parmanda jha is nothing. Don’t worry Khas clain are dropped everywhere from Palace to street, from United states to ruwanda, sudan. This is khas dominant society so Parmanda has challanged the khas language which is so called Nepali language till date. Who knows future. If our leaders are purchased in dollers then English is the possible national language of Nepal.

i agree to Darpan ji but the oath taking of Prachanda and madhav Nepal (the looser primeminister of world) had also done ammadement in oath taking. There language is Nepali but the words were uttered almost different from the format given by Nepal government.

Do u understand English? If yes, when somebody speak English, u will knowingly or unknowingly understand it in own mother tounge first, after then only,u will understand English in the translated form. So ur knowledge of whatever may b the name of language is the translated secondary form of ur mother tougue. Mother Tongue is the first primary language and so why one should b restricted from ones’ primary language under the ever happening transitional period under the Transition Constitution which carries the sprit n mandate of The Nineteen Days’ Peoples Revolution and subsequent Tarai Revolution.Why the Judges of the Supreme Court, who has the sole authority to interpret the constitution, do not pay duly attention towards it? Once the verdict is given by SC, it is binding as law, meaning thereby something equivalent to the amendment of the constitution if such condition occurs, which can be possible by the two third majority of the legislature. If the Judges lack this sort of qualification, for every problem, the constitution has to be amended from the legislature. Is that possible? This sort of problem will b arisen even after the promulgation of the New Costituion.If this ort of problem is sovlved by the Supreme Court, then only the Independence of the Judiciary can be justified.
