इन्द्रजात्राका लागि सरकारले बजेट व्यवस्था नगरेको विरोधमा आन्दोलनमा उत्रिएका नेवार समुदाय र सरकारबीच गएराति अबेर दशबुँदे सहमति भएर हिजोबाटै आन्दोलन फिर्ता भएको घोषणा भए पनि आन्दोलन अझै रोकिएको छैन। आज बिहानबाटै हिजोको सहमति अपूर्ण रहेको भन्दै विरोध प्रदर्शन सुरु भएको छ। न्युरोड, बसन्तपुर, असन क्षेत्र आज फेरि केही समय तनावग्रस्त बन्यो। २३ वडा कार्यालयमा त तोडफोड समेत भयो। असुरक्षाका कारण राष्ट्रपतिले आज कुमारीको हातबाट टीका लगाउने कार्यक्रम फेरि दोस्रो पटक स्थगित भएको छ। हिजोको वार्तामा आफूलाई सहभागी नगराइएको र साइत हेरेर गर्नुपर्ने लिङ्ग विसर्जन हिजो मध्यरातमा सुटुक्क गरिएकोमा उनीहरुले आपत्ति जनाएका छन्। सरोकारवालाहरुसँग सहमति भइसकेपछि पनि किन यसरी आन्दोलनलाई भड्काउन खोजिएको हो ? कसको स्वार्थमा यसो भइरहेको हो, अब बुझ्न जरुरी छ।
अर्थ मन्त्रालयमा हिजो भएको छलफलमा अर्थमन्त्री डा बाबुराम भट्टराई, सभासद्, गुठीयार, गुठी संस्थान, स्थानीय प्रशासन र प्रहरी प्रमुखलगायत विभिन्न सङ्घसंस्थाका प्रतिनिधि र स्थानीय बासिन्दासमेतको ठूलो सङ्ख्यामा उपस्थिति थियो।
दशबुँदे माग प्रस्तुत गर्नेमा पुलुकिसी नाचका नाइके मोहनकृष्ण डङ्गोल, लाखेनाचका नाइके लक्ष्मणराज रञ्जित, आकाश भैरव नाचका नाइके सागर पुतुवार, कुमारी घरका प्रतिनिधि गौतम शाक्य हुनुहुन्थ्यो।
उक्त छलफलपछि उक्त दशबुँदे मागलाई सरकारले सकारात्मक रूपमा लिई पुरा गर्ने सहमति भएको थियो।
गुठी संस्थानको औचित्यमा सरोकारवालाहरूबाट विवाद उत्पन्न भएकाले नेवार जातिको तत्तत् संस्कृति सञ्चालनसम्बन्धी छुट्टै स्वतन्त्र संयन्त्र निर्माण गर्न १५ दिनभित्र सरोकारवालाहरूको समेत प्रतिनिधि रहने गरी एउटा उच्चस्तरीय अध्ययन समिति गठन गर्ने सहमति भएको थियो।
नेवार जातिको धर्म परम्परा र संस्कृति सञ्चालनमा विद्यमान समस्यालाई तत्काल सम्बोधन र समाधान गर्न एक महिनाभित्र अधिकारसम्पन्न आयोग गठन गरी प्राप्त प्रतिवेदनलाई नेवार जातिका प्रतिनिधि सङ्गठनबीच छलफल र समन्वय गरी कार्यान्वयन गर्ने सहमति पनि भएको थियो।
यसैगरी हाललाई कुमारी जात्रा, इन्द्र जात्रालगायत हाल अवरुद्ध भएका सबै पूजा र जात्रा नियमितरूपमा सञ्चालन गर्ने सहमति भएको थियो। सोका लागि हाल सञ्चालित सबै प्रकारका विरोध कार्यक्रम स्थगन गरी आपसमा भ्रातृत्व कायम गरी जात्रा पूजालाई निर्बाध सञ्चालन गर्ने सहमति भएको थियो।
जात्रा पर्वका विषयमा उत्पन्न हुन गएको बाधा अड्चनका लागि सरकारका तर्फबाट दुःख व्यक्त गर्दै अब लिङ्गो ढाल्नेलगायतका बाँकी जात्रा र पर्वका कार्य सञ्चालन गर्न आआफ्नो क्षेत्रबाट सबैले पूर्ण सहयोग गर्ने सहमति हुनुका साथै सरकारका तर्फबाट प्रहरी र प्रशासनले आवश्यक सहयोग गर्ने सहमति भएको थियो।
त्यसै अनुरुप हिजो राति नै लिङ्गो ढालेर इन्द्रजात्राको विधिवत् समापन गरिएको थियो। पहिलेका वर्षहरुमा भए लिङ्गो ढालेकै दिन राष्ट्रप्रमुखले कुमारीको हातबाट टीका लगाउने गर्थे। यस पटक टीका लगाउन आजको दिन दोस्रो पटक तय गरिएको थियो। यसअघि शुक्रबार पनि यो दिन तय गरिएको थियो। तर आज पनि विरोधका कारण टीका लगाउन नसकिएपछि राष्ट्रपति गृहजिल्ला धनुषा उडिसकेका छन्। उनको त्यहाँ नागरिक अभिनन्दन हुँदैछ।
हिजोको उक्त सहमतिमा अर्थमन्त्री डा बाबुराम भट्टराई, कामु सचिव कृष्णहरि बाँस्कोटा, सभासद्हरू डा मङ्गलसिद्धि मानन्धर (एमाले), हितमान शाक्य (माओवादी), ध्यानगोविन्द रञ्जित (काँग्रेस), कृष्णा अमात्य र बुद्ध सायमी (नेपाः राष्ट्रिय पार्टी) ले हस्ताक्षर गरेका थिए।
त्यस्तै सहमतिमा हस्ताक्षर गर्ने अन्यमा पुलुकिसी नाचका नाइके मोहनकृण डङ्गोल, लाखे नाचका नाइके लक्ष्मणराम रञ्जित, आकाश भैरव नाचका नाइके सागर पुतुवार, कुमारी घर प्रतिनिधि गौतम शाक्य, नेवाः जागरण मञ्चका सुजीव बज्राचार्य, नेपाः राष्ट्रिय पार्टीका डा.केशवमान शाक्य, नेवा दे दबुका पवित्र बज्राचार्य, नेवाः राष्ट्रिय मुक्ति मोर्चाका पवनमान श्रेष्ठ, केन्द्रीय मानन्धर सङ्घका मङ्गलकृष्ण मानन्धर, श्रीश्रीश्री कुमारी सेवा समिति भक्तजन परिवारका रमेशमान मुनिकार, राष्ट्रिय मानवअधिकार सरोकार केन्द्र नेपालका मुक्ति प्रधान, श्वेत भैरवका प्रकाश ताम्राकार र लोकतान्त्रिक नेवाः मिसा सङ्घर्ष समितिका डा.चुन्दा बज्राचार्य, काठमाडौँका प्रजिअ ध्रुव शर्मा, वरिष्ठ प्रहरी उपरिक्षक भीष्म प्रसाइँ, प्रहरी उपरीक्षक सर्वेन्द्र खनाल, गुठी शाखा कार्यालय काठमाडौँका प्रमुख अच्युत पोखरेल, ज्यापु महागुठीका केन्द्रीय अध्यक्ष विपेन्द्र महर्जन र सशस्त्र प्रहरी उपरीक्षक नारायणबाबु थापा पनि थिए।
अब आज विरोध गर्नेहरु कहाँबाट निस्किएछन् फेरि ! आजको विरोधले लगातार चौथो दिन काठमाडौँ प्रभावित बन्न पुगेको छ। तेस्रो दिनको आन्दोलन क्रममा प्रहरी र आन्दोलनकारी बीच भएको भिडन्तका क्रममा करिव १२ जना घाइते भएका थिए। आन्दोलनमा प्रहरीले लाठी चार्ज गर्नुका साथै केही स्थानमा अश्रुग्यास प्रयोग गरेको थियो।

I read comments and news from long time. Shame on us, we are arguing each other. We all are nepalese, not newars, not brahmin, not chhetri and so on. but, do not say bad things to all groups.
Government and Newars have agreed on 10 points agreements and we need to go ahead to fulfil. Instead, there is still agitation. This means there is another factor who are playing and trying to take advantage of this event.
Definately, Nepali congress, Rajabadi and may be other international factors, who always want to create problem in our country. So, please try to find this rather than doing strikes, otherwise we will have to suffer by racism. Now, if we read comments on my sansar, we can realize that many have created their racial problems. This symtom is not good for Nepal.

माओवादी आएको बाटो अरु दलभन्दा फरक छ । उसले सरकार चलाएको थिएन । अर्थ मंत्रालय पाएको थिएन । बल्ल बुझेका होलान नेताले । अनि मलाइ लाग्छ यो तनाव कुनै दल विशेषले गर्दा भएको होइन । कारण , भएको भए उनीहरुले भन्दा थामिनुपर्ने हो ।
मुलुक यस्तै छ साथी हो , राम्रा कुरा भए दलहरुले जस लिन होड थाल्छन् । नभए दुला पस्छन् । सांस्कृतिक खर्च कटौती गरिनु नाजायज काम हो । यो गरिनु हुदैन ।

I wish this happens within 10-15 years from now, and we will take the capital to somewher else and leave Kathmandu for you with full of Gaijatras. Sounds like a good deal! Why do not you take a lead role convincing your community to move the capital from your place to somewhere where we do not allow special privilage to a group unless the group is on the brink of extinction.

There is no justification for Jatras to get special treatment. If these Jatras still get special privilage of public fund (unequal share), rest of the country must denounce such culture which is based upon and thrived on corrupted money. Any culture or festival that has obvious relationship with corruption can not be called secred, and we should discourage such practice. This money is an example of’Rajwasa Chuhabat’ which is prevalent in our society by 40%.

सहमति पछी पनि न रोकिने यो कस्तो आन्दोलन हो । जब सम्म दुई चार जना मर्दैन तब सम्म यो आन्दोलन रोकिदैन जस्तो छ

बाबुराम भट्टराईको जात्राको बजेट कटौति गर्ने पारा विल्कुलै गैरजिम्वेवारि छ। सदनमा दिईएको कथित मितव्यिताको तर्क त झनै गाईजात्रे छ। धर्म, संस्कृति र परम्पराका सम्वन्धमा माओवादी लगाएत नेपालका वामपन्थिहरुको तदर्थवादी रवैया रहेको छ। यो काण्ड खालि केहि हजार बजेटको कुरा मात्र हैन। सरोकारवालाहरुले यसैको निहुँमा हिन्दु सनातन धर्म विरोधि नेपालको उग्रवाम समुहलाई सवक सिकाउने आन्दोलन शुरु गरेमा पनि अस्वबाविक हुँदैन। मुल कुरो के भने चालचलनमा रहेका धार्मिक संस्कृति र परम्पराका संबन्धमा माओवादीको औपचारिक धारणा के हो? नत्र ढिलो चाँढो यस्ता धेरै विवाद हरु निस्कने छन्, जस्तो कि दशै विदा, गाई हत्या आदि। यी सवै विवादको चुरो कुरो के हो भने “वहुसंख्यक” नेपालीलाई धर्मनिरपेक्ष नेपाल स्वीकार्य छैन। त्यसैले यो विवाद सजिलै साम्य हुनेवाला छैन।
साच्चिकै नयाँ नेपाल बनाउने हो भने बाटो घाटो पुल भन्दा पनि ५ आइ बिकास क्षे त्र मा २।२ लाख क्षे मता भएको जेल घर हरु
