राजालाई आन्दोलनको भरमा झुकाएको खुसियाली मनाउन नेता हैन, नागरिक समाजको कार्यक्रममा भेला भएका लाखौंको जनसमूह। कार्यक्रम रत्नपार्क शहीद मञ्चमा भएको थियो। यो ठाउँमा राजनीतिक कार्यक्रम नभएको वर्षौं भइसकेको थियो। मण्डले सरकारले हुँदाहुँदा यो ठाउँलाई पार्किङ स्थलसमेत बनाइसकेको थियो। तर आज यसलाई जनताले कब्जा गरेरै छाडे। बाँकी फोटोहरु भित्र छन्। सबै फोटोहरु फोटो पत्रकार सागर श्रेष्ठका हुन्।
सभालाई सम्बोधन गर्दै विद्यार्थी नेता गगन थापा। उनले संविधान सभाबाट गणतन्त्र सुनिश्चित नभएसम्म आन्दोलन जारी राख्नुपर्ने बताएका थिए। उनले बोल्दै गर्दा मण्डले भिजिलाण्टेले सभामा सहभागीहरुमाथि आक्रमण गरेपछि शान्तिपूर्ण सभा बिथोलिएको थियो।
भिजिलाण्टेको घुसपैठबाट सभा बिथोलिएपछि प्रहरीले अश्रुग्याससमेत प्रहार गरेको थियो।
आजको बुध्द के भन्छ ? शान्तिका लागि उठ भन्छः प्लेकार्डमा लेखिएको नारा।
मण्डलेहरुले दुरुपयोग गर्दैमा राष्ट्रिय झण्डा उनीहरुको हुँदैन, हामी लोकतन्त्रवादीहरुलाई पनि राष्ट्रिय झण्डाको उत्तिकै माया छ।
आम्मै नि, श्रीपेच लाएर पनि गणतन्त्र जिन्दावाद रे !
लाखौंको संख्यामा उपस्थित जनसमुदायलाई सम्बोधन गर्ने कोही नभएपछि नागरिक समाजका व्यक्तित्वहरुले अघोषित कार्यक्रम भए पनि सभा गरेका थिए। सभामा गगन थापा, कृष्ण पहाडी अनि आकस्मिक रुपमा आइपुगेका अखिल क्रान्तिकारीका नेताले समेत सम्बोधन गरेका थिए। फोटोमा पत्रकार महासंघका सभापति विष्णु निष्ठुरी सम्बोधन गर्दै।
पूरै सहरलाई बन्दी बनाइरहेका राजा जनबल अगाडि झुकेपछि स्वतन्त्र भएका नागरिकहरु रमाउँदै।
शहीद मञ्चअगाडि रहेको राजाका कथित महावाणी लेखिएका होर्डिङ बोर्डहरुमाथि आक्रोश पोखिँदै।
भोटाहिटीमा प्रहरीसित विवाद गरिरहेका आन्दोलनकारीहरु।
भिजिलाण्टेको घुसपैठपछि शान्तिपूर्ण सभा बिथोलियो र आन्दोलनकारीले ढुगा हान्न थालेपछि भागिरहेका प्रहरीहरु।
अरु बेला आन्दोलनकारीलाई मानवअधिकारवादीहरुले उध्दार गर्थे, आज प्रहरीलाई उध्दार गर्दै मानवअधिकारवादी।
झडपपछि रत्नपार्कमा टायर बालेर विरोध गरिरहेका आन्दोलनकारीहरु।

How important is Nepali culture and Nepali religion???
Should be keep some kind of monarchy in Nepal to protect our cultural heritage and religion? If there is no king (of course Gyanu and Paras are already ineligible for the throne any way), how can we protect our religion and culture?
Now;
1. The durbar assasination case should be recovered and should be investigated
2. The real culprit should be punished under our Nepali law
3. Paras’ each and every wrongdoings, including drunk driving and murders should be brought to the court and he should be punished
4. Since both father and son are ineligible for the throne, Shruti’s daughter should be put on the throne. her children will take over the titular kingship or queenship
There are many reasons for corruption in Nepal. Corruption is a South Asian culture; Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka are all countries in the height of corruption.
Now, as for Nepal, there should have been less corruption because the king could be impartial. Why would the king need money and promote corruption? but he did. The number one Moorti Chor, he could not resist the temptation.
As for the leaders, now, I can guarantee, whoever goes to the government, will DO CORRUPTION any way. Because it is our regional culture and also our Nepali culture. We all have to be rich; especially richer than our relatives and neighbors. ASK YOURSELF, ASK YOUR NEIGHBOR? I am sure I am right.
If the Maoists go to the government, THEY WILL BE CORRUPT TOO. But the only difference is that you can CRITICISE GIRIJA, but if you criticise maoists, they will cut your tongue off or you will SIMPLY be found hanging by a tree the next morning.

I totally agrre with the growing sentiment that GP Koirala should not be the next prime minister. I have raised this issue before, Giija is somewhat responsible for bringing the country today in a big mess. We all want public apology from him. When late king Birendra was murdered, as a prime minister of the country, Girija could not come out publicly and assured people that as a prime minister, he would probe the incident and bring the truth out to the people. If he had done so, monarchy would have ended then but no, he acted like a chicken and shut his mouth. He has not shared with people regarding what he knows about the royal massacre. I hope, before he dies he will spill the beans.
Nepali congress, so called democratic party in the country doen not have democracy in the party. Otherwise, 85 year Koirala woud not be our prime minister again. But let’s give Girija a benefit of the doubt. He was the one who initited 12 point agreeent with the Maoist when no one could break the ice. May be, he feels bad for what he did and did not do in the past, and corrects his mistakes once and for all and lead the country towards constituent assembly, and get rid of monarchy ultimately. Otherwise, People were not afraid of the despot King, Girija also will have to pay for his share of mistakes. I hope he can die in peace with pride.

another “Thapa” Maoist will behave like Royal
“Thapa”: Kamal Thapa or democratic “Thapa”: Gagan Thapa.
There are great “Thapas” and worst “Thapas”, I have
yet to see where will Badal Thapa choose to stay.

We need more Gagan Thapas in Nepal who can pressurize the political leaders so as to establish a ideal democratic political system in the country.The seed of Loktantra is till now deeply rooted and has flurished dramatically in a very short span of time in Nepal{which is a must for the betterment tomorrow’s nepal}; But out of strong committment and of course fear of The King, seven plitical parties have committed a great crime accepting what the king offered them. Thus we need give the birth to more “Gagan Thapas” backed by nepali people if we have to achieve Beautiful nepal. If the potential government does not succeed to make a consent for the election of constitutional assembly as soon as possible, we r sure to undergo more deteriorating political, social and economical havocs, which may engulf Nepal for ever. Hey Nepalese be a Gagan Thapa if you can;if u can’t then just back up Gagan Thapas arround you !!!!!!

This is the first step towards Nepali people’s complete Democracy. Nepali people need to be more careful now to pave the path towards REPUBLIC NEPAL. If C.A. approves monarchy then we should throne in Shruti’s daughter because of monarchy’s legitimacy.
New governments immediate works are:
1) Release all detainees. 2)Lift up all hardles on the media. 3) Provide relief to the families of death and injured. 4) Take immidiate action to the human rights abusers during the movement. 5) Start investigation of misuse of state coffers.
I am surprised by the hasty decision made by the SPA leader. Why didn’t they tried to incorporate Maoist before taking any step? Now, we are back to where we have started. People are divided. The cunning king strategically make this move to save his throne.
Let the peaceful movement go on whether in the parliament or on the street until the king is down on his knee. Maoist is a key issue with us. Do not let them take the path they seem to have left.
I really appreciate what people did for the democracy… Even though they won this battle …actually they had lost the whole battle because giriza lai prime minister banaunu nai nepali janta ko thulo bhul ho… and being a nepali i don’t appreciate this… so this message is for all those nepalese who love their county don’t ever let the seven party to play with our country nepal…

I dont know why these vigilante are so active. I think these people are so active due to not agressive reaction toward this kinds of people.
People should take action to these mandale. We should attack Kamal Thapa, Tulsi Giri, Satchit Samser, Bharat Kesar Singh, Siris Samsher Rana. If we dont take any action then these vigilante will be active again and again. It is very difficult to come in the ground after such a mass movement.
If these people are trying to come in front just after a day of Jana Andolan, they will come again and again. The day will come when these Gunda will come in the open field and people will have to see and make a way for them if we dont take action to these people.
