गतबर्ष संविधानसभा चुनावको नतिजाहरु आइरहँदा त्यसमा माओवादीको चुनावी अग्रतालाई लिएर वेलायतको प्रसिद अखबार गार्जियनमा “नेपालबाट सिक्नु पर्ने पाठ” भन्ने शिर्षकको एउटा विचारोत्तेजक लेख छापिएको थियो । संविधानसभाको चुनावमा माओवादीको बिजयबाट नेपालको राजतन्त्रको अन्त्य हुनेछ, भन्दै नेपालको तात्कालिन राजतन्त्रलाई वेलायतको राजतन्त्रसँग तुलना गरेर लेखिएको उक्त लेख पढ्दा मलाई लागेको थियो — विश्वको अतिविपन्न देश नेपालले पनि विश्व कै सम्पन्न देश वेलायतलाई सिकाउने कार्य गर्न सक्दोरहेछ । तर अहिले विश्वको कान्छो गणतन्त्रमा जे भईरहेको छ, त्यो विश्वले सिकौं भन्ने खालको भईरहेको छैन । दुई दुई ठाँउबाट प्रत्येक्ष चुनावमा हारेका मान्छेलाई जस्केलाबाट भित्राएर प्रधानमन्त्री बनाउने नेपालको कथित लोकतान्त्रिक अभ्यासबाट लोकतन्त्रको जननी वेलायतका ती विदेशी मित्र के सिक्लान, बरु उल्टो हाम्रो दुर्दशा देखेर हाँस्लान । नेपालको कलिलो लोकतान्त्रिक अभ्यासमा नै लोकतन्त्रको ‘जनताबाट निर्वाचितले जनताको लागि शासन गर्ने’ भन्ने परिभाषा बदलिदिएर इतिहासमा हामीले यस्तो घटनाको विर्निमाण गरेका छौं जसको लागि हाम्रा सन्ततिहरुले हामीसँग बारम्वार प्रश्न गरिरहनेछन् । इतिहासमा यो कस्तो वाध्यकारी अवस्था थियो जसको लागि हामीले लोकतन्त्रको विश्वव्यापी मान्यता र परिभाषाहरुलाई घुलिसात पार्न उद्यत भयौँ संपूर्ण लोकतन्त्रवादीले आफैसँग प्रश्न सोध्न पर्ने बेला हो ।
प्रजातन्त्रको नाममा सांसदहरुको किनवेच, होटलमा भेडावाख्रा जस्तो थुनछेकदेखि दुई चार सिट भएका लोकन्द्रवहादुर र सूर्यवहादुरलाई काँध थाप्नेसम्मका प्रजातान्त्रिक अभ्यास देखेका हामीले लोकतन्त्रको नाममा यो परिघटनाको साक्षी पनि बनिसकेका छौं । अब संभवत हामीले प्रजातन्त्र वा लोकतन्त्रको नाममा गर्न नहुने कुनैपनि कार्य गर्न वाँकि राखेका छैनौं । त्यसो त प्रधानमन्त्री माधव नेपालसँग मेरो व्यक्तिगत रुपमा न त केहि लेनदेन नै छ न त कुनै दुस्मनी नै । र, उनी प्रधानमन्त्री भएकोमा हर्ष वा विस्मात नै छ । बरु पटक पटक प्रधानमन्त्रीको दावेदारको रुपमा प्रस्तुत उनीप्रति एउटा दुखद सहानुभुती भने पक्कै थियो । मानविय रुपमा पनि उनलाई त्यसरी पटक पटक अपमान गर्न हुँदैन थियो भन्ने लाग्दथ्यो । त्यसकारण यदि चुनाव जितेर प्रधानमन्त्री भएकोमा खुशी नै हुनु पर्दथ्यो यसपटक चाहि उनी सफल भए भनेर । तर ‘जनताबाट निर्वाचितले जनतालाई गर्ने शासन’ भनिने लोकतन्त्रको विश्वव्यापी मान्यतालाई भत्काएर सत्ताको भर्याङ चढ्ने अभियन्ता वनेकोमा उनप्रति वचेखुचेको सहानुभुती पनि सकिएको छ ।
निश्चित रुपमा देश अहिले संकटमा छ र त्यो संकटबाट देशलाई निकाल्ने संपूर्ण नेपालीको कर्तव्य पनि हो । यदि त्यो संकटबाट देशलाई मुक्त गर्नको लागि सर्बत्र अपमानको विष पिएर पनि माधव नेपाल प्रधानमन्त्री बन्न खोज्नु भएकोमा उहाँ वधाईको पात्र हुनुहुन्थ्यो तर घटनाक्रमले उनी त्यस्तो संकटबाट मुक्त गर्नसक्ने नायक भएर होइन निमित्तनायक भएर उक्त कुर्सीमा वस्दैछन् भन्ने देखाएको छ । प्रधानमन्त्री बन्न कै लागि उहाँले नेमकिपादेखि राष्ट्रिय जनमुक्ति पार्टी, समाजवादी प्रजातान्त्रिक जनता पार्टी, चुरे भावर राष्ट्रिय एकता पार्टी, नेपाल लोकतान्त्रिक समाजवादी दल, नेपाल परिवार दल र नेपाः राष्ट्रिय पार्टीसँग थुप्रै लिखित-अलिखित प्रतिवद्धता गरेका छन् । सडकजाम तुरुन्त रोक्ने, खानेपानीको अभाव र लोडसेडिङ तत्काल अन्त्य गर्नेदेखि स्थानीय निकायको निर्वाचन तत्काल गर्नेदेखि भारतबाट भएको सीमा अतिक्रमण रोकी अतिक्रमित भूमि फिर्ता लिन भारतसँग वार्ता गर्ने सम्मका प्रतिवद्धता गरिएको छ । मन्त्रिपरिषद र राजनीतिक नियुक्तिमा ती पार्टीका सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गरिनेदेखि क्रान्तिकारी भूमिसुधारमार्फत् जमिन जोत्नेलाई वितरण गर्ने र स्वास्थ्य र शिक्षा निःशुल्क बन्दोबस्त गर्ने, नेपाली सेनालाई राष्ट्रिय स्वरुप प्रदान गर्न र समावेशी बनाउन मधेशी लगायत अन्य समुदायको समानुपातिक समावेशी र समुहगत प्रदेशलाई सुनिश्चित गरिने थुप्रै प्रतिवद्धता गरिएको छ । नयाँ संविधान निर्माण गर्नु, शिविरमा रहेका माओवादी लडाकुलाई व्यवस्थापन गरी शान्ति प्रक्रियालाई टुङ्गोमा पुराउने कार्यभार त छदैछ । सैदान्तिक र वैचारिक हिसावले फरक धारमा उभिएका राजनैतिक दलहरुसँग सत्ताको लागि गरिएको यस्ता विरोधाभाषापूर्ण प्रतिवद्धताको थुप्रो मात्रै होइन । सरकार चलाउनको लागि लोकतान्त्रिक पद्वती माथि गरिएको निर्मम प्रहारका कारण उहाँको नैतिक धरातल निकै कमजोर बनेको छ । त्यसमा पनि विदेशीको इसारामा बनाइएको सरकार भनेर सबैभन्दा ठुलो दलले उनमाथि गम्भिर आरोप पनि लगाएको छ । त्यसकारण देशको वर्तमान जटिलता, संविधानसभाको गणित, स्वंय उहाँको पार्टी भित्रको वर्तमान अन्तरद्वन्द्वका कारण पनि उहाँको नेतृत्वको सरकारले त्यो प्रतिवद्धता र कार्यभार पुरा गर्नसक्ला भन्ने कुनै वस्तुनिष्ट र वैज्ञानिक आधार अहिलेसम्म भेटिएको छैन ।
तर जति जे भएपनि आम मानिसमा एमालेप्रतिको एउटा धारणा थियो । सीकेलालको शब्दमा भन्दा ‘एमाले भनेको काठको घोडा हो त्यो आफै केहि गर्न सक्दैन, मच्चिन्छ मच्चिन्छ थचिन्छ भन्ने’ त्यों भ्रम भने हटेको छ । संकटपूर्ण घडिमा देशको कमाण्ड सहाल्न एमालेले देखाएको सहासले त्यो भ्रमलाई चिर्न सफल भएको छ । तर जो मान्छेले डेढ दशकसम्म पार्टीको शिर्ष नेतृत्वमा हुँदा पार्टीलाई दुलमुले, दोधारे, अकर्मन्ये, वेलामा कुनैपनि निर्णय नगर्ने भन्ने तहको छवि निर्माण गरिदिए । प्रतिगमन सच्चियो भन्ने गलत बिस्लेषण गरेर प्रतिगमनको मतियार बन्न पुराए । र, संविधान सभाको निर्वाचनमा पार्टीको लज्जास्पद पराजयको भागिदार बनाए । उनले देशलाई कस्तो अवस्थामा पुर्याउलान शंका गर्नेहरुको आधारलाई विश्वास नगर्न सक्ने ठाँउ छैन ।
मुलुक जान्दछ– माधव नेपाल प्रधानमन्त्रीको लागि कति लालायित थिए भन्ने कुरा, झन् झलनाथ खनालको ‘प्रधानमन्त्रीको लागि माधवजीको तीब्र आशा, आकांक्षाको कारण प्रधानमन्त्रीको लागि उहाँलाई प्रस्ताव गरिएको’ भन्ने भनाइले त त्यों पुष्टि नै गर्दछ । उहाँ प्रधानमन्त्री भएपछि उहाँले आफ्नो नामको अगाडि भुतपुर्ब प्रधानमन्त्री त लेखाउन त सक्नु होला र एउटा इतिहास पनि बन्ला । कुर्सीको लागि जे जस्तो मरिमेटेर कुर्सी पाएको इतिहास भन्दा आफुसँग आएको कुर्सीलाई त्याग गरेर बनाइएको इतिहास दिगो हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा भारतमा सोनिया गान्धीले अधिल्लो पटक प्रधानमन्त्रीको कुर्सी छोडेर बनाएको विश्व इतिहासले प्रमाणित गरेको छ । स्वयं उहाँ कै संदर्भमा पनि संविधानसभाको निर्वाचनमा पार्टीको हार पश्चात उहाँले दिनु भएको राजिनामाले १५ बर्षसम्म उहाँले पार्टी राम्रोसंग हाक्न नसकेको भन्ने तमाम आलोचनाहरुलाई ओझेलमा पारेर नैतिक नेताको रुपमा उभ्याएको थियो । त्यसकारण कुर्सी त्यागेर होइन जसरी पनि कुर्सीको लागि मरिमेटेर इतिहास निर्माण गर्न लागेका माधव नेपाललाई आफ्ना नाति पुस्ताले भोलि पक्कै सोध्नेछ — इतिहासमा तपाईको तीब्र आशा र आकांक्षा बाहेक त्यस्तो कुन वाध्यकारी अवस्था थियो जसको लागि तपाई अर्को चुनाव कुर्ने धैर्ये गर्न सक्नु भएन र लोकतन्त्रको परिभाषा बदलिदिनु भयो ?

Then again he and the rest of the parties (including Maoist) repeatedly asked Madhav Nepal to chair the Constitution drafting council of the parliament and Nepal got to the CA.
Now as a CA member he has every right that any other members have! What’s the big fuss here?

be aware of Indian Flu it is more dangerios than that Mexican Swine Flu. Madhab is sick of indian flu. he had made commitments with south block and their Flu virus; the madhesi forums.now madhav Nepal will have to sneez and cough, but he cannaot. one sneeze and cough will spread more virus and that would expose him more and more.
these days, under indian game plan they are forcing CA with one leg. but that lame CA cannot run. these forces behind them have divided nepal army into two fractions. but one fracton will alawys be a threat to them.
simply and precisly madhav nepal will fail. he cannot dare to say a word that indicate his commitment with madhise forums’ demand for one autonomous state in whole tarai.if south block is thinking that they had eliminated the possibilities of the unification of two bigger communists forces; UML and maoists (in nepal practically the word communists mean anti indian political forces). they are just dreaming, if UML looses maoists will gain more power in the politics of Nepal.Further, in nepali congress also, though some leaders are forced to stay silent, they will speak-up against indian flu for sure in days to come.
but these developments will delay more in making constitution.how hard they might try but it is for sure that nepali citizens would never let their dream to have seperate tarai come to truth.
so, as in srilanka it may take some more years and decades, but pravakarnas fate is to lie on the floor dead.

Now our country is divided into two political groups. One is led by Moaists who are on their way to so called Revolution. In fact CA is only a point for them to go forward. They do not need contitution from this CA ( Sambidhan Sabha)they will write their own constitution after the Revolution. They will rule under one party autocracy. The main obstacle on their way is Katuwal and they had to hurry to remove him because of Khadka who’s time is almost up if Katuwal is there. The other group is parties who follow multyparty democracy and they have to unite to save Nepal from becoming Combodia or N.Korea.
Now Moaists have two options: 1. Accept Multy Party Democracy and come to the mainstream. Win General Election and come to power. 2. Prolong civil war and become Nepali version of LTTE.

चाहना कै कुरा गर्ने हो भने, मलाई माधव कुमार प्रधानमंत्री हुने विकल्प नै साह्रै घटिया लागेको थियो, उनी चुनावमा दुई स्थानमा उठेर पनि हार्न पुगेको अनि त्यति हुँदा हुँदै पनि पद भने पछि परिहत्ते गरिरहने उनीको बानी देखेर। जे भए पनि प्रधानमंत्री भएछन्, बधाई छ।
बाईस चक्के लिमोजीन प्रधानमंत्रीत्वको गाडीमा चढेका उनी केही महिना अघि भियना आईपुगेका थिए। यहाँका नेपालीहरुसँग भलाकुसारी पनि गरे एक घण्टा जति। अन्तर्क्रियाका संदर्भमा, मैले उनीलाई एउटा जाबो प्रश्न सोधें। “जाबो” किन भन्नुहोला भने त्यो कुनै गहकिलो विषयवस्तुसँग संबन्धित थिएन संविधानसभा, सेना समायोजन, अपराध न्यूनीकरण, द्वन्द्व-पिढितहरुको पुनर्स्थापना जस्तो स्थूल, तर पनि उनी अनुत्तरित रहे।
मैले सोधेको प्रश्न थियो, अरु पार्टीले गरे पनि नगरे पनि नेकपा एमालेले किन चक्काजाम, टायर बाल्ने, कुनै शहर बंद गर्ने जस्ता हतकण्डाहरु अब आजको मितीदेखि हामीले नगर्ने भयौं भनेर घोषणा गर्न सक्दैन? एमालेले गरेपछि अन्य पार्टीमा पनि यसरी दबाव श्रजना हुन सक्थ्यो। जनताको खुट्टामा बिझेका काँढा झिक्नु त कहाँ हो कहाँ आफैले यो वा त्यो कारण देखाएर काँढा बिछाउने। यसबाट त उनीको नियति मै प्रश्न उठ्छ। यस्तो प्रश्नको उत्तरमा उनी केही बेर अलमलिए पछि भने “हामीले एक्लै गर्ने किन, गरेमा सबैले गर्नु पर्छ, हामी एक्ला त होइनौं यस्तो गर्ने?” माफ गर्नुहोला कसैको चित्त दुखेमा तर यति बिघ्न घटिया उत्तरको आशा मैले उतिबेलाका PM in waiting भनिने माधव कुमारसँग गरेको थिईंन। यसको अर्को सीधा अर्थ त के भयो भने अन्य मानिसहरुले घूस लिन बन्द नगर्दासम्म उहाँहरु आफैले घूस लिनै पर्ने भो अनि बन्द पनि नगर्नु पर्ने भयो।
अनि भ्रष्टाचार उन्मूलन जाओस् भाडमा। अन्य सबै क्षेत्रमा यस्तै गर्दै जाने हो भने त भैगो केही आशा नै गर्न नपर्ने भैगो माधव कुमार र उनीको सरकारबाट।
तैपनि यदि मैले आशै नगरे पनि उनीले मेरो आशा विपरित नेपालको जल्दा-बल्दा समस्याहरुलाई पार गराउन केही सिन्को भाँचे भने, उनीलाई मेरो अग्रीम शुभकामना र बधाई पनि।

How about the Maoist’s behavior in altering the worldwide definition of Democracy. Maoists declare that those who oppose their views or those having different opinion do not have right to live in village, district or even nation. This is Prachanda’s and his YCL’s definition of Democracy. And, Uttamji, you think this is the right definition and worldwide accepted definition of democracy, right? OR, do you have any reservation on this? Can you say, what your Guru “Prachanda” and his gang members “Young Criminal League” have done in our Country. If you were one of the poor Nepalese living in rural area and then you would know what would be your position there. Believe me, you either had to follow and support their atrocities or they would declare you would have no right to live in that village, otherwise…. everyone knows whats the consequence.
So, I agree its not the usual practice of democracy to pick a person defeated in election as a PM, but I, from my inner heart believe that Madhab Kumar Nepal is far far better and more civilized leader than Prachanda. Do you see, how uncivilized he is, what foul words he speaks. One important thing, everybody knows Maoists have more seats in Constituent Assembly than NC and UML, but everyone also knows how Maoists got all those seats. In fact, the fair votes that Prachanda would have gotten would have been far less than the votes gotten by Madhab Kumar Nepal. So, In essense, democracy is not the power of muscle, is not mobocracy. Don’t underestimate an incoming PM but try to evaluate what outgoing PM achieved in the context that what he had commited. Lets hope good for the nation and PM Nepal will be success to train the beasts like Maoists.

नं.६, फौजदारी आरोपलागेकालाई चुनावमा उठ्नै नदिईयोस् र यस्ता प्रमाणित भएकालाई सबै तहका चुनावमा आजीवन उठ्नै नमिल्ने गरी ब्यान गरियोस्।

I find it very interesting that in just a few short weeks since Prachanda has left hsi post as PM the violence in Nepal has become outrageous again! The Amreican Government has issued more travel warnings for Nepal and they are not alone- several other countries have done this as well fearing for travelers safety- The Maoists continue to kill tourism in Nepal which takes much needed foreign money from Nepal and also discourages people to come to Nepal and see its beautiful wonders and interact with its wonderful people- Until the Maoists are gone and crushed Nepal will never be fully free! The true people’s revolt will come from Nepali’s who want real change democracy, equality for all and for all the ability to make a good living and prosper! The people must demand that the Maoists are never able to threaten this beautiful country again! Be fooled no more- the Maoist way of terror is not the right way- do not be affraid to fight back- strip them of power by showing no fear of them!

i have some questions in this crucial time of preparing the constitution of new nepal.
01. could any in constitutional assembly; especially the chairman of constitution committee madhav nepal can make any commitment with madhesi forums that would affect the module of constitution?
02. notwithstanding to how tallent madhav nepal is, how he can decide any on behalf of the citizens since he was rejected by the citizens in the election for constitution assembly?
03. how any could see it was not an attempt to abduct the citizens right to choose their priminister by themselves keeping in view how madhav nepal has become the priminister?
04. did any body knew if madhav nepal has made any commitments with the citizens or other parties who had different opinion on madhesis’s demands?
05. one more simple question; with prior commitments in favoring some, how any one like madhav nepal would write the new constitution without any favore to any forums or any seen and unseen elements?

i also have expressed similar opinion on madhav nepal, in my comments that he is suffering from Indian which is Flu more dangerious than that mexican swine flu.since he has commitments with madhises and have been too much in contact with Indian flu virus “SUD” he has that flu and he must sneeze and cough, but he cannot as, if he will cough or sneeze, he will be exposed of as sick person in the politics of Nepal though he will try his best to pretend as if he were a healthy one; but he is not.
we have nothing to say about his capability, what we are concerned about is that he has abducted the citizens right to have only elected one in that position. now how he would prove that he is representing any citizen when he was not only unelected, but a looser.
i once again say, in one hand he is a looser and on the other he had made commitments with india and madhises that he would reflect their demands in the new constitution that no citizen wants. am i wrong friends?
we simply cannot eat any that is wrapped-up in used toilet paper, could any?

just for peace, if you mean you are prepared to loose the sovereignity of the country; we have nothing to say.
look at the srilanka, they did not surrender with indian tamils in their country even for the lives of more than 70 thousands and they became victorious now and that indian tamil pravakarn is lyind dead.
we also might have to bear with lot more than sri-lanka, india would not give up troubling nepal because they have billions thirsty citizens but they dont have enough water while we have plenty; more than they needed. they want that but they dont want to pay us. so what you want peace after being rubbed?
please dont think negetive about those in foreign countries.if you really concerned about us, please raise voices for us too; we really want to come back.
see in indian brothels, so far i remember in 1983, only in bombay there were about 70thousand nepalese women being forced in prostitutions. now you could imagin how many nepalese women might be in all over india.they did not go there by themselves and they are waiting nepal governments assistance in being rescued. did any body help them? if you aske what about me; i am proud to say that i rescued two 16 years old young girls at the risk of my life.they are my neighbores’ daughters and now they were married and living happily. but till date none knew what had happened to them.
our so called man power agencies had sent hundreads of thousands in arab, malayesia and many countries illegally. they neither can come back themselves as they have no passports nor our embassies help them any. they want to come back too. again if you ask what about me, yes i did what i could do. you go and ask the managing director mr. bijesh of manjusri travels of newroad kathmandu. in 2048, i had managed to rescue 17 youths from malayesia who were left in the jungle of malayesia. their passports and money were looted by the manpower agency. this incident was broadcasted in Nepal TV also with the help from from Nir Shaha on my request on telephone. i did not even know him. i thank him from my heart.
i tell you another sad incident in thailand, one nepali was jailed on the charge of overstay. he was released on the condition that he would go back to nepal. but he had no money so he went to nepal embassy for the help. nepal embassy did not even listen to him. that person was so scared of the thailand prisons that he had hanged himself to his death in the gate of nepal embassy. this incident had happened quite long ago. but i cannot forget that till date.
just some years before, all those twelve inocent nepalese who were killed in Iraque also had urged Nepal government to negotiate with those terroriest in rescuying them. did our government do any. you too cannot forget that, could you?.
see these leaders how they are looting our treasury. just recently also, sushil koirala was visiting USA with 80 lakh from government for his treatment; we heard that.he did not do any treatment in USA. you can ask any in USA about that.
we also have heard that biswo nath upadhyaye was given 30 lakhs; for what? still these leaders are destributing money from the ministry to their party workes in the name of financial help. now answer us is their any budget allocated in rescuying any nepalese from foreign countries?
In nepal, no one, no matter how tallent he is or no matter how many degrees he has, if he is over 35, he cannot get any job in nepal by law of public service commission. could you ammend that law.there are lot with tallent and degrees they will come back if they can get job in nepal.
some nepalese living in foreign have big money, they want to come back and invest in nepal, but is there any positive situation for the investment in these days. all political party workers come ask them for either donation or for employments. just look at those international companies, and evaluate why they colsed their business in nepal.
now what about those hundreads of thousands whose properties were seized and then they were compelled to exile in india by maoists. till date they cannot return to their birth places.
simply, many more in foreign countries are under compulsion. we still love our countries and hoping to come back soon,

now about the positive thinking, i find non in my sansar has any such like the out come of negetive thinking.they had expressed their concern on the situation in their ways. try to understand their concern, their love to their beloved birth place or if you like “yes- Yes”. see doctor some virutes are there even in the garbages. but non like to keep garbages in home. same way though living like the indians in independant nepal may have some more facilities but none would like that. if you like that that is your choice.
