नारायणहिटीको निषेधित क्षेत्रमा यस्तो देखियो


नारायणहिटीको मुख्य प्रवेशद्वार अगाडिबाट प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारणको तयारी गर्दै।

संविधान सभाको पहिलो बैठकले विधिवत् गणतन्त्र घोषणाको कार्यान्वयन गर्न लागेको पूर्वसन्ध्यामा नारायणहिटी दरबार क्षेत्र वरपर सोमबारदेखि निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरिएको थियो। कस्तो थियो त त्यहाँको स्थिति ? त्यही बुझ्न र परीक्षणको रुपमा नेपाली ब्लगको इतिहासमा नै पहिलो पल्ट प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्न सोमबार अपराह्न नारायणहिटीतर्फ गइयो। के देखियो त त्यहाँ ? भिडियो र थप फोटोहरुसहित विस्तृत विवरण भित्र।

कसरी गर्ने त प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण ? कृष्ण र म तयारी गर्दै।

आजैदेखि निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरिएको हुनाले सुरक्षा व्यवस्था एकदमै कडा हुने अनुमान थियो हाम्रो। तर अहँ, सुरक्षाकर्मीको ‘स’ पनि देखिएन त्यहाँ। अब यही सालिकलाई नै हेर्नुस्-

२०४६ सालको आन्दोलनदेखि नै आन्दोलनकारीहरुको तारो बनेको नारायणहिटीअगाडिको महेन्द्रको शालिक हो यो। शाही शासनकालमा यो शालिकमा कम्तीमा आधा दर्जन सुरक्षाकर्मी बसिरहेका हुन्थे। अनि यहीँ नजिकै एक ट्रक सशस्त्र प्रहरी तैनाथ गरिएका हुन्थे। तर निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणापछि पनि यहाँ त्यस्तो केही थिएन। सबै कुरा शान्त र सामान्य थियो। यही शालिकमुनिबाट हामीले पहिलो प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्‍यौँ।


दरबारमार्गमा अहिले ढल निर्माण कार्य भइरहेको छ। निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणासँगै ती क्षेत्रमा गाडी पार्क समेत गर्न नपाउने सूचना जारी भए पनि यहाँ मज्जासित गाडी पार्क गरी राखिएका थिए। त्यसपछि हामी लाग्यौँ अलि अगाडिबाट प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्नतर्फ।


हाम्रो छनौट थियो दरबारको प्रमुख प्रवेश द्वारअगाडि। प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्न त्यति सजिलो भने थिएन। घरबाट परीक्षण प्रसारण गर्दा एडीएसएल प्रयोग गर्न पाइए पनि बाहिर सडकमा त्यो संभव हुने कुरा भएन। सोचेको थिएँ, दरबारमार्गमा निःशुल्क वायरलेस लिङ्क कुनै भेटिएला। तर अहँ, वायरलेस नेटवर्कहरु थुप्रै भेटिए पनि इन्टरनेट भने चलेन।


अब हाम्रो एक मात्र सहारा थियो- नेपाल टेलिकमको स्काइ डाटा प्रिपेड कार्डबाट चल्ने वायरलेस इन्टरनेट। यसको गति त्यति बढी हुँदैन। तर शुल्क भने बाइट्स अनुसार तिर्नुपर्छ जुन तुलनात्मक रुपमा महँगो पर्न आउँछ। तैपनि परीक्षणका लागि यसको प्रयोग गर्ने बाहेक विकल्प अरु थिएन। द्रुत गतिको इन्टरनेट सडकबाट चलाउन संभव थिएन। हामीले सडकमा बसेर प्राविधिक तयारी गर्‍यौँ।


र, हामी नारायणहिटी दरबारअगाडिबाट दोस्रो पटक प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारणका लागि तयार भयौँ।

यस्तो थियो हाम्रो प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारणको भिडियो रेकर्डिङ-

यो भिडियोमा तपाईँ त्यहाँ भेटिएका केही बटुवासँग गरिएको कुराकानी सुन्न सक्नुहुन्छ। दरबारअगाडि गणतन्त्र घोषणाको कार्यान्वयनको पूर्वसन्ध्यामा राजा राख्‍नुपर्छ भन्ने कोही भेटिएला कि र उनीहरुको दिक्दारीपनलाई क्यामेरामा कैद गर्न सकिएला कि भन्ने सोचेका थियौँ हामीले। तर पहिलो पटक बोल्ने मान्छेले ठाडै भने, राजा त राख्‍नै हुन्न। यही राजाले गर्दा देश यस्तो भइसक्यो, राजा त कुनै हालतमा राख्‍न हुन्न। अर्का बटुवा सुवास गौतम पनि राजतन्त्र त राख्‍नै हुन्न भन्दैथिए।


हामीले यति गर्दासम्म सडकमा राम्रै तमासा मच्चिसकेको थियो। हामीलाई भने झन् सजिलो भयो, उनीहरुबाटै प्रतिक्रिया लिनका लागि। तर अधिकांश तमासे मात्र थिए, बोल्न नचाहने।

दरबार वरपर निषेधित क्षेत्र घोषणा गरिए पनि सुरक्षा व्यवस्था खासै केही गरिएको थिएन। दरबारको गेटभित्र बरु सेनाको एक डफ्फा केही मिनेटको अन्तरालमा कुददै निगरानी गरिरहेको देखियो। बाहिर भने जनपद प्रहरी समेत देखिएन।

तर, यही अवस्था भोलि र पर्सि नहुन सक्छ। विशेष गरी मंगलबार साँझबाट र पर्सि जेठ १५ गते यहाँ निकै तनाव हुनेछ। यी दिनमा माअ‍ोवादीले नारायणहिटी घेर्ने कार्यक्रम बनाएका छन्। सरकारले पनि त्यो दिन अप्रिय स्थिति नआअ‍ोस् भनी पाँच तहको सुरक्षा व्यवस्था अपनाएको छ। रानीपोखरी अगाडि पहिलो सुरक्षा घेरा रहनेछ भने दरबारको गेटमा अन्तिम। दरबारअगाडि त ट्याङ्क र भैरवनाथ गणका कमान्डोहरु नै तैनाथ गरिनेछ। माअ‍ोवादीले जेठ १४ गतेसम्म नारायणहटी दरबार छाड्न दिएको चेतावनीलाई ज्ञानेन्द्रले वास्ता नगर्ने संकेत देखिएको छ। अबका दिनमा के हुनेछ, त्यो निकै अनिश्चित छ।

हाम्रो प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारणको अर्को भाग यस्तो थियो-

प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण सकाएर घर फर्कँदै गर्दा केही वर्षअघिको एउटा कुरा सम्झिएँ। त्यतिबेला आमसञ्चार तथा पत्रकारिता विषयमा भिजिटिङ लेक्चररका रुपमा एक विदेशी पत्रकार हाम्रो कक्षामा आएका थिए। एक जना साथीले विकसित राष्ट्र र विकासोन्मुख राष्ट्रको पत्रकारिताको भिन्नताका बारेमा प्रश्न राख्‍दा उनले ल्यापटप निकालेर टाइप गरेर देखाउँदै ‘मैले चाहेँ भने तुरुन्त यो समाचार अहिले नै मेरो सम्पादक कहाँ पठाउन सक्छु’ भन्दै प्रविधिको बखान गरेका थिए। त्यतिबेला मैले कल्पना पनि गरेको थिइनँ कि एक दिन म आफै पनि यसरी सडकबाट विश्वभर प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्न सक्षम हुनेछु। हो, नेपालमा पनि प्रविधिले निकै फड्को मारिसकेको छ। तर, यसरी सडकबाट प्रत्यक्ष प्रसारण गर्न भने अझै पनि सहज स्थिति भने निम्तिसकेको छैन। हालका लागि कम गुणस्तरको भिडियो र अडियोले मात्रै चित्त बुझाउनु पर्ने अवस्था छ, त्यो पनि महँगो मूल्यमा। इन्टरनेटको सहज उपलब्धता र त्यसको तीव्रता नै मुख्य समस्या हो। आगामी दुई चार वर्षसम्ममा यो समस्या पनि हराउने नै छ होला, आशा गरौँ।

    simple majority 50 percent will remove king…

    Musharaf is still in army chief and president, saddam is dead but Gyane ( grand designer) is on hidden power or power less.
