Like many readers commented, this is not just an issue of sudden load shading. Sensitive places like the TIA should always have electricity and reliable alternate arrangement should always be in place. Now the questions are:

* Was this a result of a simple negligence or there are hidden agendas behind this drama!
* This happened when Mumbai was under terrorist attack.
* Did they smuggle ‘ things’ (sutukka) while it was black out for an hour!
* How much damage this incident will cause in the aviation industry. Will the foreign airlines and foreign tourists still risk their lives to visit/fly to Nepal?
* Is this how our ‘New peoples republic’ look like?
* The husband Minster (Baburam) promised wife Minsiter (Hisila) to approve a budget to purchase a generator – wow great job comrades! We this will happen before another black out.
* Are they firing the GM and other responsible persons of the airport management? Do they have the guts or are they all related to comrades therefore exempt any punishment?

Let’s feel lucky that no air crash took place and no innocent life was lost during that time, but shame on the old and the new ‘Thekedars’ of Nepal!

नेताहरुले ‘भनेको’ कुरा सुन्ने मात्रै बानी परेको छ हामी नेपाली हरुलाई । केही न-भनिदिदा नेताहरुले शायद निन्द्रा पर्दैन कि अब त ! हुन त हामीहरुले नारा जुलुस मात्र गर्न सिकेक छौ । यहाँ पनि महोदयले ‘भन्नु’ भएछ । जेनेरटर को लागत तयार गर्न ‘भन्नु’ भएछ । नेपाली मिडियाहरुले यी ‘भन्नु भएका’ समाचार हरु बाट मुक्ती पाउने कहिले होला। नेपालका पोउने तीन करोड नेपालीहरु मध्ये बढीमा ५०,००० मात्र नेता होलान । बाँकी आम्-जनस्मुदाय मध्ये कसै न कसै ले केही न केही ‘गर्नु’ भएको होला, ती ‘गरिएक’ काम्हरु समाचार हुने दिन कहिले आउने होला। यदी यस्ता कामहरुको रिपोर्टिङ भईदिएको खण्डमा सबै नेपाली हरु केही ‘गर्न’ प्रोत्साहित् हुन्थे की ? त्यसो भईदिएमा नेपालको बिकास कती द्रुत गतिमा हुन्थ्यो होला। उदाहरणको लागि : यदी कुनै ठाउमा खल्दो पुर्नु छ भने एक करोड मानिस्ले एक एक ढुङ्गा मात्र बोकेर लगे भने पहाड बन्छ, तर एक जनाले तेही काम गर्न करडौ दिन लाग्छ। कृपया गाउ गाउमा भएको सानातिना बिकास निर्माणका समाचारलाई प्रमुख प्राथमिकअत दिएर प्रकाशित् गर्ने हो भने – मलाई पूर्ण विश्वाश छ, भोली पाठकहरुलाई पनि कस्ले के ‘भन्यो’ कि ‘भनेन’ भन्ने समाचार खोज्नुको साटो कहाँ कहाँ के के ‘भएछ’ वा ‘गरिएछ’ कसरी ‘गरिएछ’ भन्ने समाचारहरु खोजी खोजी पढ्ने बानी अवस्य पर्ने छ ।
