के तपाईंहरुले राजाले नियुक्त गरेका प्रधानमन्त्री, मन्त्रीहरुको नियुक्ति पत्रमा के लेखिएको हुन्छ कहिल्यै पढ्नु भएको छ – मलाई पक्का विश्वास छ तपाईंहरु मध्ये अधिकाँशले पढ्नु भएको छैन । २०४६ सालको जनआन्दोलनको शक्तिबाट कृष्णप्रसाद भट्टराईको नेतृत्वमा बनेको अन्तरिम सरकारमा मैले नजिकबाट चिनेको एकजना नेता पनि मन्त्री बनेका थिए । पाठकहरुलाई जनआन्दोलनबाट आएका मन्त्रीहरुलाई समेत सामन्तका नाइकेहरु कस्तो अहंकारी भाषा प्रयोग गर्छन् र त्यस बेलाका मन्त्रीहरुको प्रमुख जवाफदेहिता कता थियो भन्ने जानकारी दिन ती मन्त्रीको नाम बाहेक उनलाई दिइएको नियुक्ति पत्रको व्यहोरा भित्र जस्ताको तस्तै दिइएको छ।
नेपालमा २३७ वर्षदेखि निकृष्ट जालझेल र षड्यन्त्र गरी नेपाली जनताको टाउकोमा गीर खेल्दै असह्य शोषण, विभेद र उत्पीडनको एकछत्र कुचक्र चलाउँदै आएको निरंकुश र दमनकारी राजतन्त्रबाट सदाका लागि मुक्त हुने प्रमुख उद्देश्य सहित चलाइएको नेपाली जनताको बलिदानी आन्दोलनका अगाडि २०६३ बैशाख ११ गते मध्यरात राजा ज्ञानेन्द्रले घुँडा टेकेर एक कदम पछाडि हटे पछि उत्साहित भएका जनताले जनआन्दोलनको शक्तिबाट बन्ने सरकारका मन्त्रीहरुले जनहत्यारा राजा बस्ने राजदरबारमा होइन टुंडिखेलको शहिद मञ्चमा, जसको विरुद्ध आन्दोलन गरिएको हो त्यसैका अगाडि टाउको झुकाएर होइन जनआन्दोलनमा आफ्नो प्राणको आहुति दिने वीर शहिदहरुको फोटा अगाडि श्रद्धाका साथ शीर निहुराएर, गोपनीयताको होइन सबैले सुन्ने र बुझने गरी पारदर्शिताको सपथ खान माग गर्दै आएका थिए ।
तर अपसोच, नेपाली जनताको त्यो अत्यन्त जायज माग पूरा हुन सकेन । जनआन्दोलनको शक्तिबाट प्रधानमन्त्री बन्नु भएका गिरिजाप्रसाद कोइरालाले राजदरबार गएर, जनआन्दोलन दबाउन सकृय भूमिका खेल्नेहरु मध्येका एक अपराधी कथित राजपरिषद स्थायी समितिका सभापति परशुनारायण चौधरीलाई र हिजो मात्र जनताको रगतपसिना काढेर तिरेको राजस्व लुटेर किनिएको मोटर जथाभावी हाँकेर विवाहमा हिंडिरहेको गाडीलाई ठक्कर दिई उल्टै सम्पूर्ण जन्तीलाई पुलिस चौकीमा थुन्न लगाउने उद्दण्ड युवराज पारसलाई साक्षी राखेर राजाको अगाडि पद र गोपनीयताको सपथ लिनुभयो । अरु मन्त्रीहरुले भोली प्रधानमन्त्री समक्ष पद र गोपनीयताको सपथ खाने समाचारमा जनाइएको छ ।
ठूला पार्टी ठूला नेताहरुले राजनीतिको अर्को नाम असीमित सम्भावनाहरुको खेल हो भन्ने गरेको कुरा मैले धेरै पटक सुनेको छु । तर म यस परिभाषाबाट पटक्कै सन्तुष्ट छैन । मलाई के लाग्छ भने राजनीति भनेको असीमित सम्भावनाहरुको खेल मात्र होइन, असिमित चलखेलहरुको सम्भावना पनि हो । राजनीतिमा कहिलेकाहीं जे हुनु पर्ने हो त्यो हुँदैन, जे नहुनु पर्ने हो त्यो भइदिन्छ । तर नेपालमा यस्तो बढी नै हुने गर्छ । त्यसैले नेपाली जनताले अत्याचारी र दमनकारी राजतन्त्र विरद्धको लर्डाईंमा पटक पटक धोका खाँदै आउनु परेको छ । होसियार, नरभक्षी बाघले थाकेर आफ्नो तीखो दाँत र नंग्रा लुकाएको मात्र हो, मौका पाउना साथ त्यसले कुनै पनि बेला हामी माथि साँघातिक आक्रमण गर्न सक्छ । जनताको संयुक्त आन्दोलन सशक्त रुपमा जारी रहोस् ।
साठी वर्षदेखि प्रजातन्त्रका लागि लड्दै आएको भनिएका, यत्रो जनआन्दोलन हाँकेका, संविधानसभामार्फत् अग्रगामी जनसंविधान बनाई मुलुकमा पूर्ण लोकतन्त्र ल्याउने कसम खाएर हिंडेका नेताहरु माथि धेरै शंका गर्नू, उनीहरुको मानमर्दन गरी जनताका शत्रुहरुलाई हँसाउने काम गर्नु उचित हुँदैन । त्यसैले सपथ ग्रहण सम्बन्धी गनगन यत्तिकै छोडौं ।

Now it is not the time to quarrel each other just for the small piece of bone. Now the time of Creation and the time of bringing the lost Peace. It is very favourable time. We know we are suffering from three devils.
1. Monarchy
2. Maoists
3. Corrupt Political Parties.
We know, we can not get rid them off at once. The only way is finish one at time. The favourable time has come to finish the monarchy at this time. We must keep on pressurizing the present SPA Government through mass demonstration from time to time.
We also know that Maoists became rebels just because they could not get opportunity to get to power. They, along with monarchists, are directly responsible for death of 13000 Nepalese people. We should never forget this.
This is also the good time to bring Maoists to the main stream politics. Once they lay off their weapons, they will have to listen to the people. They should also know that people do like violence in the country.
we also never foget all those corrupt political parties who want to hang on to power and can not deliver people aspirations.
We can achieve our goal of finishing all these devils. We have to make civic societies, human right organisations and news media journalists more powerful so that no politician can missuse his/her position. Law should be uniform and we have to make all law abiding citizens. Law and Order should be maintained at the highest spirtit in the country. Any way this is evolving events.

yes i completely agree with some comments above. Unless we get rid of mentally corrupt leaders like girija, makune, and others, our country will not go anywhere, and gyane and parase will continully do raaj on us.

Didn’t quite get what you were trying to tell….what is the purpose of that underlining and besides that’s an appointment letter of 2047 B.S. when King Birendra was in power. Has it got to do anything with present situation? I am sure present appointment letter would be somewhat different from this one.

Nepalese do not like ministers to take oath in Palace
We, the Nepalese living in the United Kingdom, are surprised to know that the Nepali Congress is insisting to take oath of office of ministers at the palace.
We completely disagree with this and urge the Nepali Congress specially to Girija Prasad Koirala to administer the oath of office to the ministers at Singhdurbar.
Nepali Congress should understand the peoples sentiment. Why people sacrificed so much to establish complete democracy and the Nepali Congress has time and again deceived the Nepali people by siding to the King, a corrupt and irrelevant conspiracy figure.
We complete hate the concept of monarchy and think that the Nepali Congress must be with the people by bringing the army under the control of parliament,take strong strong action against the ministers, chiefs of the security forces and other regressive elements and abolish the provision of raj parishad, change his majesty’s government to nepal government and many other revolutionary changes before going to the election of the constituent assembly.

I really do not understand the language used by so called Monarchs of Nepal. They still want people to believe that they are the true reincarnation of Lord Vishnu. They learned this religious manipulation from ancient Romans but it does not work anymore. These so called monarch think they are different and we all are the same. When their wife gives birth to a child, it is because of , ” PARAMESHOWR KO ANUKAMPA ” Le RE?
How foolish is that? Guess there is no sexual intercourse Huh?
They are made of ame blood and flesh as we all are made of. If they think they are ,”Hollier than Thou,” they must be smoking.
I really hated when late King Biredra used to address old people like KP Bhatterai, GP Koirala by saying TIMI. They do not have any respect. In order to avoid addressing people with respectful manner saying Tapai, they prefer talking in English.
Until we totally obliterate Monarchy we will not be free from their abuse which has been going on for the last 237 years.

It was known that Girija will do that and nothing new. It was commented by all and also guessed by all that Girija can’t do anything as he is taken the oath that murderer kings and paras.
Choudhary know everythings about the murder case and he should be brought into public to know reality.
Paras shoul be punished as he is doing wrong for nepali people.
I don’t understand that why the king family will remain in power if they are doing nothing for Nepal development?
I think, the language used in the ministerial post lloks like a relation of JIMIDAR and Raiti. No one should follow this oath language if he really things he is the people represenative, and acme for the betterment of Nepalese people not the GULAM of royal palace. In this context, Girija Babu should take oath again infront of public at Khulamanch changing all of these wording of oath letter. The wording of the letter is a great same ands insult of all the Nepalese people. The wording just looks like appointing a BAFADAR NOKAR at Royal Palace.

And I was really impressed the way Umesh wrote about transparency not secrecy. We need leaders who are transparent not who maintains the secrecy of heinous act of Royal palace….
Let me hope that leaders will not bow to the palace even though to make the transition as smooth as possible. The thing is that we will have the transition whether these leaders gave up their loyalty to the king or not. I wish they better understand before people come after them. People hate king and people will hate these leaders even more if they play any dirty game ever… I think I made myself clear to all the Mandale’s out here.
very useful infromation – i have not knwon that elected leaders are appointed this way. It is very importnat that we people insist leaders to take oath of office not with killer monarchy.

Thank you very much for sharing a sample of the ministrial-level appoinment letter. What an insult to those who made it there by being elected by the people! This appoinment letter clearly suggests that it has essentially been a system by the people for the monarchy and to the monarchy (not for the people and to the people). I am surprised that this kind of information had not been made public before. Now we know what kind of hypocracy has existed. I hope the leaders have been more enligntened now and that they will not fall behind making the necessary corrections in the system as the “loktantra” marches on in Nepal. I hope the leaders never forget the people from whom they derive their own political strength.
mr blog writer i don’t see anything out of ordinary in the above letter. and by the way just taking the king out of power is not gonna do a damn thing for nepal. u gotta kill the king plus the political party leaders (those who were in cabinate during ur glorious democracy days, and those who did more damage to nepal in 10 years than was done by pachayat in 30 years) and the maoist leaders. we gotta kill all of em like during the french revolution then only a new nepal will be possible …….
