुम्बईमा आतंकवादी आक्रमण भएर सयभन्दा बढीको ज्यान गएछ। उता थाइल्यान्डका दुई वटा विमानस्थल विद्रोहीको कब्जामा छन्। यता हाम्रो नेपालमा यस्तो भइरहेको छ। नेपालको यो नकारात्मक घटनाभित्र सकारात्मकताको खोजी गर्ने हो भने केही वर्षअगाडिका घटना सम्झन सक्छौँ, जतिबेला दिनदिनै मान्छे मरेका समाचारहरु आउँथे, अनि १२/१५ जना एकैचोटी मारिएका घटनालाई त हामीले वास्ता नै गर्न छाड्ने असंवेदनशील ‘गैँडा प्रवृत्ति’ बढेको थियो हामीमा। अहिले कम्तीमा त्यस्तो त भएको छैन भनी हामी जबर्जस्ती चित्त बुझाउन सक्छौँ।
तर माथिका फोटो एक पटक फेरि हेर्नुस्। तपाईँको मनले फेरि देशमा बढेको असुरक्षा र अशान्तिको विरोध गर्न थाल्छ। सरकारको शान्ति सुरक्षा बढ्दै गएको दावीप्रति व्यङ्ग्यमिश्रित आक्रोश बढाउँछ। त्यसैमा कुनै स्वार्थ भएका वा नभएकाहरुको जमात मिसिएपछि चीसो काठमाडौँका सडकमा दनदनी आगो बल्छ। वामे चोर देश छोडको नारा लाग्छ। हुल्याहा र खाते बालकहरु रमाइलैका लागि हातमा ढुंगा बोकेर स्कूलको गाडी होस् वा एम्बुलेन्समा, आक्रमण गर्न थाल्छन्। जिम्मा कसैले लिँदैन तोडफोडको।
तपाईँको एक मनले यो अराजकता देखेर दिक्क मान्छ। अनि फेरि मन बुझाउँछ- के गर्नु यत्ति नगरे सरकार पनि गम्भीर हुँदैन। अनि घटनाको सत्यतथ्य पनि बाहिर आउँदैन।
अहिले बिहान हत्या गरिएका किशोरहरुका आफन्त र प्रधानमन्त्री, गृहमन्त्री, प्रहरी अधिकारीहरुबीच वार्ता भएको छ। शायद १० लाख क्षतिपूर्ति अनि छानबिन समिति बन्ला। तर के हत्याको दोषी को हो पत्ता लाग्ला ? यो घटनामा पीडित राजनीतिक समूहसित आवद्ध छैनन्। के पछिसम्म गम्भीर रुपमा हत्याको घटनालाई लिएर दोषी पत्ता लगाउन सकिएला ?
यो प्रश्नलाई मनभित्रै राखेर अहिले म क्यालेन्डर हेर्दैछु। आज मंसिर १३ गते रहेछ। १३ दिनमा चार पटक बन्द भयो। दुई दिन कलंकी स्युचाटारका युथ फोर्स कार्यकर्ताको वाईसीएलले हत्या गरेको विरोधमा अनि हिजो र आज दुई दिन अहिलेको घटनाले। यो महिनामा अझै १७ दिन बाँकी छ। अब फेरि के देख्नुपर्ने हो ???

…well I can imagine the pain the mother is going through…It is just a political agenda or matter of showing your discontent to the government for some people …but think about the mother who can’t even sleep for a second when her beloved son is in a little bit trouble…but this is not just a simple trouble its like losing the whole world.She could have console herself IF it could have been simple painless natural death…but NO not at all ..you can imagine yourself How painful had been the Death of those two teens by taking one glance at the pic of their dead body..I don’t know about others They might forget everything within a short span of time…but I am pretty much sure about her mother…She will definitely not forget her son the whole time she lives…It will haunt her..so I have the deepest sympathy for the lost souls and their mothers..May The god Give her a heart of stone such that she can bear all the pain..and forget the world called compassion and give her a chance to Smile at the Murderer when they will be lying on the Death bed….

There could be any reason for the killing of these boys.
I think some of the following reasons could be easy to find out the criminal.
1) this kinds of criminal activites in this age are due to the conflicts in friends, which we can say gang conflict due to ego and girls.
(so in this case the authority have to call all these boy’s freinds or related persons for investigation, especially from the school and neighbour of their house. Were there any girls-related issues or not? or any conflicts within the freinds?)
2) The sencond reason can can be the conflict among the familes in society. Some of the people who have conflict goes on crazy with jelocity, ego and all personal things. So this can be also the result of anger of somebody to this family. (so here, in this case it is necessary to investigate all the people from the past and present with whom they have any kind of conflict).
again, there can be any reason for such a crime. But most of the crimes at this age are seen due to above listed reasons.

People need peace and security. It is true lost life could not repalce from money.These victimes families are telling a serious thing. We hope coming days nobody could victimize like that Tahachal young students and so on.
If this government is serious, Prachnda should take also home minister responsi bility to maintain the peace and security.
If such kind of barbaric (people killing day to day like routine) things goes continue, even maoist will not right to leading this government.

To any person has no right to kill to any one. Coming new constitution should be provision to death penalty.
New Nepal government has putting the limit if some one killed if demonstration is active, government has allocation to give compensation like per head one million.In old Nepal it was enough security position but New Nepal government could not maintain peace and security. Because neglegency of government one side people day by day victimize otherside destroying the national tresure.
Indian government trying to destroy the terrorist group in India but openly Nepalese criminal groups are safely living in India. About this subject matter PM Prachada and HM Bamadev Gautam should raise this issue with their indian counter parts and should come in action. If some groups has political motive they could not kill people. Whether Tarai or mountain’s people should secure without fair.

policeले के गरेको? i hope our police department must have any investigating tools that can find our atleast some clue of murderer or murder why they did not use their tactics. and the authority must be trained for all these. how can they pick up body without any prior investigation? how could they be mean to the family members? this leaves questions on nepal police and on their performance. If they really want then they can dig the whole ground to know the truth. what are they waiting for??? do they want the public to go mad and create worst situation in whole nepal?? do something before the situation be out of control.

हेर त, दुर्योधनको उपद्रो!
उस्का अन्याय देख्न, चर्म चक्षु चाहिदैन,
बस! पल भरलाई पर राख तिम्रो सत्ता मोह!
सुन त दुहाई दिदै छन सबै,
तिम्रै मुख ताक्दै छन अझै,
तिमी त मुर्ती सरी भएऊ रे,
यो त अती भयो भन्दै छन!
छोई हेर कुलबधुका आसु,
तेजाब बनेर झर्दै छन
बुझ त पान्डवका हृदय,
बारुद भएर जल्दै छन!
यो मोहले तिमीलाई,
बहिरो पनि तुल्याएछ,
अबिवेकी बनाएछ!

Most of people thinking monarchical system was not good, but monarchical system was more better than new Nepal’s actors region. More or less people were secure. Most of people have illegal weapons, government could not take action or removing the weapons. Day by day people are victimize. People first need security, when those new actors implement the federalism then more effectively Nepali to Nepali fighting and Nepal would more instablize country like Afganistan, Irak, Palestine and some of African countries.
In a way most of our political leders have no political morality, we have no time to praise the unified modern Nepal leader, Prithvi Narayan Shah. In some cases ex-king Gyanendra might be done wrong, but entire monarchical system blamed by new actors. For example, YADI HAKIM RISAYO BHANE TYO HAKIMKO RIS ANTIMMA AAYAR PEONLE APHNO SAWSNI SANG PHERCHHA”. Such kind of angry hirarchical system estblish in Nepal.
The main thing is Nepali needs peace and security. In comparison security situation was vey good in monarchical institution. but now most of people blamed to maoists’ but non-maosits also playing the vital role to disturb the peace and security.
In this way Maoists’ party should be caution about this subject matters. If you would like to maintain peace and security, Prachand should take severe action subject of security. If Maoists’ party fail to maintain peace and security,surly Nepal could merge the hand of Bihar state. That is so honourable Prachanda has a big challenge to protect the sovereignty of the country.
Same time I would like to suggest to you, decentrilizaion is only way to improve the situation of region and people.You should give priority for peace and security. One person’s life is also more valueable.

Why our government is so crazy and incapable! I think that even a normal man is given the position and authority, he can hold the situation better than this time.

First of all, I pray peace their soul of those two innocent young our brothers and deep condolence to their family.
I do not believe this crime is related any political reason or weakness of security. It is done by some vigilant, selfish, coward and devil. We could find such people around the world no matter how good or bad their government or security is. But the govenment should take serious to it, find culprit bring it to justice and let people know the reality who the coward is.

janardanjee, you have said that monarchy in nepal is much better. you are very right. now we the fools now have realized that these so called democrates, revolutionest all were no thieves but killers. they have killed the future of nepal and all our hopes.ourselves and our country and its all resources were safe then when we had our kings.then never our schools colleges and roads were allowed to be closed by any and no industries ever had any disturbances instead other countries like china and many other have helped us to have good roads and industries. then our boarders were not shrinking and no rivers were sold to india. if there were any restrictions that was on these so called present ugly politicians. then kings have really understood what these politicians were and would be if they were given any chances.so i shame on myself too for beleiving these leaders and their so called democracy. i wish army would take-over our country and king comes back to rule once again.what these leaders have been telling us are all lie. these leaders are currupt and killers. they are all puppets of the india. these leaders are about to sell our pride of being a nepali to pay off their debts to india for their free samosa and kachauri while they were brought-up in india to weeken our country. now just imagin what those poor citizens might have been eating who have to work whole day for the food at evening. our all youth have been forced to go to arabian countries and to india to cleen their dirty floor and toilets. those who have some education and qualification have no opporutinity for any jobs and those who have some sort of grocessary stores and other have no way to make any business as all the time what we have to do is to close our business as and when these currupt leaders ask us. we are living like their slaves.did we have ever had to do love like these days when we had king, the answer is no. further, i also see nothing wrong with gyanendra. did gyanendra dismissed the parliament?, no he did not. did gyanendra signed on the tanakpur treaty?, no gyanendra did not. did gyanendra sold out bansbari chhalajutta karkhana and other?, no he did not. did gyanendra’s any followers seized the properties of the citizens and killed them? no he did not. is that gyanendra who have made the governments in nepal unestable? no he did not do that instead it was mr. girija and his creations. were there any maoists and madhesi problems then in kings period no there were not. it had begin since the period of that most unfit girija. foe palace murder case, just recal who was palace and difence minister, it was girija and girij ahas been telling us that there was grand design in that incident and he had said the some day he would expose that grand design, but he never did that. so why blame to gyanendra for that.in birendra’s period we still remember his brother dhirendra had to loose his pronceship for his guilty. no no criminals are ever punished in these polticians democracy. is it democracy? just look at the faces of these culprits in singhdarbar.
