    its been reported that Rishi Dhamala taken money also from Minister Kamal Thapa and then government during ongoing JANAANDOLAN to supress.

    We Nepalese need to recoznise these type of “SAMAJ KA KALA DHABBA” needed to be weeded out.

    काठमाडौंमा बा“च्नका लागि जागिर खोज्दाखोज्दै अनेक मान्छेका अनेक आश्वासन र चाहनास“गै सधैं एउटा घाम झुल्किन्थ्यो, दिन आउ“थ्यो र सा“झ त्यसैगरी अस्ताउ“थ्यो । कस्ता-कस्ता मैं हु“ भन्नेहरु पनि एउटी बेसहारा स्त्रीसित क्षणभरको साइनो गा“स्न लालायित हु“दा रहेछन् । यशकुमारको गीतमा भनेजस्तो उनी धेरैको भर पर्दा उनको भरमा कोही नपरेपछि हाट्टहुट्ट गर्ने, जहा“ पनि पहु“च भएको, हर्ेदाको राम्रो मान्छे, उमेर र उत्साह दुबै भएको मान्छे नै उनीजस्तो संर्घष्ा गर्न शहर छिरेकी स्त्रीका लागि उपयुक्त हुने ठम्याईका साथ उनले थापाथलीस्थित होटल ब्लुस्टारमा उसलाई मन पराएकी थिइन् । एउटा साप्ताहिक पत्रिकामा भाडाका पत्रकारहरुले लेखिदिने ‘प्रेम र जीवन’ स्तम्भको स्तम्भकार उसको आफ्नै प्रेम र जीवन भने समयान्तरमा यति घृणित सावित भयो, सम्भिmल्याउ“दा साह्रै विरक्त लाग्छ । तर, त्यसलाई थुक्ने एउटा नारीवादी कोही निस्किएनन् † लमजुङकी पौडेलमात्रै होइन, अरु थुप्रै महिलाहरु ऊबाट प्रताडित भइसकेका छन् । अहिले मीस नेपाल सुगरिका केसीको प्रवक्ता झैं बनेर ऊ हि“डिरहेको छ । कहिले ऊ जल शाहको प्रवक्ता बन्न खोज्छ, कहिले विपना थापाको त कहिले निरुता सिंहको । भैंसेपाटीकी एक लाहुरेनीस“गको आर्थिक र शारीरिक सम्बन्ध, सिनामङ्गलकी महिलाकोमा संदिग्ध आवत-जावत, सुनसरी घर भई हाल जापानमा रहेकी रिसेप्सनिष्टस“गको लीलालगायत थुप्रै कथाहरुले बुनिएका छन् ती युवक ।
    लमजुङकी पौडेल र त्यो अल्लारेबीच नाटकीय ढङ्गले भेट भएको थियो । उद्योगपति विनोद चौधरीले बजारमा प्रचलित शिखर चुरोटस“ग प्रतिष्पर्धा गर्नका लागि साहसी चुरोटको उत्पादन गरेका थिए । त्यसबेला खुकुरी चुरोटको प्रतिष्पर्धा बिजुली चुरोटसित थियो । शिखर चुरोटले उद्योगपति विनोद चौधरीले व्यापार गर्न दिएनन् भन्दै जिल्ला-जिल्लामा प्रचारात्मक कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरेको थियो । त्यसपछि उद्योगपति चौधरीले होटल ब्लुस्टारमा एक पत्रकार सम्मेलनको आयोजना गरेका थिए । त्यो पत्रकार सम्मेलनको कोअर्डिनेटर थियो, त्यही अल्लारे पत्रकार । जागिर खोज्दै जा“दा विभिन्न उद्योगपतिहरुले पनि ती स्त्रीमाथि आ“खा गा“डेका रहेछन् र व्यापारीहरुले जागिर नदिने, अर्कै प्रस्ताव राखिदिनाले हैरानी खेपेकी थिइन् तिनले । जागिर ख्वाउनका लागि भरपर्दो मान्छे ठानेर उनी त्यो अल्लारे पत्रकारको प्रेमिका बन्न राजी भइन् । उसले जागिरका थुप्रै आश्वासन दियो । कहिले मन्त्रीलाई फोन गरेजस्तो गर्ने त कहिले सचिवलाई, अनि कहिले जीएमलाई फोन गरेजस्तो गदर्ैर्ैैनको अगाडिबाट जागिरका लागि नाम सिफारिश गर्ने गर्दथ्यो । मन्त्री, सचिव र जीएमहरुलाई डाइरेक्ट लाइनमा फोन गर्ने मान्छेले जागिर ख्वाउन सक्दैन भनेर उनको मनले कसरी मान्न सक्थ्यो र – उसले विनोद चौधरीको चुरोटको प्रचारक्रममा काठमाडौंका १५ जना पत्रकारलाई नेपालगञ्ज घुमाउनेलगायतका कामहरु पनि गरेको थियो । नेपालगञ्जबाट फर्किएर आएपछि त्यो सोझी केटी फेला पारेको उसले जागिर ख्वाउनेतिर भन्दा बढी उनीस“ग शारीरिक सम्बन्ध राख्नमा जोड गर्न थाल्यो । उनले पनि उसको लागि भनेर सिङ्गो जीवन नै र्समर्पण गर्ने बाचा बा“धेकी थिइन्, त्यसैले शारीरिक सम्बन्ध राख्नु त्यति गाह्रो कुरा भएन ।
    पत्रकारहरुको क्लबको त्यो ‘हाकिम’ भनाउ“दोस“ग उनको सम्बन्ध रहेको बेला उनी सामाखुशीको कपुरधारास्थित दिदी-भिनाजुसित बस्ने गर्दथिन् । ऊस“गको नियमित शारीरिक सम्बन्धका कारण लमजुङे पौडेलको गर्भमा एउटा भ्रुणको विकास भयो । उसले जीवनभरका लागि अङ्गाल्छ भन्ने विश्वासका कारण उनले गर्भपतन नगर्ने निर्ण्र्ाागरेकी थिइन् । तर, पेट बोक्नाले बाटो हि“ड्नसमेत गाह्रो हु“दै जान थालेपछि उसलाई स्त्रीले आधिकारिक विवाहका लागि दबाब दिन थालिन् । तर, कुनै पनि कुरामा अलिकति पनि गम्भीर नरहने उसले उनको त्यति ठूलो समस्यालाई पनि टार्दै जान थाल्यो । उनी रोइन्, कराइन्, अनेक बिन्ती बिसाइन्, तर जे गरेपनि केही लागेन । केही सीप नलागेपछि उनले आफ्नो समस्यालाई घरपरिवारमा राख्नु आवश्यक ठानिन् । दिदी-भिनाजुलाई त्यो अल्लारे र आफूबीचको सम्बन्धको रामकहानी आफैंले बताइन् । उहा“हरुले पनि निक्कै शिष्ट र नम्रतापर्ूवक उसलाई एउटी स्त्रीको समस्या बुझ्न अनुरोध गर्नुभयो । तर, उल्टै हप्कीदप्कीको शैलीमा बोल्ने र पटक्कै गम्भीर नहुने उसको पुरानै शैलीमा ऊ प्रस्तुत हुन्थ्यो । त्यसपछि पुतलीसडकस्थित उसको क्लबमै गएर स्त्रीसहित दिदी-भिनाजुले कुरा गरे । साह्रै कर गरेपछि उसले आ“खाभरि बर्बर आ“शु झारेर आफ्नो बाध्यता र समस्या राख्दै बिवाह गर्न नसक्ने भनी बिन्ती बिसाउन थाल्यो । अब समस्या रह्यो गर्भमा रहेको बच्चाको । उसले त्यसका लागि पनि गोप्यतवरले गर्भपतनको ठाउ“ र रकमको व्यवस्था गर्ने भन्यो । त्यसरी केही रकम लिएर स्त्री र उनका दिदी-भिनाजु त्यहा“बाट फर्किए । कुरा वास्तवमा रकमको थिएन । आफूलाई ठूल्ठूलो मानिसहरुस“ग नजिक भएको देखाउने त्यो अल्लारे पत्रकारले उनी र अरु थुप्रै अबलाहरुको जीवनस“ग मात्रै होइन, आफ्नै पेशामाथि पनि पटकपटक गद्धारी गरेको छ । ती स्त्रीले एकजना तिब्बतीयनस“ग घोषित विवाह गरेर बच्चा पनि पाइन्, एकपल्ट एउटाले बिगारेर छाडिसकेपछि आइमाइमान्छेलाई सही बाटो हि“ड्न मुस्किल पर्दोरहेछ । एउटा बच्चा जन्मिसकेपछि तिब्बतीयनस“ग पनि उनको राम्रो सम्बन्ध रहेन । त्यसैले सामाखुशीस्थित टाउन प्लानिङमा बस्ने ती स्त्रीका आजकलका सा“झहरु ज्यादै कुरुप बनेका छन्, जीवन बा“च्ने अनेक सम्झौताका नाममा ।
    धादिङे अल्लारेले काठमाडौंमा सम्पन्न आठौं साफ गेममा स्वर्ण्र्ाादक विजेता नेपाली खेलाडीहरुलाई एक-एक लाखका दरले पुरस्कार दिने भनी घोषणा गरेको थियो । कार्यक्रमको आयोजना गरिदिने भनेर घोषणा गरिसकेपछि उदार मन भएका व्यापारी, सरकारी कार्यालय तथा विभिन्न निकायबाट रकम उठाउने उसको काम शुरु भयो । त्यो साफ गेममा सबैको अनुमानविपरित नेपालले ३० स्वर्ण्र्ाादक हासिल गर्‍यो । तर, झण्डै ३० लाख रुपिया“ उठाएको त्यो अल्लारेले एउटै स्वर्ण्र्ाादक विजेतालाई पनि पुरस्कार दिएन ।
    पर्ूवप्रधानमन्त्री शेरबहादुर देउवाले प्रधानमन्त्री रहेकै बेला संसदमा र्सार्वजनिक महत्त्वको विषयमा मन्तव्य व्यक्त गर्दै कालापानी नेपालको भूभाग भएको दावी गर्नुभएको थियो । उहा“ले त्यहा“बाट भारतीय फौज फिर्ता हुनुपर्ने अडान पनि राख्नुभएको थियो । राष्ट्रिय अस्मितास“ग गा“सिएको त्यो विषयमा एउटा जिम्मेवार नागरिकको हैसियतले राष्ट्रियताप्रति दृढ सङ्कल्पित हुनुको सट्टा उसले भोलिपल्टै आफ्नो क्लबमा तत्कालिन भारतीय राजदूत केभी राजनलाई बोलाएर आफ्नो देशका प्रधानमन्त्रीको भनाइको खण्डन गर्न लगायो । त्यसरी राजदूतलाई आधा घण्टा बोल्ने मौका दिएबापतको मूल्यस्वरुप दूतावासले क्लबलाई डेढलाख रुपैया“ नेरु भुक्तानी दिनुपरेको थियो ।
    बजारमा प्रतितपत्र घोटाला प्रकरण चर्किएको बेला त्यो प्रकरणस“ग सम्बन्धित व्यापारीहरु र कांग्रेसकी सुजाता कोइरालाबीचको सम्बन्ध बनाउनका लागि उसले एक सा“झ रात्रिभोजको व्यवस्थापन गरेको थियो । होटल तिरुपतिमा गरिएको त्यो डिनर पार्टर्ीीे दिन सुजाता र व्यापारीहरुस“गै बसिरहेको फोटो पनि खिचिएको थियो । त्यसबेला सुजाताका हर्कतहरुको भण्डाफोर गर्ने कार्यमा कांग्रेसनिकटकै देशान्तर साप्ताहिक पनि लागिपरेको थियो । र, प्रतितपत्र घोटाला प्रकरणस“ग सम्बन्धित व्यापारीहरु सुरक्षा निकायको नियन्त्रणमा पुगेपछि देशान्तरमा सुजाताको सम्बन्ध त्यस्ता व्यापारीहरुस“ग पनि रहेको भनी रात्रिभोजको अवसरमा खिचिएको फोटो प्रकाशित भएको थियो । कोइराला क्याम्पले निक्कै खोजीप्रयास गर्दा पनि त्यो फोटो कहा“बाट अखबारमा पुग्यो भन्ने पत्ता लगाउन सकेन । वास्तवमा त्यो फोटो त्यही अल्लारेले देशान्तरलाई दिएको थियो । जबकि त्यो केटाको यो स्तरको जीवनशैली बनेकै सुजाताको कारण हो । सुजाताकोमा काम गर्दा उसले कमाएको पैसाबाटै उसको चुरीफुरी बढेको हो र चल्तीफिर्तीको पत्रकार बन्न थालेको हो । नत्र, दृष्टि साप्ताहिकको सहप्रकाशन र्सर्ूय मासिकबाट आर्थिक घोटालाको अभियोग लागी दृष्टिमा बकाइदा सूचना छापिएरै निकालिएको सम्पादक शम्भु श्रेष्ठको त्यो पियन त्यत्तिकै पत्रकार बन्थ्यो – तर, आफूलाई बनाइदिने सुजाताको फोटो विरोधीलाई सुम्पिनसमेत तयार उसले अर्काका अबला छोराछोरीलाई केमात्रै गर्न बा“की राखेको होला – जब अर्काकी छोरी-चेलीमाथि त्यस्तो नजर लगाउ“छ भने हामी ड्राइभर भएर बा“चेका गरिबका छोराहरु कति मारियौं होला, हिसाब-किताब लामो छ । त्यसले बेलामा पत्रिकामा जेजस्तो भएपनि काम गर्ने मौका पायो, एउटा सम्पादकको विज्ञापन उठाउने भएर हाट्टहुट्ट गर्न पायो, बेलैमा सुजाता कोइरालालाई चिन्यो र आज यो अवस्थामा आयो । हामी पनि त्यो भन्दा त कम होइन नि † बेग्लै कुरा, हामीले उसलेजस्ता मान्छे चिनेनौं, उसको जस्तो घृणित दुराकांक्ष्ँा सा“चेनौं † तर, त्यस्ता शोषकहरुको पतन अवश्यंभावी छ ।

I will import 1 million aircondition motors for East west highway from Japan, Korea and Germany with the condition of 1 million labor supply at that countries. I will restrict the nonairconditional motor. It will be propoor domestic tourism development system.

    6. I will catagorise the nation as summer cities and winter cities and I would like to arrange the fast moving of peoples which may create 500 domestic flights per day with federal taxation system. There will be federal govt.

    7. I will make one way Malekhu – Lother Road (30KM) which will be fast track for Rasuwagadhi- Trisuli-Galchhi-Lother-Birgumj as China -Nepal- India transit road. Narayanghat- Muglin- Malekhu will be also oneway road.

    8. I am predicting as again there will be political crisis, so I am writing. Actually I am not hunger for PM, so, I am not fighting with Girija or any body. You may learn some things, which may help you to be a candidate of PM of Nepal.

21. It’s really disappointing that American’s are always want to show their presnce in other country’s matter. I think they need to understand now that people of the country are sovereign to decide about their matter and they can independently decide what is good or bad for their society and country. Richard Bouchers’ statement to help nepal for weapon is very disgusting. If they have this kind of proposal then we need to thin on American’s attitude towards developing country. I think they don’t have positive interest towards developoing country like nepal as they are concerned for their benefit.

    Why they are proposing weapon support? to promote their internal weapon industry and ruin Nepalese society? Why not they initiate to make peace in Nepal?

    They have said that king should be ceremonial. What’s behind it as Nepalese people are heading towards Constituend Assembly to decide about their country’s future and it’s American, who speaks before sovereign people’s decision. What makes them so stupid as I think they should have to learn to respect other country’s people’s interest and decision.

    If they have really positive interest towards nepal they come with support for the development of Nepal as we Nepalese are tired with war and weapon thing. We have more than enough weapon to save our country and Only the problem in the country is King. I agree that this dude should have tried to help into making a conductive environment to bring Maoists to the mainstream. That would beat the hell out supplying weapons Weapons don’t solve problems – they prolong them.

    For the last six years or so, I have struggled to find the answer for Nepal’s success. It is clear now though:

    1. Bring Maoists to the Mainstream

    1a. Imprison and punish those responsible for the supression of the People’s movement in 47 and now.

    1b. Imprison and punish those responsible for the widespread corruption that not only caused people to hate these indivuduals but the democratic process itself – Khum Bahadur, Gobinda Raj, Tarini Datta, Chiranjiwi, etc

    2. Maoists give up their weapons voluntarily under UN supervision

    3. Turn RNA to NA and bring them under the direct command of the PM, not the king. Merge the RA with the Maoist Militia. Begin the process of recruiting for the RA fair.

    4. Have free and fair elections for the CA

    5. Vote the king out. Try him, his son, and family for the abuse of power, authority, and for heading the govt that supressed the movement for basic rights.

    6. Elect an (uniter) president who is a human rights activist – Dr. Mathura, Daman Nath Dhungana, Krishna Pahadi, Dr. Devendra Raj Pandey, or some non-partisan intellect that the country can look up to and admire.
