एउटा गलत प्रवृत्ति बसेको छ अहिलेको संक्रमणकालमा नेपालमा- अराजकताबाट आफूले चाहेको कुरा मान्न लगाउने। भलै मागहरु जायज हुन् तर प्रवृत्ति गलत बस्न पुगेको छ। राजाका अधिकारहरु व्यापक कटौति गर्ने घोषणा प्रतिनिधि सभाबाट पारित गर्नका लागि भएको ढिलाइ होस् कि पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको मूल्यवृध्दिको विरोधमा होस्- राजधानीका सडकमा दर्जनौं टायर जल्छन्, तोडफोड हुन्छ। खित्तिक्क केही हुने बित्तिकै चक्काजाम हुन्छ। कतिपय कुरामा भने विरोध गर्नैपर्ने हुन्छ भने कतिपय अवस्थामा सहन गर्न नसकिने अत्याचारबाट पीडित भएर पनि यस्तो भएको हुन्छ। उदाहरणका लागि विगत केही दिनभित्र दुई पटक चालकले ब्याक गरेर यात्रुलाई किचेर मार्यो। दुवै पटक सडकमा उग्र प्रदर्शन भए।
न्युरोडमा १० जना जतिको एउटा समूहले कोलाहल गर्दै ट्राफिक चिह्नलाई ढाल्दै लात हान्दै जाँदा प्रहरी र बटुवा मूकदर्शक बनेका थिए। जबकि छेवैमा एक ट्रक सशस्त्र प्रहरी थियो। अराजक समूहका युवा न विद्यार्थी जस्ता देखिन्थे न राजनीतिक कार्यकर्ता। उनीहरु अराजकतामा रम्न चाहने मात्रै देखिन्थे। फोटोः उमेश
१७ हजार रुपैयाँ तिरेर चालक मुक्त हुने कानुन नभएको भए, अदालती प्रक्रियाबाट नै दोषीलाई कडा सजायँ हुने व्यवस्था भएको भए, प्रत्यक्षदर्शीहरुले अदालतमा उभिएर चालकको गल्तीलाई अौंल्याउने बानी बसाल्ने प्रवृत्ति भएको भए यति ध्वंश हुने थिएन।
पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको मूल्यवृध्दिको निहुँमा केही अराजक तत्वले फाइदा उठाएर ध्वंश र लुटपाट मच्चाएका भए पनि वास्तवमा सरकारी प्रवृत्ति पनि यसका लागि उत्तिकै जिम्मेवार थियो। दुनियाँमा कहीँ नभएको एक लिटर तेलमा ३ रुपैयाँ कमिसन खाने डिलरहरुको त झन् अहिले फूर्ति नै बेग्लै छ। बल्लबल्ल आन्दोलनको बलमा घटेको मूल्यमा तेल नबेची नानाथरीका माग राखी उनीहरुले बिक्री वितरण बन्द गरेका छन्। मूल्य बढ्ने हल्लासँगै पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको अभाव हुनु, मन्त्रीले भाउ घट्दैन भनेर ढाँट्दै बस्नु अनि एक्कासी व्यापक मूल्य बढ्नु…आक्रोश उठ्नु स्वभाविक थियो। अनि विरोधपछि खुरुक्क बढेको भाउ फिर्ता लिनुले पनि सरकारको अपरिपक्वता देखाउँछ।

पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको भाउ बढेको विरोधमा भएका प्रदर्शन जनताको आक्रोश कै फल भए पनि बीचमा अराजक तत्व घुस्न गएका थिए। तर अराजक तत्वहरुलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न नसक्नुमा प्रहरीको दोष त छ नै, विरोध गर्नेहरुको पनि यसमा दोष छ। उनीहरुको दायित्व पनि अराजक र अपराधी मनोवृत्तिका मानिसहरुलाई नियन्त्रणमा लिने हुन्छ। तर उनीहरुले ‘घुसपैठ भयो’ मात्र भनी आफ्नो दायित्वबाट विमुख हुने काम गरिरहेका छन्।

टेकुमा विरोध गर्नेहरुको भीडमा घुसेकाहरुले लुटपाट गरेका थिए। ग्वार्कोमा पनि त्यस्तै भयो। त्यहाँ दर्जनौं रेस्टुरेण्ट तोडफोड भयो। अनि त्यहाँ काम गर्ने महिलाहरुलाई नङ्ग्याउने कामसमेत भयो। यतिविघ्न भइसक्दा पनि प्रहरी भने मात्र मूकदर्शक बनिरहेको थियो। के हाम्रा सुरक्षाकर्मीहरु दंगा रोक्न प्रशिक्षित छैनन्। के उनीहरु राजनीतिक प्रदर्शनलाई दमन गर्नका लागि मात्र प्रशिक्षित हुन् ? संक्रमण कालमा अराजकता फैलाउन चाहनेहरुको समूह नै परिचालित भएको हुनसक्ने अनुमान सबैले गरेका छन्। किन हाम्रो सुरक्षा निकायले त्यसको विरुध्दमा काउन्टर समूह सञ्चालन गर्न सक्दैनन् ? देशबाहिर शान्ति स्थापनाका लागि जाने योग्यता भएका हाम्रा सुरक्षा निकायले किन आफ्नै देशमा यस्तो प्रशिक्षण सुरक्षाकर्मीहरुलाई दिन सक्दैनन् ?

They learned from the successful restoration of “LOKTANTRA”. Loktantra was brought from burning tyres, destroying street lamps, bars, government property. This was taught and done by the earlier government and now the people kept this ideas in their mind and repeated it to get their demand fulfilled.
What do you think Umesh ji. So what I think was responsible politicians never teach these short of violence to the public. It is the knowled provided by those dirty politicians.

I am sure that the government is not being able to control all of these. First, they increased the price without any homework. There are other ways to cut the loss from oil sales. If the government eleminate curroption and commissions, I am sure the government can cut the loss or even be in profit. There is also need to restructure the distribution channe.
The police is just looking around and doing nothing. I think the home minister is not tough enough. May be he is afraid if some one will get injured or even killed if police is mobilized. Then, others can say that this government is like the royal government.

Its all can be packed in one word we have mad democracy. You all know how it works and its norms and principles faces. Therefore, its not a big surprise to see people active making someone else to get him active. This is good practice in mad democracy. Girija signed with prachanda many agreements so far a few of them hardly working. You can simply imagine if the top leader of the country can change his voice and promise then why not the normal people. Because our tradition is to learn from eleders as well as who has reputations or so.
Minister blames oil coorporation for the price hike what a ridiculous thing to hear. What supply minister is supposed to do? enegage himself to find job for his followers and become rich or so.
Nepal never get rid of from these basterd political leaders. We all know sher bd. was the one who offered pajero for paliament members, can you imagine people are starving who voted them want pajero. This was too much.
