   I am a provocator of “informed decision”, but the
   way sitaula is threatening people who are asking
   for “Hindu” religion as national religion, is certainly
   a joke. He does not have power to do anything, and
   shouting like Kamal Thapa. He is not even powerful
   as Kamal Thapa, because Kamal Thapa was gangster,
   he did not have to worry about his future, because
   he did not have present. He was just a gunda. A
   political leader, when speaks from a responsible
   position, should mean it. Its not Prachanda, “cease
   fire” declaration in newspaper, while he has no
   control over his cadres. Both are jokes for me.
   Sitaula does not control police, otherwise, the
   nursing home scandal won’t have happened. What can
   poor fellow Sitaula do, other than shouting? He is
   afterall handpicked by Girija Babu, because GP babu
   want to keep strong hold of Govt and NC. Such poor
   guys “wrong person” wont control people, we need
   leaders, whose each finger or wing jerk, or head
   twist can swing the public, make the public as
   he wants. …..

   Why is third force active again? Because the proclaimation
   happened without public debate. Maoists are said to
   be telephoning to make their agenda get access to the
   proclaim. Why did not they wait and let constituent
   assembly decide the agendas that lacked enough public
   debate. You are now going face consequences. NA=RNA,
   and police can not be mobilized at this moment, except
   for small size julus, because they don’t have confidence
   on the government, nor on these old faced “corrupt” leaders.
   If this govt. kills or jails anyone, then, it is making
   their issue more legitimate and making them heros …
   “jail = Hero = Leader”. So, what will happen, it will
   have more anarchism. Thats what Royalists and Maoists
   want. Maoists don’t need helmet, don’t need to have
   govt registration number plate in their vehicle….
   So, capability of govt. can be easily measured. What
   they did wrong was their proclaimation list was too
   long, they would have shortened, and sat for talk with
   Maosits. Well, the leaders were just jailed, never trained
   to learn GAME THEORY. They don’t know that “Negotiation
   and compromise are two pillars of democracy.”. In my
   opinion they were in fact another form of autocratic
   leaders. Why don’t they try to negotiate and compromise
   with these JULUS mugga peoples whatever may be their
   agenda. Anyway, I am tired of this govt. Frankly. We
   are not going forward, we just went to 2002 May 19,
   while the world is already in 2006 May 18.

   I wonder whether he is busy distributing Rs. 20000 free

   Govt. to take action against religious fundamentalists

   KATHMANDU, May 26 – Home Minister Krishna Prasad Sitaula said on Thursday that the government would take strong action against those promoting religious fundamentalism and plotting against democracy.
   Speaking at the House of Representatives, Sitaula said the government was committed to take strong action against those who are carrying out anti-secularist activities for anti-democratic ends.

   “I assure you that all those plotting against democracy in the name of pushing their fundamentalist ideas will not be spared,” Sitaula told MPs.

7. Politics in Nepal is the playground of skilful deception where looter enjoy at anytime and the looted are their emotional puppet. Because of the this bad political practice,it has been a national habit to carry on the agenda by violence not by wisdom and conference.
   The street violence,sloganism and vandalism are the national character and founding fathers of this character are political parties,that means it’s leader and that means thier principle, that means their ability, that means their education, that means their intention and that means it will not effect the looter.
   Don’t blame the GOBARGANESH people but blame the supported people just like do not blame the maoist gun boy but blame it’s master.
   The poblem is not why we have that?
   But problem is how we stop them before they are youked in the playground.

    १ हामी सवै मिलेर राजा फाल्नुपर्छ । तर कसैलाई सत्तामा पुर् याउनको लागि हैन । नेपालमात्र हैन विश्वमै हत्यारा मान्छे राजा भएर कथित अभिनन्दन गराउदै हिडेको कसैले सहन सकेको थिएन फौज्दारी अभियोगमा जेल जानुपर्ने मान्छे राजा हुंदा कसलाई चित्त वुझ्दछ ।
    २ नेपाली जनताले राणशासन व्यहोरे पाचायती व्यवस्था पनि व्यहोरे वहुदलिय व्यवस्था पनि चाखे तर सवैमा नेता उस्तै उस्तै भए व्यवहार चरित्र नसच्निु विडम्वना थियो अहिले लोकतन्त्रको परीक्षण गर्न भनेर पनि आन्दोलन सफल भएको हो फेरी यीनै नेतालाई सत्तामा पठाउने भनेर जनता सहभागी भएका भने होइनन् ।
    ३ नेपाली स्वभावलेनै शान्ति पि्रय छन् कसैलाई सत्तामा पठाउने भनेर हैन शान्ति आउछ भने जो सुकै सत्तामा जावोस तर शान्ति चाहियो भनेर सारा जनता आन्दोलानमा उत्रेका हुन ।
    ४ अहिले सत्तामा हुने सवै नेताहरु जनताको दुहाई दिएर यीनै जनताको रगत पसिना अज्ञानतालाई प्रयोग गर्दै सत्तामा वसेका छन् । कोहि भन्न सक्छ त्यत्रो १९ दिनको आन्दोलनमा कुन नेता कहलाउदो व्यक्ति कहाँको कुन स्थानको जुलुस र सभामा अग्रपंतिमा रहेको थियो ।
    ६ माओवादीको भनाई पनि हुन सक्छ १२ बुदे समझदारीको कारण यो आन्दोलनमा सहभागिता वढेको हो वा गाउँ गाउँवाट जनता शहर छिराईएको थियो हो डर धम्की र बन्दुकको भरमा आए होलान माओवादीकै समर्थनमा आउने जनता कमै होलान ।
    यी माथिका कुराहरुलाई विचार गर्ने हो भने जनता कसैको पक्षमा छैनन् । अहिले संक्रमणकालीन अवस्था छ जसले जनताको भावना वुझेर जनता सर्वेसवार्ाहुन उनिहरुको भावनाको कदर गर्नुपर्छ भन्ने वुझदछ उसले जनविश्वास पक्का लिन सक्ला ।
    को छ त जनताको भावना वुझेर काम गर्न सक्ने अव म एउटा प्रश्न राख्छु ः-
    २०६३ बैशाख ११ गते पछिको अभिव्यक्ति कि्रयाकलाप र कार्यशैलिलाई आधार मान्ने हो भने पार्टी वा दल यसैले गर्न सक्ला भन्ने अनुमान म गर्न सक्दिन । निचोडमा विचार गर्दा अव त माओवादी पनि उहि सात पार्टिको भन्दा फरक रहेनछन् तिनिहरु भन्दा झन बढी लाग्न थाल्यो जनतालाई सोस्ने पेल्नी धकेल्नी जस्ता कि्रयाकलापवाट सुधार नभएर अव त राज्यको ढुकुटीको आधा भाग माग्ने सत्ता माओवादीले चलाउन पाउनु पर्ने छोरो पाउनु कहाँ छ कहाँ कन्दनीको हतार । वार्ता सफल भएर सत्तामा सहभागी भए पछि त अनि ……। …॥ ज्ञानेन्द्रको लुटाहा प्रवृत्ति भन्दा कम लागेन ।

    I saw few comments and I am laughing right now. Can you guess why ? Someone told that present home minister Krishna prasad sitaula was a pradhan pancha before.HAHAHAHA…I know him very closely (as a neighbour) and I can always tell that in Nepal today, there is no other politician as pure and dedicated as he is. My conscience tells that. After reading such baseless comments I have started thinking “Hey, is this site the home of people spreading fake news?”

    मेरो विचारमा नेपालमा प्रदर्शनले उग्र रुप लिनका कारणहरु निम्न छन :-
    १ स्वच्छ तथा न्यायीक प्रशाषनको अभाव प्रमुख कारण हो । नेपालमा प्रशाषन समयन्त्र स्वच्छ तथा असल छैन । भ्रष्ट्रचार, नातावाद, कृपावाद तथा चाकरी प्रथा नेपाली प्रशाषनका पर्यावाचि शब्द भएका छन् । जसले गर्दा कुनै पनि क्षेत्र स्वचछ तथा नियम कानुन अनुसार चलेको पाइदैन । दण्डहिनता,वा ठूला, धनि तथा राजनैतिक वा प्रशाषनिक पहुँच भएकाहरु ले जे गर्दा पनि हुने, जस्तो सुकै गलत काम गरे पनि तिनलाई राज्य वा प्रशाषनले सरक्षंण गर्ने नेपाली प्रशाषनको मूल विशेषतानै हो । यसले गर्दा एका तर्फ जनतामा राज्य र प्रशाषन प्रति वितृ्णा तथा रोष उत्पन्न भइरहेको हुन्छ र साना तिना घटनाहरुमा पनि जनता को विरोधले उग्र रुप लिन पुग्दछ । उदाहरणको लागि अस्पतालमा सहि उपचार नहुनु, गरिवलाई हेला गरिनु, डाक्टरहरु विरामीको उपचार भन्दा पैसा आर्जनमा वढी केन्द्रित हुनु, नर्सिङ्ग होमहरु सेवा भन्दा पनि नाफा मुखी हुनु, विरामीको उपचारमा डाक्टर वा अस्पताल जिम्वेवार नहुनु जस्ता अनियमितता लाई कारवाही भएको पाईदैन; अतः त्यस्ता विसगँती र अन्यायी गतिविधिले जनतामा जम्दै गएका तुष वुटवल वा वानेश्वरमा देखिन पुगे । अर्को तर्फ सरकार वा प्रशाषनका नजिक वा पहुँच भएका व्यक्ति वा समुहले गर्ने जस्ता पनि विध्वंशात्मक क्रियाकलाप लाई कारवाहि नहुनुले पनि यस्ता गतिविधिलाई वढावा दिएको पाइन्छ । त्यसै गरी जनताले आफुलाई परेका अन्याय को जाहेरि गर्दा कारवाही नहुनुले र तोडफोड गरे पछी मात्रै सम्बन्धित निकायले सुन्ने वानि अन्यथा वेवास्ता गर्ने गर्नाले पनि यस्ता उग्र तोडफोडलाई वढावा दिएको पाइन्छ ।
    २ वेरोजगार वेरोजगार वेरोजगारनै अर्को मुख्य कारण हो। वेरोजगारको कारण युवा वर्ग एका तर्फ सरकार सँग वितृषणीत भइरहेका हुन्छन, भने अर्को तर्फ त्यस्ता अनियमतिता को विरुद्ध मा उनिहरुले आफ्नो रोष प्रकट गर्ने थलोको रुपमा लिन पुग्छन् । सवै उग्र प्रदर्शनलाई हेर्ने हो भने विशेष गरेर वेरोजगार वा अल्प वेरोजगारहरुनै वढी सहभागी भएको पाईन्छन् ।
    ३ जायज मागको शान्तीप‍ूर्ण वा प्रक्रियागत ढगंले गरिने मागको सुनवाइ नहुनु । र वल प्रयोग गरे पछी मात्रै त्यस तर्फ ध्यान दिने शाषक तथा प्रशाषकहरुको वानी वा पद्धती पनि यसको लागि जिम्वेवार छ ।
    ४ दरवार देखी पार्टिहरु सवैले गुण्डा गर्दी लाई आफ्नो शक्तीको रुपमा लिनु । जस्तो पारसेको गुण्डा दल र पारसेको गुण्डा गर्दी । खुमे गच्छेदार जस्ता गुण्डादलको भरमा पार्टि नेता वन्ने वातावरण र संस्कृतीको विकास आदी । यस प्रकारको गैर राजनैतिक संस्कृतिलाई पार्टीले वा दरवारले संरक्षण गर्नु तथा आफ्नो स्वार्थको लागि गुण्डादल र हुल्याहा लाई प्रयोग गर्नु ।
    ५ प्रतिगामीहरुले धमिलो पानिमा माछा मार्न खोज्नु पनि वर्तमान उग्र प्रदर्शनका कारण हुन । राजा तथा प्रतिगामिहरुले वर्तमान सरकारलाई असफल तुल्याउन पनि आफ्ना एजेन्ट ति प्रदर्शनलाई उग्र वनाउन घुषपैठ गराएको सम्भावनालाई पनि नकार्न सकिंदैंन । किनकी वर्तमान राजाले आफु अध्यक्ष भएर शाषन गरेको समयमा आफ्नै सैनिकलाई र प्रहरीलाई जुलुस भित्र घुसपैठ गराएर ढुङ्गा मुढा तथा तोडफोड गराएको घटना आलै छ । त्यस्तै भरतकिशोर निक्ष शमषेर जस्ता गुण्डा दलका नेताहरु वर्तमान सरकारको विरुद्धमा यस प्रकारका अवाञ्छित क्रियाकलाप गराएर मौकामा चौका हान्ने दाउमा छन ।
    ६ शिवसेना नेपाल जस्ता अराजक र गुण्डागर्दी गर्ने दल वा समुहको पनि वर्तमान सरकारलाई असफल गराउन को लागी केही प्रदर्शनमा हात भएको हुन सक्छ ।
    अरु केही वुदाँहरुमा अर्को पटक लेख्नेछु अहिले म वाहिर जानु पर्ने भयो ।

Now Paras, Gynendra, high ranking all security force official must be under strict supervision and keep them on administrative leave.
    The government now must put all security forces officers and civil servant who has demonstrated strong ties with previous Royal government must also be on leave of absence from their post. Paras you area truely the master minded terrorist in Nepal. It is so sad for poor Nepali people that you have accumulated Birendra and Dipendra’s wealth.
    New formed legitimate Nepali government must confiscate Gynendra and Paras’s illigitimate wealth as soon as possible.
    Please dear Nepali people all over the world voice your concerns to establish Republic of Nepal.
    -Make constitution the supreme body of power not the people.
    -All people must have same due process under law.
    -No extra judicial special privillage for any elected, army or government officials.
    -All must be governed by same law
    -End any trace of monarchy.
    -Make peace process with maoist a success.
    -Establish a strong corruption control watch dog against all elected officials.
    -Confiscate illigitimate wealth and punish corrupted official by due process of constitution.
    -Establish rule of law
    -Transparency in government
    -Freedom of speech and press
    -Make law so that high raning government official cannot nominate their relative on any post under their supervisory relationship.
    -Respect for credentials and qualification in hiring all civil servants not the friend and family of officials.
    the list goes on and on.

28. All in all, we have lack of democractic practice and active in distruction whatever comes infront. I think we need more than one decade to get understand what is democracy and its norms. People might have been in illusion thinking we have democracy we can do whatever individual think good to do thats not right. Democracy will only see its good future if everyone abide by laws and rules otherwise democracy will turn out to be mad. We people never learn how to respect others. Discipline is the heart of democracy if its not there democracy will go into coma. Need to think a lot before we see again another disaster soon.
