I loved reading peoples’ choices. Certainly they are very interesting and sometimes naive. For example, somebody as a good newspaper columist could not become a good minister who needs good managerial skills as well as political power. A political leader should be able to rally people for a cause. Let me make my own comments and propose some names.
GIRIJA as PM: If he works honestly and keeps his commitment to the people, he is the best person to be there. It is time to fight with Gyane and we know that Girija and Gyane are rivals. If no Girija, then there should be somebody with strong will and established record of leadership. Maybe, MAKUNE fits there after Girija.
MADHAV NEPAL: I think, Girija should step down and let MAKUNE PMship after dealing with GYANE and the ARMY.
BAMDEV GAUTAM as DPM: This guy has guts. He speaks honestly and he is committed to republic. You need him go get something done. He is a man of action with a lot of political clout.
RAMCHANDRA PAUDEL: He does not have any bad bad record and he is able to stay in the party (unlike Deuba). Perhaps he is the best person in the Congress Party to held a ministrial post. He could be a DPM too.
KP OLI: He has got a bad image during Andolan. No wonder many people disliked him.
NARAHARI ACHARYA, PRADIP GIRI: These are the most popular people outside Congress Party. Can they be good ministers? We cannot be too sure. They have done very good from their respective positions. They are close to ideal. Maybe too ideal for the ministrial post. But we could still give them a chance. Their weakest point is they do not have wide base of party workers and they cannot mobilize their own party.
KESHAV STHAPIT: Though I know this is the MOST vigorous personality in Nepali politics, people forgot him. Maybe he did give any visible contribution to Jana Andolan.
PRADIP NEPAL: People have chosen him, but I don’t like him. He is the most selfish amd mean person in UML.
SHANKAR POKHREL, GAGAN THAPA: They are the most precious of Nepal’s political leadership. They are the future. Let them get more matured and experienced. The should be in the streets with youths and common populace. Same thing applies to other young leaders like Rajendra Rai, Yogesh Bhattarai, etc.
These are not bad: KRISHNA SITAULA, CHAKRA BASTOLA, PURNA BAHADUR KHADKA, GOPALMAN, JHALANANTH, BALDEV MAJGAIYA, ETC.
LILAMANI, BIJUKCHHE: I think they can handle a ministry very well. One should be given to one of them. It would be a trial though.
Civil Society Leaders: DAMAN NATH, PADMA RATNA, DEVENDRA RAJ, KRISHNA PAHADI, KANAKMANI DIXIT, MATHURA PD. SHRESTHA, NILAMBAR ACHARYA. I think Devendra can handle Finance Ministry better than RAM SHARAN (he got a post because he is close to Girija). NILAMBAR can not speak clearly and he keeps changing stances. I personally don’t like him though many people have taken his name. I am very impressed by the recent role of KNAKMANI. Certainly, all rest are very committed and honest. But let us keep them as the rest of us. They are the Nation’s treasures. We don’t want to make unsuccessful. People think one of them as the future president. But none of them clearly stands out to be the future president. I think either Girija (if alive by then) or Prachanda will be the president.
Columinsts: OUR BLOGGER UMESH (One of the heros of Jana Andolan!), HARI ROKKA, CK LAL, KHAGENDRA SANGRAULA, SHYAM SHRESTHA,ROBINDRA MISHRA etc are good names. Think again people! After they are gone, what will we read or listen? Don’t spoil them yet.

Even though I know very little about the real personality of Ramchandra Paudel, this time he has shown great commendable charecter by forfeiting his DPM. Even Girija was bargaining for his post. He seems to be the real man of charecter. As far as I understand he is the Janatako chhoro… He didn’t came from any rich family. He grew up in a medium class family lucky enough to have got education (nothing more than that). Someone told me that he really struggled to even get that education. Gagan Thapa might sound fantastic to today’s youth but in my opinion Ramchandra paudel is riped with experience and proven with acts for the post of Next leader of Nepal. I really don’t know him tara… he seems to be little reserved with the rhetoric in comparision to pradeep Nepal, and gagan thapa but he seems to qualify anyway..
Country won’t be better unless corrupt and fool person like GP Koirala become Prime Minster 5 times in the 16 history of Nepal!!!

i think 1> damannath dhungana – speaker of parliament 2> narhari acharya- prime minister 3> pradip giri- minister for home 4> gagan thapa- minister for “LOKTANTRA” 5 nilamber acharya – minister for “SANBIDHANSAVA” 7> and for supporting minister can be , rajendra panday, bidur poudel, ram kumari ghankri, i mean lets give power for yong talent. i saw one interview of salaja aacharya ,the leader of nc, she sayed in one interview for nepali tv londan that ” she struggle strongly for congress and she past a lot of years in behind jail, and without who doesnt past the time in jail nobody can lead neither governement nor party” so that kinds of thinking cant be devlope to come in power for yong generation. i dont agrre with her . and i do think every people can have tallent even they didnt past time in jail. it means lets give the power to those person who has tallent and who are not courrpt. we saw already to many old people in power and they did always for them and for thier familly and for thier relatives. every nepalese people knows well that aal leader of nepalese parties are responsible for all critics in nepal. so we saw old leders rulling and king’s unsucsesful rulling , now it is the time to handdle the power to yong generation ,who has fact vision for country and are also responsible for nepalese people and in my view they will be able to handle the maoist problem and they can be able to do election with all parties and maoist together. and at that time we can feel peace in our country , this is what all people of nepalese want now and we want “RAMARAJJYA”. and this rajjaya can brings those people who i nominate i can think.
In my view those personality could carry the country and could make good deal with maoist to. In above some of them are abused to corruption when the King hold Power. King always tried to make good people into unnecessary blame.

So far, no minister has been nominated from Janajati. It would be prudent decision for the SPA to have minister from Janajati. Pradeep Nepal has resigned from party’s standing comittee in portest of not getting the ministry of his choice. UML leadership shouldn’t be worried about his resignation, instead they should be worry about the stick rally.

Khadga Oli ( Kaju Kanchho) must resign from his position. He does not deserve the position. He never supported the jana Andolan. His nomination has mocked the sentiment of the revolutionists.
Decision to be taken:
1. Declare RNA as Nepal Army
2. Declare HMG as Nepal Government
3. Declare a date for CA
4. Form a truth commission to inquire massacre during movement.
5. Implement the Mallik commission as well.
6. Salary of King: Rs. 25,000.00 per month until the CA is declared.
6. Send kamal thapa, 4 secy chiefs and Paras immediately to jail.

At the moment, looking at the challanges, people who have proved to be credible and responsible should be made ministers since the only mandate of this temporary government is executing constiuent assembly and bringing CPN-UML to the political minstream. So I’d suggest the following people:

Krishna sitaula and KP oli were not suitable. But it is fraustrating that leaders have started to fight for post. I think new movement is required to sweap all old leaders. New generation should lead all seven parties. Tony Blair was 44 when he lead england. New generation are far more capable than old one for new vision….Old are gold…only to keep inside of almirah.

This Cabinet will not be successful, Krishna Prasad Sitaula is just a childish, Dr. Mahat is corrupt, KP Oli also have no good Public image.
